Infant and Parent Mental Health: developmental trajectory as a communal concern: Developmental trajectory as a communal concern
This article covers recent research in the field in the context of lifelong growth and mastering developmental milestones. It denotes intrinsic connection between parental and child’s psychological well being, including patterns of early attachment. There is also well documented connection between deviations in early attachment and consequent adult functioning. “The bigger picture” approach based on the DIR method is proposed as one of the crucial components of mitigating early trauma. It includes comprehensive multidisciplinary diagnosis, parent education and play interventions based on immediate interests, needs and resources of the family. It targets all areas of development and builds foundation for the emergence and maintenance of healthy attachment. Other successful approaches, implications for clinical work and social organization of early intervention services are also discussed

Coping strategies for exam stress
During the examination period, students experience a state of stress generated both by the exams themselves and by the fear of getting bad grades and implicitly a failure. This problem needs to be taken into consideration, not only because of the high percentage of students who suffer from it, but also because it has a negative effect on academic performance and self-esteem. Through this article, we tried to identify coping strategies used by students to cope with the exam stress (before, during and after the exam). We used the focus group technique on 32 students (divided into 4 groups). The students are from The Bucharest University of Economic Studies and they are enrolled in the pedagogical training module. Following the centralization of the opinions expressed during the discussions, we grouped the coping strategies into four categories: general coping (used during the semester), coping methods used before the exam (in the exam period), coping methods used during the exam itself, and coping methods used after the exam. As a result of this study, we believe that students and teachers have raised awareness of the importance of using positive coping strategies to lessen the stress associated with exams. The initiative to organize student stress management workshops was also launche
Are extrovert people more satisfied with life? Case study
Psychological and psycho-social research have studied the strong dependence between subjective wellbeing and personality. Research findings have shown that an optimistic, extrovert person has a higher level of life satisfaction. In this paper, we shall try to present the research results of a study made on 150 students enrolled at The Bucharest University of Economic Studies. We have studied if this correlation between extraversion and the level of life satisfaction applies to our sample. We have used two well established and known instruments: Life Satisfaction Inventory (Diener, 2006) and the E-Scale of EPQ (Eysenck Personality Questionnaire). Results show that the correlation is maintained, a more extravert person has a higher level of satisfaction with life. Our research also opens some questions regarding the possibility of training this personality trait and proposes a personal development and coaching progra

HEART FAILURE, DEPRESSION AND EXERCISE
Introduction: Patients with heart failure have high rates of physical disability, based on self-reported difficulty in performing daily living activities. Depression is also a disease entity that has a high co-morbidity in combination with heart failure. Beyond the usual medical care of heart failure, there is a plethora of research on the contribution of exercise to cardiovascular parameters and to the muscular system of patients with heart failure, its effect on their quality of life and relief of depression symptoms.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to highlight the positive effect of exercise on patients with heart failure experiencing depression.
Methodology: The study material consisted of articles on the topic, found in Greek and international databases such as: Google Scholar, Mednet, Pubmed, Medline and the Hellenic Academic Libraries Association (HEAL-Link), using the appropriate keywords: heart failure, depression, exercise programs.
Results: Depression affects the clinical course and prognosis of patients with heart failure. The coexistence of depression and chronic heart failure leads to an increase in mortality. The benefits of exercise, therefore, in patients with heart failure and depression have a positive impact on the patients' quality of life by contributing to increasing their functional status, reducing their re-admissions to the hospital and relieving the symptoms of depression.
Conclusions: The high incidence of depression in patients with chronic heart failure requires measures to prevent it, such as exercise. Health professionals need to help patients understand their condition and follow therapeutic guidelines, as well as therapeutic exercise, which can improve their lifestyle and behavior, and help them prevent depression symptoms and promote their quality of life
THE IMPACT OF STIGMATIZATION ON SOCIAL ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE LGBT-COMMUNITY
Introduction. The current stage of society's development is the time to remove taboos. Around the world begin to speak openly on the previously taboo topics. One of them is the issue of non-traditional sexual orientation. It's natural that in every society there is a certain number of people who have a non-traditional sexual orientation. The reasons for the taboo of this topic in Ukraine include the unreadiness of Ukrainian society to openly discuss it, because firstly the older generation`s minds brought up in the ideals of the Soviet era, homosexuality is an inadmissible phenomenon. In addition, in Ukraine, as a Christian state, homosexual relations are openly condemned by the Church. These and other factors affect the fact that manifestations of homophobia and transphobia, stigmatization, discrimination and violations of the rights of people with non-traditional sexual orientation are quite frequent. The issues of homophobia, transphobia, and discrimination of LGBT-people are not underdeveloped, but Ukrainian scientists did not focus on the aspect of stigmatization of LGBT-people.
Different types and aspects of stigmatization are investigated in the Ukrainian scientific space: from the stigmatization as a sociocultural phenomenon, to individual manifestations of stigmatization in various spheres of social life. However, there was still no detailed study of stigmatization based on sexual orientation, because the study of this subject by Ukrainian researchers began relatively recently and was carried out within the framework of Western stigma theories (although there are certain empirical researches concerning sexual stigma that make it possible to draw certain conclusions regarding the actions of this mechanism in Ukraine). Based on Western methodologies for studying this phenomenon in Ukraine, given its specificity in our country, it requires modification of these approaches, adapted to modern Ukrainian realities. This determines the theoretical relevance of this topic. The study of this phenomenon in Ukraine, based on Western methodologies, requires modification of these approaches, adaptation to modern Ukrainian realities. This fact determines the theoretical relevance of this topic.
In practical terms, the study of this topic is relevant, because it can be a ground for studying the level of tolerance to LGBT-people in Ukraine, problems of that category of people in Ukrainian society and the search for ways to regulate them; it can be a useful material for gender studies and the basis for further research on this topic. Our research will also be relevant to the activities of public organizations dealing with gender issues, issues of equality and human rights because the study of stigma will help prevent social divisions in relations between heterosexual people and representatives of the LGBT community. Thus, the applied dimension of the study is quite obvious: to "remove stress" and overcome the "points of schism" in the modern Ukrainian society, and, consequently, to normalize relations in it by increasing the level of tolerance and trust between different socio-cultural groups of society.
Purpose. the analysis of the features of the phenomenon of stigmatization based on sexual orientation in modern Ukrainian societ
