Edukasi Gizi dan Penyuluhan Produk PMT sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Masalah Gizi pada Balita di Desa Blang Beurandang Aceh Barat
Observation results in Blang Beurandang Village, Johan Pahlawan, West Aceh, in 2025 revealed several cases of malnutrition in toddlers, specifically three toddlers experiencing stunting, two toddlers experiencing wasting, and two toddlers being underweight. As a result, it not only inhibits the physical and cognitive growth of children but can even cause death. One effort to overcome this is to provide nutrition education. This community service activity was carried out in Blang Beurandang Village, Johan Pahlawan, involving mothers of toddlers and village cadres. The method used is Community Rural Participatory, including the assessment stages (recapitulation of initial anthropometric measurement data and secondary data), planning stages (educational media, PMT), and implementation stages (measuring the level of knowledge of the target group using pretest-posttest before and after being given counseling). The results of the activity showed the highest prevalence, namely underweight at 18.42%, followed by stunting at 15.79%, wasting at 7.89%, and the lowest, namely obesity and overnutrition at 2.63%. Then, in measuring the level of knowledge among mothers about stunting, wasting, underweight, and the role of PMT, with a total of 14 mothers of toddlers as respondents, an increase in knowledge was observed after nutrition counselling, specifically from 7.1% of respondents with good knowledge, increasing to 57.1%. PMT products, in the form of chicken-filled tempeh balls, were well received by the target group during the activity. However, ongoing mentoring, monitoring, and education efforts are necessary to ensure that knowledge about nutrition and PMT processing is effectively applied in everyday life, particularly in the practice of providing food to children and managing family food
Analysis of Factors Affecting Workforce Productivity in the Steel Tower Production Division of PT X
This study analyzes the impact of age, wages, work environment, working hours, and work experience on workforce productivity in the Steel Tower Production Division of PT X using multiple linear regression (SPSS 16). The analysis includes validity, reliability, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and hypothesis testing. Results show no multicollinearity or heteroscedasticity issues. The R² value (0.545) indicates that 54.5% of productivity variance is explained by the independent variables, while 45.5% is influenced by other factors. However, F-test and T-test results indicate that none of the variables significantly affect productivity. This suggests that other factors, such as motivation or job satisfaction, may play a larger role. Future research should explore these aspects to gain deeper insights

Kebijakan Diskriminasi Buruh di Indonesia: Studi Kasus Buruh Perempuan di PT AICE
This study aims to identify the form of discrimination against female workers in PT AICE's policies in 2017, and to evaluate the implementation of human rights in employement practices. Using qualitative research methods by means of library research, namely research that collects information and data using various library materials such as documents, books, magazines, historical stories, and others. The results show that PT AICE has violated Labor Law No. 13 of 2003 with discriminatory policies against female workers, such as not providing nutritious food and shuttle transportation for female workers who work at night. These violations are considered a form of violence and exploitation against women workers. In addition, patriarchal culture still influences inequitable access and opportunities for women in the labor sector, which is reflected in the company's unwillingness to fulfill the rights of women workers, such as reproductive rights, health insurance during pregnancy, and rights for women workers who work at night. These findings show that there are still many human rights violations against women in the world of work

This community service aims to educate the public about the importance of consuming healthy food, one of which is by utilizing snakehead fish as a nutritious food source. The method used is a direct practice of making snakehead fish noodles.
Between Partnership and Opposition: The Role of Environmental NGOs in Regional Policy Dynamics in Lampung Province
This study explores the dynamic and multifaceted roles of environmental non-governmental organizations (NGOs)—WALHI, Watala, and Mitra Bentala—in shaping regional environmental policy in Lampung Province, Indonesia. It aims to analyze how these NGOs navigate between collaboration and opposition in their interactions with the government, while addressing environmental challenges. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through interviews with NGO representatives, government officials, and environmental policy observers using a snowball sampling technique, complemented by relevant secondary data. The findings reveal that the three NGOs actively engage in environmental advocacy through campaigns, research, and grassroots mobilization. Their roles extend from being policy partners to critical watchdogs, depending on the alignment between government actions and environmental goals. Despite their significant influence, these NGOs face structural challenges, including limited resources and political resistance. The study underscores the constructive nature of the tension between NGOs and the government, where conflict serves as a form of policy oversight. Furthermore, NGO-facilitated community participation enhances the responsiveness of environmental policy to local needs. While the study is limited in scope, it contributes to the broader discourse on civil society's role in policy-making and suggests pathways to strengthen NGO-government collaboration for more inclusive and sustainable environmental governance at the regional level
Pemaknaan Second Account Instagram Pada Generasi Z: Studi Mahasiswa FISIP Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu
The phenomenon of using second accounts on Instagram is growing among students, especially in generation Z, to express themselves more freely and personally. The purpose of this research is to understand the meaning of students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu regarding the use of second accounts on Instagram, with a qualitative approach and phenomenological method. Dramaturgical theory was used as the theoretical basis to analyze how individuals present themselves in social interactions, by distinguishing between “front stage” and “back stage” in the use of social media. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation of students who actively use second accounts on Instagram. The research findings show that university students use second accounts as a private place to express feelings, stage totality: front and back stage working together and an escape from social pressure and aesthetic standards. Second accounts are considered as a symbol of a truer self-identity and as a tool to build closer social relationships with certain groups of friends. The use of second accounts also reflects students' strategies in managing self-image and privacy in the digital world. Through the perspective of dramaturgical theory, the use of second accounts is understood as the result of different self-presentations on the "front stage" and "back stage", where individuals adjust their performances to achieve personal satisfaction and social control in communication on social media
