PENERAPAN PIDANA ADAT DALAM PENYELESAIAN PERKARA PIDANA PADA MASYARAKAT ADAT ACEH
Hukum adat meulangga atau hukum pidana adat memiliki sifat yaitu pertama: tidak menganut prinsip asas legalitas. kedua: menyeluruh dan menyatu. ketiga: model penyelesaian perkara tidak membeda-bedakan antara lapangan hukum pidana maupun perkara perdata. Dalam hukum adat meulangga atau hukum pidana adat yang berbasis pada hukum adat Aceh maka apabila terjadi perkara atau masalah menekankan pada prinsip membeda-bedakan permasalahan. Bahwasanya hukum adat meulangga atau hukum pidana adat yang berbasis pada hukum adat yang berlaku dalam masyarakat hukum adat Aceh mengenal beberapa macam bentuk hukuman adat atau jenis-jenis hukuman adat atau sanksi adat dimana ketentuan hukuman tersebut ditetapkan sesuai dan sejalan dengan nilai-nilai hukum Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bentuk dan penerapan hukuman adat dalam penyelesaian perkara pidana. Metode penelitian dalam penulisan ini penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan (library resecrh) dengan menelaah buku-buku, peraturan perundang-undangan, jurnal-jurnal dan bahan-bahan hukum yang terkait dengan penelitian. Disamping itu juga dilakukan wawancara dengan narasumber karena narasumber dianggap orang yang mengetahui sumber hukum hukum adat. Adapun bentuk hukuman adat berupa: Peng seudeukah (uang sedekah), Sie kameeng (Memotong kambing), Ija puteh (kain putih), Peusijuk (menepung tawari), Peumat Jaroe (bersalaman), dan Pengambilan (perampasan) barang. Penerapan hukuman adat serta pertanggungjawaban hukuman adat atau sanksi adat pada dasarnya diberikan dan dimintakan pertanggungjawaban itu pada si pelaku. Namun, apabila si pelaku tidak mampu bertanggungjawab maka, hukuman adat atau sanksi adat tersebut dapat dimintakan pertanggungjawabannya kepada ahli warisnya seperti (ayahnya, kerabatanya atau kepala desanya) apabila pelaku dalam hal ini tidak/belum mampu bertanggungjawab
CARRYING CAPACITY OF VANNAME SHRIMP (Litopenaeus vannamei) PONDS IN THE ASPECT OF WATER QUALITY AT PURWOREJO VILLAGE, PASIR SAKTI SUBDISTRICT, EAST LAMPUNG DISTRICT
The carrying capacity of ponds in vaname shrimp farming is one of the factors supporting the productivity of aquaculture. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the carrying capacity of vaname shrimp ponds in the aspects of water quality to determine efforts to develop vaname shrimp farming based on the carrying capacity of the pond environment. This research was conducted in Purworejo Village, Pasir Sakti District, East Lampung Regency. The research parameters observed included physical, chemical, and biological parameters of water. The results obtained were temperature 29°C, salinity 18.7–19.3 ppt, pH 8.1–8.3, Dissolved Oxygen (DO) 6.0–6.6 mg/l, Total Ammonia Nitrogen (TAN) 0.023–0.083 mg/l, nitrite 0.086–0.149 mg/l, Total Organic Matter (TOM) 63.3–72.3 mg/l, alkalinity 143–165 mg/l, hardness 1860–1933 mg/l, plankton abundance 776 x 103 – 1025 x 103 cell/ml, Total Vibrio Count (TVC) 1.83 x 103 – 2.30 x 103 . The conclusion obtained is that the physical and biological parameters of water quality are in optimal condition for vaname shrimp farming. In chemical parameters, the concentration of TOM exceeds the optimal limit, so it is necessary to do routine flushing and water changes
ANALYSIS OF WATER SUITABILITY FOR FLOATING NET CAGE (KJA) CULTIVATION OF TILAPIA (Oreochromis niloticus) IN GAJAH MUNGKUR RESERVOIR, WONOGIRI REGENCY, CENTRAL JAVA PROVINCE
Reservoirs are one of the waters used for fishing activities. One of them is the Gajah Mungkur Reservoir which is used for cultivating tilapia using the KJA system. Activities around the reservoir can affect the quality of the water in it. The aim of this research is to determine the condition of reservoir water quality and to determine the suitability of reservoir waters for tilapia cultivation activities in the KJA system. The method used in this research is the matching and scoring method, which is then used to obtain the water suitability value. The ArcGIS application is also used to map and calculate the area that can be used for cultivation. The parameters measured are temperature, brightness, depth, current speed, basic substrate, pH, DO, CO₂,nitrate, ammonia, and phosphate. The suitability of the waters of the Gajah Mungkur Reservoir at 6 station points is divided into 3 classifications, namely, stations 1 and 2 are in the S3 category (marginally suitable), stations 3, 4 and 6 are in the S2 category (quite suitable) and station 5 is in the S1 category (very suitable). The scores obtained by each station are as follows: station 1 with a score of 34 (70.83%), station 2 with a score of 33 (68.75%), station 3 with a score of 37 (77.08%), station 4 with a score of 40 (83.33%), station 5 with a score of 43 (89.58%), and station 6 with a score of 39 (81.25%). The overall results show that the Gajah Mungkur Reservoir has a suitability value in the S2 category or is moderately suitable
Dampak Influencer Marketing terhadap Brand Perception pada product skin care : Studi pada Konsumen Gen Z dikota Bandung
This study aims to analyze the influence of influencer marketing on brand perception of skincare products among Gen Z consumers in Bandung City. The method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the relationship between variables and test the proposed hypotheses. Data was collected through a survey involving 200 respondents, consisting of Gen Z consumers who use skincare products and are exposed to influencer marketing on social media. The results showed that influencer marketing has a significant direct influence on Emotion (path coefficient = 0.964), which in turn affects Brand Perception (path coefficient = 0.415). In addition, Trust was found to have a significant direct influence on Brand Perception (path coefficient = 0.551). The moderating effect tested showed that Trust acts as a moderator that strengthens the relationship between Emotion and Brand Perception, albeit with a small effect (path coefficient = 0.028). This research provides valuable insights for marketers and skincare brands to understand how influencer marketing can shape brand perception through emotional influence and the importance of consumer trust in influencers in improving the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Determinasi Variabel Makro dan Mikro Ekonomi terhadap Penawaran Beras di Kabupaten Aceh Barat
This study aims to analyze the influence of population size, rice prices, and diesel fuel prices on rice supply in West Aceh Regency. A quantitative approach was used in this research, utilizing time series data over a ten-year period, from 2012 to 2021. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that, partially, population size, rice prices, and diesel prices do not have a significant effect on rice supply in West Aceh Regency. Although these three variables are not statistically significant, it is possible that the theories remain valid, but local-specific conditions or structural constraints may be obstructing a rational market response.Keywords: rice supply, population size, rice prices, diesel prices
Meningkatkan Kompetensi Karier Mahasiswa melalui Fleksibelitas Kebijakan Pertukaran Internal Lintas Program Studi
Improving student career competency is a key focus that is increasingly being intensified in higher education. A policy that can support the flexibility to achieve this goal is through student exchanges across study programs within the same university. This policy provides students with the freedom to take courses from other study programs, thus broadening their horizons and skills beyond their primary field of study. This community service project aims to explore the impact of this policy on student career competency. The method used was observation and interviews with students who had the opportunity to participate in the cross-study program exchange program. The results of the community service program indicate that flexibility in choosing courses across study programs not only improves academic ability but also students' interpersonal skills and adaptability. Thus, the internal exchange policy across study programs can be an effective strategy in improving students' preparation for facing the challenges of an increasingly dynamic workplace
Speaking Games: Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berbicara Bahasa Inggris Siswa SMA Melalui Zoom Dengan Permainan Interaktif
Learning English as a foreign language is one of the most important yet difficult skills for high school students to develop. Karena mereka tidak memiliki banyak kesempatan untuk berbicara secara aktif di kelas, banyak siswa di Aceh mengalami motivasi dan keyakinan yang rendah. Dengan menggunakan interactive game-based learning via Zoom, program community service ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa Inggris siswa. Berbagai jenis speaking games, seperti storytelling, debates, discussions, dan role-playing, digunakan untuk mendorong partisipasi, kreativitas, dan peningkatan confidence siswa. Student high school from several schools in Aceh Province participated in the program, which was conducted online for a period of four months. Students received significant opportunities to use English in a calm and enjoyable setting, which reduced anxiety and encouraged spontaneous communication. Game-based speaking activities increased students' engagement, acquisition of vocabulary, and fluency in expressing ideas. The results of this community service initiative show that integrating digital technology and game-based learning can be an innovative approach to improving English-speaking skills among high school students. The results of this initiative are expected to be published in an accredited SINTA community service journal as a practical model for improving English-speaking skills among students.
Mapping of fisheries centers in West Aceh Regency based on the distribution of fishing infrastructure
The availability of fisheries infrastructure data in an area is the first step in improving and enhancing the management of the fisheries system, because the existence of fisheries infrastructure is an inseparable part in supporting the success of fishing activities. With accurate infrastructure data, it can be used as a reference in planning the development of marine and fisheries centers. In West Aceh Regency, there are currently many marine and fisheries infrastructures, but no research has been conducted on mapping fisheries centers based on the distribution of existing fisheries infrastructure. The absence of updated infrastructure data is worried to have an impact on the optimization of marine and fisheries resource management. The purpose of this study is to map fisheries centers based on the distribution of fisheries infrastructure. The method used in this study is the survey method, where data collection in the field was carried out in three sub-districts that directly border the coastal area, namely Samatiga District, Johan Pahlawan District and Meureubo District. The infrastructure coordinates obtained from the field will be processed and presented in the form of a map using the ArcGIS application. The results of the study showed that in West Aceh Regency there are 1 PPI and 6 TPI, 31 infrastructure for procurement and repair of fishing vessels, and 9 infrastructures before and after fishing. The fisheries center in Samatiga District is in the Kuala Bubon area, the fisheries center in Johan Pahlawan District is along the Krueng Cangkoi estuary river, while the fisheries center in Meureubo District is in one of the rivers in Gampong Meureubo and Gampong Ujong Drien
Port development strategy to enhance small scale fisheries (case study in Binuangeun fish landing site, Lebak-Banten)
PPI Binuangeun plays a significant role in enhancing the fishing activities of local fishers and serves as the largest fish landing base (PPI) in Lebak Regency. Fish production at PPI Binuangeun fluctuates annually; in 2022, total production reached 2,268,503 kilograms with an estimated value of approximately IDR 37.84 billion. This study aims to formulate development strategies for the operational enhancement of PPI Binuangeun. A survey method was employed using purposive sampling to select respondents representative of the target population. The facility development analysis was conducted using a SWOT approach, supported by Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) and External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) matrices. The IFAS analysis resulted in a score of 3.24, indicating that internal strengths outweigh weaknesses, while the EFAS score of 2.97 reflects significant external opportunities. Based on the SWOT quadrant analysis (Quadrant I - Aggressive Strategy), two priority strategies were identified: (1) enhancing service quality and infrastructure to support fishing operations, landings, auctions, and marketing (SO1); and (2) leveraging existing potential to develop port facilities to optimize production through effective management (SO2). Pengaruh Penambahan Ekstak Kunyit Hitam (Curcuma Caesia R) Pada Pembuatan Sarabba Bubuk
Minuman serbuk instan memiliki beberapa syarat utama diantaranya cepat larut, tidak menggumpal, tidak higroskopis, kering, serta mudah dituang. Ekstrak methanol kunyit hitam memiliki kandungan senyawa kimia seperti alkaloid (1471mg/100 gram), flavonoid (2776 mg/100 gram), fenol (82 mg gallic acid ekuivalen per gram), curcuminoid, terpenoid, tannin (2715 mg/100 gram) dan protein. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan ekstak kunyit hitam terhadap kadar rendemen, kadar abu, kadar dan wakru larut pada pembuatan sarabba bubuk serta untuk mengetahui perlakuan terbaik dari penambahan ekstrak kunyit hitam berdasarkan sifat organoleptiknya. Metode yang diterapkan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL): 0% kunyit hitam (A), 10% kunyit hitam (B), 20%kunyit hitam (C), dan 30% kunyit hitam (D). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan kunyit hitam 30% berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap kadar rendemen dengan nilai tertinggi 30,43%. Namun perlakuan yang diberikan berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap kadar abu dan kadar air. Kadar abu tertinggi pada perlakuan C dengan nilai 2,04%, kadar air tertinggi pada perlakuan B dengan nilai 3,38%. Kecepatan kelarutan tertinggi pada perlakuan D dengan waktu 0,183 gram/detik. Berdasarkan hasil uji sensorik perlakuan A merupakan perlakuan terbaik dengan nilai rata-rata 4,374 dari segi warna, rasa, aroma, dan tekstur
