Frekuensi Bertelur dan Identifkasi Ancaman Populasi Penyu Hijau (Chelonia mydas) Di Pulau Sangalaki, Berau, Kalimantan Timur
Get PDFPenyu merupakan salah satu jenis vertebrata laut yang tergolong terancam punah, karena faktor alam dan manusia, sehingga perlu dilakukannya perlindungan bagi penyu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui frekuensi peneluran dan identifikasi faktor ancaman bagi populasi penyu. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pulau Sangalaki pada 19 – 30 Juni 2024. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pengamatan langsung jumlah penyu yang bertelur dan kuisioner untuk identifikasi ancaman penyu. Hasil yang didapatkan sebanyak 141 penyu yang mendarat, 96 penyu bertelur dan 45 penyu memeti. Berdasarkan indentifkasi keterancaman populasi penyu didapatkan sebanyak 90% dipengaruhi oleh faktor manusia,suhu dan perubahan garis pantai
Enhancing Reading Comprehension Skills of Eleventh Grade Students in SMAN 3 Malang through a Gamified Platform
Get PDFThis Classroom Action Research explores how the incorporation of a gamified learning platform influenced students’ ability to understand written Eleventh Grade Students in SMAN 3 Malang. Framed by principles of intrinsic motivation and ongoing assessment, the initial cycle combined traditional evaluative tasks, structured observations of classroom interactions, and a survey capturing learners’ attitudes toward the intervention. Findings revealed a notable improvement in overall reading performance, with learners demonstrating greater accuracy on platform-based quizzes. Classroom dynamics shifted positively: students were more consistently engaged in learning activities and maintained a quieter, more focused environment. Survey responses indicated that participants experienced a stronger sense of choice in their learning, felt more capable when tackling tasks, and enjoyed closer connections with peers and their instructor. Subsequent cycles will seek to enhance collaborative structures and tailor quiz challenges to better suit diverse proficiency levels
The Language Contact Phenomenon between Panglima Laot and Coastal Society in the West Aceh Region
Get PDFThis study explores the phenomenon of language contact between Panglima Laot, fishers, and government representatives in West Aceh, Indonesia. The research aims to analyze how linguistic interaction occurs in the context of policy communication within coastal communities and to identify the sociolinguistic forms of interference, integration, code-switching, and code-mixing that emerge during such interactions. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through interviews and field observations involving government officials, Panglima Laot, and local fishers. The findings reveal that Panglima Laot functions as a linguistic and socio-cultural bridge, facilitating communication between the government and the fishing community. Language contact occurs due to differences in linguistic backgrounds Indonesian used by officials and Acehnese or the Jamu dialect used by fishers. The study shows that code-switching and code-mixing serve as effective strategies for ensuring mutual understanding, while interference and integration reflect linguistic adaptation and cultural assimilation. These linguistic practices not only improve policy comprehension but also strengthen social cohesion and trust between stakeholders. The research highlights the significance of local language and traditional leadership in enhancing communication effectiveness and ensuring the successful implementation of government policies in coastal regions

Melalui aplikasi PLN Mobile, pelanggan banyak mendapatkan kemudahan diantaranya mengetahui berbagai info mulai dari transaksi token, lokasi pembayaran melalui banking terdekat, tagihan rekening listrik dan riwayat pemakaian Kwh listrik, layanan pengaduan dan keluhan dari pelanggan. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat penerimaan pengguna menggunakan Aplikasi PLN Mobile dengan metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kemudahan dan keguanaan terhadap penerimaan pengguna aplikasi PLN Mobile pengguna sistem informasi aplikasi PLN Mobile pada pelanggan PT. PLN. (Persero) UP3 Meulaboh. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara determinasi diperoleh hasil penerimaan aplikasi PLN Mobile terhadap kemudahan dan kegunaan sistem informasi aplikasi PLN Mobile dengan metode TAM pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Meulaboh termasuk katagori sangat setuju pada manfaat yang dihasilkan oleh sistem informasi aplikasi PLN Mobile sebesar 98,50%. Sedangkan 1,50% berada pada kategori tidak setuju. Secara kuantitatif variabel kemudahan aplikasi PLN Mobile dengan metode TAM pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Meulaboh (Perceived Easy Of Use) secara individu sangat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerimaan pengguna sistem informasi aplikasi PLN Mobile. Besarnya pengaruh untuk variabel kemudahan dan kegunaan terhadap penerimaan pengguna sistem informasi aplikasi PLN Mobile hanya sebesar 0,965 atau 96,50%. Sedangkan hubungan antara keduanya sebesar 0,982 atau 98,20%. Jadi nilai ini menunjukan bahwa kemudahan sistem informasi aplikasi PLN Mobile mempunyai hubungan yang sangat tinggi terhadap penerimaan pengguna sistem informasi aplikasi PLN Mobile.

However, limited human resource capacity is a major challenge that must be overcome in processing this potential into food security products with economic value. This empowerment activity to strengthen coastal women aims to raise awareness of coastal communities while developing the skills and knowledge of PKK mothers in utilizing the potential of maritime villages independently towards village food security. In addition, skills training based on local potential, such as processing catches to make crispy cirik and forming women's groups called "Meusare" groups. This program is expected to become a model that can be replicated in various coastal areas of Indonesia, to support the creation of food security in maritime villages that are independent and competitive. Recommendations for this development program include increasing support from the government, the private sector, and universities to expand collaborative networks and sustainable mentoring
Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru SLB dalam Pemanfaatan Teknologi Pembelajaran Digital di SLB YPAC Dewantara Aceh Utara
Get PDFAt SLB YPAC Dewantara, North Aceh, teachers' mastery of digital technology remains constrained in terms of the utilization of online applications and multimedia. The objective of this Community Service Program (PKM) is to enhance pedagogues' competencies through experiential learning, which is characterized by a participatory approach. The activity was conducted over the course of two days and involved 15 teachers. The materials covered the use of Zoom Meeting, Google Meet, Bitly, and the creation of simple animations using Canva and Powtoon. The evaluation results demonstrated a substantial increase in the utilization of digital tools, with the capacity to employ the fundamental functionalities of Zoom and Google Meet escalating from 27% to 87%, the application of Bitly rising from 13% to 80%, and the proficiency in generating animated media increasing from 7% to 73%. The challenges encountered by the participants included time constraints, variations in digital literacy, and internet infrastructure. This PKM fostered the establishment of an internal teacher learning community and underscored the significance of synergy among individual capacity, institutional support, and sustainable mentoring

Get PDFKegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk kontribusi akademisi dalam mendukung pembangunan desa, khususnya dalam memperkuat identitas wilayah melalui pembangunan gapura gampong. Gampong merupakan pemerintahan kecil yang memiliki tanggung jawab baik dalam mengelola pembangunan dan membentuk identitas wilayah. Gampong Padang Seurahet, Kecamatan Johan Pahlawan, Kabupaten Aceh Barat, merupakan salah satu gampong yang memiliki potensi sosial dan budaya yang kuat, namun belum memiliki penandavisual yang representatif pada pintu masuk gampong sebagai simbol identitas wilayah. Pendampingan dilakukan dengan pendekatan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui tahapan observasi lokasi, diskusi dan musyawarah gampong, perancangan desain, pembagian peran kerja, pelaksanaan konstruksi secara gotong royong, serta monitoring dan evaluasi hasil pekerjaan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terbangunnya satu unit gapura berbahan beton dengan ornamen khas Aceh yang berfungsi sebagai simbol identitas dan penyambutan. Selain menghasilkan output fisik, kegiatan inijuga meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat, memperkuat solidaritas sosial, dan menumbuhkan rasa memiliki terhadap pembangunan desa. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pembangunan berbasis partisipasi mampu menghasilkan manfaat fisik sekaligus penguatan kapasitas sosial masyarakat
IDENTIFIKASI EKTOPARASIT DAN PREVALENSI PADA IKAN BANDENG (Chanos chanos) DI TAMBAK CINTA RAJA, KOTA LANGSA ABSTRAK
Get PDFMilkfish (Chanos chanos) is a brackish water fish that is a popular as food in Southeast Asia and Oceania. Milkfish has a high economic value with relatively competitive prices. As the milkfish cultivation business develops in the ponds of Cinta Raja Village, several problems can hinder its progress, one of which is disease caused by parasites. Therefore, the aim of this research is to identify and determine the prevalence level of ectoparasites in milkfish at the Cinta Raja pond, Langsa City. This research was conducted using a survey menthod, with sampling carried out purposively. Sampling was collected at the Cinta Raja Pond in Langsa City from September 18 to October 10, with a total of 90 samples taken. Sampling was conducted 9 times. The fish sampled were 2 months old. Ectoparasite identification was performed at the Agrotechnology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Samudra University. The results of this study identified four types of ectoparasites infecting milkfish, namely Dactylogyrus sp. (22.23%), Trichodina sp. (20%), Unitubulotestis sp. (13.4%), with Dactylogyrus sp. being the most common parasite, infecting 258 milkfish samples.Keywords: Ectoparasites, Milkfish, Dactylogyru, Aquacultur

The existence of quite tight competition with similar businesses encourages business actors to pay more attention to efforts to attract consumer attention and strengthen competitiveness in order to achieve excellence in an increasingly competitive market, namely by understanding and considering the factors that influence consumers in deciding to purchase. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of product quality, brand image, taste, service quality and culture on consumers in deciding to purchase at Sanjai Mega. The study was conducted in January-May 2025 in Akabiluru District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, West Sumatra. The approach applied was quantitative by utilizing an instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data sources were collected through two sources, namely primary data including observation, interviews, documentation and secondary data obtained based on relevant literature. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS by reviewing the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The study obtained results where simultaneously or partially product quality, brand image, taste, service quality and culture had significant value and had a positive effect on consumers in deciding to purchase
Analysis of Farmers' Income in The Integrated Cattle and Oil Palm Farming System in Labuhan Batu Regency
Get PDFThe aim of this study is to analyze the economic contribution of oil palm and cattle farming and to evaluate the potential benefits of integrating these two systems for smallholder farmers in Labuhan Batu Regency. This research employs a field observation method using questionnaires and interviews, involving 34 respondents who are both oil palm farmers and cattle breeders. The study applies descriptive quantitative analysis to assess farmers’ production costs, revenues, and incomes. The results show that oil palm farming serves as the primary source of income, generating an annual net income of Rp 1,227,107,960, while cattle farming provides Rp 460,843,461. Integration of cattle and oil palm farming reduces production costs through the use of oil palm by-products as cattle feed and organic fertilizer, and improves land-use efficiency. The integrated system also adds value by producing biogas and reducing weeding costs. This study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical data on the economic performance of integrated oil palm-cattle farming at the smallholder level in Labuhan Batu Regency, a topic that has been scarcely explored. The findings highlight that integrated farming can significantly enhance farmer income and support sustainable agricultural practices. It is recommended that smallholders adopt integrated systems more widely to realize these benefits, and that agricultural policies and extension services provide training and develop scalable models to support implementation
