Stunting is a disorder of children's growth and development caused by chronic malnutrition and recurrent infections during the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK). Health workers at health centers, as part of the nutrition team, play a significant role in implementing effective interventions to reduce stunting rates. One of the trainings provided to health workers is the Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI) and Severe Acute Malnutrition training. This study aimed to measure changes in the knowledge of health workers before and after receiving the IMCI and Severe Acute Malnutrition training. This pre-experimental study involved 84 health workers from three cities in East Kalimantan. The training utilized interactive lectures, role play,  assignments, and practice sessions. A paired t-test was used to analyze the data. A significant increase in knowledge was observed before and after the training (p-value = 0.0001). It was concluded that the IMCI and Severe Acute Malnutrition Training was effective in enhancing the knowledge of health workers. Therefore, it remains essential as a routine training effort to prevent stunting

This paper is designed to systematically investigate the influence of information asymmetry on stock holding periods using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The literature was gathered through the Publish or Perish software, utilizing data from the Google Scholar database for 2020–2025 with the keywords “Holding Period” and “Stock.” From an initial search that yielded 77 articles, 21 were selected based on criteria related to research focus, methodology, and accessibility. These selected articles were further analyzed to identify research trends, methodological approaches, key variables, and contexts. The findings indicate that information asymmetry, frequently assessed through the bid-ask spread, it has a substantial impact on investors’ decision-making regarding the duration of stock ownership. Although the literature presents some variation in findings, most evidence suggests that higher levels of information asymmetry tend to shorten holding periods due to increased uncertainty and risk. The review also highlights that most publications on this topic originate from Universitas Pelita Bangsa. The study enhances the body of literature in this field by consolidating scattered evidence and presenting a comprehensive review, while identifying future research directions in behavioral finance and market transparency

Artificial Intelligence (AI) in public sector internal audit offers substantial promise for enhancing efficiency and accountability, yet its adoption remains limited due to organizational unpreparedness and institutional barriers. This study explores how organizational readiness and institutional challenges influence AI implementation in audit functions, using a Systematic Literature Review of 583 articles. The findings reveal that current literature is heavily centered on conceptual discussions of readiness and barriers, with minimal empirical evidence of real-world implementation. As its core contribution, this research proposes a relational conceptual framework in which readiness and barriers act as primary determinants of AI adoption, embedded within the broader context of digital transformation in the public sector. A phased implementation strategy is also recommended, beginning with readiness assessment, followed by pilot projects, internal reforms, and culminating in systemic integration and continuous evaluation. The study contributes not only to theoretical understanding of digital adoption but also offers a strategic foundation for regulators and oversight bodies to build a sustainable, data-driven public audit ecosystem

Water quality is a crucial factor in the cultivation of Sangkuriang catfish (Clarias gariepinus). One of the main issues in catfish farming is the increase in ammonia levels in the water, which can negatively impact fish health and the environment. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the phytoremediation method using Eichhornia crassipes (water hyacinth), Pistia stratiotes (water lettuce), and Azolla microphylla in reducing ammonia levels from catfish farming wastewater. The research employed an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD), consisting of three treatments using each plant type and a control group without treatment. The results showed that the phytoremediation method using water hyacinth was the most effective in reducing ammonia levels, achieving an efficiency of 99.35%. Water lettuce and Azolla microphylla also demonstrated effectiveness in absorbing ammonia, with efficiencies of 98.2% and 96.4%, respectively. Additionally, water quality parameters such as temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), phosphate, and nitrate were within the optimal range for fish farming. Based on these findings, the phytoremediation method using aquatic plants can be an environmentally friendly solution for managing catfish farming wastewater. Further research is needed to optimize environmental conditions and the number of plants used in the phytoremediation process

ShopeePay Later Restrictions in Aceh: A Study of Qanun No. 11 of 2018 and Consumer Protection

The development of fintech and e-commerce in Indonesia has triggered a transformation in consumer behavior, one of which is through Paylater services that provide instant access to financing. However, in Aceh, these services are inaccessible due to the implementation of Aceh Qanun No. 11 of 2018 on Sharia Financial Institutions, which requires all financial activities to be based on sharia principles and prohibits the practices of usury, gharar, and maisir. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the Qanun on Sharia Financial Institution and the protection of Muslim consumers in the context of fintech and e-commerce development, with a focus on the case of ShopeePay Later restrictions. The research method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing a literature study and regulatory analysis. The findings indicate that the restrictions on ShopeePay Later in Aceh represent not only the enforcement of local law but also a strategy to safeguard Muslim consumers from non-Sharia financial practices. These results confirm that the Qanun on Sharia Financial Institution functions as both a legal instrument and a mechanism for securing Islamic values in digital transactions. Furthermore, this regulation encourages fintech and e-commerce innovation to deliver Sharia-based products, so that consumer protection does not become an obstacle but rather an opportunity

The Integrated DigiWisata Program aims to encourage institutional strengthening and digital transformation of Peunaga Pasi Village in West Aceh Regency as a coastal tourism village based on education, culture, and the environment. This village has a unique geographic character with a combination of beaches, swamps, and a strong tsunami history, as well as a number of local attractions such as a mini waterboom, traditional salt tourism, and educational rides. However, this potential has not been managed in an integrated and professional manner. The main problems faced include the weak institutional structure of the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMG) and Tourism Awareness Groups (Pokdarwis), the absence of a digital management and financial system, low digital promotion capacity, the lack of integration of tourist attractions into one visit package, and the lack of a waste management system in the tourist area. This has led to low tourist visits and a suboptimal contribution to the local creative economy. Through a collaborative and research-based approach, this empowerment program carries out a series of strategic interventions, ranging from the preparation of institutional documents and BUMG Standard Operating Procedures, training in digital financial recording systems, activating tourism village websites and social media, to building educational showrooms and procuring waste shredders. All activities are designed to strengthen the community's capacity to manage local potential sustainably and independently. This program supports the achievement of the SDGs, the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of Higher Education, and RIRN's focus on social innovation and strengthening community-based economies. The community empowerment program is designed to run for three years, with the first year being the foundational stage for institutional and technological strengthening, followed by business diversification and digital promotion development, and the third year ending with the independence and model replication phase

This study aims to build a statistically valid forecasting model for the export value of Tuna, Skipjack, and Mackerel Tuna in Indonesia, considering that the ability to project future export performance is crucial for the strategic planning of both government and industry. Using annual time-series data from the period 2005 to 2023 sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP), this study applies the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) Box-Jenkins methodology. The entire analysis process, from stationary testing to forecasting, was conducted using Minitab 22 software. After a series of rigorous identification, estimation, and diagnostic checking stages, the ARIMA (0,1,2) model was identified as the best fit. This selection was based on its superiority across various criteria: having the lowest Akaike's Information Criterion (AIC) and Bayesian Information Criterion (BIC) values, the best out-of-sample forecasting accuracy (MAPE = 13.15%), a significant MA(2) parameter (p-value = 0.020), and valid residuals based on the Ljung-Box test (p-value = 0.663). The forecast for the 2024-2026 period shows a sustained upward trend in export value, with a projection of reaching USD 991.65 million by 2026. These findings provide a quantitative basis for the government in setting export targets and for the industry in planning investments, particularly in the development of value-added products to meet global market demand

    No full text
Central Bangka is a coastal area endowed with significant pelagic fishery resources. Barracuda fish (Sphyraena spp.) representing one of the economically valuable commodities, predominantly caught using handline fishing gear. However, the lack of adequate information on fishing seasons remains a major challenge in ensuring consistent supply, which in turn affects the efficiency of fisheries logistics and the stability of the distribution chain. This study aims to analyze the fishing seasonality, fishing effort, and distribution patterns of barracuda in Central Bangka as a basis for developing a more efficient and adaptive fisheries logistics system. The data used were obtained from monthly catch records and the number of handline fishing trips at the Batu Belubang Fish Landing Center (TPI) during the 2020–2024 period. The analysis involved calculating the Catch per Unit Effort (CPUE) and the Fishing Season Index (IMP) using the moving average method, followed by a comparative assessment between the IMP values and fishing effort patterns to evaluate fishermen’s responsiveness to seasonal fish availability. The results indicated that peak fishing seasons for barracuda occur in January, March, May–June, and October. Nevertheless, a mismatch between fishing effort and IMP values was observed, indicating both overcapacity and undercapacity during certain periods. These inefficiencies contribute to imbalances in the supply and distribution of barracuda. Among the identified peak months, May was determined to be the most efficient period for barracuda fishing in Central Bangka water
