Investigación preparatoria y su influencia en los delitos contra el patrimonio, en una entidad Judicial, Lima, 2021
Get PDFEl presente estudio tuvo como objetivo el determinar de qué manera la investigación preparatoria influye en los delitos contra el patrimonio, en una entidad judicial, Lima 2021. Es así como se desarrolló el estudio empleando una metodología basada en un enfoque cuantitativo, siendo una investigación tipo básica y de nivel correlacional, haciendo uso de un cuestionario de 32 preguntas como instrumento para la recolección de información. Este fue aplicado en una muestra de 25 jueces de una entidad judicial de Lima. Tras aplicar el cuestionario en la muestra seleccionada, se pudo obtener como resultado la validación de la hipótesis el dato de 0.874, siendo una cifra alta por la proximidad que tiene con el número 1 y señalando que hay relación entre las variables, aceptando la hipótesis planteada por el investigador, que dice que la investigación preparatoria influye significativamente en los delitos contra el patrimonio, en una entidad judicial, Lima 2021, por lo cual se terminó el estudio concluyendo que se pudo determinar la relación entre las variables.The objective of this study was to determine how the preparatory investigation influences crimes against patrimony in a judicial entity, Lima 2021. Thus, the study was developed using a methodology based on a quantitative approach, being a basic and correlational research, using a 32-question questionnaire as an instrument for data collection. This was applied to a sample of 25 judges from a judicial entity in Lima. After applying the questionnaire in the selected sample, it was possible to obtain as a result the validation of the hypothesis the data of 0.874, being a high figure due to its proximity to the number 1 and indicating that there is a relationship between the variables, accepting the hypothesis put forward by the researcher, which says that the preparatory investigation significantly influences crimes against property in a judicial entity, Lima 2021, so the study was completed concluding that it was possible to determine the relationship between the variables

Get PDFEl presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo general, determinar la relación entre el otorgamiento de medidas de protección por violencia de género y la vulneración del derecho al debido proceso del demandado en el distrito judicial de Lima Norte, 2021.
Asimismo, la presente investigación busca comprobar si con el otorgamiento de las medidas de protección por violencia de género contenidas en la Ley No 30364 “Ley para prevenir y erradicar la violencia contra la mujer y los integrantes del grupo familiar”, se vulnera el derecho al debido proceso de la parte denunciada, al otorgarse medidas de protección, brindando mayor seguridad a una de las partes, olvidando que ambas partes del proceso son sujetos de derechos, con derechos constitucionales reconocidos.
La presente investigación reúne las características de una investigación aplicada, de diseño no experimental - transversal – correlacional, que se realizó bajo un enfoque cuantitativo aplicando la técnica de la encuesta, instrumentalizada a través de un cuestionario elaborado a partir de las dimensiones e indicadores establecidos en la operacionalización de variables, dicho instrumento se encuentra constituido por 24 ítems con alternativa de respuesta múltiple (politómicas) bajo un escalamiento de tipo Likert y que fueron aplicados a la población de estudio seleccionada.The general objective of this research work is to determine the relationship between the granting of protection measures for gender violence and the violation of the right to due process of the defendant in the judicial district of Lima Norte, 2021.

Get PDFEl presente trabajo de investigación titulado “La responsabilidad civil del Juez en materia Civil”, tiene como objetivo analizar de qué manera el Juez debe responder al cometer actos u omisiones que resulten perjudiciales para aquellos que se encuentran en búsqueda de tutela efectiva del Estado, la figura de la responsabilidad civil debe invocarse cuando un magistrado afecta o perjudica al justiciable con su desempeño en la función jurisdiccional. El presente trabajo es de tipo descriptivo, basado en un análisis del cuerpo normativo peruano, desde la doctrina, jurisprudencia y legislación actual.
La recopilación de información se efectuó mediante la búsqueda de información bibliográfica. Los resultados consisten en ofrecer mayor aporte hacia la comunidad jurídica respecto a “la responsabilidad civil de los Jueces”, considerando que “es un” estudio muy poco abordado, a nivel normativo, doctrinario y jurisprudencial, siendo así una figura jurídica muy poco utilizada en los tribunales peruanos, encontrándose con barreras para su aplicación.This research work entitled "The civil liability of the Judge in Civil Matters", aims to analyze how the Judge should respond when committing acts or omissions that are harmful to those who are seeking effective protection from the State, the figure of civil liability must be invoked when a magistrate affects or harms the defendant with his performance in the jurisdictional function. The present work is of a descriptive type, based on an analysis of the Peruvian normative body, from the doctrine, jurisprudence and current legislation.
The collection of information was carried out through the search for bibliographic information. Get PDFEl presente trabajo de investigación busca como finalidad implementar herramientas de gestión de calidad para mejorar los procesos productivos del servicio que brinda la empresa INDGELEC PERU SAC que como unidad de negocio tiene la venta, fabricación y servicio de Grupos Electrógenos y tablero de trasferencia automáticas a nivel nacional. El trabajo es enfocado a la implementación de estas herramientas de gestión de calidad en dicha empresa que carece de un inspector de calidad aplicando estas herramientas y evaluaciones en los procesos productivos de diferente área administrativa y operacional de la empresa. Estas herramientas se enfocarán en la parte operativa de la empresa y el departamento técnico que dé lo largo de estos 7 años viene trabajando brindando servicio y venta a diferentes clientes a nivel nacional, pero sin cuestionar el trabajo o producto brindado ante el cliente solo recibiendo la confianza de parte de ellos y renovando contratos anuales de servicio.
Se propone partir de este análisis la implementación de herramientas de gestión de calidad pegándonos a la Norma ISO 9001:2015, con la finalidad de brindar una mejor calidad de productos y servicios para lograr la excelencia en el rubro y la mejora continua del mismo.The purpose of this research work is to implement quality management tools to improve the production processes of the service provided by the company INDGELEC PERU SAC, which as a business unit has the sale, manufacture and service of generator sets and automatic transfer board at the level nationwide. The work is focused on the implementation of these quality management tools in this company that lacks a quality inspector applying these tools and evaluations in the productive processes of different administrative and operational areas of the company. These tools will focus on the operational part of the company and the technical department that throughout these 7 years has been working providing service and sales to different customers nationwide, but without questioning the work or product provided to the customer, only receiving the trust and confidence of them and renewing annual service contracts. It is proposed from this analysis the implementation of quality management tools sticking to the ISO 9001: 2015, in order to provide a better quality of products and services to achieve excellence in the field and its continuous improvement. La finalidad es optimizar la Gestión administrativa, mediante la implementación y desarrollo de un sistema de red para mejorar la Gestión administrativa en la oficina de Junta de Sanidad Institucional de la PNP, como se ha propuesto en la hipótesis de este trabajo. El instrumento a utilizar es el lenguaje PHP y se realiza con la metódica basada en RUP.
El trabajo está formado por partes, separados por capítulos los cuales son: Problema de la investigación, Marco teórico, Metodología de la investigación y Resultados.
Teniendo como efectos que, en la ocasión del pretest, el 10.00% del personal abordado indicó un bajo nivel en base a la Gestión Administrativa, mientras que el 70.00% indicó un medio nivel y un 20.00% indicó un alto nivel. En la ocasión del postest, el 10.00% del personal abordado indicó un bajo nivel en base a la Gestión Administrativa, mientras que el 10.00% indicó un medio nivel y un 80.00% indicó un alto nivel.The purpose of this work is to optimize the Administrative Management, through the implementation of a web system applied to the Administrative Management in the office of the Institutional Health Board of the PNP. Get PDFEl presente trabajo empresarial denominado “SUMAQ” analiza la propuesta de un plan de negocios en Lima.
El origen del nombre de la empresa es quechua; esto, para causar una mayor relevancia en los productos nativos que estamos utilizando, siendo estos la papa tarmeña, la papa perricholi, la papa negra y la yuca, pues todas ellas cuentan con un sabor agradable y adecuado al momento de preparar nuestros platos.
El consumo de pollos a la brasa se ha incrementado notablemente con el paso de los últimos años, por ello, vimos una oportunidad de negocio en uno de los distritos de mayor población en Lima denominado Los Olivos.
Sin embargo, se puede observar que se ha mantenido la misma presentación del mencionado potaje, por este motivo pretendemos incursionar en el mercado, ofreciendo un adicional que se encuentra dentro de los gustos de los peruanos, siendo estos: plátano, huevos fritos, deliciosas y llamativas ensaladas en las que destacan sus ingredientes de origen nativo.
Nuestra pollería ofrece a los comensales, formas adicionales de acompañar al pollo a la brasa, actualmente nuestros precios nos permiten atraer al cliente, porque nuestros competidores directos ofrecen precios mucho más elevados.
El nombre de nuestro restaurante “SUMAQ” significa agradable, sabroso; a su vez es sugestivo para el público objetivo, teniendo como base que la comida peruana ha crecido y ganado reconocimiento internacional, por lo cual las personas están más orgullosas y se sienten más identificados con nuestra cultura.
Pudimos observar que un 74% de los encuestados solicita o le gustaría acudir a un restaurante diferente de pollo a la brasa, lo que nos permite afirmar que hay gran demanda.
Cabe indicar que gran parte de los encuestados degusta del pollo a la brasa frecuentemente.

However, it can be appreciated the same presentation as aforementioned stew has been maintained, that´s why we pretend enter in Lima market, offering an additional that is within the tastes of Peruvians, these being: banana, fried eggs, delicious and striking salads in which their ingredients of native origin stand out.
Our chicken restaurant offers additional ways to accompany grilled chicken, currently our prices allow us to attract the customer, because our direct competitors offer much higher prices.
The name of our restaurant “SUMAQ” means nice, tasty; at the same time, it is suggestive for the target audience, based on the fact that peruvian food has grown and gained international recognition, for which people are more proud and feel more identified with our culture.
We are able to observe that 74% of those surveyed request or would like to go to a different grilled chicken restaurant, which allows us to affirm that there is a great demand. Las contrataciones públicas y su influencia en el desempeño laboral en una empresa de servicio de agua potable, Barranca, 2021
Get PDFEl presente estudio planteo como objetivo general el determinar cómo las contrataciones públicas influyen en el desempeño laboral en una empresa de servicio de agua potable, Barranca, 2021. Asimismo, empleando una metodología cuantitativa, ya que se adecuada con facilidad a los requisitos que pedía el estudio, además, que es una investigación de carácter básica, de nivel explicativo y diseño no experimental, dando a conocer que no se manipulo y altero los elementos del estudio; la población y muestra estuvo conformada por 45 integrantes del área administrativa de la empresa, aplicándole un cuestionario con 30 preguntas relacionadas al tema. Luego de ello se recolecto las respuestas y con la ayuda del formato estadístico SPSS se obtuvo los siguientes resultados, un 55% indico estar totalmente de acuerdo que es necesario que se cuenten con la aprobación del titular de la entidad a fin de tener conocimiento sobre los trabajadores que desempeñaran sus funciones en dicha entidad, y un 55% indico estar de acuerdo que es necesario que se prevalezca un monto referido al proceso de selección. Teniendo como conclusión principal que, mediante la aplicación de la herramienta Rho de Spearman se obtuvo el dato de 0,812, el cual por estar cercano al 1 es aceptable. Así mismo aceptando la hipótesis planteada por el investigador Existe una influencia significativa de las contrataciones públicas en el desempeño laboral en una empresa de servicio de agua potable, Barranca, 2021.The general objective of this study was to determine how public contracting influences labor performance in a drinking water service company, Barranca, 2021. Also, using a quantitative methodology, since it is easily adapted to the requirements of the study, in addition, it is a research of basic character, of explanatory level and non-experimental design, showing that the elements of the study were not manipulated and altered; the population and sample consisted of 45 members of the administrative area of the company, applying a questionnaire with 30 questions related to the subject. After that, the answers were collected and with the help of the SPSS statistical format the following results were obtained: 55% indicated to be in total agreement that it is necessary to have the approval of the head of the entity in order to have knowledge about the workers who will perform their functions in that entity, and 55% indicated to be in agreement that it is necessary to prevail an amount referred to the selection process. The main conclusion is that, through the application of Spearman's Rho tool, 0.812 was obtained, which is close to 1 and therefore acceptable. Sin ser unos expertos en el tema podemos observar las innumerables deficiencias que existe en relación al cumplimiento de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) en el sector transporte público urbano de Lima y Callao.
Al hablar de RSE no podemos dejar de lado el tema de desarrollo sostenible, debido a que son prácticas que las empresas asumen para poder obtener una ponderación dentro de los que se serán nuestros tres pilares fundamentales que sería la parte económica, social y ambiental.
Sin embargo, para poder dar cumplimiento a que las empresas de transporte urbano de Lima y Callo practiquen el tema de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial, existen alternativas al trabajar de manera conjunta nuestros tres pilares, debido a que es una cadena, y los resultados serán uno consecuencia del otro, logrando así mayor competitividad en empresas de transporte urbano y generando valor agregado para las mismas.All companies without distinction develop Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from strategic planning, based on principles that are designed from the top management of companies; however, we will focus on the urban public transport sector of Lima and Callao.

Get PDFEl presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo el control para maximizar la rentabilidad de la empresa en el cual tiene como causa principal reducir la, Problemática dela empresa, la necesidad que tiene de implementar y aumentar su flota y los objetivos que tiene para ejecutarlos .Luego de culminar el trabajo de investigación se obtuvo como conclusión nuevos objetivos para dar una rentabilidad optima a la empresa en el cual se reducirán costos y gastos, dando mayor liquidez y mejora a la empresa. Se mejoró varios detalles con respecto a la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, se amplió una serie de cosas como tener un seguro complementario de trabajo de riesgo (SCTR) en el cual va ser un bien para la empresa debido que si ocurriera un accidente el seguro se hace cargo de los gastos al 100% teniendo como consecuencia que la empresa no asuma esos costos , solo la empresa asumiría el costo del seguro que es de veinte nuevos soles por trabajador ,es un monto mínimo si comparamos con los gastos de un accidente , debido que los colaboradores. Están expuestos a diferentes tipos de accidentes, porque es un almacén de riesgos, ya que las mercancías son llantas que están apiladas a grandes alturas y aros de gran valor. También se observó que los colaboradores no pasan por un filtro previo, pudiendo ocasionar que las mercancías Puedan ser hurtadas por el mismo colaborador (estibador-chofer) esto con lleva que la empresa se vea perjudicada económicamente.The objective of this research work is "the control to maximize the profitability of the company" in which its main cause is to reduce the company's problems, the need to implement and increase its fleet and the objectives it has to execute them. Auditoria tributaria preventiva y su relación con la reducción de contingencias tributarias en la Empresa Romero Motors S.R.L., la Molina, 2022
Get PDFLa presente tesis tuvo como objetivo determinar qué relación existe entre la auditoria tributaria preventiva y la reducción de contingencias tributarias en la empresa Romero Motors S.R.L., La Molina, 2022.
Se aplicó una metodología de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básica, de nivel correlacional; la población estuvo conformado por 18 colaboradores del área contable y administrativa, por otra parte, se decidió no hacer un muestreo, ya que el estudio fue censal.
En la recolección de datos se utilizó dos instrumentos (cuestionarios) con preguntas cerradas, de tipo Likert. Asimismo, estos instrumentos pasaron por una evaluación de Juicio de expertos y fueron aprobados. Y también, se determinó la confiabilidad de los instrumentos con la técnica del alfa de Cronbach; cuyos resultados fueron 0,811 y 0,877 coeficientes respectivamente de cada variable, y se demostró que ambas cuestionaros de cada variable son confiables.
Y, por último, se concluyó que la auditoría tributaria preventiva se relaciona significativamente con la reducción de contingencias tributarias en la empresa Romero Motors S.R.L., La Molina, 2022; con una sig. bilateral de 0,002. Se complementa con que el coeficiente de correlación del Rho de Spearman fue 0,866; el cual indica una correlación muy alta y directa entre ambas variables.The objective of this thesis was to determine the relationship between the preventive tax audit and the reduction of tax contingencies in the company Romero Motors S.R.L., La Molina, 2022.
A methodology of quantitative approach was applied, of basic type, of correlative level; the population was made up of 18 collaborators of the accounting and administrative area, moreover, it was decided not to make a sampling, since the study was census.
Two instruments (questionnaires) with closed questions of the Likert type were used in the data collection. These instruments were also evaluated by experts and approved. And also, the reliability of the instruments was determined with the technique of Cronbach’s alpha; whose results were 0.811 and 0.877 coefficients respectively of each variable, and it was demonstrated that both questionnaires of each variable are reliable.
Finally, it was concluded that the preventive tax audit is significantly related to the reduction of tax contingencies in the company Romero Motors S.R.L., La Molina, 2022; with a sig. bilateral of 0.002. The correlation coefficient of Spearman’s Rho was 0.866, which indicates a very high and direct correlation between both variables
