El control de inventarios y su relación con la rentabilidad en la empresa Chemtools, 2021
Get PDFLa actual investigación planteo como objetivo principal establecer la relación entre el control de inventarios y la rentabilidad en la empresa CHEMTOOLS, 2021.Del mismo modo, se formuló la hipótesis principal que el control de inventarios se relaciona significativamente con la rentabilidad en la empresa CHEMTOOLS. El método enfocado en el aspecto metodológico fue cuantitativo, de tipo básica, nivel correlacional y diseño no experimental. La técnica empleada fue la encuesta a través de un cuestionario como herramienta principal para obtener datos a partir de la colaboración de encuestados. La población y muestra representa la cifra de 17 colaboradores que laboran en el área de contabilidad y logística de la empresa CHEMTOOLS. Los resultados mostraron que el 47,1 % estuvo totalmente de acuerdo el control de inventario es el adecuado que permite identificar la actualización de inventarios, permitiendo acelerar la rotación de los productos, asimismo el 47,1 % estuvo de acuerdo que los beneficios netos se relacionan con la rentabilidad de la empresa. Finalmente, se obtuvo como resultado principal que el control de inventarios se relaciona significativamente con la rentabilidad en la empresa CHEMTOOLS.

El enunciado se logró corroborar mediante la aplicación de la correlación de Spearman 0,845, dicha cifra es alto.The main objective of the current research was to establish the relationship between inventory control and profitability in the company CHEMTOOLS, 2021, and to formulate the main hypothesis that inventory control is significantly related to profitability in the company CHEMTOOLS. The method focused on the methodological aspect was quantitative, basic type, correlational level and non-experimental design. The technique used was the survey accompanied by the questionnaire as the main tool to obtain data from the collaboration of respondents. The population and sample represents the number of 17 employees working in the accounting and logistics area of the company CHEMTOOLS. The results showed that 47.1 % totally agreed that the inventory control is the adequate one that allows to identify the inventory update, allowing to accelerate the rotation of the products, also 47.1 % agreed that the net benefits are related to the profitability of the company. Reconocimiento de ingresos y rentabilidad en las empresas operadoras de residuos sólidos – Lima Sur, 2021
Get PDFLa presente investigación titulada, reconocimiento de ingresos y rentabilidad en las empresas operadoras de residuos sólidos – Lima Sur, 2021. Tiene como objetivo determinar de qué manera el reconocimiento de ingresos se relaciona con la rentabilidad en las empresas operadoras de residuos sólidos – Lima Sur.
Con respecto a la metodología de la investigación, es de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico, con un nivel correlacional. El diseño de la investigación es no experimental – Transversal.
El instrumento de recolección de datos fue la encuesta, este instrumento fue validado por tres jueces expertos con grado de maestría, utilizando la escala de Likert.
La población fueron 10 empresas operadoras de residuos sólidos de Lima Sur, obtenidos de la página web del MINAM y la muestra fueron 20 personas, siendo el gerente y contador de cada empresa.
Como resultado estadístico de la prueba de Rho Spearman, se obtuvo un valor de correlación de 0,798 con un nivel de significancia de 0,001 demostrando que existe relación entre el reconocimiento de ingresos y rentabilidad en las empresas operadoras de residuos sólidos -Lima Sur, 2021.The present research entitled, revenue recognition and profitability in solid waste operating companies – Lima Sur, 2021. It aims to determine how revenue recognition is related to profitability in solid waste operating companies – Lima Sur, 2021.
With respect to the methodology of the research, it is of a quantitative approach, of basic type, with a correlative level. Research design is non experimental – Transversal.
The data collection instrument used was the survey, this instrument was validated by three expert judges with a master’s degree, using the Likert scale.
The population was 10 companies operating solid waste in Lima Sur, obtained from the MINAM website and the sample was 20 people, being the manager and accountant of each company.
As a statistical result of Spearman´s Rho test, correlation vale of 0.798 was obtained with a significance level of 0.001 showing that there is a relationship between revenue recognition and profitability in solid waste operating companies – Lima Sur, 2021
Formalización y beneficios laborales en colaboradores de dos notarías del distrito de Santa Anita, Lima, 2022
Get PDFLa presente investigación, tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre formalización y beneficios laborales en colaboradores de dos notarias del distrito de Santa Anita, Lima, 2022. Fue de tipo correlacional y aplicada, de enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño no experimental, transversal. La población estuvo formada por 30 colaboradores de dos notarias del distrito de Santa Anita y la muestra constituida por 30 colaboradores, fue censal elegidos por el investigador. Se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta tipo lickert, a través del cuestionario, instrumento que consta de un total de 40 preguntas, de los cuales 26 preguntas corresponden a la variable de Formalización y 14 preguntas pertenecen a la variable Beneficios Laborales. En los resultados se obtuvo que no existe relación entre formalización y beneficios laborales en colaboradores de dos notarías del Distrito de Santa Anita, Lima, 2022 aceptando de esta forma la hipótesis nula; ya que, utilizando la prueba de correlación de Pearson, el nivel de significancia de ambas variables fue de 0,287 la cuál es mayor que 0,05.The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between formalization and labor benefits of the employees of a service company in the district of Santa Anita, Lima, 2022. It was of a correlational type, with a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design, cross. The population consisted of 30 employees of the Santa Anita service company and the sample, made up of 30 employees, was chosen by the researcher from the census. The survey technique was used, through the questionnaire, an instrument that consists of a total of 40 questions, of which 26 questions correspond to the Formalization variable and 14 questions belong to the Labor Benefits variable. In the results, it was obtained that there is no relationship between formalization and labor benefits of the collaborators of a Santa Anita service company, thus accepting the null hypothesis; since, using the Pearson correlation test, the significance level of both variables was 0.287, which is greater than 0.05
La defensa extrajudicial de la posesión
Get PDFLa creación de esta obra jurídica literaria, ha estudiado la potestad individual o colectiva del poder de hecho sobre una predio, como una de las principales materias del orden legal y más relevantes del derecho sustantivo en materia civil de la república del Perú; en la doctrina del orden legal estudiaremos los conocimientos iniciales del mundo interior de Savigny sobre el poder de hecho de la cosa, quién nació el año 1779 y falleció en 1861, de la misma manera, al autor de apellido Ihering, quién nació en 1818 y fallecido en 1892; asimismo, analizaremos la figura jurídica de la custodia del predio sin participación de autoridad alguna, descrito en las reglas del código sustantivo especializado en lo civil del Perú del año 1984, registrado en el artículo 920 (Decreto Legislativo 295), también se ha hecho un análisis de la jurisprudencia sobre la afectación a la posesión a través de los autos emitidos por los tribunos nacionales; de la misma manera, los tratados o pacto o acuerdo ratificado por el Perú especializado en lo civil de los Derechos Reales, en este caso del “derecho a la propiedad “ descrita en la Manifestación de facultades otorgados a la persona humana, en el párrafo número 17 , donde se regula, que cualquier persona humana de manera particular o grupal tiene la facultad otorgada por la norma, sobre el dominio físico de su predio, también describe que ninguna persona le podrán usurpar abusivamente el dominio físico de su predio; derechos que son principios de la ONU del cual el Perú es parte y tiene la obligación de legislar su normativa interna dentro de los parámetros que establece éste organismo internacional; finalmente, hemos concluido que la institución jurídica de la protección extrajudicial de la posesión es un mecanismo que el Estado Peruano, brinda al dueño o propietario de un bien, de invocar el párrafo novecientos veinte del código sustantivo en materia civil, para recuperar el bien desposeído, sin participación de autoridad alguna, facultándolo a recobrar el bien para sí, pudiendo utilizar la fuerza a través de particulares, empero, éste protocolo establecido en la ley, permite que con el solo hecho de declarar ser dueño o propietario, sin mostrar documento alguno de su titularidad podrá resistir la empuje que se utilice hacia él y recuperar la posesión, no dejando ejercer el derecho de contradicción al ocupante el mismo que pudiera también tener título o documento que acredite tal condición y que estuviere vencido, situación que pone en riesgo la seguridad, la tranquilidad y la paz social en la comunidad.The creation of this literary legal work has studied the individual or collective power of de facto power over a property, as one of the main matters of the legal order and the most relevant of the substantive law in civil matters of the Republic of Peru; entre la conciliación extrajudicial y la afectación al principio de interés superior del niño en el
Distrito Judicial de Lima Norte, 2020.
La conciliación extrajudicial se configura como un mecanismo eficaz frente a la
resolución de conflictos, fomentando una cultura de paz y no litigante, permitiendo de esta
manera también la descongestión de la carga procesal de nuestro actual sistema judicial, el cual
se encuentra saturado de casos que pueden solucionarse haciendo uso de la oralidad y la buena
voluntad de ambas partes, es aquí en donde la figura del conciliador cumple un rol
preponderante canalizando de la mejor forma las demandas, logrando un acuerdo justo para las
partes intervinientes. (Gaitán y Forero, 2016, pp. 12-13)
La presente investigación reúne las características de una investigación aplicada, de
diseño no experimental - transversal – correlacional, que se realizó bajo un enfoque cuantitativo
aplicando la técnica de la encuesta, instrumentalizada a través de un cuestionario elaborado a

la lesión contractual en la responsabilidad contractual en el sector construcción, Lima, 2021.
La lesión contractual, según Hilario (2019) es el daño patrimonial que se da cuando una
de las partes que establecieron un contrato lleva a cabo conductas irresponsables que
perjudiquen a la otra parte; debido a este desmedro de una por sobre la otra es necesario llevar
a cabo entonces la responsabilidad contractual, que se desprende de la responsabilidad civil y
que según Mariños García (2018) puede definirse como la obligación de reparo que recae sobre
la parte lesionante con el fin de resarcir el daño que fue ocasionado a la otra parte debido al no
cumplimiento, el cumplimiento parcial u otra acción que menoscabe patrimonialmente a su
contraparte.
La presente es una investigación aplicada no experimental transeccional correlacional,
que se realizó bajo el enfoque cuantitativo aplicando la técnica de la encuesta con 14 preguntas
cerradas con alternativas de respuesta tipo Likert a 80 personas vinculadas al derecho civil
especialistas en el tema de contratos del sector construcción que laboran en Lima.The present research work aims to determine the influence of contractual injury on

el uso de las redes sociales y la vulneración constitucional de violación a la intimidad en el
distrito de San Isidro-2020/2021, identificando el respeto fundamental del derecho
constitucional a la intimidad frente a los avances tecnológicos partiendo de un conocimiento
general, posibilitando replantear la normativa existente. El tipo de investigación es básica, no
experimental con diseño descriptivo-propositivo, con nivel correlacional y enfoque
cuantitativo, para el muestreo se presentan entrevistas a jueces y abogados relacionados
directamente a casos de violación a la intimidad de la Corte Superior de Lima-2020/2021.
Como instrumentos se utilizaron cuestionarios en escala Likert que midieron variables
seleccionadas. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran una relación significativa entre el uso de
redes sociales y la vulneración constitucional a la intimidad en el distrito de San Isidro.The main objective of this research is to determine the relationship between the use of social
networks and the constitutional violation of violation of privacy in the district of San Isidrox-

Get PDFVarios de los derechos fundamentales del ser humano están expresados en diversos manifiestos
a nivel mundial, estos documentos expresan entre otros derechos el derecho a la vida, a la
educación, al respeto, a la tolerancia, pero uno de los principales derechos que es materia de
estudio por diversos organismos multilaterales es el derecho de alimentos. Este derecho es
indispensable para el sustento e incluye habitación, vestido, educación, instrucción y
capacitación para el trabajo, gastos del embarazo de la madre desde la concepción hasta la etapa
de postparto, entre otros. Es desde este ámbito, que el trabajo en desarrollo tiene como propósito
y objetivo fundamental explicar la comparación en el tratamiento jurídico de los Derechos entre
Hijos Extramatrimoniales e Hijos Alimentistas mayores de edad, Lima 2020. Como ya se
mencionó antes, el derecho de alimentos es un derecho fundamental en el ser humano, y con él
se pretende analizar, verificar y finalmente identificar la alternativa jurídica que permita
afrontar y superar la problemática en la sociedad peruana, específicamente cuando el
beneficiario es mayor de edad. Para poder hacer un análisis de esta temática se plantearon una
serie de objetivos que paulatinamente sirvieron de guía para el desarrollo de la propuesta final.
Seguidamente se estableció la teoría que abarca la temática de la alimentación y seguidamente
el marco legal allí descrito, posterior a ello se realizaron procedimientos metodológicos que en
base a diferentes técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de información permitieron dar con los

organizations is the right to food. This right is essential for sustenance and includes room,
clothing, education, instruction and training for work, pregnancy expenses of the mother from
conception to the postpartum stage, among others. It is from this scope, that the work in
development has as its purpose and fundamental objective to explain the assessment of the legal
regulation of the Right to Food and its relationship with the student of legal age, Lima 2020.
As already mentioned before, the right to education is a fundamental right in the human being,
but hand in hand with it is important the right of food which aims to analyze and verify the
inoperancia and negligence of the parents by not requesting the right of food in favor of the
food in its due opportunity and finally identify the legal alternative that allows facing and
overcoming the problems in Peruvian society, specifically when the beneficiary is the child of
legal age. In order to make an analysis of this topic, a series of objectives were proposed that
gradually served as a guide for the development of the final proposal. Then the theory that

Get PDFLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar cómo la gestión financiera incide en el acceso al crédito bancario de las Mypes del sector servicio del distrito de La Molina, 2020, se realiza con la intención de abordar el problema principal presentado en interrogante: ¿La gestión financiera incide en el acceso al crédito bancario de las Mypes del sector servicio del distrito de La Molina, 2020?. La metodología fue de enfoque cuantitativo, con un tipo de investigación aplicada, de diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y de nivel descriptivo – correlacional. La muestra será de 67 encuestados seleccionando a un gerente por cada mype del sector servicio del distrito de La Molina. El instrumento que se utilizará en la investigación será una encuesta. En la confiabilidad se usó el coeficiente Alpha obtenido de la herramienta "Gestión financiera" es 0,937, y para la segunda variable "Crédito Bancario" es 0.848, lo que nos permite constatar que las preguntas son sólidas, y existe consistencia interna entre estas preguntas.The main objective of this research was to determine how financial management affects access to bank credit for MSEs in the service sector of the La Molina district, 2020, it is carried out with the intention of addressing the main problem presented in question: Does management financial impact on the access to bank credit of the MSEs of the service sector of the district of La Molina, 2020 ?. El liderazgo transformacional y el desarrollo institucional de la empresa SA2EN SAC, 2021, Lima, Perú
Get PDFEl presente estudio tuvo como objetivo demostrar la relación entre el liderazgo transformacional y
el desarrollo institucional de la empresa SA2EN SAC.
Esta empresa mantiene una relación estrecha de confianza tanto con sus trabajadores como
con los clientes, pero la presencia de una mayor competencia en este ámbito hace que tenga que
innovar en sus procesos tradicionales de gestión interna, para que finalmente pueda ser una
alternativa fresca para los nuevos consumidores.
En este caso se consideró necesario el evaluar el manejo por parte del líder de la
organización, de manera en la que los trabajadores puedan encontrarse en un ambiente mucho más
agradable y sentir que también son parte importante de la empresa, creando estrategias que
beneficien a la empresa de manera conjunta, impulsando su desarrollo como institución. Es así
como este estudio se construyó bajo un enfoque cuantitativo tipo básico, de diseño Descriptivo
Correlacional No Experimental, aplicando una encuesta dirigida a una muestra conformada por 30
trabajadores de la empresa SA2EN SAC.
Los resultados obtenidos mostraron que el liderazgo transformacional se relaciona
significativamente con el desarrollo institucional de la empresa SA2EN SAC 2021, hipótesis que
se pudo comprobar con un valor de 0.830 tras aplicar la correlación de Spearman.The main purpose of this study is to demonstrate the relationship between transformational
leadership and the institutional development of the company SA2EN SAC.
This company maintains a close relationship of trust with both its workers and customers,
but the presence of greater competition in this area means that it has to innovate in its traditional
internal management processes, so that it can finally be a fresh alternative for new consumers.
In this case it is considered necessary to evaluate the management by the leader of the
organization, so that workers can find themselves in a much more pleasant environment and feel
that they are also an important part of the company, creating strategies that benefit the company as
a whole, promoting its development as an institution. Thus, this study was built with a basic
quantitative approach, with a descriptive correlational non-experimental design, applying a survey
to a sample of 30 workers of the company SA2EN SAC.
The results obtained showed that transformational leadership is significantly related to the
institutional development of the company SA2EN SAC 2021, a hypothesis that could be proved
with a value of 0.830 after applying Spearman's correlation
