Las cafeterías y su relación con el desarrollo económico de la zona cercado del Distrito de Villa María del Triunfo
Get PDFEste documento presenta la investigación realizada con el principal objetivo de distinguir la relación actual entre la implementación de una cafetería de estilo innovador y relación con el desarrollo económico local.
Para el desarrollo del presente trabajo se realizó una investigación de mercado y análisis de información obtenida de diversas fuentes: se revisaron libros, artículos periodísticos, revistas para verificar teorías, entre otros. La investigación presenta un análisis histórico sobre el café, como insumo principal del negocio; así como, antecedentes de los negocios similares en el Perú y el mundo. Además, con el apoyo de técnicas del muestreo se aplicaron encuestas a vecinos y trabajadores de la zona para poder tener una noción fiable de las necesidades y deseos de la población de Villa María del Triunfo. Mediante estos medios, se pudo obtener información valiosa que permitió considerar una solución al problema y alcanzar los objetivos establecidos en un inicio.
La intención de desarrollar este tema de investigación surgió debido a que, a pesar que en los últimos años se ha evidenciado un desarrollo económico en la zona Cercado de Villa María del Triunfo, aún no se cuenta con una cafetería que ofrezca productos de calidad, en un ambiente cómodo, con atención agradable, donde además de consumir bebidas (como café y sus derivados); las personas puedan disfrutar del espacio para pasar el tiempo solas, con amistades, colegas o en familia.This document presents the research conducted with the main objective of identifying the relationship between the implementation of an innovative style cafeteria and the relationship with local economic development.
For the development of this document a market research and analysis of information obtained from diverse sources was carried out: books, journalistic articles, and magazines were reviewed to verify theories, among others. The research presents a historical analysis of coffee as the main input of the business, as well as a background of similar businesses in Peru and the world. In addition, with the support of sampling techniques, surveys were applied to neighbors and workers in the area in order to obtain a reliable idea of the needs and desires of the public in Villa María del Triunfo. Through these means, it was possible to obtain valuable information that allowed us to consider a solution to the problem and achieve the objectives established at the beginning.
The intention of developing this research topic arose because, although in recent years there has been an economic development in the Cercado de Villa María del Triunfo area, there is still no cafeteria that offers quality products, in a comfortable environment, with pleasant service, where in addition to consuming beverages (such as coffee and its derivatives); people can enjoy the space to spend time alone, with friends, colleagues or family

En la investigación se utilizó el enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica y diseño no experimental, descriptiva-correlacional de corte transaccional. La técnica utilizada, encuesta con el instrumento del cuestionario. La población y muestra fueron 12 directivos de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Financiamiento Popular de Miraflores - Lima.
La investigación demostró en sus resultados que los directivos, reconocen que la Auditoría Interna tiene relación con la gestión financiera, en la prueba de Rho de Spearman de la hipótesis general, se tiene el valor de significancia bilateral de 0,003 < 0.05 y se concluye que la auditoría interna tiene un nivel de relación con la gestión financiera en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Financiamiento Popular de Miraflores 2020. Además, se obtiene un coeficiente de 0,545 que indica una correlación positiva moderada.The investigation: The internal audit and its relationship with the financial management of the Savings and Credit Cooperative Popular Financing of Miraflores - Lima 2020. The research used the quantitative approach, basic type and non-experimental, descriptive-correlational design of a transitional nature. Get PDFEl presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre control de inventario y rentabilidad en la empresa Papelera Reyes SAC, Callao 2022. La metodología de investigación es de tipo correlacional, de enfoque cuantitativo transversal no experimental porque no se manipulan las variables y también se recolectaron los datos en un solo momento , la muestra está constituida por 25 colaboradores de la empresa, para la recolección de datos se empleó la técnica de la encuesta su análisis se efectúo con un programa estadístico SPSS Versión 26 y como instrumento se empleó el cuestionario conformada por 34 ítems .Los resultados según la prueba de correlación de Pearson con un coeficiente de correlación de 0. 439 y una significancia de 0,05 manifestando una correlación baja, la cual demostró que si existe relación entre la variable control de inventario y Rentabilidad. Se llegó a la conclusión que, si existe relación entre las variables control de inventario y rentabilidad, así mismo se encontró relación entre las dimensiones. Por tanto, se acepta la hipótesis alterna y se rechaza la hipótesis nula.The objective of this research work was to determine the relationship between Inventory Control and Profitability in the company Papelera Reyes SAC, Callao 2022. The research methodology is correlational, with a non-experimental transversal quantitative approach because the variables are not manipulated and also The data was collected in a single moment, the sample is made up of 25 employees of the company, for the data collection the survey technique was used, its analysis was carried out with the statistical program SPSS Version 26 and the questionnaire was used as an instrument. The results according to the Pearson correlation test with a correlation coefficient of 0.439 and a significance of 0.05 showing a low correlation, which showed that there is a relationship between the variable inventory control and profitability. Get PDFLa presente investigación tiene como objetivo mejorar la productividad en el área de fabricación de la empresa, basado en la filosofía Lean Manufacturing para poder lograr con el cumplimiento de entrega de los productos terminados. En la actualidad la empresa se dedica a la fabricación de muebles de maderas tales como roperos, cómodas entre otros.
Para poder evaluar la situación de la empresa se realizará la matriz FODA con el fin de ver si la empresa puede ser capaz de afrontar los cambios que se presentan en el entorno y a partir de ello aprovechar todas sus fortalezas.
Seguido también se realizará el diagrama de Ishikawa para identificar la causa principal y poder trabajar en ello juntamente con los líderes de la empresa.
Debido a la poca información que se tiene tanto del inventario real como de las máquinas y herramientas me enfocaré en usar la herramienta de las 5S, que permitirá tener un lugar de trabajo más organizado, limpio y seguro, en la que los trabajadores se sientan en confianza y desarrollen sus labores de la mejor manera, también que esto les servirá como mejora en su vida personal.
Finalmente se verá el resultado de este trabajo y de este modo evaluar cuan factible es esta propuesta y que los líderes de esta empresa lo tomen como una inversión a corto plazo y tengan también trabajadores comprometidos y deseosos de seguir haciéndolo crecer para que todos salgan beneficiados.This research proposes the application of the Lean Manufacturing tool in the production area of a wood carpentry, in order to reduce waste of raw material and improve the overall operation of the company, seeking simplicity in the process of production, to achieve greater efficiency, effectiveness and quality, reduce production costs and reduce delivery times to better satisfy customer requirements.

Para lograr se realizo el ciclo Deming, se deberá estudiar las actuales condiciones inseguras de cada área de trabajo, evaluar las medidas de prevención de riesgos y peligros
Parte de la solución es la planificación de capaciones mensuales durante un año, dictado por personal capacitado.

No full textLa investigación en el presente Trabajo es para tratar de equiparar las ventajas y desventajas que existe entre el Matrimonio y la unión de Hecho. Ya que el matrimonio es importante en toda familia y es el centro de esta y las demás Instituciones que integran el Derecho. Se informará sobre las dos y así cada persona decidirá cuál sería la opción para elegir. En Perú, el sirvinacuy tiene mucha antigüedad es decir primero conviven y luego si se adaptan a este modo de convivencia, se adelantaron muchos siglos y es similar a las parejas de hecho de hoy en día.
Como se puede observar, el papel de la mujer en la familia, como uno de los aspectos más antiguo en la sociedad. El modelo matrimonial señala a las parejas no casadas de una actitud ambivalente, con cierto grado. Para el antiguo derecho codificado la mujer tenía el rol o un protagonismo limitado a cuatro paredes.
O sea que la mujer nacía, crecía y vivía para obedecer prácticamente al marido, no tenía mayor educación y era el consorte quien trabajaba y sostenía el hogar.
El Matrimonio siendo una Institución natural, se debe entender que tiene como basamento la perpetuación de la especie humana, por eso y para que se materialice debe estar acorde con las leyes.
Ha debido pasar más de 30 años desde que se promulgo el Código Civil para que el legislador, asimismo, todas las Cortes y el Tribunal Constitucional, dieran un golpe de timón a la magra regulación de la unión de hecho por obra de aquel código.
A mi parecer ha pasado muchísimo tiempo para mejorar en parte la situación de las parejas de concubinos.
Es bueno indicar que en la práctica conyugal existen más uniones de hecho que matrimonios.
Nuestro ordenamiento peruano le pone ciertos matices donde se pone de relieve principalmente la edad de los contribuyentes como un requisito de fondo.
La figura del concubinato data de muchos siglos atrás, en la era incaica, (el sirvinacuy) son las costumbres que ha imperado y determinado que nuestras legisladores y leyes cambien y se modernicen en bien de la sociedad.
Cada día va en aumento la figura de no contraer matrimonio y por esa razón la pareja de hecho surge como alternativa.The research in the present Work is to try to equate the advantages and disadvantages that exist between Marriage and the de Facto Union. Implementación de una plataforma virtual para la gestión académica en el Instituto “IISOFT”
Get PDFEl proyecto de investigación consiste en Desarrollar e Implementar una plataforma virtual que sea versátil, novedosa, de ambiente agradable, de fácil interacción, flexible que cumpla con los requerimientos, para mejorar el proceso de enseñanza los estudiantes y la gestión académica dentro de la institución, que pueda reducir los tiempos en el proceso de evaluación permitiendo que las consultas sean más rápidas con mayor exactitud y mejor consistencia en la información, reducir los tiempos de atención del área académica, reducir los tiempos en la programación e inscripción de los alumnos en los distintos cursos, reducir la perdida de información y deterioro de la documentación dentro de la institución.
Este software va a conseguir satisfacer los requisitos funcionales hechos por el usuario consiguiendo centralizar la base de datos, procesar datos en tiempo real, en consecuencia, agiliza la transacción de data de una forma segura, directa e instantánea logrando establecer relaciones entre las áreas de la institución que anteriormente era engorrosa y de tiempo variable, se logró dar una consecuencia y orden a los procesos, ya que eran inconsistente al empezar este proyecto. Estos procesos ofrecen en conjunto logran organizar la información académica dentro de la institución, y controlar el desarrollo y gestión de este proceso satisfaciendo a los alumnos, padres, coordinadores académicos y docentes del instituto.
En el proceso dedicado a los anuncios se podrá informar a los alumnos y padres de familia de cualquier actividad que sucederá en el instituto a través de la plataforma web por correo electrónico.
El proceso de mensajería es para permitir tener una conversación entre alumnos con docentes, padres de familia con docentes o docentes con los coordinadores académicos sobre el rendimiento que van teniendo, dificultades con tareas, cursos, entre otros.
En el proceso de notas, el docente podrá colocar las notas de las evaluaciones que son tomadas a los alumnos, notificando a los padres de familia de estos resultados a través del correo electrónico. En el proceso de reservas de matrícula, los alumnos debidamente registrados podrán realizar las reservas de la matrícula.
En el proceso de examen virtual, los docentes podrán evaluar exámenes virtuales mediante el sistema web.
En el proceso de asistencia, los docentes podrán registrar que alumnos han asistido o no la instituto
o curso.
Los resultados obtenidos en la presente investigación comprueban que se ha mejorado el proceso de gestión académica dentro de la institución mediante el desarrollo de un sistema a la medida y poder aprovechar de mejor manera los recursos de hardware de los que se dispone actualmente, así como también una reducción en costos en el número de licencias y en el ahorro del tiempo de desarrollo.The research project consists of developing and implementing a virtual platform that is versatile, innovative, with a pleasant environment, easy interaction, flexible that meets the requirements, to improve the teaching process for students and academic management within the institution. that can reduce the time in the evaluation process allowing queries to be faster with greater accuracy and better consistency in the information, reduce the attention time of the academic area, reduce the time in the programming and registration of the students in the different courses, reduce the loss of information and deterioration of documentation within the institution.
This software will manage to satisfy the functional requirements made by the user, managing to centralize the database, process data in real time, consequently, speed up the data transaction in a safe, direct and instantaneous way, establishing relationships between the areas of the institution that was previously cumbersome and of variable time, it was possible to give a consequence and order to the processes, since they were inconsistent at the beginning of this project.
Together, these processes offer the organization of academic information within the institution, and control the development and management of this process, satisfying the students, parents, academic coordinators, and teachers of the institute.
In the process dedicated to announcements, students and parents can be informed of any activity that will take place in the institute through the web platform by email.
The messaging process is to allow a conversation between students with teachers, parents with teachers or teachers with the academic coordinators about the performance they are having, difficulties with homework, courses, among others.
In the process of notes, the teacher will be able to place the notes of the evaluations that are taken from the students, notifying the parents of these results through email. In the enrollment reservation process, duly registered students may make enrollment reservations.
In the virtual exam process, teachers will be able to evaluate virtual exams through the web system.
In the attendance process, teachers will be able to record which students have or have not attended the institute or course.
The results obtained in the present investigation prove that the academic management process within the institution has been improved through the development of a customized system and to be able to take better advantage of the hardware resources that are currently available, as well as a reduction in costs in the number of licenses and in the saving of development time
