Get PDFедінки характеризуються важкими психологічними й вторинними соматичними порушеннями, а також високою смерт-ністю. Вивчення можливих причин виникнення розладів харчової поведінки є актуальним напрямом у сучасних дослідженнях. Дані цих досліджень можуть бути використані для уточнення патогенетичних механізмів у психотерапії й психологічному консультуванні. На наш погляд, найбільш релевантним є поділ харчової поведінки на адаптивну й дезадаптивну, тобто таку, що сприяє або перешкоджає адаптаційним процесам організму й особистості. Наявні проблеми класифікації типів харчової поведінки в нормі й при патології багато в чому пояснюються домінуванням практики поділу «здорової» харчової поведінки на три типи: емоціогенний, екстернальний і обмежувальний, а клінічних – переважно на анорексію й булімію. Аналіз результатів досліджень дає змогу підтвердити тезис про те, що порушення харчової поведінки пов’язані з різними психічними й соматич-ними розладами. Харчова поведінка жінок виникає в онтогенезі як складна міжфункціональна психологічна система й регулю-ється суперечливою єдністю природних потреб та культурних форм їх задоволення. У дослідженні ми вивчили харчову пове-дінку респондентів, суб’єктивну оцінку стресу, проаналізували взаємозв’язок харчової поведінки, суб’єктивної оцінки стресу й копінг-стратегіями. У дослідженні виявлено, що жінки, які сприймають стресову ситуацію негативно, схильні звинувачу-вати себе, були незадоволеними собою і власною поведінкою в стресовій ситуації, приписували собі негативні якості і водночас мають більш високу схильність до порушень харчової поведінки. Так само чим більше в жінки виражений емоціогенний тип харчової поведінки, тим частіше вона користується стратегією «втеча-уникнення», частіше переїдає й відчуває бажання їсти солодке більше, ніж зазвичай
Specifics of innovative educational environment and its influence on the development of future teachers’ innovative competence

The relevance of the study is determined by the change in views on the process of developing innovative competence of future teachers and the need to improve the innovative educational environment. Accordingly, the purpose of the study was to reveal the specific features and properties of the innovative educational environment and its impact on the process of developing innovative competence in future teachers. To implement the goal, a set of general scientific methods was used: theoretical methods – system analysis, synthesis, generalisation, and comparison; empirical methods – observational (direct and indirect observation, methods of expert assessment and self-assessment); ranking, which helped to find out the specifics of the innovative educational environment in the process of developing innovative competence of future teachers. The content of the concepts “innovation environment”, “innovation space”, “development of innovative competence”, “innovative educational environment” was analysed. It was emphasised that through participation in the work of project groups, educators and future teachers gain valuable experience in innovative and creative collective activities and have the opportunity to develop leadership qualities and innovative competence. It was established that the innovative educational environment in the context of professional training of future teachers functions as a system that creates conditions for personal development as an innovator, promotes the disclosure of creative abilities, and the improvement of innovative and professional skills, emphasising the unity and interaction of its elements. The results of the study also indicate that the professional development of future teachers is significantly influenced by the innovative learning environment, which is simultaneously developed due to the innovation activity of students. The practical significance of this study is that the results obtained can be used in future studies on the impact of information and communication technologies on the subject-subject interaction between participants in the

Get PDFРозглядаються загальні тенденції та особливості розвитку нематеріальної культурної спадщини болгар Північно-Західного Приазов’я та Північно-Західного Причорномор’я. Прослідковано культурний зв’язок болгар цих двох регіонів. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що саме від нематеріальної культурної спадщини залежить збереження духовності та національної ідентичності будь-якого етносу, адже саме вона забезпечує всебічний розвиток народу і нації. Тому надзвичайно важливим є аналіз нематеріальної культури болгар України, і зокрема Північно-Західного Приазов’я, саме через призму зростання культурного потенціалу націй. Зазначається, що поняття «нематеріальна культурна спадщина» охоплює саме ті культурно-духовні особливості, які відрізняють один етнос від іншого, формують його національну ідентичність. Зроблено висновок, що розвиток нематеріальної культурної спадщини болгар Північно-Західного Приазов’я значною мірою залежить від того, наскільки активно Україна буде залучена до процесу євроінтеграції. Адже саме у разі приєднання України до європейської спільноти для болгар Північно-Західного Приазов’я, як і всієї України, формуються потужніші підстави для їх тісніших культурних контактів з історичною батьківщиною.

The specifics of the regulation of the water balance in the body of a sportsman
Get PDFThe actual problem of the modern sports as the restoration of the water balance in the sportsman’s body has been described in the article. Water is the most important component of the human body, which is necessary for the regulation of the temperature of the body, moistening of the skin, the transportation of oxygen and other nutrients to cells, etc. The use of the optimal amount of water is an important condition of the effective physical capacity for work and better endurance of a sportsman. The normal water balance is a determinant of maintaining of a sportsman’s physical capacity for the work, the normal work of brain during the training and the restoration after the injuries. The negative water balance, or dehydration, can disrupt the work of the cardiorespiratory system, thermoregulation, can cause the threat of the injury and even death of a sportsman. The correct water balance is one of the most important components of the healthy lifestyle.
The purpose of the article is to analyze the processes of the regulation and the restoration of the water balance in a sportsman’s body. The methodology of the research includes the investigation of the special literature in the aspect of the correcting and the restoration of the water balance; the establishment of the relationship between the regulation of the water exchange and the effectiveness of the physical exercises; the definition of the peculiarities and the factors that lead to the violations of the processes of management of the water balance in the sportsmen’s bodies. The scientific novelty of the article consists of the definition of the interrelationships of the certain patterns that affect the stabilization of the water balance in the body of the sportsmen; the systematization of the main causes that lead to dehydration during the physical activity; the generalization of the existing systems of the restoration of the water balance in the process of sports activities.
As the result of the structural and logical analysis of the special literature, the specifics and the factors have been established which influence on the violation of the regulation of the water balance. In the difficult conditions of the transformation of the modern sports, it is absolutely necessary to create the modern method of the independent regulation of the water balance by each sportsman.
