Not AvailableIt has attractive long, light green colour pods. It is pole type Indian bean variety with cluster pod bearing in nature. The plants have climbing growth habit and grow up to 4.0 - 4.6m.The plant requires stacking or support for higher yield and better quality pod production. Pods are long (14 cm), girth (4.20 cm) with pod weight (8.5g). It takes 90-91 days for first flowering & 102-105 days after sowing for first harvest. Yield total of 1000-1265 fresh pods/ plant with yield 6.5-7.5 kg/plant and 50t/ha of fresh tender pods. Nutritional value- proteins(4.2g/100g), Vitamin C (7.7 g/100g), beta carotene (7.2 mg/100g), total phenols (138.2 mg GAE/100g), & total antioxidant (158.65 mg AAE/100g). Not AvailableThermal Power Plant generates FGD gypsum as by-product during coal combustion. This study
evaluates the characterization (spectroscopic and elemental), potentially toxic elements (PTEs)
distribution, and environmental risk assessment of FGD gypsum for safe and sustainable use in
agriculture. The XRD and SEM analysis confirmed the dominance of crystalline CaSO4
·2H2O in FGD
gypsum. The order of concentrations of PTEs in FGD gypsum was Fe > Al > Mn > Zn > Ni > Co. The
residual fraction was the dominant pool, sharing 80–90% of the total PTEs. The heavy metals (HMs)
were below the toxic range in the leachates. The Co, Ni, Al, Fe Mn, Zn had low (< 10%) risk assessment
code and the ecotoxicity was in the range of 0.0–7.46%. The contamination factor was also low
(0.0–0.16) at the normal recommended doses of FGD gypsum application for sodicity reclamation.
The enrichment factor was in the order of Al < Mn < Co < Zn < Ni. Mn [enrichment factor (
Ef) 1.2–2.0] and
Co (
Ef 1.7–2.8) showed negligible enrichment of metals, whereas Ni (
Ef 4.3–5.2) and Zn (
Ef 4.5–5.6)
reported moderate accumulation in soil. The application of FGD gypsum @ 10 t ha−
1 for sodicity reclamation will develop a geo-accumulation index below the critical values indicating its safe and
sustainable use to achieve land degradation neutrality (LDN) and UN’s Sustainable Development

Not AvailableThere are many virtual platforms for teaching and distance learning exist and being used
but after occurrence of Covid -19, these online platforms got sudden rise. Teachers and students used these
virtual platforms to cope up with situation aroused of Covid -19. Most of the resource persons and learners
(students, farmers, and youths) used them first time and they were not familiar with this methodology
hence they are bound to face certain constraints while using this methodology. The present study was
conducted to identify constraints faced by trainees and resource persons during virtual training
programmes on poultry production management and other virtual activities. Structured questionnaire
(Google form) was developed and sent to 220 successful trainees of different training programmes and out
of that, only 143 trainees had responded and on the other hand, 18 resource persons responded. The results
revealed that major constraint reported by trainees was “lack of operational (practical) knowledge” (I
Rank) as trainees cannot see practical physically followed by “power failure, poor and interrupted data
connectivity” (II Rank), “high cost of data (recharge) for internet connectivity” (III Rank), Various
constraints were also faced by resource persons viz; poor and interrupted internet connectivity, noise by
participants during lecture due to unmute again and again. Conclusively the constraints are related to
communication technology and infrastructure, which can be resolved by developing or improving
