Analisis Strategi Pelayanan Jasa Airfreight PT Combi Logistics Indonesia Cabang Yogyakarta
Layanan airfreight merupakan salah satu unit usaha strategis PT. Combi Logistics Indonesia yang mengandalkan moda transportasi udara untuk memenuhi kebutuhan distribusi barang secara cepat, tepat, dan aman, baik di tingkat domestik maupun internasional. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya, layanan ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti persaingan industri yang ketat, dinamika harga, regulasi penerbangan, serta perubahan ekonomi global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pelayanan yang diterapkan dalam layanan airfreight serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitasnya.
Penelitian dilaksanakan selama periode pengiriman logistik customer pada bulan April 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk menganalisis strategi PT Combi Logistics Indonesia Cabang Yogyakarta dalam melaksanakan prosedur administrasi dokumen dan proses layanan jasa airfreight. Analisis dilakukan terhadap prosedur administrasi dokumen, serta proses layanan jasa airfreight dimulai dari penerimaan barang kiriman, penerbitan dokumen hingga proses pemuatan ke atas pesawat. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi terhadap prosedur administrasi dokumen serta proses penanganan logistik di bandar udara.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Proses pelayanan jasa airfreight di PT. Combi Logistics Indonesia Cabang Yogyakaarta dilaksanakan secara sistematis dan terstruktur dengan menjalankan prosedur operasional pelayanan ekspor melalui airfreight yang sesuai dengan prinsip manajemen strategi pelayanan jasa. Namun, pelaksanaannya masih menghadapi tantangan, terutama dalam hubungan dengan pelanggan dan maskapai, seperti keterbatasan informasi real-time dan jadwal yang tidak konsisten, dinamika kebijakan maskapai serta perubahan regulasi pemerintah turut memperumit perencanaan dan kesiapan operasional
Pengaruh CR, DAR, dan ITO terhadap NPM pada PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa TBK Periode 2014-2023
The current ratio, debt-to-asset ratio, inventory turnover-to-net profit margin, and other financial ratios of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk will be partially and concurrently studied from 2014 to 2023. Data used in associative quantitative study comes from PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk's financial report, which comprises secondary sources. Testing hypotheses, doing regression analysis, and calculating coefficients of determination are all examples of traditional data analysis approaches. This research's findings indicate a positive and statistically significant correlation between the Current Ratio and Net Profit Margin, as shown by a computed t value of 12.045 > t table 2.447 and a significance level of 0.000 < = 0.05. The debt to assets ratio positively impacts net profit margin, according to the findings of the hypothesis testing (tcount 7.493 < ttable 2.447, p-value < $0.05). Results from the hypothesis test indicate that inventory turnover does not significantly impact net profit margin (tcount -3.759 < 2.447, significance value 0.009 < 0.05). Results show that the current ratio, debt to assets ratio, and inventory turnover significantly impact net profit margin (p 0.000, p < 0.05, and Fcount 75.981 > Ftable 4.35). Our three current ratios—debt to assets, inventory turnover, and current ratio—explain net profit margin with a coefficient of determination of 96.2%
Analisis Kenaikan Passenger Service Charge terhadap Peningkatan Pelayanan Penumpang di Terminal Keberangkatan Bandar Udara Internasional ‘Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman’ (SAMS) Balikpapan
This study aims to analyze the implementation of the increase in Passenger Service Charge (PSC) rates on improving service quality and passenger satisfaction at the Departure Terminal of SAMS Balikpapan International Airport. This airport has experienced a significant increase in the number of passengers since East Kalimantan was designated as the location of the Indonesian Capital City (IKN), so that an increase in service quality is needed that is balanced with the increase in PSC rates. The study uses a mixed methods approach, namely a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. The quantitative method is carried out through a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) survey to measure the level of passenger satisfaction with service aspects such as cleanliness, comfort, security, and speed of service. The qualitative method is carried out through in-depth interviews with airport managers and comparing it with documentation from the Level of Service (LoS) data of facilities and service processes at the departure terminal. An integrated analysis of quantitative and qualitative data provides a comprehensive picture of the impact of the increase in PSC rates on service quality. The results of the study show that the increase in PSC rates has a positive contribution to improving facilities and services, which has an impact on increasing passenger satisfaction. However, service improvements must continue to be made so that the rates charged can be accepted by service users and support sustainable air transportation growth
RANCANGAN MONITORING ALARM TRANSMISSION OIL LEVEL PADA GEARBOX RADAR BERBASIS ESP8266 DENGAN NOTIFIKASI TELEGRAM
Radar (Radio Detection and Ranging) is a critical tool used by AirNav Indonesia for surveillance services. Regular maintenance of radar equipment, including daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inspections, is essential to ensure operational reliability. This study aims to design and implement a real-time oil level monitoring system for radar gearbox units using an ESP8266 microcontroller and the Telegram messaging platform. The system utilizes a TCRT5000 optical sensor to detect oil levels and triggers an alarm when the level falls below a predefined threshold. The data is processed by a NodeMCU and transmitted via Wi-Fi to notify users through Telegram. System performance was evaluated through simulated variations in oil level, successfully generating real-time alerts. Enhancing Understanding and Adoption of the Contributor Roles Taxonomy (CRediT)
The Contributor Roles Taxonomy (CRediT) uses 14 standard roles to specify scholarly contributions to research publications. CRediT has been adopted by hundreds of journals and integrated into journal submission workflows. In 2022, CRediT was formalized as a standard by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the National Information Standards Organization (NISO), providing a sustained support system and custodianship. Subsequently, forming the CRediT Standing Committee aimed to ensure inclusive and transparent evolution and enhance understanding and adoption of CRediT in the research community. This paper outlines the CRediT Standing Committee's ongoing strategies to support uptake and reduce ambiguity and confusion when using roles. These strategies include developing user instructions to provide guidance on how to use CRediT, creating persona profiles to improve understanding of existing roles and designing badges for each role to make them more memorable. These resources will address challenges reported by the scholarly community or identified by the CRediT Standing Committee and will be shared openly upon completion
Regularized cross-sectional network modeling with missing data: A comparison of methods
Many applications of network modeling involve cross-sectional data of psychological
variables (e.g., symptoms for psychological disorders), and analyses are often conducted
using a regularized Gaussian graphical model (GGM) employing a lasso, also
known as the graphical lasso or glasso. Appropriate methodology for handling missing
data is underdeveloped while using glasso, precluding the use of planned missing
data designs to reduce participant fatigue. In this research, we compare three approaches
to handling missing data with glasso. The first resembles a two-stage estimation
approach—–borrowed from the covariance structure modeling literature—–whereby
a saturated covariance matrix among the items is estimated prior to using glasso. The
second and third approaches use glasso and the expectation-maximization (EM) algorithm
in a single stage and either use EBIC or cross-validation for tuning parameter
selection. We compared these approaches in a simulation study with a variety of sample
sizes, proportions of missing data, and network saturation. An example with data
from the Patient Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System is also provided.
The EM algorithm with cross-validation performed best, but all methods appeared to be
viable strategies under larger samples and with less missing data
How disconfirmatory evidence shapes confidence in decision-making
When assessing our decisions, the normative strategy involves giving equal weight to each evidence sample when computing confidence. However, recent findings suggest that the brain tends to overweight decision-congruent information when forming confidence judgements (i.e., positive-evidence bias; PEB). Here, we re-analyzed nine datasets (total N = 176) from human participants who judged the average color of eight shapes and gave their confidence. This task precisely allowed us to disentangle the impact of choice-confirming and choice-conflicting evidence on the formation of confidence. Strikingly, participants overly relied on evidence that conflicts with their choice, contrary to the normative model and the PEB. To explain this response-incongruent evidence effect in the computation of confidence, we fitted an extended log-posterior-ratio for confidence model to our data and show that the same robust averaging principle that influences decisions also accounts for these confidence effects: incongruent evidence receives a stronger weight in the computation of confidence because it lies closer to the category boundary around which there is heightened sensitivity. In a preregistered experiment (N = 32), we then empirically demonstrate that an experimentally induced shift in the category boundary affects the computation of confidence in otherwise identical stimuli. We conclude that confidence depends on dis-confirmatory evidence due to downstream consequences from decision-making mechanisms
Verbal short-term memory in developmental dyslexia: the role of the temporoparietal area
Developmental dyslexia (DD) is characterized by difficulties in reading due to a core impairment in phonological awareness. The clinical manifestation also includes a more general auditory verbal short-term memory (vSTM) dysfunction. However, little is known about the behavioral and brain basis of vSTM deficits in children with dyslexia, failing to understand factors that may account for co-occurrence of deficits or substantial heterogeneity within DD.
The study identified deficiencies in vSTM within a large cohort of children with DD and examined their neuroanatomical alterations. 81 children with DD and 17 typically developing (TD) children completed an experimental repetition task, which evaluated two components of phrases, namely length (6 and 9 syllable phrases) and meaning (more or less meaningful phrases). In addition, a battery of reading, phonological, and verbal memory tasks was administered to DD children, which were used for preliminary examination of different subtypes of dyslexia. Structural brain T1-weighted MR images were analyzed to investigate the neural correlates of vSTM deficit in children with DD.
Behavioral results showed that children with DD had impaired phrase repetition compared to TD, especially when repeating long and non-meaningful phrases. Crucially, lower repetition performance on long or non-meaningful phrases was associated with greater cortical thickness in the left temporoparietal area in children with DD. Finally, two distinct DD subtypes with disproportional deficits in phonology and vSTM were identified, demonstrating different repetition patterns. Those with primary vSTM deficits showed lower repetition performance and decreased cortical thickness in the left precentral gyrus compared to those with primary phonological processing deficits. This study covers topics central to understanding neurocognitive diversity in dyslexia and may suggest that verbal memory ability may be an important area for future intervention

If we solve the Klein?Gordon equation, we obtain the Yukawa potential in the cosmological inertial frame. We derive the Schrodinger equation from Klein-Gordon free particle’s wave function in the cosmological special theory of relativity. We derive the uncertainty principle in cosmological
quantum mechanics in cosmological special relativity theory. The Dirac equation is a one
order wave equation. The wave function is used as a probability amplitude in quantum
mechanics. We derive the Dirac equation from the wave function, Type A in the cosmological inertial frame. The Dirac equation satisfies the Klein-Gordon equation in the cosmological inertial frame. We found equations of complex scalar fields and electromagnetic fields on the interaction of complex scalar fields and electromagnetic fields in Klein-Gordon-Maxwell theory from Type A of the wave function and Type B of the expanded distance in the cosmological inertial frame. In the cosmological special theory of relativity, we quantized the
Klein-Gordon scalar field. We treat the Lagrangian density and Hamiltonian in a quantized Klein-Gordon scalar field. We address the particle’s force and kinetic energy in the cosmological special theory of relativity. In the expanded universe, we found the gravity field equation and solution. Towards efficient and rapid fire suppression using interconnected fire-craft and continuous water supply
Wildfires are a growing global threat that require effective prevention and control strategies. A novel fire suppression system is proposed, using a fleet of specialized and interconnected “firecraft” that pump water from nearby sources—such as rivers, lakes, seas, or dedicated fire hydrants—and disperse it through a continuous downpour over and around wildfire areas to effectively suppress the blaze. Key advantages of such a system include its potential for rapid response capability, making it particularly effective for controlling large wildfires in remote and inaccessible areas. While developing such a system may present technical and logistical challenges, these obstacles can be addressed through careful planning and innovation, without undermining its overall feasibility. Beyond its ability to quickly suppress fires, the system offers the potential to protect critical environmental resources, wildlife habitats, and biodiversity, making it a viable option that warrants exploration and investment to mitigate the broader ecological impacts of wildfires
