Analisis Pengaruh Store Atmosphere, Product Quality, dan Price Discount terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada Matahari Department Store Melalui Kepuasan Konsumen sebagai Variabel Intervening
This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere, product quality and price discount on customer loyalty at Matahari Depatment Store through consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable (case study at Matahari Department Store branch Pakuwon Mall Yogyakarta). The population of this research is visitors Matahari Department Store branch Pakuwon Mall Yogyakarta with a sample of 130 responden. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. In this study using proposive sampling techniques. The result of this study show that store atmosphere does not have a direct positive effect customer loyalty, product quality has a positive effect customer loyalty, price discount has a positive effect customer loyalty, consumer satisfaction has a positive effect customer loyalty, store atmosphere has a positive effect consumer satisfaction, product quality has a positive effect consumer satisfaction, price discount has positive effect consumer satisfaction, and store atmosphere, product quality, and price discount are able to mediate consumer satisfaction on customer loyalty
Pengaruh Digital Marketing melalui Media Sosial TikTok dalam Keputusan Pembelian pada Victor Snack
This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing through TikToksocial media on consumer purchasing decisions at Victor Snack. Theresearch uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data wascollected through questionnaires distributed to 108 respondents. Thevariables analyzed include the effectiveness of digital marketing contentand indicators of purchasing decisions. Data analysis techniques withnormality test, simple regression test, t test, and coefficient ofdetermination test. The results showed that the digital marketing strategythrough TikTok had a significant effect on Victor Snack's consumerpurchasing decisions, with a coefficient of determination of 64.4%.Marketing strategies that emphasize creative content and interestinginteractions are proven to be able to build consumer interest and trust,thereby encouraging purchasing decision
Peran Unit Digital Service Dalam Pengoptimalan On Time Performance (OTP) Penanganan Bagasi Maskapai Batik Air Di Terminal II Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta
Digital Service is one of the units responsible for the readiness of digital facilities at Terminal 2 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The implementation of digital technology in the Digital Service unit is expected to help improve efficiency and effectiveness in calculating First Baggage and Last Baggage, thereby minimizing delays in baggage delivery to passengers. According to PM No. 178 of 2015, baggage must be received by passengers within 40 minutes after the aircraft is on block. This study aims to determine the contribution of the Digital Service unit in improving baggage handling On Time Performance (OTP) for Batik Air and to find solutions to enhance operational performance at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.
This research method uses mixed methods. This research was carried out in August-September 2024. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews, observation and documentation at the Digital Service Terminal 2 unit at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.
The findings indicate that the optimal On Time Performance rate in August reached 86%. Efficient baggage handling services are crucial for enhancing passenger satisfaction. However, previous studies have shown that the speed and quality of services still need improvement, especially in manual baggage handling processes, which result in a lower satisfaction index. The integration of digital technology, such as the tracking system using the FARMS application and Smart Baggage, is expected to enhance speed, transparency, and reduce baggage loss. Therefore, this study does not only focus on technical aspects but also examines the impact of services on passenger experience
Pengaruh Tingkat Pemahaman Penumpang Terhadap Kepatuhan Regulasi Barang Berbahaya Pada Aturan Aviation Security Di Bandar Udara Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima.
This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the level of passenger knowledge on the regulation of dangerous goods on Aviation Security rules at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport in Bima. This study uses quantitative methods in collecting data using the distribution of questionnaires to 100 passenger respondents at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport in Bima. The results showed that the level of understanding of passengers has a positive and significant influence on compliance with dangerous goods regulations in Aviation Security rules. With a t value of 18.690 which is greater than t table 1.984 and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, and the coefficient of determination (R²) shows that the level of understanding is able to explain some of the compliance variables. This study confirms the need for increased socialization and education to passengers to increase compliance for flight safety

Sam Ratulangi airports in Manado contribute to the tourism industry by offering facilities and high-quality services. They promote local attractions and work well with various travel agents, which contributes to the growth of the tourism industry. Growing the transportation industry benefits both the economy and the travel and tourism industry. The research aims to analyze the tourism promotion strategies through Sam Ratulangi Airport. This is a descriptive analysis study using a qualitative technique. Sam Ratulangi International Airport is an international airport located 13 kilometers northeast of Manado, the capital of North Sulawesi in Indonesia. Using the SWOT matrix analysis, several different strategies for boosting nomadic tourism in Manado can be developed through the gate of Sam Ratulangi Airport. The results of the data will be used to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of tourism objects in Sam Ratulangi Airport. The conclusion of this study states that for the tourism development strategy of Sam Ratulangi Airport, they are (1) improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure that supports tourism, (2) increasing tourism activities on a national and international scale, (3) promoting attractions on an ongoing basis to the national and international level, (4) developing various values of tourist attraction products, (5) involving the participation of the community and all interested parties in the management of attractions, and (6) improving the competency of human resources for tourism actors
RANCANG BANGUN ALAT PENDETEKSI GAS BUANG KARBON MONOKSIDA (CO) PADA PESAWAT CESSNA 402B
The Cessna 402B is a small, twin-piston engine aircraft used in general aviation and special missions. Airplane exhaust gases, such as carbon monoxide (CO), are potentially dangerous. This research aims to understand carbon monoxide (CO) concentrations in aircraft to reduce health risks and improve flight safety. This research uses an experimental method with the MQ-9 sensor to detect carbon monoxide (CO). The process includes hardware and software design, sensor calibration, and distance testing. The data was analyzed using statistics to measure the accuracy of the tool in detecting carbon monoxide (CO) on the Cessna 402B aircraft and compare the results with standard tools. The aim of this research is to design a carbon monoxide (CO) detection device for the Cessna 402B aircraft and evaluate its performance in detecting dangerous exhaust gases. The results show that the carbon monoxide (CO) detector based on the MQ-9 sensor achieves an accuracy of 82.24% with an error of 17.76%. Distance confirms optimal detection up to 40 cm. The implementation results on the Cessna 402B aircraft show that the accuracy of carbon monoxide (CO) gas reached 79.31% with an error of 21.69% and a time of 88.96% with an error of 11.04%. This tool is effective for implementation on Cessna 402B aircraft.Cessna 402B adalah pesawat jenis kecil bermesin piston ganda yang digunakan dalam penerbangan umum dan misi khusus. Gas buang pesawat, seperti karbon monoksida (CO), berpotensi berbahaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami konsentrasi karbon monoksida (CO) pada pesawat untuk mengurangi risiko kesehatan dan meningkatkan keselamatan penerbangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan sensor MQ-9 untuk mendeteksi karbon monoksida (CO). Proses meliputi perancangan perangkat keras dan lunak, kalibrasi sensor, serta pengujian jarak dan waktu. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik untuk mengukur akurasi alat dalam mendeteksi karbon monoksida (CO) pada pesawat Cessna 402B dan membandingkan hasilnya dengan smart sensor monoxide meter AS8700A. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang alat pendeteksi karbon monoksida (CO) untuk pesawat Cessna 402B dan mengevaluasi kinerjanya dalam mendeteksi gas buang berbahaya. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa alat pendeteksi karbon monoksida (CO) berbasis sensor MQ-9 mencapai akurasi 82.24% dengan error 17.76%. Jarak mengonfirmasi deteksi optimal hingga 40 cm. Hasil implementasi pada pesawat Cessna 402B menunjukkan akurasi gas karbon monoksida (CO) mencapai 79.31% dengan error 21.69 % dan waktu 88.96% dengan error 11.04%

Kajian Jalan Inspeksi (Check Road) Guna Meningkatkan Keamanan di Sisi Udara Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo Boyolali
The airport perimeter is a critical area in aviation security. This study aims to assess the condition of the perimeter inspection road at Adi Soemarmo International Airport in Boyolali and explore improvement efforts. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through observation, interviews, and document analysis, the findings reveal that the inspection road is not fully connected and does not meet technical standards such as width, surface quality, lighting, and drainage. These issues hinder patrol effectiveness and increase security risks. The study recommends infrastructure improvements, installation of lighting and CCTV, and road connectivity enhancements to improve operational efficiency and airport security
