PERAN KBRI DALAM MELINDUNGI DAN MENDAMPINGI PEKERJA MIGRAN INDONESIA (PMI) YANG BERMASALAH DI DUNIA KERJA DI JEPANG
Indonesian migrant workers also known as PMI are Indonesian citizens residing in Japan. The population of PMI in Japan continues to grow, This increase can also negatively impact legal issues, whether they arise from PMI or companies providing employment in Japan, as part of the partnership between the two countries. Therefore, legal protection from the state through its diplomatic missions is crucial. The Indonesian Embassy (KBRI) in Tokyo is the diplomatic representative of the Republic of Indonesia in Japan. Legal protection provided by the Indonesian Embassy (KBRI) abroad aims to protect the rights of Indonesian citizens experiencing legal problems. The KBRI has various functions, including representation, negotiation, and protection, in accordance with the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations. Legal protection can be achieved through Mutual Legal Assistance (MLA) cooperation, also known as reciprocal legal assistance, to facilitate the legal protection process for Indonesian citizens abroad.

PENGARUH KOMITMEN MANAJEMEN TERHADAP KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA PEGAWAI DI PT. PLN UP3 MALANG JAWA TIMUR
The implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in the field, particularly at PT. PLN UP3 Malang, still faces serious challenges. Internal data indicates a rising trend of incidents originating from Unsafe Acts and Unsafe Conditions. This finding suggests that existing OSH procedures have not been fully internalized into the employees’ work culture, with major problems including a lack of compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and indiscipline in using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This study aimed to examine and analyze the partial influence of Management Commitment on the dependent variable Employee Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) at PT. PLN UP3 Malang, East Java. The research used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through the distribution of a questionnaire to 64 respondents (employees) and analyzed using the multiple linear regression technique. The results of the partial test (t-test) showed that Management Commitment has a positive and significant influence on Employee Occupational Safety and Health. This finding underscores Management Commitment as a fundamental factor in shaping the OSH culture. It was concluded that support and commitment from top leadership are highly crucial in determining the successful implementation and employee compliance of OSH at PT. PLN UP3 Malang. This commitment serves as a prerequisite for the effectiveness of other OSH programs.

PENGARUH INTEGRITAS DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA KOMISI PENYIARAN INDONESIA DAERAH KEPULAUAN RIAU (KPID RIAU)
Integrity is linked to public trust in institutional accountability and serves as the foundation for the legitimacy of supervisory institutions in carrying out their roles. Therefore, integrity is a key foundation for improving institutional effectiveness. This study aims to determine and analyse the influence of integrity on the performance of the Riau Islands Regional Elections Commission (KPID). The research method employed a quantitative approach using a case study. The study was conducted using a sample selected to proportionally represent the population. Furthermore, the Slovin sampling technique was used for sampling, resulting in a sample size of 61 individuals. Data collection utilized interactive methods, including interviews, observation, mathematical approaches, and documentation. The Balanced Scorecard approach was used as a data analysis instrument for assessing the performance of the Riau Islands Regional Elections Commission (KPID). The results indicate that integrity significantly influences institutional performance, with the highest correlation value being 1.00. This means that the higher the level of integrity possessed by individuals and institutions, the better the performance of the Riau Islands Regional Elections Commission (KPID). Therefore, the future improvement of the Riau Islands Regional Elections Commission (KPID) will depend heavily on the extent to which commissioners and staff are able to maintain and strengthen integrity values in every aspect of their duties and responsibilities.

PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA MELALUI KEPEMIMPINAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PEGAWAI BAWASLU KOTA BALIKPAPAN
This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation and work environment on employee performance at the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) of Balikpapan City, with leadership as an intervening variable. The research is grounded in the critical importance of effective human resource management to support the institutional functions of electoral oversight. The core issue addressed is the extent to which fair compensation, a conducive work environment, and effective leadership impact employee performance. A quantitative research method was applied using a survey distributed to the entire population of Bawaslu Balikpapan employees, totaling 132 respondents, employing a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using path analysis to test both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The findings reveal that compensation and work environment significantly affect employee performance directly, while the indirect effect mediated by leadership is statistically insignificant. These results suggest that leadership, particularly within public institutions such as Bawaslu, requires strategic enhancement to effectively mediate organizational policies related to compensation and work environment improvement. This study contributes theoretically to the development of employee performance models in the public sector and offers practical implications by providing strategic recommendations for strengthening compensation systems, improving work environments, and enhancing leadership quality to support overall organizational performance

ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS SISTEM PENILAIAN KINERJA PEGAWAI BERBASIS NILAI-NILAI PESANTREN DI PESANTREN TAHFIDZ QURAN TERPADU ALHIKMAH CIREBON
Employee performance assessment is a crucial tool in human resource management to ensure the achievement of organizational goals. In Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), the performance assessment system measures not only technical and administrative aspects but also encompasses moral and spiritual dimensions. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the employee performance assessment system based on Islamic boarding school values at the Alhikmah Integrated Quran Memorization Boarding School in Cirebon. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a descriptive-verification design. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies, with employee samples selected using a purposive sampling technique. Research variables included indicators of the effectiveness of the performance appraisal system (clarity of objectives, relevance of indicators, fairness, and feedback) and the integration of Islamic boarding school values (honesty, discipline, responsibility, and brotherhood). Data analysis was conducted using descriptive analysis and inferential statistical tests to measure the level of effectiveness and the relationship between variables. The research results show that the performance assessment system at the Alhikmah Integrated Quran Memorization Boarding School in Cirebon has been running well, with a high effectiveness score. The integration of Islamic boarding school values has been shown to strengthen work motivation, improve discipline, and foster a harmonious work environment. However, it was found that the feedback aspect and ongoing evaluation mechanisms still need strengthening so that assessment results can be more optimally utilized for employee development.

PENGARUH INTEGRITAS DAN KOORDINASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS PERHUBUNGAN KOTA TANGERANG
This study aims to determine the effect of integrity and coordination variables on the performance of Tangerang City Transportation Agency employees. This research method uses a quantitative research method with an associative type. Meanwhile, the population in this study were 424 employees at the Tangerang City Transportation Agency. In addition, in sampling using a random sampling technique to Tangerang City Transportation Agency employees using the Slovin formula with a 10% leniency level so that a research sample of 81 respondents with the status of civil servants and honorary workers was obtained. The data analysis technique used was data validity test, data reliability, simple regression, and multiple regression, simple correlation and multiple correlation, and t test (partial). The results of the study 1) there is a partial influence of integrity on the performance of Tangerang City Transportation Agency employees, sig. t count (4.879) > t table (1.663), in the two-way test 0.05 significant value 0.000 <0.05, and for a strong and positive correlation value of 0.700. 2) There is no partial effect of coordination on the performance of the Tangerang City Transportation Agency. The calculated t-test (1.554) < t-table (1.663), the two-way test with a significance value of 0.05, a significance value of 0.124 < 0.05, and a moderate and positive correlation value of 0.590.

PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT DI RUANGAN RAWAT INAP RUMAH SAKIT ADVENT BANDAR LAMPUNG
The importance of nurse performance in providing optimal health services, which is influenced by various factors including competence and workload. This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and workload on nurse performance in the inpatient ward of RSABL Hospital. The research method used in this study is quantitative. Meanwhile, the population in this study were all nurses involved in carrying out duties in the inpatient ward of internal medicine at RSABL. Sampling was determined using a simple random probability sampling method with the Slovin formula so that a sample of 81 people was obtained. Furthermore, the data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires in the form of Google Forms to respondents who had completed the observation. The validity and reliability tests on the instruments used in the study are important and very crucial steps because they affect the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the instruments used in collecting data. Furthermore, the stages of data analysis include multiple linear regression tests and t-tests. The results of the study show that 1) partially, competence has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance (t-count = 4.521; Sig. 0.000), which means that the higher the nurse's competence, the higher the performance shown. 2) Workload also has a positive and significant effect on performance (t-test 3.477; significant 0.001).

Penyakit Penerapan Metode Forward Chaining Untuk Sistem Pendeteksi Penyakit Kulit Pada Kucing Berbasis Java
Kurangnya ketersediaan klinik hewan di daerah terpencil menyulitkan pemilik hewan untuk mendapatkan layanan kesehatan, khususnya dalam penanganan penyakit kulit pada kucing yang sering terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pendeteksi penyakit kulit pada kucing berbasis java dengan metode forward chaining yang dapat mendeteksi penyakit kulit pada kucing dan memberikan solusi pengobatan. Sistem ini dirancang untuk membantu pemilik kucing melakukan deteksi dini terhadap penyakit, sehingga dapat mengurangi risiko komplikasi lebih lanjut. Metode forward chaining digunakan untuk menelusuri gejala yang dialami oleh kucing dan memberikan diagnosa serta rekomendasi penanganan yang tepat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sistem pendeteksi yang dikembangkan mampu memberikan informasi yang cepat dan akurat, serta dapat menjadi alternatif bagi pemilik kucing yang tidak memiliki akses mudah ke dokter hewan. Sistem ini juga menawarkan kelebihan seperti tidak dipengaruhi kelelahan tidak memerlukan istirahat, dan dapat digunakan kapan saja dengan biaya yang lebih efisien dibandingkan konsultasi langsung dengan dokter hewa
ANALISIS YURIDIS PUTUSAN HAKIM TINDAK PIDANA KORUPSI YANG DILAKUKAN OLEH ANGGOTA DPRD PROVINSI DKI JAKARTA (STUDI KASUS PUTUSAN NOMOR41/PID.SUS-TPK/2019/PT DKI)
Abstract
The crime of corruption is a violation of the economic rights of the community, so that the crime of corruption is no longer classified as an ordinary crime but has become an extraordinary crime and even tends to increase and develop in society along with economic progress, even though the act of corruption is seen from any angle as very reprehensible. . The aim of this research is to find out the provisions for the application of criminal law to perpetrators of Corruption crimes in decision number 41/Pid-Sus-TPK/2019/PT DKI, to find out the obstacles in the application of Corruption criminal law for perpetrators, to find out the judge's considerations in handing down decisions in Corruption crime case in decision number 41/Pid-Sus-TPK/2019/PT DKI against members of the DKI Jakarta Provincial DPRD. The research methods used are normative juridical and empirical juridical research using a statutory approach, case approach, conceptual approach and analytical approach as well as interviews with the Panel of Judges, Registrars and Witnesses in the DKI Jakarta area. The research results obtained: 1. The legal basis for eradicating Corruption Crimes in Indonesia and has been implemented, 2. Obstacles in the Implementation of Corruption Crime Laws for Perpetrators, namely obstacles from the Law side, obstacles from the Law Enforcement side, and obstacles from the Legal Culture side, 3. Judges' considerations and verdicts In deciding the case, a breakthrough was made based on SEMA No. 3 of 2015 concerning the Results of the Supreme Court Criminal Chamber Meeting, allowing the Panel of Judges to make a breakthrough.

OPTIMALISASI MINAT BACA ANAK-ANAK DI DESA GUNUNG KALER
Mahasiswa mempunya peran pembawa perubahan bagi masyarakat ke arah yang lebih baik. Kuliah Kerja Kemasyarakatan (KKK) adalah salah satu wujud pengabdian perguruan tinggi kepada masyarakat sebagai bentuk aplikasi serta penerapan hasil-hasil penelitian dibidang IPTEK untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia yang ada dimasyarakat.
Kuliah Kerja Kemasyarakatan (KKK) kelompok 12 Universitas Islam Syekh Yusuf Tangerang pada semester khusus tahun ajaran 2022/2023 dilaksanakan di Desa Gunung Kaler, Kecamatan Gunung Kaler, Kabupaten Tangerang. Desa Gunung Kaler memiliki luas daerah sekitar ± luas wilayah 3.327 Ha. Desa Gunung Kaler terdiri dari 16 Rukun Tetangga (RT) dan 4 Rukun Warga (RW). Penduduk di Desa Gunung Kaler sebagian besar beragama Islam dan memiliki profesi senagai petani. Masyarakat Desa Gunung Kaler cukup aktif dalam mengikuti kegiatan kemasyarakatan. Kegiatan KKK dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 08 Agustus 2022 sampai 27 Agustus 2022. Sebelum pelaksanaan KKK, telah dilakukan observasi untuk mengetahui kondisi lokasi setempat. Observasi dilakukan dengan metode: (1) tanya jawab, (2) dokumentasi, dan (3) melihat ke lapangan secara langsung. Berdasarkan hasil observasi maka ditentukan rencana program kerja kelompok yang disusun yaitu TAMAN BACA DI BALAI DESA. Pelaksanaan program kerja KKN kelompok 12 ini dapat berjalan baik, lancar, dan sebagian besar terlaksana sesuai dengan perencanaan karena mendapat dukungan penuh dari semua lapisan masyarakat serta seluruh jajaran pemerintahan di wilayah Desa Gunung Kaler. Rencana program TAMAN BACA DI BALAI DESA yang dalam pelaksanaannya sesuai dengan kegiatan tetap dapat dilaksanakan pada waktu yang berbeda dan kegiatan tersebut berjalan dengan lancar serta program kerja terlaksana dengan baik. Dengan diadakannya program KKK ini, diharapkan masyarakat senantiasa mengembangkan potensi yang ada pada dirinya dan lingkungannya.
