Kemerdekaan Dosen dalam Beban Kerja dan Karir: Konsep Tata Kelola Institusi dan Reformasi Administrasi di Perguruan Tinggi
Get PDFPerubahan dalam sistem evaluasi kinerja dosen, seperti Bobot Kinerja Dosen (BKD) yang disesuaikan dengan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM), serta prosedur akumulasi digital, bertujuan untuk mengurangi beban administrasi dosen. Namun, masih terdapat hambatan dalam menjaga proses mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan produktivitas dosen dalam membuat karya akademis. Artikel ini membahas tentang Kemerdekaan Dosen dalam Beban Kerja dan Karir di Perguruan Tinggi, fokus pada konsep tata kelola institusi dan reformasi administrasi. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan kajian pustaka/ literatur sebagai metode penelitiannya dimana informasi yang diperoleh berasal dari buku – buku terkait, surat kabar, majalah,serta publikasi dari lembaga–lembaga yang kompeten. Setelah data terkumpul, penulis melakukan analisa terhadap data yang ada, melakukan interprestasi dan terakhir menyimpulkan hasil dari kajian ini. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat masalah struktural terkait pendanaan riset di Indonesia, dimana dana riset pemerintah masih tergolong kecil dibandingkan negara-negara tetangga. Perubahan kebijakan dalam beban kerja dosen, seperti BKD Baru yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan bobot indikator dalam program Kampus Merdeka, serta mendukung pengembangan minat dan potensi dosen. The sources and types of data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection through library research and field research. The causal factors for violent theft include; Family factors, family disturbances, mental stress, and damaged values can drive someone towards deviant behavior. Then the judge has considered several things, namely: Proof based on valid evidence as regulated in Article 184 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Procedure Code, which includes: witness statements, evidence and statements from the defendant, in court have been proven legally and convincingly.

PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN CUSTOMER SERVICE TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN PADA TOKO NIBRAS HOUSE BEKASI
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of customer service quality on customer loyalty. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The population in this study is customers of Toko Nibras House Bekasi who have customer membership status (membership) and have made product purchases in 2022. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 64 respondents. The data analysis methods used are validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, simple linear regression analysis, and partial significance tests (T) using the SPSS 26 application. The results of this study showed that t-count > t-table (8.510 > 1.669). From the results of the t test, a significance value is also obtained smaller than 5% or 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) so that it can be concluded that the quality of customer service has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Nibras House Bekasi Store.

(2) To analyze the influence between work facilities on the performance of journalistic photographers, and (3) To analyze the influence between work ability, work motivation and work facilities on the performance of journalistic photographers, in Makassar City. This study applies a descriptive quantitative paradigm with purposive sampling technique, the population of 40 photographers working in print media and online media in Makassar City. The sample was three photographers at the East Tribune Daily and five photographers at Fajar Daily. Based on the results of data analysis, then it can be concluded as follows: (1) There is no influence between work motivation on the performance of journalistic photographers. (2) There is an influence between work facilities on the performance of journalistic photographers, and (3) Work motivation, and work facilities affect the performance of journalistic photographers in Makassar City

Get PDFThe crime of counterfeiting ID cards has been growing which points to the higher level of intelligence of the crime of complex forgery, accompanied by the sophistication of tools and technology today. With the act of forgery can cause various crimes and become a threat to the survival of the community., The purpose of this study is first to determine the forms of forgery and the factors causing the criminal act of forging ID documents carried out by the community and internal Police secondly to determine the impact of falsifying KTP documents and how to minimize the occurrence of forgery of KTP documents third to find out the application of criminal law material to criminal offense of embezzlement of forgery of ID card letters. The type and nature of research used in this study is normative juridical research, namely research that refers to legal norms and principles contained in laws and regulations. This research uses analytical descriptive research methods, so the legal material used is a qualitative approach. Results of the first study The forms of forgery and the factors causing the criminal act of falsifying KTP documents are a. Identity Number (NIK), b Family Card (KK), c.Electronic Identity Card (KTP-el), d.Marriage/Divorce Certificate, e. Birth/Death Certificate, g. kta Probate of Children, Adoption of Children, h. Name Change and Change of Citizenship Status. The second serious impact, namely the emergence of various criminal acts in the community. Almost all crimes related to the economy, state administration and state security, begin with falsification of population documents. Third, Application of Material Criminal Law Provisions to the Criminal Act of Embezzlement, Forgery of ID Cards, which can cause harm to others.

Having the task of absorbing, collecting, and following up on the aspirations of the community, especially in overcoming poverty problems, but many people in Tangerang district are on the poverty line. The purpose of this study is First, to determine the role of law on the performance of members of the Regional People's Representative Council of the Great Indonesia Movement Faction of Tangerang Regency in overcoming poverty problems in their regions. Second, to determine the constraints of the role of law on the performance of members of the Regional People's Representative Council, the Great Indonesia Movement Faction, Tangerang Regency in overcoming poverty problems. Third, To ensure the role of law in the performance of members of the Regional People's Representative Council, the Great Indonesia Movement Faction, Tangerang Regency in overcoming poverty problems. This research method uses normative juridical which analyzes problems by combining legal materials with primary data obtained from the field. Data collection techniques are carried out in two ways, namely through library research methods and field research methods. The results of this study are first, the factors that cause poverty in Tangerang district that are difficult to overcome are the problem of population growth rate which then results in unemployment, inequality in regional income distribution and development, and education which is the main capital to be able to compete in today's world of work. Second, the obstacles of members of the Regional People's Representative Council of the Great Indonesia Movement Faction in implementing regulations to overcome the problem of poverty, namely Low education level makes lack of job security, Very high unemployment rate caused by very low work ethic and easy to give up and Uneven infrastructure development makes access to basic services very low. Third, the way Members of the Regional People's Representative Council overcome obstacles in overcoming poverty problems are: There are several government programs that have been implemented and intended as solutions to overcome poverty problems.

REVITALISASI WISATA PEMANCINGAN DELTA FISHING GUNA MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN
No full textPengabdian kepada masyarakat ini di latar belakangi oleh adanya pandemi covid-19 yang membuat sektor pariwisata mengalami penurunan drastis. Maka dari itu, perlu dilakukan revitalisasi terhadap fasilitas yang berada di area wisata tersebut. Pihak Delta Fishing berusaha untuk memperbaiki kembali fasilitas yang terdapat di area wisata tersebut. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu diharapkan bisa mengembalikan kembali wisata Delta Fishing agar ramai pengunjung dan menambah pendapatan pariwisata tersebut. Pemilik Delta Fishing berupaya membuat wisata tersebut menjadi kembali ramai pengunjung. Dengan simpulan bahwa di area wisata tersebut perlu adanya revitalisasi. Kegiatan tersebut bertujuan untuk menarik minat pengunjung kembali agar mengunjungi wisata Delta Fishing
English Teachers' Strategies in Managing Large Classes
Get PDFThis study was to find out the teachers' way in managing large classes and to know what strategies that used by the teachers when teaching the large classes. The design of this study is qualitative method. This study involved two English teachers at MTsN 3 Banda Aceh. The data of this study were collected through observation and interview. To analyze the data, Miles and Huberman's concepts was applied. The finding of this study demonstrated that that the teachers of MTsN 3 Banda Aceh managed large class by applying the proper strategies to ease at teaching and controlling large number of students effectively. The implemented strategies by teachers included (1) planning the lesson plan; (2) creating the comfortable classroom; (3) grouping work and forcing discussion; and (4) making rules and providing learning media. It is suggested that teachers should employ the appropriate strategies in order to be able to manage a large class, so that they could keep students engaged in teaching and learning process
Typical English Teaching Methods Used in Secondary Level
No full textThis paper strived to portray the typical English teaching Methods applied by English Secondary teachers. To find the answer, there were twenty-two participants involved in this study, they were from public and private schools in East Java. The study employed qualitative methods with questionnaires, interviews and observations as the instruments. To gain the data, the researchers put all possible teaching activities or techniques taken from the theory of teaching English as a foreign language in the questionnaire. Then, the observations were done to see the actual teaching and learning process in the classroom. At last, the interview was employed to enrich the data. This current study found that mostly teachers under the study claimed to use various teaching activities in the teaching and learning process in their teaching. However, during the observations, teaching activities or techniques mainly were done with the Grammar Translation Method. 
The Conversational Implicature Found while Trevor Noah Criticizes the Government in Stand-up Comedy Show
No full textThis research deals with conversational implicature and flouted maxim found in stand-up comedy. This descriptive qualitative research, analyzed 12 utterances of Trevor Noah from YouTube video entitled “Trevor Noah COMPLETE REMARKS at 2022 White House Correspondents’ Dinner (C-SPAN)†using Grice’s conversational implicature theory. The finding shows that from 12 utterances, every utterance can contain more than one type of flouted maxims, the details are as follows, 10 manner, 9 quality, 7 relevance, 6 maxims of quantity. The researcher also finds that, Noah applied Particularized Conversational Implicature more frequently than Generalized Conversational Implicature, with a ratio of 11:1. Noah has done this to make his satire is less offensive. This research also finds that flouted of maxims does not mean that a conversation has been failed, but that is intentionally done by the speaker to create an implicature effect in his utterance. As long as the speaker and the listener have the same knowledge about the context or background, the conversation will keep going well.
