SPN as part of the Polri educational institution aims to form Polri personnel who must be able to adapt to changing times. The aim of the research is to find out and analyze how the Banten Polda State Police School program is implemented in Educating Candidates for Non-commissioned Officers to Create a Trusted Modern Professional Police (Promoter). To find out and analyze how to apply the law enforcement process to students forming Education candidates for Indonesian police officers. ANALISIS TINDAK PIDANA PENCURIAN DAN PEMBERATAN YANG DILAKUKAN PADA MALAM HARI MENGAMBIL BARANG YANG BUKAN HAK MILIK
Get PDFCrimes of theft and aggravation committed at night have shown an increase. The increase in crime includes the modus operandi, the equipment used and the targets of the crime. Perpetrators of crimes tend to be bolder and more open in carrying out their actions so that it is very disturbing to society. The purposes of this study are: 1) To find out the policy of the crime of theft at night and the policy to prevent theft at night. 2) Factors that influence the occurrence of criminal acts of theft at night and how to prevent theft by weighting. 3) Application of material criminal law and the judge's consideration of the crime of theft by weighting in Decision Number 895/Pid.B/2022/PN.Tng. This research was conducted using two approaches, consisting of: normative legal research (normative juridical) and sociological research (empirical juridical). With data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that theft at night does not necessarily include the crime of theft with aggravating qualifications in the context of Article 363 paragraph (1) 3 of the Criminal Code, but casuistically it still depends on the economic value of goods or objects that are the object of theft, as regulated by PERMA Number 2 of 2012. As in carrying out duties and authorities, especially in tackling criminal acts of theft at night as regulated in Article 14 paragraph (1) of Law No. 2 of 2002. The factors that influence are the economy, the opportunity and intention. In addition to having talent and bad character or being driven by sociological factors or there are other reasons that encourage the perpetrators to do this. In addition to this, theft arises because of the lack of vigilance and deterrence power of the community itself and disturbance of order. The provisions for aggravating the crime of theft committed at night based on decision number 895/Pid.B/2022/PN Tng are in accordance with the concept of positive law that applies in Indonesia with reference to the Criminal Code. The basis for the judge's consideration when deciding a case that is not only seen from the material (written) rule of law, the defendant is avoided from being sentenced to 1 (one) year in prison.

Get PDFThis article is a review of a book entitled "Fulfillment of Children's Rights and Efforts to Create Orderly Population Administration". This book has explained the urgency of fulfilling children's rights and efforts to create orderly population administration. Regulations on the issuance of birth certificate ownership to realize orderly population administration in terms of regulating the authority to issue birth certificates. And this book also explains the existence of regulations in Law Number 24 of 2013 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2006 concerning Population Administration which should be able to guarantee the fulfillment of birth certificates for children, on the other hand, becomes an obstacle. In Law Number 24 of 2013 there are articles that are considered problematic and inhibiting and not in harmony with other laws concerning the fulfillment of the right to identity or birth certificates.

Therefore, it is very important for children to start learning English from a young age to equip them with the skills needed to compete in the future. In addition, it is very important to incorporate local wisdom into teaching English. This activity takes place at Genius Operation Kalanganyar because in Kalanganyar Village there is potential for local wisdom. The purpose of this service is to apply local wisdom in learning English. This type of report uses qualitative and descriptive methods. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, class action, and documentation. The subject of this service is the children participating in the Genius Operation tutoring which takes place in Kalanganyar Village, Sedati District. The results of this dedication show that this local wisdom-based learning can improve their understanding of English material because the material provided is not far from the surrounding life. The hope for this local wisdom-based learning is that children do not feel bored while learning and are more active in learning activities

The problem that will be discussed in this research is how to enforce Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2018 concerning Waste Levy in Batu Ceper District and what obstacles the Tangerang City government faces in enforcing Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2018 concerning Waste Service Levy. This research method is of a normative-empirical juridical type, while the theoretical basis refers to Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2018 concerning waste levies. It is undeniable that there are many problems that arise in the implementation of correctional training in Indonesia, one of which is the management of the prison or detention center itself, such as the presence of escaped convicts. Since 2019-2022 there have been 2 (two) cases of escaped convicts at the Class 1 Penitentiary in Tangerang. The problem in this research is how the responsibility of the warden is towards prisoners who have escaped from the Tangerang class I penitentiary and what are the obstacles faced by the leadership in carrying out the punishment rules for wardens who are negligent in guarding the escaped convicts in the Tangerang class I penitentiary. This research method uses qualitative research methods. The type of research used is empirical juridical. Data collection techniques use field study research and literature studies and obtain primary data and secondary data. Data analysis uses qualitative data. The theoretical basis used is the theory of justice and the theory of criminal responsibility. The results of the study concluded that if the criminal elements such as negligence and/or intention were fulfilled, they were subject to criminal sanctions under Article 223 of the Criminal Code and 426 of the Criminal Code, if the criminal elements were not fulfilled, they would be subject to disciplinary punishment as in Law No. 53 of 2010 concerning Discipline for Civil Servants. The obstacle faced by leaders in imposing punishment is the lack of human resources which causes criminal sanctions, suspensions, or dismissal of wardens to have a greater impact on prisons

Pelaksanaan pembinaan pemasyarakatan di Indonesia tidak dapat dipungkiri terdapat banyak sekali permasalahan yang muncul, salah satunya adalah manajemen dari lapas atau rutan itu sendiri seperti adanya narapidana yang melarikan diri. Permasalahan didalam penelitian ini yakni bagaimana pertanggungjawaban sipir terhadap narapidana yang melarikan diri dari lembaga pemasyarakatan kelas I Tangerang dan apa hambatan yang dihadapi pimpinan dalam menjalankan aturan puishment terhadap sipir yang lalai dalam menjaga narapidana yang melarikan diri di lembaga pemasyarakatan kelas I Tangerang. Penelitian ini merupakan tipe penelitan yuridis empiris. Hasil Penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan yaitu Jika terpenuhinya unsur pidana seperti kelalaian dan atau kesengajaan dikenakan sanksi pidana pasal 223 KUHP dan 426 KUHP, jika tidak terpenuhinya unsur pidana maka akan dikenakan hukuman disiplin sebagaimana Undang-Undang No 53 tahun 2010 tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Hambatan yang dihadapi oleh pimpinan dalam penjatuhan punishment adalah kurangnya Sumber Daya Manusia yang menyebabkan jika dijatuhkannya sanksi pidana, skors, ataupun pemecatan terhadap sipir maka akan menimbulkan dampak yang lebih besar terhadap lapas.

Karena industri berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, bisnis harus menyediakan barang atau jasa dengan kualitas terbaik sambil tetap memperhatikan dampak operasionalnya terhadap lingkungan. Tujuan dari kegiatan observasi ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen pabrik dari mulai produksi barang, mengkoordinasikan barang produksi, dan sumber daya manusia. PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE JIGSAW TERHADAP SISWA BERPIKIR KRITIS
No full textAbstrakSifat manusia yang terus belajar sepanjang hidupnya memerlukan pendidikan selalu mengalami perkembangan setiap tahunnya. Sebab dengan belajar manusia melakukan perubahan kualitas hidup sehingga berkembang perilakunya. Belajar bukan sekedar pengalaman saja, tetapi belajar juga merupakan suatu proses dan bukan suatu hasil, karena segala aktivitas dan pencapaian hidup manusia tidak lain hanyalah hasil dari belajar. Pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw berpengaruh terhadap berpikir kritis siswa pada kelas perlakuan X.3 SMAN 14 Kota Tangerang dengan populasi 80 siswa dan teknik pengumpulan sampel 40 siswa dalam dua kelas; kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw pada siswa berpikir kritis SMAN 14 Kota Tangerang, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa jika dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen sebesar 86,33 dan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol sebesar 75,33, selisih rata-rata sebesar 11 menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw jika dibandingkan dengan menggunakan model konvensional

Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to determine the influence of individual characteristics, job characteristics and organizational culture on the performance of employees of Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah Branch, Palembang. This type of research is quantitative. The data used is primary data. The population in this study were employees of Bank Sumsel Babel, Palembang Syariah Branch, totaling 35 respondents. Sampling in this research was carried out using saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression and data processing was assisted by the IBM SPSS Statistics 21 application. The results of the study showed that individual characteristics and organizational culture had a significant effect on the performance of employees of the South Sumatra Babel Syariah Palembang Branch. Meanwhile, job characteristics do not have a significant effect on the performance of South Sumatra Babel Palembang Syariah Branch employees. Simultaneously individual characteristics, job characteristics and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the South Sumatra Babel Palembang Sharia Branch.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik individu, karakteristik pekerjaan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank Sumsel Babel Cabang Syariah Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Bank Sumsel Babel Cabang Syariah Palembang yang berjumlah 35 responden. Penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan pengolahan data dibantu dengan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistics 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik individu dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Sumsel Babel Cabang Syariah Palembang. Sedangkan karakteristik pekerjaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Sumsel Babel Cabang Syariah Palembang. Secara simultan karakteristik individu, karakteristik pekerjaan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Sumsel Babel Cabang Syariah Palembang

No full textKegitan workshop pencegahan stunting adalah sebuah kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan arahan dan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat kelurahan gembor khusus nya yang sedang hamil dan memiliki balita, agar selalu memperhatikan gizi janin atau anak nya sehingga bisa terpenuhi dan terhindar nya dari stunting. Metode kegiatan yang kami lakukan pada kegiatan ini berbentuk workshop, Dialog dan tanya jawab seputar stunting. Pemateri pada kegiatan ini adalah ibu Ari Lestari. S.Gz, selaku ahli gizi dari puskesmas kelurahan gembor, yang sangat detail menyampaikan materi terkait pencegahan stuntung. Hasil dari pengabdian kami dalam kegiatan workshop pencegahan stunting, masyarakat di kelurahan gembor menjadi lebih selektif dalam memperhatikan pekembangan tumbuh kembang janin atau anak nya. Selain itu juga, kegiatan ini di sambut baik oleh aparat pemerintah setempat dalam hal ini Bpk. Sobri. S.Ip selaku lurah di kelurahan gembor, yang sangat mengapresiasi terhadap kegiatan ini.
