No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan modal kerja terhadap nilai perusahaan sub sektor food and beverage yang terdaftar di BEI. Periode waktu yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 5 tahun yaitu 2018-2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan beberapa kriteria yang telah ditentukan maka jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 14 perusahaan dari populasi sebanyak 84 perusahaan sub sektor food and beverage. Metode analisis yangdigunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan model yang terpilih adalah Random Effect Model(REM), menggunakan program Eviews 12. Berdasarkan hasil uji t, menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan modal kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan modal kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan
PERHITUNGAN PRODUK BERSAMA PABRIK TAHU HARAPAN JAYA INDAH TELUKNAGA
No full textThis study aims to examine the calculation of joint products in relation to tofu making at Harapan Jaya Indah tofu factory based in Teluknaga. The researcher collected information regarding the calculation of shared products, the calculation of shared product allocation, and the calculation of average production by using the research method of interviews and literature studies. Based on the calculation results, the tofu factory in Harapan Jaya Indah obtained a net profit of Rp. 38,991,650 for the shared product price, or an average of 330/3110. The findings of this study help clarify the importance of estimating co-product yields appropriately, comprehensively, and successfully in an effort to maintain the financial viability of the company.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perhitungan produk bersama dalam kaitannya dengan pembuatan tahu di pabrik tahu Harapan Jaya Indah yang berbasis di Teluknaga. Peneliti mengumpulkan informasi mengenai perhitungan produk bersama, perhitungan alokasi produk bersama, dan perhitungan produksi rata-rata dengan menggunakan metode penelitian wawancara dan studi literatur. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, pabrik tahu di Harapan Jaya Indah memperoleh laba bersih sebesar Rp. 38.991.650 untuk harga produk bersama, atau rata-rata 330/3110. Temuan studi ini membantu memperjelas pentingnya mengestimasi hasil produk bersama secara tepat, komprehensif, dan berhasil dalam upaya mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup keuangan perusahaan

Pelatihan kerja dan pengembangan karir mempunyai peranan penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja para karyawan serta meningkatkan sumber daya manusia yang bermutu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan karir secara secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Ciputra Hospital Tangerang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kausal dimana populasi dan sample penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Rumah Sakit Ciputra Hospital Tangerang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji F, uji T pada taraf tarif signifikan (taraf kepercayaan) alpha 0.05. Dan proses penghitungan dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 24. Uji hipotesis menunjukan hasil pengaruh pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebanyak 2.115 pada taraf signifikan sebesar 0.038, pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan sebanyak 1.535 pada taraf signifikan 0.130. Dengan demikian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial atau berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Ciputra Hospital Tangerang sementara pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan

Get PDFThis study is intended to analyze in more depth the factors that influence the rejection of marriage confirmation in Gorontalo City and the legal consequences for the fulfillment of the rights of wives and children. This type of research uses an empirical legal research method. The approach used is a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the factors that influence the rejection of marriage confirmation in Gorontalo City are because the applicant is still married to someone else and the applicant or witness is not present at the trial. The legal consequences of the rejection of confirmation show that the child's rights are not fulfilled after the marriage confirmation is rejected, namely the child's right to inheritance will only obtain the right to inheritance through his mother's lineage and the wife's right to receive inheritance when her husband dies is not fulfilled and the wife does not have the right to demand the distribution of joint property.Penelitian ini diperuntuhkan untuk menganalisis lebih mendalam tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya penolakan isbat nikah di Kota Gorontalo dan Akibat hukum terhadap pemenuhan hak istri dan anak. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode penelitian hukum empiris pendekatan yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu pendekatan kualitatif tidak dimaksudkan untuk menguji hipotesis tertentu, tetapi hanya menggambarkan “apa adanya” tentang suatu variabel, gejala atau keadaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan faktor yang mempengaruhi penolakan isbat nikah dikota Gorontalo karena pemohon masih terikat tali perkawinan dengan orang lain dan pemohon atau saksi tidak hadir saat Persidangan adapun akibat hukum dari penolakan isbat menunjukan hak anak yang tidak terpenuhi setelah isbat nikah di tolak yaitu hak atas warisan anak hanya akan memperoleh hak atas warisan melalui nasab ibunya dan hak istri untuk mendapatkan warisan saat suami meninggal menjadi tidak terpenuhi serta istri tidak berhak menuntut pembagian harta gono gini.

Moral Value Analysis in Khaleb Hosseni’s Novel A Thousand Splendid Sun
Get PDFThis research purpose is to describe the moral values in A Thousand Splendid Sun novel by Khaleb Hosseni. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with A thousand Splendid Suns novel by Khaleb Hosseini as the data source. The data procurement procedure is carried out by determining the analysis unit, determining the recording sample or recording the data. In the Thousand Splendid Suns novel, three types of moral values are found in accordance with Nurgyantoro's theory. These types of moral values produce positive and negative attitudes. There are nine positive attitudes, namely; self-confidence, willingness to sacrifice, self-acceptance, gratitude, calm, giving sincerely, obedient to worship, surrender to God, and sincerity. There are also three negative moral attitudes, namely; hatred, self-doubt and doubt of faith. These attitudes were shown by the two main characters in the novel A Thousand Splendid Suns. Novel author described these attitudes directly and indirectly in the form of text and dialogue. The moral values conveyed by this novel can be used as reference material for character learning in schools and society so that the impression of positive character and culture can continue to be preserved in society
Language Development in Early Childhood: Psycholinguistic Approaches to English Language Education

Data were analyzed to explore the role of this approach in English language learning at this critical developmental stage. And the result is that the integration of psycholinguistic approaches in children's English education at an early age shows great potential in facilitating language development effectively. By understanding and applying psycholinguistic principles, educators can create a supportive and meaningful learning environment, enabling children to better achieve their language potential
Psychological Analysis of Elsa’s Character in Novel “My Grandmother Asked Me to Tell You She’s Sorry” by Fredrik Backman
Get PDFThe objectives of this study are to describe the psychological aspects of the character's story and identify the many forms of psychology exhibited by the main character in the novel "My Grandmother Asked Me to Tell You She's Sorry" authored by Fredrik Backman. The research methodology employed is descriptive qualitative. The present study employs the theoretical framework proposed by Soto and John (2017, p. 8). The research findings indicate that the traits of Openness account for 5 (25% of the total) and are exemplified by Elsa's covert departure from her apartment to accompany her grandmother. Similarly, the traits of Conscientiousness also contribute to 5 (25% of the total), exemplified by Elsa's unwavering determination to complete the task assigned by her grandmother. Lastly, the traits of Neuroticism account for 5 (25% of the total) and are evidenced by Elsa feeling pressured by bullying from some of her classmates when she holds a different opinion from one of them. Data findings indicate that Agreeableness is characteristic of 3 (15%) of the participants. For instance, Elsa demonstrates conflict and disagreement with her mother after being summoned by the Principal for attacking one of her friends. On the other hand, Extraversion is characteristic of 2 (10%) of the participants. For instance, Elsa isolates herself from having many friends at school and prefers to confide in her grandmother
Analisis Postur Kerja Selector Produk Dengan Metoda RULA di PT. XYZ
Get PDFPT XYZ adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi kemasan plastik dan sangat menjaga produknya dengan baik, hal ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pelayanannya kepada konsumen. Maka dari itu terdapat pekerja selector yang bertugas untuk memilih produk hasil produksi yang kemudian dikemas dalam kemasan, dalam proses pengemasan produk terdapat kegiatan berulang, hal ini dikhawatirkan akan menimbulkan keluhan musculoskeletal disorders, oleh karena itu diperlukan perhitungan untuk mengetahui tingkat resiko postur kerja selector. Untuk mengetahui tingkat resiko postur kerja pada pekerja selector, dilakukan pengukuran dengan metode Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) dan melakukan survey kuesioner Nordic Body Map untuk mengetahui otot yang sering dikeluhkan pekerja. Dari hasil pengisian kuesioner NBM diketahui bahwa otot yang memiliki tingkat risiko terjadinya cidera adalah otot bagian leher bawah, pinggang, lengan bawah kiri dan kanan dengan skor 3 yang berarti sakit, serta otot bagian punggung dengan skor 4 yang berarti sangat sakit, berdasarkan hasil pengukuran NBM maka dapat dilanjutkan dengan pengukuran postur kerja dengan metode RULA, dari hasil pengukuran diperoleh skor RULA sebesar 7 yang berada pada action level 4, yang berarti pekerja selector saat mengemas produk bekerja dengan tingkat risiko very high, sehingga pekerjaan tersebut perlu dilakukan pemeriksaan dan tindakan perubahan perlu dilakukan sesegera mungkin karena mendesak.PT XYZ adalah perusahaan plastik yang sangat menjaga produknya dengan baik. dalam proses produksi pekerja selector bertugas untuk memilih produk hasil produksi yang kemudian dikemas, dalam proses pengemasan produk terdapat kegiatan berulang, hal ini dikhawatirkan akan menimbulkan keluhan musculoskeletal disorders. When the two points are confronted with the issues of education and community, new challenges emerge: that is, the philosophy of Islamic education except religious and humanist must also be progressive in advancing civilization through the spirit of diversity that exists within a nation or between nations. Philosophically, the result of the synthesis is called progressive humanism philosophy of Islamic education. The approach and methods used in this paper is a content analysis of the philosophical and theological education. Philosophical education analyzed is O'neil thought about educational ideologies.Tulisan ini berupaya menyederhanakan aliran-aliran filsafat pendidikan ke dalam tiga aliran saja yaitu konservatisme, liberalisme, anarkisme dan meretas jalan yang memungkinkan filsafat pendidikan Islam berperan di dalamnya. Caranya dengan mencari titik singgung di antara ketiga aliran tersebut kemudian menganalisisnya dalam konteks ajaran Islam. Mereka bertemu dalam konsep religiusitas/tauhid dan humanisme/amal shaleh. Ketika kedua konsep tersebut dihadapkan pada persoalan pendidikan dan kemasyarakatan, muncul tantangan baru bahwa filsafat pendidikan Islam kecuali harus religius dan humanis juga harus progresif dalam memajukan peradaban melalui semangat kebangsaan dan menghargai keragaman dalam suatu bangsa atau antar bangsa. In the context of education, TQM aims to enhance the quality of educational services by focusing on customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and employee involvement. This study examines the quality management of private Islamic university education: a study on Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf Tangerang Indonesia. The quality of management in Islamic university education is a significant area that leadership should recognize. This study is qualitative, using data from interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study relate to: (1) focus on customers; (2) leadership; (3) people involvement; (4) systems approach to management; (5) continuous improvement; (6) factual approach in decision making; and (7) mutually beneficial supplier relationships. This research demonstrates that the effective implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) principles can enhance customer satisfaction and organizational performance.
