    The harbor master at the port is responsible for shipping safety and security and other activities at the port. The harbor master is the ruler at the port and has full authority over activities that occur at the port. This study uses a qualitative research method that is descriptive analysis, with an empirical normative approach. With the object of research of laws and regulations associated with legal theories using a normative juridical approach with data obtained through literature studies and field observations. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the supervisory function by the harbor master at Marunda Port has not been fully optimal, because there are still obstacles in terms of human resources, infrastructure, and compliance of shipping business actors with applicable regulations. This study recommends strengthening the role of the harbor master through increasing institutional capacity, inter-institutional coordination, and stricter law enforcement so that shipping safety and security can be guaranteed as a whole.     Compensation is one of the motivating factors for employees to improve their performance, as the absence of compensation will have an impact on decreasing employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance and also on work motivation. Thus, the results of this study can be used in managing motivation and compensation to maximize employee performance at UD. Dwiputra Jaya Makmur. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey method. The population in this study amounted to 65 respondents. Sampling used saturated samples so that a sample of 65 respondents was obtained. The data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires directly. Meanwhile, the data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that compensation had a positive effect (0.595) and a significant effect (0.002 <0.05) on employee performance. Similarly, compensation had a positive effect (0.701) and a significant effect (0.000) on employee work motivation at UD. Dwiputra Jaya Makmur Bogor. Meanwhile, motivation has a positive effect on performance (0.201), but is not yet significant (0.432>0.05). Similarly, compensation through motivation has a positive but not yet significant effect (0.552>0.05) on employee performance at UD. Dwiputra Jaya Makmur Bogor. Fair and competitive compensation will encourage increased productivity. The company can consider providing incentives or other forms of rewards that can strengthen employee motivation to achieve targets.     High employee turnover rates can negatively impact the sustainability and stability of a company's operations. One effort that can be made to reduce turnover is by creating satisfactory working conditions, both in terms of compensation and work environment. This study aims to analyse the effect of compensation and work environment on employee turnover, both directly and through job satisfaction as an intervening variable, with a case study at CV Metro Pratama. This study uses a quantitative approach with the path analysis method. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 45 respondents who are permanent employees of CV Metro Pratama. The results of the regression analysis show that compensation (sig. = 0.002) and work environment (sig. = 0.000) have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, with a coefficient of determination R2 = 0.927. Furthermore, compensation had a negative and significant effect on turnover, while the work environment had a significant positive effect on turnover, and job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on turnover. In addition to the direct effect, path analysis demonstrated that compensation and the work environment had an indirect effect on turnover through job satisfaction as a mediating variable.     This study aims to analyze the implementation of partnership strategy through operational collaboration at PT. Pos Indonesia Sukabumi Branch. The focus of this research is to examine how the strategy contributes to service optimization and enhances organizational competitiveness amid the evolving dynamics of the logistics industry. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with management and operational partners, direct observation of partnership activities, and analysis of supporting documents. The findings indicate that the operational partnership model significantly improves service coverage, operational efficiency, and customer engagement. Moreover, this partnership scheme plays a role in empowering local entrepreneurs and supporting the development of Micro, Small Medium Enterprise (MSMEs). However, several challenges remain, such as the absence of standardized performance evaluation, lack of training for partners, and misaligned perceptions in the execution of operational tasks.     This study aims to describe how the implementation of teacher performance management through the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) at SMK Amaliah 2 Bogor. The research methodology used a descriptive qualitative method with the research subjects being teachers, the school principal, and school supervisors at SMK Amaliah 2 Bogor.  Data collection utilized interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using inductive techniques, starting with data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings indicate that teacher performance management through PMM is being implemented in accordance with the established stages and has a positive impact on enhancing teachers' professional competencies at SMK Amaliah 2 Bogor, provided it is consistently implemented. Starting from performance planning, implementation of performance practices, as well as performance evaluation and performance behavior. This study contributes to the development of strategies for teacher performance management through digital platforms, as well as strengthening empirical evidence that technology can enhance teachers' professional competencies.     Presensi merupakan hal yang wajib dilakukan oleh seorang pegawai pada setiap harinya untuk mendata kehadiran guna menilai suatu kedisiplinan dan ketepatan waktu hadir pegawai di sebuah instansi. Pada Kelurahan Paku Jaya proses presensi dan pengolahan data presensi masih bersifat manual berupa tanda tangan yang dimana proses tersebut kurang efektif. Hal tersebut dapat mengakibatkan pegawai lupa isi presensi, terjadinya manipulasi data presensi, ketepatan waktu hadir yang tidak sesuai yang telah ditentukan oleh instansi, hingga perekapan data presensi yang tidak akurat. Ditengah pesatnya perkembangan teknologi saat ini yang sangat berpengaruh kemajuan teknologinya yaitu smartphone dengan sistem operasi Android. Oleh Karena itu dengan memanfaatkan teknologi smartphone yang didalamnya terdapat GPS (Global Positioning System) dapat dibuatlah suatu aplikasi presensi pegawai berbasis Android. Pada penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu metode Extreme Programming (XP). Dalam aplikasi presensi pegawai ini, pegawai bisa melakukan presensi masuk dan pulang hanya dilingkungan Kelurahan Paku Jaya dengan jarak radius 100 meter dan interval waktu yang telah ditentukan, dan pegawai dapat melakukan izin keluar jika ada keperluan penting yang mengharuskan pegawai keluar dari lingkungan Kelurahan pada saat jam kerja.   Kata kunci: Android, geolokasi, interval waktu, presensi, extreme programming (XP

One form of the advancement of smartphone technology used is an android-based attendance system, Since the Covid-19 pandemic in early 2020 which made the majority of WFH workers, this is where the mobile attendance system began to be implemented and popular. Attendance is an activity or routine carried out by employees to prove that the employee is present or not at work. Population and Civil Registration Office of Tangerang Regency One of the agencies located on Jalan H. Somawinata Kadu Agung, Tigaraksa, the Population and Civil Registration Office has 60 civil servants and 119 non-civil servants. One of the assessments in employee performance is absenteeism. The Population and Civil Registration Office of Tangerang Regency currently has not optimized the attendance system for non-civil servants effectively and still uses manual methods such as using printed sheets of paper for non-civil servant employees.     Abstrak PT.M adalah sebuah pabrik perakitan kendaraan X di Indonesia. Maka dari itu, PT. M dalam mengembangkan kualitas produksi membutuhkan upaya perbaikan pada departemen produksi yang memproduksi unit X dengan mencari penyebab timbulnya cacat pada produk guna mengurangi variasi dan jumlah cacat pada produk. mencari tahu masalah dan mencari solusi pada PT.M. Dalam analisis pengendalian kualitas pada unit yang mengalami cacat menggunakan metode control chart yaitu dengan p- chart yang selanjutnya dianalisis faktor penyebab menggunakan 5 kenapa, untuk itu diperlukan data jumlah unit produksi setiap harinya dan juga jumlah cacat. dari perhitungan yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunkan peta kendali P- Chart, ditemukan bahwa terdapat data yang melewati batas untuk dilakukan revisi perhitungan agar kelonggaran daripada kesalahan tidak terjadi lagi dan dilakukan perbaikan lebih lanjut. analisis denga 5 kenapa pada 3 cacat yang diperoleh sebagian besar penyebab utamanya adalah operator PT.M.karena sebagian besar dari masalah yang disebabkan karena operator, maka PT.M perlu mengadakan sebuah pelatihan terhadap operator agar lebih berhati-hati dan memperhatikan SOP.Abstrak PT.M adalah sebuah pabrik perakitan kendaraan X di Indonesia.     Indonesia is a country prone to earthquakes. The high earthquake-prone level is due to the meeting of the plates. The occurrence of this earthquake has proven that there are still many buildings, especially building structures that suffer light to heavy damage and even collapse. This study was conducted to analyze the differences in loading on the building structure using the equivalent static method and dynamic time history at the Telecommunication Telkomsel Center (TTC) building in Makassar 2, South Sulawesi. This study is intended to determine the safety of an earthquake-resistant building structure using the ETABS V.16 program. Classification of moderate soil sites and using concrete quality used fc' = 35 MPa based on SNI 1726 2019. The results show that the calculation of earthquake loading that occurs in building structures using equivalent static analysis is considered accurate because it produces earthquake loading that is close to the results of dynamic analysis calculations. time history. The results of calculations and loading carried out are obtained that the building structure is more stable due to the value of _max. = 0.003991221 0.090909091 building stability due to earthquake direction X and 0.00547442 0.090909091 building stability due to earthquake Y direction so the value of is smaller or does not exceed the value of max in accordance with the provisions of SNI 1726-2019

    For business actors, MSMEs are businesses or undertakings run by individuals, households or small business entities. In general, considering that small and medium businesses have a very high involvement in the armed forces and improving people's welfare. For society. This prosperity shows that at least the community is able to meet their daily needs, such as clothing and food. The results of the observations that we have obtained among the community in Mekarsarari Village, Jambe District, show that MSME actors have difficulty in the marketing process due to their lack of recognition by the wider community. The aim of this research is to provide motivation and understanding in entrepreneurship in rural areas and to help promote MSMEs in Mekarsari Village. The methods used are training or selling products via social media, creating packaging, licensing PIRT, NIB, E-CATALOG and creating map points for MSMEs. The result of this activity is that MSME actors are able to utilize social media for promotional and marketing purposes, there are map points as markers of the existence of MSMEs in Mekarsari Village, Jambe District. It is hoped that this activity will be able to introduce products and improve the community's economy in general and specifically for MSME craftsmen
