    This study aims to analyze the implementation of the principle of the rule of law within the Indonesian criminal justice system, particularly in handling cases of sexual violence among students in Brebes Regency. The principle of the rule of law emphasizes that all actions, including those of law enforcement and state institutions, must comply with the prevailing legal framework. Using a qualitative research method, data were collected through in-depth interviews with law enforcement officers, the Office for Women and Children Protection, and school representatives. The findings reveal that although the Indonesian criminal justice system has normatively regulated sexual violence offenses, its implementation in practice still faces several challenges, such as a lack of legal awareness among students, weak inter-agency coordination, and cultural barriers that affect case reporting and handling. This study recommends strengthening legal education in school environments, enhancing the capacity of law enforcement in dealing with child victims, and optimizing legal protection mechanisms based on the principle of the rule of law. The local government is always looking for income to increase the regional cash or income, either through natural resources or from other sources, one of which is looking for regional income through the rental sector of kiosks or shops in the market by renting out places or kiosks to be rented to the community, which aims to facilitate trading, and the local government also gets benefits for regional cash income. The rules/regulations for the management of the Buntok Market Block by the South Barito Regional Government are still not optimal, which has an impact on the failure to manage PAD properly from the rental results of the Block in Buntok Market. The research approach uses mixed-method research, namely a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods with an explanatory research type. The population of 561 Buntok market block tenants, a sample of 85 people using the accidental sampling technique, and 4 informants using the purposive sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed using regression and narrative tests. The results of the study indicate that the policy has a significant partial influence on the rental regulation of the Buntok Market Block in South Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. The satisfaction of the tenant community has a significant partial influence on the rental regulation of the Buntok Market Block in South Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. The policy and satisfaction of the tenant community have a significant simultaneous influence on the rental regulation of the Buntok Market Block in South Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. Policy efforts and the satisfaction of the tenant community are expected to be able to improve the rental regulation of the Buntok Market Block in South Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province.     This study aims to analyze the partial influence of village budget allocation on local economic growth in Brojol Village and identify its implications for youth migration. This is because the phenomenon of youth migration from villages to cities is often associated with minimal economic opportunities in their areas of origin. Meanwhile, village funds are allocated with the hope of spurring local development and welfare. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. Furthermore, to determine the sample size, the Slovin formula was used to obtain a sample of 80 respondents. In its implementation, the structural model of this study was tested using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method run using SmartPLS software version 4.0, which is considered suitable for social research based on latent constructs and Likert scales. The results of this study indicate that budget allocation has a positive and significant influence on local economic growth (path coefficient 0.375, t-statistic 2.998, p-value 0.003). Furthermore, it also has a significant effect on youth migration (coefficient value 0.443, t-statistic 4.226, p-value 0.00). Village-level fiscal policy plays a crucial role in stimulating economic activity. Good budget management can create more viable and attractive village conditions, thereby reducing the desire of youth to migrate.   Keywords: Village Budget Allocation, Local Economic Growth, Youth Migration, PLS-SE

    In this fast-paced and stressful work environment, employee job satisfaction is a critical factor in maintaining productivity and reducing turnover rates. Job satisfaction is influenced by various managerial factors, one of which is career development. This study aims to analyze and empirically test the effect of career development on job satisfaction among employees of PT. Jala Niaga Elok (JNE) Tangerang. This study uses an associative quantitative approach, data were collected from a sample of 80 JNE Tangerang employees with collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Data analysis is divided into three main stages: Data Quality Test, Descriptive Analysis, and Hypothesis Analysis. Career development is proven to have a positive and very strong influence on job satisfaction with a probability value of 0.002 (<0.05) and a correlation value of 0.991. Similarly, based on the results of the linear regression test, the constant value a and coefficient b2 are obtained with an equation value of 15.210 + 0.824, which means that every 1 point increase in the career development variable will increase employee job satisfaction by 0.824 points. Employee job satisfaction increases with clear career paths and training opportunities. Companies need to prioritize providing transparent and structured career development programs to enhance job satisfaction and long-term employee commitment at JNE Tangerang.   Keywords: Career development, job satisfaction, employees, JNE. &nbsp

    This study aims to apply the relationship between leadership and work culture and work effectiveness, as well as the relationship between leadership through work culture and work effectiveness in the Directorate of Human Capital of PT Angkasa Pura II. Work effectiveness is the final outcome of the organisation, where its quality is influenced by the interaction between leadership practices and collective norms (work culture). This study uses a qualitative approach with an association study design. The population in this study was 153 employees, with a research sample of 60 respondents randomly selected from the employees of the Director of Human Capital of PT. Angkasa Pura II using the Slovin formula. Techniques used in data collection in this study include literature studies, questionnaire distribution, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study uses the path analysis method. The results of this study indicate a relationship between leadership and work culture and work effectiveness, with significant values of 0.000 and 0.000, respectively, and positive consistency values of 0.619 and 0.307. Furthermore, there is a relationship between leadership and work culture and work effectiveness, with a positive relationship between leadership and work culture and work effectiveness, compared to a negative relationship between leadership and work effectiveness.       This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal on the work ethic of machinists through work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. MRT Jakarta. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a census method, with a sample used in this study of 65 respondents from a total population of 72. The sample selection was carried out randomly to ensure the accuracy and representativeness of the research results. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires to research respondents. Then, the information obtained will be analyzed through validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, regression tests, path analysis, and hypothesis tests (t-tests). The results of the study indicate that performance appraisals have a positive and significant effect on work motivation with a t-value of 4.214 and a significance of 0.000. In addition, performance appraisals have a positive and significant effect on work ethic with a t-value of 2.045 and a significance of 0.045. Furthermore, work motivation influences work ethic with a significance of 0.014. The results of the mediation test using bootstrapping show that work motivation significantly mediates the effect of performance appraisal on work ethic. Therefore, it can be concluded that performance appraisals directly and indirectly influence the work ethic of PT MRT Jakarta's train drivers, with work motivation as an intervening variable.     This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and competence on job satisfaction in improving the performance of employees of the Inspectorate of the Province of West Papua. So. The research method used is a quantitative approach. Data were obtained through questionnaires filled out by 68 respondents.     The existence of proper supervision can prevent deviations that can reduce the organization's work results. In addition, without adequate supervision, work discipline can automatically decline, which ultimately has a negative impact on the overall organizational performance. Therefore, an effective supervision system is needed for the organization to develop well. This study aims to test and analyze supervision of employee work discipline with motivation as a moderator. The research method used in this study is an associative quantitative method. The objects of this study were all employees working at PT. Kahatex with a sample of 60 people. Meanwhile, data collection was carried out through several stages including distributing questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The validity and reliability tests on the instruments used in the study are important and very crucial steps because they affect the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the instruments used in collecting data. Furthermore, the data analysis stages include multiple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination (R2) analysis, and classical assumption tests. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant influence between the supervision variables on work discipline partially (0.002 <0.05). Furthermore, there is a significant effect of motivation on work discipline (0.001 < 0.05).     Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja yakni suatu upaya mengelola risiko untuk mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan yang tidak diinginkan secara komprehensif, terencana dan terstruktur dalam suatu kesisteman yang baik. Banyaknya hal yang berisiko pada proses produksi  menimbulkan terjadinya kecelakaan da kerja, dan  kurangnya kepedulian terhadap risiko terjadinya kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja membuat saya sebagai peneliti ingin meminimalkan risiko terjadinya kecelakaan dan  penyakit akibat kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka dan studi lapangan seperti observasi, wawancara serta menyebar data angket. Peneliti menggunakan metode HIRADC (Hazard Identification Risk Assesment Determining Control) untuk mengidentifikasi masalah, menilai risiko, lalu kemudian memberikan pengendaliannya guna meminimalisir nilai risiko. Mungkin ada banyak sekali metode yang bisa dipakai untuk menemukan solusi dari permasalahan yang ada pada peneleitian kali ini, akan tetapi saya  menggunakan metode ini karena peneliti sedikit memahami metode ini. Setelah melakukan tahapan - tahapan penelitian tersebut yaitu proses identifikasi, penilaian risiko, dan memberikan pengendaliannya, ditemukanlah tujuan penelitian ini yaitu meminimalkan risiko terjadi kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja pada PT XYZ ini. kesimpulan yang pada penelitian kali ini adalah : terdapat  potensi bahaya yang menyebabkan kecelakaan dan penyakit pada proses produksi karpet, dan metode HIRADC dapat  meminimalkan risiko terjadinya kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja
