Dampak Konten Negatif Pernikahan di Tiktok Terhadap Sikap Marriage Is Scary Mahasiswa
No full textPenelitian ini membahas tentang persepsi mahasiswa UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh terhadap fenomena “Marriage Is Scary” di media sosial TikTok. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana paparan konten negatif di TikTok memengaruhi cara pandang mahasiswa terhadap pernikahan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan dokumentasi terhadap enam informan utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian mahasiswa merasa takut untuk menikah karena sering melihat konten negatif tentang rumah tangga, seperti perselingkuhan, konflik, dan kekerasan domestik. Namun, sebagian lainnya menilai bahwa konten tersebut dapat menjadi pelajaran agar mereka lebih siap dan berhati-hati dalam memilih pasangan. Faktor lingkungan sosial dan pengalaman pribadi juga turut memperkuat pandangan mereka terhadap isu ini. Analisis teori yang digunakan antara lain Cultivation Theory, Uses and Gratifications Theory, dan Self-Disclosure Theory. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pengaruh media tidak sepenuhnya menentukan persepsi seseorang, karena respon setiap individu sangat bergantung pada latar belakang, pengalaman, dan kemampuan berpikir kritisnya.

Peran Coaching Konseling Melalui Komunikasi Interpersonal Dalam Membentuk Kedisiplinan Siswa Berkebutuhan Khusus (Studi Kasus SMP National Global School)
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran komunikasi interpersonal melalui coaching konseling dalam membentuk kedisiplinan siswa berkebutuhan khusus di SMP National Global School Poris Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan konselor, guru, serta siswa. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori komunikasi interpersonal Joseph DeVito dengan lima indikator: keterbukaan, empati, dukungan, sikap positif, dan kesetaraan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa coaching konseling dengan komunikasi interpersonal efektif dapat membantu siswa membangun kepercayaan diri dan motivasi dalam mematuhi aturan sekolah. Namun, terdapat hambatan berupa keterbatasan pemahaman siswa, kesulitan interaksi dengan teman sebaya, dan keterbatasan sarana. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada kajian strategi komunikasi interpersonal dalam bimbingan konseling, khususnya pada praktik pendidikan inklusif.

TINJAUAN YURIDIS POLITIK HUKUM PERBURUHAN DALAM PELAKSANAAN HUBUNGAN KERJA NON STANDAR (NONSTANDARD EMPLOYMENT) BERDASARKAN PERATURAN KETENAGAKERJAAN DI INDONESIA
No full textThis research examines Indonesia's labor law policy in the context of non-standard employment, which is increasingly prevalent with the growth of the digital economy (gig economy). The main issue studied is the weak legal protection for non-standard workers, such as regulatory ambiguity, vulnerability to exploitation, and the weak bargaining position of workers amid a labor market dynamic dominated by flexibility and capital interests. This study aims to analyze the direction of labor law policy related to non-standard employment and the determining factors that influence it. Using normative juridical research methods enriched with a socio-legal research approach, this study combines analysis of labor regulations with social, economic, and political contexts. The results show that Indonesia's labor law policy in regulating non-standard employment is largely driven by labor market factors and investment interests, tending to accommodate flexible work arrangements while neglecting job security, social guarantees, and fair wages. The government is considered not yet optimal in providing comprehensive legal protection and strict enforcement. Therefore, this research recommends the need for clear and comprehensive regulations, fair wage standards, and the strategic role of trade unions in advocating for the protection of non-standard workers' rights through the formulation of new labor legislation

TINJAUAN HUKUM FUNGSI PERJANJIAN KERJA BERSAMA DALAM MEMINIMALISASI PERSELISIHAN HUBUNGAN INDUSTRIAL DI PT PEGADAIAN
No full textLarge companies such as PT Pegadaian face complexities in managing industrial relations as they are governed not only by labor regulations but also by a Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) mutually agreed upon between the company and the workers' union. This study aims to: (1) identify and analyze the formulation process and the content regulated in the CLA at PT Pegadaian; (2) analyze the implementation of industrial relations principles within the CLA; and (3) analyze preventive measures and the dispute resolution process for Industrial Relations Disputes (IRD) at PT Pegadaian. This research employs a descriptive-analytical qualitative method with a normative-empirical approach, linking legal regulations with relevant legal theories. The results indicate that the CLA formulation process at PT Pegadaian is conducted comprehensively, covering general industrial relations policies, preventive measures against disputes, and IRD resolution mechanisms. The CLA is designed to foster harmonious industrial relations, workplace peace, and enhanced employee productivity, thereby supporting PT Pegadaian's role as a corporation contributing added value to Indonesia's economy.

No full textDomestic violence (KDRT) against children is a human rights violation that has serious impacts on the physical and psychological development of the victims. The state’s presence through Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to the Child Protection Act is intended to strengthen the legal framework for preventing and protecting children, particularly in the domestic environment. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of this regulation in protecting child victims of domestic violence, focusing on prevention efforts, forms of legal protection, and implementation challenges in the field, especially those faced by the Center for Women and Children Services (PPPA) of DKI Jakarta. The research uses a qualitative method with a normative empirical approach, collecting primary data through observation and interviews, as well as secondary data from reviews of legal documents and literature. The results show that PPPA DKI Jakarta has played an active role in prevention through holistic education and support, as well as in case handling through multidisciplinary collaboration. However, the implementation of Law No. 35 of 2014 still faces significant obstacles, particularly in inter-agency coordination and the effectiveness of rapid response, indicating the need for systemic strengthening and institutional synergy to optimize child protection.

No full textA curator plays a crucial role in bankruptcy cases for both companies and individuals. The curator's role is outlined in Law No. 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations. Definitively, a curator is defined as an estate agent or an individual appointed by the court to manage and settle the assets of a bankrupt debtor under the supervision of a supervising judge. The many tasks assigned to the curator result in the curator facing many obstacles, such as non-cooperative actions and other psychological actions carried out by bankrupt debtors and bankrupt creditors. discriminatory actions and criminalization often occur against curators. The aim of this study is to determine and analyze the duties of a curator based on the mandate of Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning bankruptcy and suspension of debt payment obligations, both in terms of management and settlement. to find out and analyze what obstacles the curator faces in carrying out his duties and what legal consequences the curator will receive for reports submitted to him. As well as to know and analyze how to apply the principle of legal protection from the state to curators in carrying out their duties and legal protection for curators currently. The research method used in this research is a normative juridical approach, namely research based on primary legal materials by examining theories, concepts, legal principles, and legislation in obtaining library technical data and conducting interviews, which are analyzed qualitatively, namely data obtained from information and interview results that are described to achieve clarity on the problems discussed. The results of this study indicate that there are already regulations related to bankruptcy but are less detailed regarding the management and settlement tasks for the curator team itself and there is no legal protection for curators from the state in carrying out their duties, while legal protection for curators is obtained from the curator organization itself.

No full textValid voter data ensures that every eligible citizen is registered and has the opportunity to participate in the election. Conversely, inaccurate data may potentially eliminate citizens’ constitutional rights, erode public trust in the electoral process, and lead to disputes that may disrupt social and political stability. The primary objectives of this research are to analyse the policies and implementation of governance in the oversight of the voter data updating process in Kulon Progo Regency, to identify the factors that support the effectiveness of such oversight, and to examine the obstacles and efforts to minimise errors in voter data oversight in order to protect voting rights. This study employs a qualitative method using both normative juridical and empirical juridical approaches. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Data analysis is carried out through several stages: data organisation, data reduction, coding and categorisation, thematic analysis, and conclusion drawing. In the 2024 Kulon Progo regional election, field officers were not only assigned data targets but also received adequate support and training. Election supervisors were able to carry out their duties effectively, with clear access to information and realistic coordination flows. Community involvement was encouraged within socially and structurally feasible limits, including the protection of the rights of vulnerable groups, such as persons with disabilities. Kulon Progo has implemented accessible polling stations (TPS).

ANALISIS YURIDIS PENYELENGGARAAN DAN PENGAWASAN PILKADA 2024 DITINJAU DARI PERATURAN PERUNDANG-UNDANGAN DAN IMPLEMENTASINYA
No full textThis study aims to analyze the supervision of the 2024 Regional Head Election (Pilkada) in Bogor Regency in terms of the applicable legal framework and its implementation in the field. The background of this research is based on the importance of supervision as an instrument to ensure elections are conducted directly, publicly, freely, confidentially, honestly, and fairly (Luber Jurdil) in accordance with the mandate of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The research employs a normative juridical method with statutory, conceptual, and case approaches, combined with an empirical juridical method to observe the actual practice of election supervision in the field. Data were collected through the study of legislation, interviews with relevant stakeholders, and direct observation of the supervision process. The findings indicate that, normatively, the provisions of election supervision are clearly regulated under Law No. 7 of 2017 on General Elections, regulations issued by the Election Supervisory Body (Perbawaslu), and other related regulations. However, the 2024 implementation in Bogor Regency still encountered several challenges, including limited human resources among supervisors, coordination difficulties between institutions, and suboptimal public participation.

PENGARUH MANAJEMEN PENGETAHUAN DAN KOMUNIKASI KORPORASI TERHADAP OPTIMASI KINERJA LAYANAN NAVIGASI PADA AIRNAV INDONESIA
No full textThis study aims to empirically analyze and test the influence of Knowledge Management (KM) and Corporate Communication (CC) on the Optimization of Navigation Service Performance (NSP) at AirNav Indonesia. Efficiency and safety in navigation services are critical factors highly dependent on the quality of internal knowledge and information coordination. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to a sample of AirNav Indonesia employees. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to test the causality among variables. The PLS-SEM analysis results indicate that both the measurement and structural models met the validity and reliability criteria. Partially, both research hypotheses were accepted: (1) Knowledge Management has a positive and significant influence on the Optimization of Navigation Service Performance. (2) Corporate Communication also has a positive and significant influence on the Optimization of Navigation Service Performance. It is found that to achieve optimal navigation service performance, AirNav Indonesia must prioritize investment in technical knowledge sharing and retention systems (KM) to minimize human error, and establish an integrated corporate communication strategy (CC) to ensure the alignment of operational procedures and safety.

Sistem Informasi Perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi Pada PT. Nikomas Gemilang Dengan Menggunakan Metode Process Costing (Studi Kasus: Divisi Saucony)
No full textHarga pokok produksi adalah penjumlahan seluruh pengorbanan sumber ekonomi yang digunakan untuk mengubah bahan baku menjadi sebuah produk. Sistem perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang dimiliki oleh PT. Nikomas Gemilang khususnya Divisi Saucony hanya mampu melakukan perhitungan biaya bahan baku sesuai dengan Standart Bill of Material (BOM), sedangkan pencatatan biaya overhead pabrik dan biaya tenaga kerja langsung serta pembuatan laporan yang berkaitan dengan perhitungan harga pokok produksi suatu produk masih belum bisa ditangani oleh sistem. Sehingga biaya nyata yang terjadi dalam proses produksi akan sulit ditelusuri dan biaya produksi yang ada tidak berdasarkan proses produksi sesungguhnya yang terjadi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan membuat sebuah sistem informasi yang mampu menghitung harga pokok produksi berdasarkan biaya-biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk proses produksi secara akurat dan otomatis dengan menerapkan metode process costing
