    Commodifying Mental Health: Genre and Commercial Strategy in Sinemaku Pictures’ Film Narratives

    This study examines how mental health operates as both an emotional narrative device and a commercial strategy in three Indonesian films: Kukira Kau Rumah (2021), Ketika Berhenti di Sini(2023), and Bolehkah Sekali Saja Kumenangis (2024). Intrinsically, the films portray young female protagonists entangled in familial dysfunction and psychological distress, reinforcing popular genre formulas of emotional victimhood and romantic salvation. Drawing on Cawelti’s formula theory and Adorno’s culture industry critique, the study shows how mental health is stylized into consumable spectacle, balancing originality with familiar tropes to ensure audience identification. Extrinsically, the commodification of mental health is evident in promotional strategies using emotional endorsements, celebrity influence, and outreach programs. Through the lens of Hesmondhalgh’s political economy of media and Dyer’s star studies, the research argues that mental health becomes emotional capital—marketed through star personas and affective narratives to boost engagement, empathy, and commercial success

    This study aims to describe and analyze the transformational leadership strategies implemented by Guru Penggerak (Teacher Leaders) in improving the performance of elementary school teachers and Teacher Working Groups (Kelompok Kerja Guru / KKG) in Gunungputri District, Bogor Regency. The study is motivated by challenges in optimizing teacher performance and the role of Teacher Working Groups, which have not yet reached their maximum potential. This research employs a qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation from various sources, including Guru Penggerak, school principals, heads of Teacher Working Groups, teacher members of KKG, and representatives from the Bogor Regency Education Office. The findings reveal that Guru Penggerak applied transformational leadership strategies through the delivery of an inspiring vision, teacher empowerment, strengthening collaboration, as well as reflective and innovative learning practices. These strategies had a positive impact on increasing teachers’ active participation in learning communities, enhancing pedagogical competence, and improving the quality of teachers’ performance in designing and implementing learning activities. The Teacher Working Group functions as a strategic forum for the sustainable professional development of teachers. This study recommends strengthening the role of Guru Penggerak in leading community-based and collaborative educational transformation.     This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of sludge desludging in Tangerang City by examining the factors of reliability, service speed, and accountability and how employee performance moderates the relationship between these three variables and service effectiveness. The research method used was quantitative, using a regression analysis approach and moderated regression analysis (MRA). Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents who were service recipients and workers in the sludge desludging sector in Tangerang City. The results show that reliability, service speed, and accountability have a positive influence on sludge desludging effectiveness, while reliability has no significant effect. This means that the faster the service is provided and the higher the level of accountability implemented, the greater the effectiveness of sludge desludging services. Furthermore, the analysis results indicate that employee performance acts as a moderator, strengthening the relationship between service speed and sludge desludging effectiveness. This suggests that optimal employee performance can accelerate service response times and increase public satisfaction. However, employee performance can moderate the relationship between reliability and accountability on service effectiveness, indicating that other factors also play a role in improving service reliability and accountability. Based on these findings, this study recommends several strategic policies for local governments. First, improve service speed by optimizing digital systems and utilizing app-based technology to expedite the sludge ordering and desludging process. Second, strengthen service accountability through information transparency, a strict monitoring system, and a public feedback mechanism. Third, improve employee performance through regular training, performance evaluations, and incentives for high-performing employees.     Partikel Karbon Aktif Tempurung Kelapa Sawit dan Zeolit Alam Bayah Teraktivasi Terhadap Penurunan Turbidity dan Bakteri Coliform pada Sungai Cibanten

    Zeolit alam Bayah Activated (ZeOavd) and Carnel shell  activated carbon using pretretment with hidrogen peroxide (KATKS/H2O2) are porous materials for application multimedia filters in river water treatment. The purpose of this study to reduce turbidity and total coliform in the Cibanten River using ZeOavd and KATKS/H2O2. Sampel of Cibanten River flowing at 100 ml per minute into the KATKS/H2O2 filter tank and then flows into the ZeOavd material. Sampling was carried out 5 minutes after overflow for turbidity and total coliform analysis. The best results were checked until 5 to 120 minutes in range of 15 minute . The best results showed of  Cibanten River water contacted with 2 kg of KATKS/H2O2 and 2 kg of ZeOavd was able to reduce total coliform from 240 MPN/100 mL to 0 240 MPN/100 mL. In addition, it was able to reduce turbidity from 57.1 NTU to 1.60 NTU.     Karakterisasi Hidrogel sebagai Absorben Metanil Yellow dari Kulit Pisang Kepok

    Environmental pollution due to textile industry waste, especially synthetic dye waste, has become increasingly widespread and has become a serious concern in recent decades. Dyes such as Metanil Yellow are often found polluting waters, causing adverse impacts on ecosystems and human health due to their toxic and difficult-to-decompose nature. This study aims to identify the characteristics of hydrogels made from kepok banana peels in absorbing and degrading Metanil Yellow dye. The research methods used include organoleptic tests to determine the physical characteristics of the hydrogel, water absorption tests to measure the capacity of the hydrogel to absorb liquids, and dye degradation tests using a UV-Vis Spectrophotometer to determine the effectiveness of the hydrogel in absorbing Metanil Yellow dye. The results showed that the hydrogel had a smooth texture, had the highest water absorption capacity of 81.30% hydrogel with the addition of 0.6 grams of Sodium Tripolyphosphate, and the highest degradation of Metanil Yellow dye, which was 46.95% at a concentration of 10 ppm. %. Hydrogels made from kepok banana peels have the potential to be used as absorbers of Metanil Yellow dye.Pencemaran lingkungan akibat limbah industri tekstil khususnya limbah zat pewarna sintetis, semakin marak dan menjadi perhatian serius dalam beberapa dekade terakhir. Zat pewarna seperti Metanil Yellow kerap ditemukan mencemari perairan, menyebabkan dampak buruk terhadap ekosistem dan kesehatan manusia karena sifatnya yang toksik dan sulit terurai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik hidrogel berbahan dasar kulit pisang kepok dalam menyerap dan mendegradasi zat warna Metanil Yellow. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi uji organoleptik untuk mengetahui karakter fisik hidrogel, uji daya serap air untuk mengukur kapasitas hidrogel dalam menyerap cairan, serta uji degradasi zat warna menggunakan Spektrofotometer UV-Vis guna mengetahui efektivitas hidrogel dalam menyerap zat warna Metanil Yellow. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hidrogel bertekstur halus, memiliki kemampuan daya serap air tertinggi sebesar 81,30% hidrogel dengan penambahan 0,6 gram Natrium Tripolifosfat, dan degradasi zat warna Metanil Yellow tertinggi yaitu 46,95% pada konsentrasi 10 ppm.  %. Hidrogel dengan bahan dasar kulit pisang kepok berpotensi digunakan sebagai absorben zat warna Metanil Yellow

    Evaluasi Praktik Meritokrasi dalam Kebijakan Publik di Indonesia: Pendekatan Bibliometrik dan Psikometrik

    The principle of meritocracy is an important foundation for professional, accountable, and integrity-based governance. However, in the Indonesian context, the implementation of this principle still faces various challenges, both structurally, culturally, and institutionally. Although the bureaucratic reform agenda has been rolled out, the integration of meritocracy into public policy has not been optimal. Therefore, a systematic study is needed to evaluate the practice of meritocracy in order to identify achievements, obstacles, and opportunities for strengthening merit-based policies. This study aims to evaluate the practice of meritocracy in public policy in Indonesia through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach combined with bibliometric and psychometric analysis. This study reviews various research results from 2015-2024 obtained from the Scopus and Dimensions databases. Selection was based on publication quality, topic relevance, and full-text availability in Indonesian and English. The study results show a thematic focus on bureaucratic reform, public human resource management, and performance-based governance. Bibliometric mapping shows that meritocracy research is still scattered and has not been optimally integrated across sectors. Psychometric approaches are also rarely used, especially in developing instruments for measuring perceptions and practices of merit at the organizational and individual levels. The study's conclusions emphasize the importance of strengthening meritocracy through a multidimensional evaluative approach. Psychometric instruments are needed that are contextual and sensitive to the culture of public organizations in Indonesia. Furthermore, cross-disciplinary collaboration, the use of information technology, and consistent institutional reform are prerequisites for realizing effective meritocratic policies. These findings are expected to form the basis for formulating more adaptive and justice-oriented public policies and improving public service performance.Prinsip meritokrasi merupakan fondasi penting dalam tata kelola pemerintahan yang profesional, akuntabel, dan berintegritas. Namun, dalam konteks Indonesia, penerapan prinsip ini masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, baik secara struktural, kultural, maupun kelembagaan. Meskipun agenda reformasi birokrasi telah digulirkan, integrasi meritokrasi dalam kebijakan publik belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kajian sistematis untuk mengevaluasi praktik meritokrasi guna mengidentifikasi capaian, hambatan, serta peluang penguatan kebijakan berbasis merit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi praktik meritokrasi dalam kebijakan publik di Indonesia melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) yang dikombinasikan dengan analisis bibliometrik dan psikometrik. Studi ini mereview berbagai hasil penelitian dalam kurun waktu 2015-2024 yang diperoleh dari pangkalan data Scopus dan Dimensions. Seleksi dilakukan berdasarkan kualitas publikasi, keterkaitan topik, dan ketersediaan teks penuh dalam bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris. Hasil studi menunjukkan konsentrasi tematik pada aspek reformasi birokrasi, manajemen sumber daya manusia publik, dan tata kelola berbasis kinerja. Pemetaan bibliometrik memperlihatkan bahwa penelitian meritokrasi masih tersebar dan belum terintegrasi lintas sektor secara optimal. Pendekatan psikometrik juga masih jarang digunakan, terutama dalam pengembangan instrumen pengukuran persepsi dan praktik merit pada level organisasi maupun individu. Kesimpulan dari kajian ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan meritokrasi melalui pendekatan evaluatif yang multidimensi. Diperlukan instrumen psikometrik yang kontekstual dan sensitif terhadap budaya organisasi publik di Indonesia. Selain itu, kolaborasi lintas disiplin, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan reformasi kelembagaan yang konsisten menjadi prasyarat untuk mewujudkan kebijakan meritokratis yang efektif. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi dasar bagi perumusan kebijakan publik yang lebih adaptif dan berorientasi pada keadilan serta peningkatan kinerja layanan publik

    Peran Kepemimpinan dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Aceh

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Aceh, serta mengidentifikasi berbagai hambatan yang dihadapi dan upaya yang dilakukan pimpinan dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja aparatur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Aceh telah menjalankan peran kepemimpinan secara efektif, khususnya sebagai figurehead dan leader dalam memberikan motivasi, melakukan pengawasan, pendelegasian tugas, serta membangun komunikasi yang harmonis dengan pegawai. Kepemimpinan yang diterapkan terbukti berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan motivasi kerja, kedisiplinan, dan efektivitas kinerja pegawai. Namun demikian, masih ditemukan beberapa hambatan yang memengaruhi kinerja pegawai, antara lain perbedaan latar belakang pendidikan, ketidaksamaan pemahaman dalam pelaksanaan tugas, serta faktor eksternal berupa permasalahan ekonomi pribadi pegawai. Untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut, pimpinan melakukan berbagai upaya strategis, seperti memperkuat komunikasi kerja, menerapkan penilaian kinerja yang objektif dan berkelanjutan, serta meningkatkan kompetensi pegawai melalui program pelatihan dan pengembangan.     Pengembangan Sistem Parkir Berbasis QR Code Menggunakan Pendekatan Software Engineering dengan Whitebox Testing

    Manual parking systems still face various problems, such as illegal fee collection, unauthorized parking, disorganized vehicle placement, and difficulties in data recording and reporting. These issues also occur in the parking system at Sekolah Islam Permata Insani. This study aims to develop a QR Code–based parking system using a software engineering approach to improve parking management efficiency and the accuracy of vehicle data recording. The system is developed through the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. System evaluation is conducted using the white-box testing method by analyzing flowgraphs and cyclomatic complexity for each main module. The test results indicate that the cyclomatic complexity values fall within the low to moderate range and that all independent paths can be executed successfully without logical errors. Therefore, the developed QR Code–based parking system is able to support a more organized, efficient, and integrated parking management process and is feasible for implementation in a school environment.Sistem parkir manual memiliki beberapa kelemahan seperti pemungutan liar, parkir tanpa izin, penempatan kendaraan yang acak, kesulitan dalam pembuatan laporan, dan masalah lainnya. Pengembangan sistem parkir berbasis QR Code membawa perubahan signifikan pada infrastruktur parkir yang ada di Sekolah Islam Permata Insani. Melalui sistem ini, petugas parkir dapat dengan mudah mencatat pengguna fasilitas parkir. Selain itu, sistem ini dapat terintegrasi dengan infrastruktur saat ini dan memiliki potensi untuk berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi. Evaluasi utama dilakukan dengan metode whitebox testing, yang bertujuan untuk memastikan kesesuaian antara aplikasi dengan tujuan yang diinginkan.     The learning of network and telecommunication measuring instruments at SMK Nurul Hikmah is hindered by limited practical equipment and conventional teaching methods, making it difficult for students to understand concepts and reducing their learning interest. This study developed an application based on Augmented Reality and interactive quizzes to provide a more visual and engaging learning experience. The application utilizes Unity 3D, Maxst SDK, and Blender for creating 3D objects. The development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) to ensure a faster process and meet user needs. Key features include displaying 3D measuring instruments along with descriptions of their functions and operations, as well as interactive quizzes. Evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) yielded an average score of 81.67%, indicating that the application is feasible and effective as a learning medium. This research is expected to encourage the adoption of interactive technology in education.Pembelajaran alat ukur jaringan dan telekomunikasi di SMK Nurul Hikmah terkendala keterbatasan perangkat praktikum dan metode konvensional, sehingga siswa kesulitan memahami konsep dan kurang berminat belajar.
