The aim of this research is to find out how material criminal punishment is applied to perpetrators of non-criminal domestic violence (KDRT) of physical violence by husbands against wives, to know the factors that cause domestic violence, and to know the judge's considerations regarding perpetrators of criminal acts of domestic violence. domestic violence (KDRT) acts of physical violence by a husband against his wife in decision number 513/Pid.B/2020/Pn. Jkt. Utr. The research method used is normative juridical type, descriptive analysis in nature. So that primary data and secondary data are analyzed qualitatively in order to obtain a conclusion that can be justified scientifically. The results of this research are that the application of material criminal penalties for criminal acts of perpetrators of domestic violence (KDRT), physical violence against husbands against wives, is in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The factors that cause domestic violence are individual factors, partners, infidelity, economics, third person interference, differences in principles, and social culture. The judge's considerations in decision number 513/Pid.B/2020/Pn. Jkt. Utr article 44 paragraph (4) Republic of Indonesia Law number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence committed by husbands against wives provides legal certainty by imposing punishment on the defendant not solely in retaliation for the actions committed by the defendant as a husband against his wife with the aim of so that the defendant is deterred so that he does not repeat his actions in the future. It is hoped that knowledge of acts of domestic violence will be increased in terms of acts that are classified as domestic violence and the laws that regulate domestic violence, reduce acts of violence that occur and increase solidarity with people who experience criminal acts in their lives. family.

DITERMINAN KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP FINANCIAL DISTRESS PADA INDUSTRI PERDAGANGAN RITEL BARANG PRIMER DI BEI TAHUN 2018-2022
Full text linkThe aims of this study is to determine whether the company's financial performance has an effect on financial distress. The object of the study is the primary goods retail trade industry on the IDX for the period 2018-2022. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data sample used is secondary data totaling 30 observation data. The results of the study show that profitability and corporate governance have no effect on financial distress, while leverage has a significant positive effect on financial distress.

Persiapan kunjungan dimulai dengan melisting keperluan yang memang dibutuhkan dilokasi tenda/Posko desa Cugenang atas, Cugenang adalah lokasi center terjadinya bencana alam Gempa Bumi di Cianjur. Kunjungan ke Tenda/Posko desa Cugenang atas dilakukan pada tanggal 27 Desember 2022, mulai berangkat dari Kampus Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf pada pukul. 17.00 WIB dan sampai di lokasi tenda/Posko desa Cugenang atas pada pukul. 24.00 WIB. Setibanya di posko pengungsian, kami disambut oleh mahasiswa UNIS Tangerang dan kami langsung menyerahkan bantuan sumbangan yang langsung diterima oleh salah satu mahasiswa UNIS Tangerang, yang nantinya akan dibagi-bagikan, baik kepada orang tua dan keluarganya juga akan dibagikan kepada masyarakat lainnya yang teradampak Bencana Alam Gempa Bumi di Cianjur

Community Work Lectures are one implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education, namely community service. Community Work Lectures (KKK) can bring about new changes in society, one of which is in the economic sector, so that there will be an impact from holding the Community Work Lectures (KKK). MSMEs or business actors are one of the backbones of national income whose existence must be paid attention to. Students as agents of change can contribute to the community and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop the community economy. This aims to determine the impact felt by the community by the presence and roles played by students. This type of research is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach whose object is the Panunggangan Village, Tangerang City and the subjects are MSME actors. In this research, it is known that the impact of the KKK in developing the economy for MSME business actors has produced a positive impact through the programs that have been implemented by students.

E-COPRINT PENGENALAN METODE E-COPRINT PADA SISWA-SISWI SD NEGERI KAMPUNG BESAR 1 DAN 2 TELUKNAGA SEBAGAI UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KREATIVITAS
No full textIn this activity, E-coprint technology is used to teach art and the environment in elementary schools. E-coprint printing techniques that use natural materials such as leaves and flowers teach students about art and creativity and the importance of protecting the environment. The aim of this activity is to provide insight, train and accompany students in making E-coprints with the aim of increasing their creativity and reducing pollution of the surrounding environment. The implementation method begins with providing materials, training and assistance in making E-coprints. The result of this activity is that students are enthusiastic in expressing their ideas and creativity through environmentally friendly work that can be developed in the future.Dalam kegiatan ini, teknologi E-coprint digunakan untuk mengajarkan seni dan lingkungan hidup di sekolah dasar. Teknik pencetakan E-coprint yang menggunakan bahan alami seperti daun dan bunga mengajarkan siswa tentang seni dan kreativitas serta pentingnya menjaga lingkungan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan, melatih, dan mendampingi siswa dalam pembuatan ecoprint dengan tujuan meningkatkan kreativitas mereka dan mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan sekitar. Metode pelaksanaan dimulai dengan pemberian materi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan ecoprint. The Assessment for Learning Practices of Project-Based Learning in the English Research Class
No full textResearch on Assessment practices in ELT of Project Based Learning approach is increasing because it is considered effective in creating a learning environment that is oriented towards continuous improvement. To get satisfactory results, the researcher decided to identify how one of the ELT lecturers at Esa Unggul University conducts assessment by implementing Assessment for Learning in Project Based Learning by focusing this research on the research method class because the class applies the Project Based Learning approach. The research was conducted by analyzing teaching documents in the form of 1 syllabus and project guidebook of 49 pages, then observing 3 videos of lecturers during class teaching based on 14 indicators and finally analyzing interview transcripts with lecturers consisting of 14 questions. The results of the study identified that lecturers overall implemented and practiced the types of Feedback and Questioning, but lecturers still rarely and slightly involved the use of Self-Assessment and Peer Assessment as indicators of student assessment.
 
The Effect of Think Talk Write Strategy Toward Studentsβ Writing Skill
No full textThe experimental research was aimed to find out whether there was significant effect of students writing skill after taught by using Think Talk Write strategy on the tenth grade of SMAN 15 Kota Tangerang. This research was conducted in two classes; the experimental class (X IPS 5) consisted of 37 students and control class (X IPS 3) consisted of 36 students as sample. The data was gained by pre-test and post-test, it was found that the mean of pre-test in experimental class was 69.81 and the post-test was 76.49. It meant that there was significant effect of students writing skill after taught by using Think Talk Write strategy on the tenth grade of SMAN 15 Kota Tangerang. However, based on the t-test formula it was obtained that was -0.579 and was -1.667. It indicated that was accepted and was rejected because was higher than (-0.579 -1.667). Based on the result of t-test, the writer concluded that there was no significant difference between the writing skill improvement of students who taught by using Think Talk Write and who taught by using Discovery Learning

No full textThis study aims to examine the effect of tuition payment installment policy on student financial management at IAI An-Nadwah Jambi with lifestyle as an intervening variable. Students must have the ability to make wiser decisions in financial management. This is because unhealthy pocket money management will have a negative impact on not meeting normal needs. Therefore, good financial management is important to achieve the welfare of every student. The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative method with a sample of 212 respondents from a total population of 451. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. Then, the information obtained will be analyzed through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression analysis of path analysis, and hypothesis testing (t-test). The results of the study indicate that the tuition payment installment policy has an impact on student financial management and student lifestyle. Likewise, lifestyle has an impact on financial management. Meanwhile, the installment policy had a very small positive effect on financial management through lifestyle, with a coefficient of 0.026. However, this relationship was not statistically significant, meaning that the installment policy implemented in the sample did not have a strong enough influence to influence financial management through changes in students' lifestyles.

No full textThis study aims to analyse the influence of performance appraisal, training, and career development on employee performance at Harita Shipping Kediuk. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) method using SmartPLS software. Data were collected from 65 employee respondents at Harita Shipping Kediuk. The research instrument was tested for validity and reliability through outer model analysis, while the relationship between variables was tested through inner model analysis. The results of the analysis show that: 1) Training has a positive influence on employee performance. The path coefficient (0.432) with a T-statistic value (2.888) and P-value (0.004) indicates that effective training programmes contribute significantly to improving performance. 2) Career development has a positive influence on employee performance. The highest path coefficient (0.463) with a T-statistic value (4.147) and P-value (0.000) proves that clear career opportunities and support are key factors in driving employee performance. 3) Performance appraisal has a negative effect on employee performance. The negative path coefficient (-0.055) with a P-value of 0.739 indicates that the existing appraisal system does not directly contribute to improved performance. 4) Simultaneously, performance appraisal, training, and career development significantly influence employee performance, with an R2 value of 0.628, indicating that this model has moderate predictive power.

Meme Sebagai Bentuk Kritik Sosial Dalam Ruang Unjuk Rasa 29 Agustus 2025 di Indonesia
No full textPenelitian ini menganalisis tentang meme politik yang digunakan sebagai bentuk krtitik politik pada demonstrasi 29 Agustus 2025. Penelitian menggunakan kerangka semiotika Roland Barthes, dengan mengamati meme akun Instagram @pemiluland yang berisi lapisan makna denotasi dan konotasi. Meme tersebut mengkritik tentang isu kenaikan gaji pada anggota DPR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meme politik tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai hiburan, tetapi sebagai wadah perlawanan yang menggambarkan ketidakpercayaan dan ketidakpuasan public terhadap narasi pemerintah. Pesan meme menjadi semakin kuat dan jelas dengan menampilkan perbedaan antara tampilan pemerintah yang terlihat resmi dengan ekspresi kartun yang berisi sindiran, hal ini menunjukkan bhawa meme dapat mengaitkan aksi protes di dunia online dan dalam dunia nyata. Secara keseluruhan, isu rumit bisa dijelaskan dengan lebih sederhana dengan adanya meme tersebut, dan menjadi cara komunikasi baru karena membentuk pandangan masyarakat dan meningkatkan kesadaran Bersama di ruang publik digital.
