    In this era of globalization, technology is developing very rapidly and is a support in activities. Such as television which is electronic media that almost all evels of society have on television displaying various kind of programs that are useful in conveying new and entertaining information. One of them is animated films that are loved by children. This can have an impact on children’s development in behaving according to what children see on television, because early childhood is very easy to imitate what they see. The method applied in this research is library research (library search, where in collecting data most of it is obtained from literature and references, both from books, scientific journals, electronic books (e-books), and the internet related to the research themeDi zaman globalisasi ini, teknologi berkembang sangat pesat serta menjadi pendukung dalam beraktivitas. Seperti televisi, media elektronik yang hampir seluruh lapisan masyarakat punya. Di dalam televisi menampilkan berbagai macam acara yang berguna menyampaikan informasi-informasi baru dan menghibur. Salah satunya, film animasi yang digandrungi oleh anak-anak. Hal ini dapat berdampak pada perkembangan anak dalam berperilaku sesuai dengan apa yang anak lihat di televisi, sebab anak usia dini sangat mudah meniru apa yang ia lihat.     Perilaku menyimpang sodomi merupakan perbuatan yang dilarang oleh hukum Islam dan negara. Sodomi atau LGBT merupakan singkatan dari Lesbian, Gay, Biseksual dan Transgender (LGBT). LGBT pernah terjadi pada masa Nabi Luth di Yordania, dan masa kini perbuatan tersebut telah menyebar ke seluruh negara, termasuk bangsa Indonesia. Di Indonesia gerakan LGBT sangat terstruktur, sistematis dan masif menyebar ke seluruh kota-kota besar di Indonesia, termasuk kota Tangerang Banten. Gerakan LGBT yang dilakukan oleh abi sudirman  yang berlindung di bawah yayasan sosial tak berizin yang berlokasi di Ciledug kota Tangerang telah terbongkar oleh masyarakat dan aparat kepolisian. Data sementara yang di rilis oleh media tempo dan metro tv ada 11,12 orang anak anak yang menjadi korban, dan media BBC merilis 40 orang anak yang menjadi korban sodomi atau LGBT oleh abi sudirman bersama rekannya. Gerakan sodomi LGBT abi sudirman bersama rekan-rekannya telah merusak masa depan anak-anak dan generasi masyarakat Banten. Dakwah dan pendidikan Islam anti LGBT merupakan ajakan seruan ke jalan kebenaran untuk pencegahan perbuatan menyimpang LGBT di kota Tangerang. Metode penelitian ini merupakan metode kualitatif yang dapat menghasilkan suatu fenomena yang lebih komprehensif. Di dalam Penelitian tulisan ini adalah metode kualitatif yang berjenis deskriptif yang menggambarkan menggambarkan  peristiwa, fenomena kasus konteks perbuatan moralitas agama, budaya  sosial  yang  diteliti. Hasil pembahasan penelitian tulisan ini, bahwa dakwah dan pendidikan  Islam  anti LGBT Di kota Tangerang menghasilkan rekomendasi tujuh hal. Pertama, Peran dakwah dan pendidikan Islam orang tua. Kedua, peran para ulama, RT-RW dan masyarakat, aparat kelurahan dan camat. Ketiga, peran pemerintah melalui Walikota, Wakil Walikota harus berkolaborasi dengan Camat, kelurahan dan RT, RW dan aparat Babinsa Dan Polsek, Ulama dan tokoh masyarakat. Keempat, peran Pemerintah harus berkolaborasi dengan Dinas Pendidikan, Kementerian Agama, Majelis Ulama Indonesia, Dinas Perlindungan anak dan Perempuan, membina lembaga pendidikan Islam dan umum baik yayasan, pesantren, sekolah dasar sampai Perguruan Tinggi. Kelima, peran dinas pendidikan, Kementerian agama, Dinas Perempuan dan Perlindungan anak harus berpartisipasi aktif melakukan pengajian, pendidikan, penyuluhan, seminar sebagai upaya pencegahan, perlindungan. Keenam, peran pemerintah harus membuat aturan hukum UU yang tegas terhadap perilaku LGBT. Ketujuh, peran pemerintah harus melakukan pengawasan, monitoring dan evaluasi secara  berkelanjutan

    This study aims to analyze the implementation of Government Regulation Number 94 of 2021 concerning Civil Servant Discipline and Tangerang Mayor Regulation Number 106 of 2023 concerning Civil Servant Income Allowances and their impact on attendance levels of civil servants at the Secretariat of the Tangerang City Regional House of Representatives. Using a normative juridical and empirical approach with a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through document studies, interviews, and field observations. The findings reveal that both regulations have provided a comprehensive legal framework to improve discipline and attendance management among civil servants. The implementation has positively influenced attendance consistency, reduced disciplinary violations, and enhanced accountability in human resource management. However, issues such as weak supervision, limited understanding of the rules, and adaptation to new attendance systems remain challenges. Strengthening monitoring mechanisms, consistent enforcement, and continuous training are essential to ensure sustainable effectiveness of these regulations in improving civil servant performance and public service quality.     IMPLIKASI KECERDASAN DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PAI

    Abstract The purpose of this study is to reveal the involvement of intelligence in learning that must be considered by the teacher so that the learning process can run according to the level of needs and abilities of students. Qualitative is the approach used in this study, while this type of research uses library research or literature study by reviewing several sources of books or literature as data samples. And the researcher in this study acts as an instrument in the research. The results of this study reveal the implications of intelligence in learning that must be applied by teachers as educational practitioners by providing services to students who focus on multiple intelligences by providing learning process facilities that support the development of their intelligence. The conclusion of this study reveals that intelligence and learning are two elements that are definitely involved in the learning process, because a person can be smart if he learns and someone can learn if he uses his intelligence to the fullest. Therefore the role of the teacher is very vital in providing learning that is implicated by intelligence. Kualitatif menjadi pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adapun jenis penelitian ini menggunakan library research atau studi pustaka dengan mengkaji beberapa sumber buku atau literature yang menjadi sampel data. Dan penelitina dalam penelitian ini bertindak sebaga instrumen dalam penelitian. Adapun hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan adanya implikasi kecerdasan dalam pembelajaran yangharus diterapkan oleh guru sebagai praktisi pendidikan dengan memberikan pelayanan kepada siswa yang focus terhadap kecerdasan majemuk dengan memberikan fasilitas proses pembelajaran yang menunjang bagi perkembangan kecerdasannya. Kesimpulan penelitian ini mengunkapkan bahwa kecerdasan dan pembelajaran merupakan dua unsur yang sudah pasti terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran, karena seseorang dapat cerdas jika ia belajar dan seseorang dapat belajar jika ia menggunakan kecerdasannya dengan maksimal.     PERAN ORANG TUA DALAM MENANAMKAN TAUHID KEPADA ANAK SEJAK DINI DI ERA MILENIAL

    Tawhid is the belief that Allah is the only God who must be worshiped. Obedience is not only a form of acknowledgment that God is a creator, but monotheism must go hand in hand with human belief in carrying out life activities. There are two main things in cultivating monotheism that we must train Muslim children from an early age, namely rububiyah and divine monotheism. These two principles of monotheism must be taught together so that children have an understanding from an early age and can understand the responsibilities and obligations of this monotheism. Therefore, it is very necessary to hide monotheism in humans from an early age, so that children grow up with a sense of love and sincerity in knowing Allah and in carrying out worship. This research shows that the role of parents in educating monotheism has an important role, parents must understand very well about monotheism so that they can educate monotheism in their children with provisions that are in accordance with Islamic teachings. The ways that parents can do this can be started from pronouncing monotheism sentences to children, exemplary attitudes, memorization, habituation, advice, supervision and fun ways to know Allah that all parents can do.  Tauhid adalah meyakini bahwa Allah adalah satu-satunya Tuhan yang wajib disembah. Ketaatan bukan hanya sebagai bentuk pengakuan bahwa Tuhan adalah satu pencipta, tetapi tauhid harus berjalan dengan keyakinan manusia dalam menjalankan aktivitas kehidupan. Ada dua hal pokok dalam membudayakan tauhid yang harus kita ajarkan sejak dini kepada anak muslim, yaitu tauhid rububiyah dan ilahiyah. Kedua prinsip tauhid ini harus diajarkan bersama agar anak-anak sejak dini memiliki pemahaman dan dapat memahami tanggung jawab dan kewajiban tauhid ini. Oleh karena itu, sangat diperlukan penanaman tauhid pada manusia sejak dini, agar anak tumbuh dengan rasa cinta dan keikhlasan dalam mengenal Allah dan dalam menjalankan ibadah. Penelitian ini menunjukkan peran orang tua dalam menanamkan tauhid memilik perang yang penting, orang tua harus memahami betul tentang tauhid agar dapat menanamkan tauhid pada anaknya dengan penanaman yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Cara yang bisa dilakukan orang tua bisa dimulai dari pengucapan kalimat tauhid kepada anak, keteladanan sikap, hafalan, pembiasaan, nasehat, pengawasan dan cara menyenangkan dalam mengenal Allah yang bisa dilakukan semua orang tua.   &nbsp

    English Teachers’ Readiness and Challenges in Implementing ICT-Integrated 21st Century Skills

    This study investigated English teachers’ readiness and challenges in implementing ICT-integrated 21st century skills in English language teaching. A descriptive quantitative and qualitative research design was used to conduct this research. Data was collected from 50 English teachers through a 15-item Likert-scale questionnaire. The findings illustrate that teachers demonstrate a moderate level of readiness, including adequate technological knowledge, positive attitudes, and confidence in using digital tools. However, some challenges hinder effective implementation, such as limited technological facilities, insufficient training, lack of institutional support, time constraints, technical issues, and varying levels of students’ digital literacy. The study concludes that institutional support, professional development, and adequate infrastructure are essential to support effective ICT integration

    Suatu lingkungan pendidikan baik swasta maupun pemerintah sangat membutuhkan seorang pemimpin. Pemimpin yang ideal dan islami merupakan tipe pemimpin yang diharapkan oleh tenaga pendidik bahkan kependidikan. Dalam proses pembelajaran yang akan dijalankan oleh tenaga pendidik demokratik penting berdasarkan atas kebijakan dari seorang pemimpin agar ketika tenaga pendidik membutuhkan suatu keputusan tidak ragu untuk meminta bantuan seorang pemimpin dalam menentukan suatu keadilan agar bermanfaat, tidak hanya untuk dirinya sendiri tapi terutama untuk kepentingan orang lain terutama siswa. Namun kenyataannya, banyak pemimpin yang tidak memenuhi ekspektasi tenaga pendidik di sekolah. Oleh karena itulah, maka seorang tenaga pendidik dalam proses penempaan siswa dan pentransferan materi pembelajaran harus lebih inspiratif dan kreatif agar dalam pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran lebih maksimal dan siswa lebih berkarakter dan islami, mandiri, berkepribadian, dan bertanggung jawab, serta memiliki sikap yang baik tidak hanya untuk dirinya sendiri tapi juga kepada orang lain. Dengan demikian, proses pembelajaran yang diberikan oleh tenaga pendidik akan mencapai keberhasilan yang maksimal dan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.An educational environment, both private and government, really needs a leader. An ideal and Islamic leader is the type of leader expected by teaching staff and even education. In the learning process that will be carried out by democratic teaching staff, it is important to be based on the policy of a leader so that when teaching staff need a decision, they do not hesitate to ask for help from a leader in determining justice so that it is beneficial, not only for themselves but especially for the benefit of others, especially student. However, in reality, many leaders do not meet the expectations of teaching staff in schools. For this reason, an educator in the process of forging students and transferring learning material must be more inspiring and creative so that the achievement of learning objectives is maximized and students are more characterized and Islamic, independent, personable and responsible, and have a good attitude not only to himself but also to others.     This research was conducted at MA Tarbiyah Islamiyah Tangerang City, research which aims to determine and describe whether or not there is an influence of the tikrar learning method on students' ability to memorize students in the tahfidz Qur'an subject at MA Tarbiyah Islamiyah Tangerang City. With a total sample of 100 samples from 134 populations of class X and XI. Using a descriptive approach and sampling techniques using random sampling. This research instrument uses a questionnaire where for variable X there are 15 statement items and for variable Y there are 15 statement items each. Based on the test results, it was found that there was an influence of the tikrar learning method on students' ability to memorize, as evidenced by the calculation of the coefficient of determination of 31.73%, which means that there was an influence of the tikrar learning method on students' ability to memorize the Qur'an tahfidz subject at MA Tarbiyah Islamiyah Kota Tangerang.     Revealing Subtitling Strategies in the Translation of Wednesday Episode 1

    The commissive speech acts help manage situations where linguistics form does not fully reflect the intended meaning. Consequently, translating commissive speech acts in films requires particular care and consideration. Therefore, this research objective is to analyse the application of subtitling strategies in the translation of commissive speech act dialogues in the series Wednesday Episode 1, based on Gottlieb’s (1992) theoretical framework. Subtitling, as a form of audio-visual translation, requires linguistic and technical adjustments so that messages can be conveyed accurately within the constraints of space and time. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method with documentation techniques as the basis for data collection. A total of seven data items were obtained, consisting of utterances taken from the source script and their translations. The findings reveal that several subtitling strategies were used: paraphrase (2 data), transfer (1 datum), imitation (2 data), decimation (1 datum), and deletion (1 datum). Paraphrase strategy was the most frequently used strategy due to its flexibility in handling expressions without direct Indonesian equivalents. Transfer strategy was applied when meanings could be conveyed directly, while imitation strategy used for proper and place names. Decimation and deletion strategies used to address technical constraints like rapid dialogue and limited subtitle space. Overall, this study concludes that subtitling strategies are chosen contextually to maintain the accuracy, naturalness, and readability of subtitles for the audience

    Common Deviations from Standard Phraseology among Indonesian Pilots and Air Traffic Controllers

    Ensuring the flight safety, it requires clear and standardized pilot-controller communication through ICAO phraseology. However, deviation still exists in routine operations. Thus, this study examines deviations from ICAO standard phraseology among Indonesian pilots and air traffic controllers (ATCs) by identifying the types and prevalence of these deviations and to explore the underlying reasons behind their use in operational communication. A qualitative design was employed, using an open-ended questionnaire and semi-structured interviews with licensed Indonesian pilots and ATCs. The questionnaire was used to capture and quantify reported deviations, while the interviews explored factors shaping participants’ communication choices. The findings showed that, although both pilots and ATCs were aware of ICAO standards, deviations occurred frequently in day-to-day operations. Common deviations involved the pronunciation of letters and numbers, as well as the transmission of wind information, radar beacon codes, altitude, altimeter settings, frequency, time, and aircraft registration/call signs. The primary reasons for these deviations included habitual use, perceived efficiency, local adaptation, and occasional memory lapses. These results highlight the need for ongoing training and sustained awareness efforts to strengthen standardized communication and support operational safety
