KEDUDUKAN HUKUM UANG ELEKTRONIK (E-MONEY) FLAZZ DALAM TRANSAKSI PEMBAYARAN NON-TUNAI: TINJAUAN DARI PERSPEKTIF HUKUM PERBANKAN DI INDONESIA
This study discusses the legal status of electronic money (e-money) Flazz in non-cash transactions in Indonesia from a banking law perspective. The research method applied is normative with a statutory approach and doctrinal analysis of related regulations, including Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 20/06/PBI/2018 concerning Electronic Money and Bank Indonesia Law No. 6 of 2009. The findings of this study show that Flazz as electronic money is legally recognized in the payment system in Indonesia, equivalent to other non-cash payment instruments such as debit cards and QRIS. Although Banking Law No. 10 of 1998 does not specifically regulate e-money, the new regulation from Bank Indonesia has provided a clear legal basis. Flazz provides benefits in daily transactions, although there are limitations in transaction value and its use abroad. Regulations also ensure security and protection for Flazz users
LEGALITAS PENDIRIAN PERSEROAN PERORANGAN: ANALISIS SINERGI ANTARA UU CIPTA KERJA, UU PERSEROAN TERBATAS, DAN IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN MENTERI HUKUM DAN HAM NOMOR 21 TAHUN 2021
AbstractThis study examines the legality of establishing a Sole Proprietorship Corporation in the era of regulatory reform through the implementation of Law No. 6 of 2023 on Job Creation, which offers an alternative for creating legal entities with single ownership. It further explores its relationship with the traditional legal framework as stipulated in Law No. 47 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies. The research analyzes the fundamental principles of company establishment—such as freedom of enterprise, transparency, legal protection, and accountability—and observes how these principles are integrated into operational practices through the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights No. 21 of 2021 regarding the Requirements and Procedures for Registration, Amendment, and Dissolution of Legal Entities of Limited Liability Companies in conjunction with Law No. 6 of 2023 on Job Creation. The findings indicate that the regulatory innovations introduced by the Job Creation Law have created opportunities to enhance bureaucratic efficiency and attract investments by streamlining the establishment process. However, the implementation also faces challenges, including bureaucratic cultural adaptation, digital infrastructure disparities, and the necessity for a deeper understanding of corporate legal principles among business actors and government officials. The study concludes that synergy among these three regulatory frameworks is essential for fostering a more dynamic, transparent, and accountable business environment, thereby supporting national economic growth in a globally dynamic context
PRODUKSI SYNGAS DARI LIMBAH BATANG KELAPA SAWIT MENGGUNAKAN METODE PIROLISIS DENGAN PENAMBAHAN KATALIS Ni-Cu
The rapid growth of the concert industry in Indonesia has not been matched by adequate consumer protection practices. Consumers often face issues such as ticket fraud, sudden cancellations without compensation, changes in event venues, and misleading promotional content. This research identifies the gap between legal consumer protection frameworks and their actual implementation in the concert sector. Using a normative juridical method with a prescriptive-analytical approach, this study analyzes how consumer rights are neglected in transactions involving concert services. The findings reveal that many organizers fail to act transparently or responsibly, leading to significant material and immaterial losses for consumers. Moreover, existing complaint mechanisms remain ineffective and lack enforcement power. The study implies an urgent need for specific regulations to govern concert organization practices, including refund procedures, clear communication, and fair dispute resolution. Strengthening institutional capacity and regulatory oversight is essential to ensure accountability and safeguard consumer interests in the entertainment industry
Tanggung Jawab Perawat terkait Rahasia Rekam Medik Elektronik
The confidentiality of medical records is crucial in healthcare services to protect patient privacy and maintain trust in medical professionals. The implementation of electronic medical records (EMR) is mandated by Minister of Health Regulation No. 24 of 2022 to modernize medical documentation systems. However, EMR poses challenges in safeguarding patient data from potential breaches and unauthorized access. The healthcare sector has high data breach rates, necessitating adaptive regulations and stronger protection systems. Health Law No. 17 of 2023 reinforces the obligation of medical and healthcare personnel to maintain the confidentiality of medical records. Nurses face ethical and legal dilemmas in balancing data protection with service obligations. A comprehensive strategy is required through strict regulations, strengthened digital security infrastructure, and education for healthcare professionals to ensure patient data protection in the digital era. This study uses a normative juridical approach with a qualitative descriptive method to analyze legal regulations regarding the function of EMR in terms of legal responsibility in Indonesia. Nurses play a vital role in maintaining EMR confidentiality, as regulated by Health Law No. 17 of 2024 and Minister of Health Regulation No. 24 of 2022. Compliance with regulations is essential to prevent violations and legal sanctions. Improving nurse training, strengthening data security policies, enforcing strict penalties, and fostering collaboration between nurses and healthcare institutions are crucial for ensuring optimal protection of patient medical record
Dampak Penetapan Batas Umur Perkawinan Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 Terhadap Dispensasi Kawin Di Kabupaten Purbalingga
Marriage in Indonesia is governed by Law Number 16 of 2019, which sets the minimum legal age for marriage at 19 years for both men and women. Despite this regulation, the marriage dispensation continues in Purbalingga Regency, influenced by social, economic, and cultural factors, including premarital pregnancy and social pressure. Data indicate a decline in the number of marriage dispensation casesfrom 442 in 2022, to 398 in 2023, and 321 in 2024. This legal age stipulation aims to protect children’s rights and improve the quality of education and reproductive health among adolescents. This study analyzes two key aspects: the factors considered by judges when deciding on marriage dispensation requests and the impact of the legal age provision on early marriage practices. The research employs a normative juridical approach supported by field data. Findings reveal that judges at the Purbalingga Religious Court consider the emotional readiness of the prospective spouses, the reasoning behind the request, and the social implications of the decision. Furthermore, the age stipulation has significantly reduced instances of early marriage, with the expectation that individuals who marry at a later age possess greater emotional maturity. This study underscores the importance of child protection and public awareness regarding the appropriate legal age for marriage

KETERBATASAN PERAN DEWAN PERWAKILAN DAERAH DALAM REPRESENTASI KEPENTINGAN DAERAH
This study analyzes the limited authority of the Regional Representative Council (DPD) in representing regional interests within Indonesia's constitutional framework. Despite DPD's intended role as a body to represent local concerns at the national level, its legislative and oversight powers are highly restricted, allowing only proposals and considerations on specific legislative matters. This limitation significantly impacts DPD’s effectiveness in advocating for local aspirations, as seen in several legislative proposals that failed to progress within the national legislative program (Prolegnas) for 2015-2024. Using a normative juridical approach with literature review, this research identifies key issues arising from DPD’s constrained role, comparing it with other bicameral systems where both chambers hold equal legislative powers. The study highlights the need for constitutional reform to strengthen DPD’s role, suggesting that empowering DPD with decision-making rights could enhance regional representation and foster a more balanced bicameral system in Indonesia
