Beyond The Wall
Beyond the Wall is a new musical parable about a young boy who gives a dying town new life through the power of his imagination. Inspired by the play \u27The Post Office\u27 by Rabindranath Tragore, \u27Beyond the Wall\u27 is set in a fablish town that hides behind its walls, and centres on Amal - a young boy, bed-ridden by illness, who\u27s brought to live there after the death of his parents. Longing to see the outside world, he talks to the townspeople through his window, and inspires them to embrace the fullness of the world. Set to a grand, adventurous, mythical score, the show highlights the importance of community, the root fallacies of the small-town mindset, and the power of the spirit of abundance.https://remix.berklee.edu/graduate-studies-cmat/1194/thumbnail.jp
Disrupción Records Executive (A&R)
My project was centred around my role as Head of A&R for Disrupicón Records. I applied for this role as I am very eager to pursue the career of an A&R and Disrupción provided the environment for me to delve into the practical nature of this. The outcome slides aim to give an insight into what me and my team worked on this year. It gives a holistic picture of the mission of our label and how we went about achieving this. Additionally, it shows each departments individual goals and progress for you to understand further how each team member contributed to our label. The challenges and learnings from this year are discussed further in my reflection, which are lessons I will take with me from Berklee.https://remix.berklee.edu/graduate-studies-global-entertainment-business/1418/thumbnail.jp
Vocal Aura Entertainment: A Business Plan
This thesis details the creation of Vocal Aura Entertainment, a live event boutique and booking agency that prioritizes artists first. Vocal Aura connects local and global markets with purposeful programming and a scalable business strategy, all while empowering independent artists and creating immersive music experiences. Stakeholder interviews, financial modeling, marketing strategy, and a thorough environment analysis support the project\u27s 24-month plan, which directs the business from launch to regional expansion. The firm wanted to establish itself as a cultural bridge in Spain\u27s rapidly expanding live entertainment industry through venue partnerships, brand alliances, and data-driven operations. The thesis examines how carefully chosen cultural brands can flourish in an authentic way by taking use of Valencia\u27s distinct location with a vibrant nightlife, a growing expat population, and a developing music infrastructure. The foundation of Vocal Aura\u27s business strategy is artist growth, creative curation, and scalability. It provides a model that can be replicated by other entertainment companies working in new creative hotspots.https://remix.berklee.edu/graduate-studies-global-entertainment-business/1405/thumbnail.jp
Sounds of Borderlands: Music and Identity in the tri-border region of Paraguay, Brazil and Argentina
This reflection paper explores the culminating experience project Music and Identity: Sounds of a Multicultural Life, a suite of original compositions inspired by the cultural hybridity of the triple border between Paraguay, Brazil, and Argentina. Drawing on personal narrative, regional history, and global jazz idioms, the project examines themes of identity, memory, resilience, and social justice. Each composition reflects a specific aspect of life in the borderlands, ranging from the trauma of the War of the Triple Alliance to the everyday blending of languages, rhythms, and traditions. This paper discusses the project’s development, outcomes, and the creative revisions required throughout the process. It also outlines possible future directions, including interdisciplinary expansion and community engagement. Ultimately, the project contributes to contemporary music education by challenging dominant jazz paradigms and advocating for culturally grounded, inclusive artistic practices. The experience profoundly impacted the student, fostering artistic growth, intercultural fluency, and a renewed sense of purpose as a musician, educator, and storyteller.https://remix.berklee.edu/graduate-studies-global-jazz/1188/thumbnail.jp
Vecindario: A Portfolio of Latin Music Collaborations
This music production project aimed to explore, practice and solidify the Author’s ability to understand and support the creative vision of musical artists, culminating in the completion of five discographic productions that also form a curated portfolio aligned with the Author\u27s professional aspirations. The project focused on three core areas of hands-on work: artist production, sound engineering, and musical exploration. Each of which was developed to varying degrees across the different tracks, depending on the artists’ individual abilities and experience. Through this process, the author gained deeper insight into the collaborative dynamics of music production, the flexibility required to adapt to each artist’s creative process, and the technical decision-making involved in shaping a cohesive final product. The resulting body of work not only reflects the diversity of the Latin music scene but also marks a foundational step in the author\u27s path as a producer and engineer.https://remix.berklee.edu/graduate-studies-production-technology/1408/thumbnail.jp
Apodemia
What does migration sound like? Is it possible to speak of a common sonic identity? This short documentary serves to explore these questions through interviews with various subjects of study who have undergone migratory processes in different contexts. The research focuses primarily on the interviewees’ sound perceptions, with the questions structured around four thematic axes proposed by the author: sadness, discomfort, nostalgia, and peace. These four concepts are a standardized guide for directing the analysis, not an absolute truth about the topic. Thus, the research and its findings are captured in an audiovisual format, seeking to compile the experiences of ten different individuals. The documentary also features the development of an acousmatic/electronic composition, and an original soundscape derived from these experiences, allowing the sound design of the documentary to be integrated in the narrative of this research.https://remix.berklee.edu/graduate-studies-production-technology/1426/thumbnail.jp
From classical musicians to audio engineer: A Mixing Engineer’s Portfolio
The widespread availability of high-speed internet has significantly transformed music consumption, enabling listeners to enjoy music anytime and anywhere through portable devices. Modern albums are primarily distributed digitally, which has increased the importance of recording, mixing, and mastering engineers. In response, the author is focusing on the recording and mixing aspects of music production, creating a mixing engineering portfolio that aims to refine mixing techniques and develop a distinctive style. This portfolio will feature ten songs across various genres, achieved through collaborations with different musicians at the Berklee Valencia campus. It will serve as a platform for the author to explore diverse musical styles and the corresponding mixing and recording techniques. As the author transitions from a classical musician to a well-rounded audio engineer, the primary objective is to deliver professional-level mixes through dedicated practice and learning at Berklee Valencia.https://remix.berklee.edu/graduate-studies-production-technology/1419/thumbnail.jp
Music I haven\u27t yet heard - Contemporary Creative Strategies
Jazz has often intersected with world-music vocabularies, producing rich and diverse musical fusions. This thesis extends that lineage through the pursuit of radical originality, introducing new compositional systems—including ethnoserialism, rhythm rows, Morse code integration, and awareness composition—each intended to push the boundaries of contemporary music. A mixed, practice-based methodology combines analytical score study, iterative composition-improvisation, and semi-structured interviews with masters. Serial rows, Messiaen’s modes of limited transposition, and Balkan rhythmic frameworks serve as creative constraints, pushing the music beyond habitual harmonic and metric choices. The outcome is a portfolio of 15 original compositions that serve as practical case studies for these compositional models, alongside a written thesis that documents the process in detail. The findings demonstrate that deliberate and multidimensional constraint—applied to melody, harmony, and rhythm—can unlock sound worlds rarely accessed in current jazz or contemporary classical practice. While not claiming to have invented a genre, this work contributes the foundations for what could become a new branch of exploratory music—rooted in jazz, informed by academic rigor, and driven by the desire to imagine music not yet heard.https://remix.berklee.edu/graduate-studies-contemporary-performance/1323/thumbnail.jp
Sinner Saint
At Berklee NYC, students all developed a culminating experience project (CE), and his is called Sinner Saint. Initially facing creative uncertainty, social anxiety, and imposter syndrome, he struggled to find his artistic direction. A breakthrough at the end of the first semester led him to shift toward a more experimental electronic sound. The project’s unique cohesive sound, one he has dubbed “digital mysticism,” emerged from deliberate experimentation with granular synthesis, distorted synths, autotuned emo-inspired vocals, and immersive storytelling. Throughout this process, he significantly enhanced his technical skills. He expanded his abilities in sound design and vocal arranging. He developed visual assets such as music videos. The project demanded he navigate intense emotional and creative challenges, ultimately leading him to embrace authenticity over fitting external expectations. Looking forward, he has a planned release schedule for the EP that includes live shows, marketing tests, and opportunities to build a community around the project. This rollout reflects a growing commitment to pairing his creative work with sustainable promotional strategies. This year taught him resilience, reinforced his creative instincts, and prepared him for a sustainable and authentic artistic future, confidently blending my technical capabilities with a deeply personal creative vision.https://remix.berklee.edu/graduate-studies-cmat/1113/thumbnail.jp
The Diary of a Solo Saint
The Diary of a Solo Saint is a 5 song alternative hip-hop EP that is written, produced, and arranged by Bhuwan Jamdagni. It serves as a vessel for an introduction of a new artist persona, Solo Saint . The project flows from the mental state of loneliness to solitude with the first part of the project being extremely vulnerable and introspective, reflecting on the aspects of the artist\u27s life that are causing the loneliness to the second half being extremely confident and content with the way things currently are. It features an appearance by a batch mate - Ena Izomor on the 3rd track - WYDFL . Along with this, it has instrumental contributions from Igor Egholm for playing the strings on the first track - Horns & Halos , as well as Jure Kekec, who played the bass on the 4th track - Jaywalking . The tracklist is set up to answer 3 questions about the artist\u27s life - Where are you from? , What keeps you going? , and What would you do for love? to establish the persona\u27s psych that eventually would be delved deeper into on the following projects.https://remix.berklee.edu/graduate-studies-cmat/1140/thumbnail.jp
