No full textTeori kognitif sosial digunakan untuk mengenal, memprediksi perilaku dan mengidentifikasi metode-metode yang tepat untuk mengubah perilaku. Pembelajaran kognitif menurut teori kognitif teori kognitif sosial (social cognitive theory) yang dikemukakan oleh Albert Bandura menyatakan bahwa faktor sosial dan kognitif serta factor pelaku memainkan peran penting dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan bidang studi psikologi sosial, teori ini memeiliki efek pada proses motivasional yang kuat dalam pemahaman tentang efek pengaruh bagi anak-anak maupun orang dewasa. Proses-proses motivasional membahas tujuan motivasi, harapan akan hasil motivasi dan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam motivasi. Motivasi belajar berkaitan erat dengan prinsip bahwa perilaku yang memperoleh penguatan (reinforcement) di masa lalu lebih memiliki kemungkinan diulang dibandingkan dengan perilaku yang tidak memperoleh penguatan atau perilaku yang terkena hukuman (punishment). Dalam motivasi belajar, penganut teori motivasional menimbulkan tingkat persistensi dan entusiasmenya dalam melaksanakan suatu kegiatan, baik yang bersumber dari dalam diri individu itu sendiri (motivasi intrinsik) maupun dari luar individu (motivasi ekstrinsik). Peran motivasi dalam proses pembelajaran, dapat dianalogikan sebagai penggerak belajar yang memadai yang mendorong siswa berperilaku aktif untuk berprestasi pembelajaran

Disetiap lembaga ataupun organisasi diperlukan seorang pemimpin untuk mengatur, mengarahkan, dan mengontrol sumber daya yang ada di dalam lembaga ataupun organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan pokok yaitu : 1) Untuk menjelaskan pola kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam membangun peace culture dan Harmonisasi Beragama (Studi Kasus di SMA Negeri 1 Lamongan), 2) Untuk mengetahui Faktor Pendorong dan Penghambat Pola Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam Membangun Peace Culture dan Harmonisasi Beragama (Studi Kasus di SMA Negeri 1 Lamongan), Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan focus pengumpulan data yang komprehenshif terhadap semua kejadian yang dialami. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mendapatkan gambaran tentang Pola Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam Membangun Peace Culture dan Harmonisasi Beragama (Studi Kasus di SMA Negeri 1 Lamongan) serta factor pendukung dan penghambat dalam melaksanakanya. Subyek penelitian ini adalah SMA Negeri 1 Lamongan. Peneliti sendiri bertindak sebagai instrument sentral, adapun data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk menggali data dan menganalisa data secara kredibel dan efektif maka penelitian ini melakukan eksplorasi data dengan melakukan validasi data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber, instrument dan metode sehingga didapatkan gambaran dan hasil penelitian yang akurat. cara yang digunakan untuk validasi data adalah kegigihan observasi, triangulasi, validitas referensi, tinjauan anggota, kolaborasi dan audit. Penelitian ini bermanfaat untuk menciptakan budaya damai sebagai bekal membangun harmonisasi antar pemeluk agama dan menunjukkan kontribusi dunia pendidikan untuk mencetak genareasi yang menyadari akan pentingnya perdamaian dan tidak perlunya penyerangan yang dapat memicu konflik terutama yang berlandaskan agama

No full textThis article aims to examine the strategies that SMK Insan Mandiri Garut should implement to increase graduates who are ready to work. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, namely a special examination that is different in nature and generally uses a top-down examination. From the results it is known that the Insan Mandiri Garut Vocational School research has not been successful in its implementation pattern. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the position of Insan Mandiri Garut Vocational School is in quadrant 1. This means that Insan Mandiri Garut Vocational School has opportunities and strengths so that existing opportunities can be utilized as well as possible by optimizing the strengths they have. The strategy that should be implemented in this condition is a growth-oriented strategy or known as the S-O strategy which includes: (a) Improving the quality of graduates through various academic achievements, competency certification, learning innovation, and establishing partnerships with more bona fide parties. business world; (b) Increasing the commitment/loyalty of teaching and education staff by ensuring their welfare; (c) Organizing a competency-based education and training model by utilizing developments in information and communication technology; and (d) Increasing the quality and quantity of prospective new student recruitment through promotional activities
Comparative Analysis of Cost of Goods Production Determination Methods at MSME Café Bs Coffeespace
No full textThe main objective that requires special attention is the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGS), especially in the midst of MSME competition in producing quality products but having affordable sales prices. This research aims to compare methods of calculating the cost of goods manufactured that are accurate to ultimately produce the appropriate sales price. The research that has been carried out uses a quantitative descriptive method and a comparative approach to be able to compare the two methods, namely full costing and variable costing. As for the results of the research that has been carried out, making 450 chocovado blend drinks, 400 mint ginger honey drinks and 370 redvelvet signature drinks there is a difference of Rp. 2,139.25 for chocovado blend, Rp. 2,448.5 for mint ginger honey drinks and Rp. 2,602.17 for redvelvet signature. This means that the COGS obtained by the full costing method tends to be high when compared to the variable costing method. The reason is the different treatment of factory overhead costs (BOP). The full costing method includes all variable and fixed cost elements, while the variable costing method includes variable costs only. It is hoped that the company can consider what method or method is suitable for the company, be it the full costing or variable costing method, always looking for and learning about scientific developments in relation to the method of determining COGS so that it is always in line with applicable regulations
The Impact of Service Marketing Mix and Customer Satisfaction on Savings Decisions at Bank Sinarmas, Garut Branch

The purpose of this study is to determine how the service marketing mix, customer satisfaction, and savings decisions are at bank sinarmas branch in garut, and to what extent the influence of the service marketing mix on savings decisions at bank sinarmas branch in garut, as well as the extent of the influence of customer satisfaction on savings decisions at bank sinarmas branch in garut. This research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing data collected in numerical form that will be tested using statistical methods. The data collection techniques employed in this study include questionnaires and literature reviews. The population in this research consists of savings account holders at bank sinarmas branch in garut, totaling 100 individuals determined using the lemeshow formula. To obtain data, the author distributed questionnaires to customers comprising 30 questions, consisting of 18 questions related to the service marketing mix, 7 questions about savings decisions, and 5 questions regarding customer satisfaction. Hypothesis testing was conducted using statistical data analysis with a path analysis model. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the service marketing mix significantly influences savings decisions and customer satisfaction.Key words: services marketing mix, customer satisfaction, saving decision
The Effect of Financial Ratio on Stock Price Volatility
No full textThis research aims to examine the influence of financial ratios, namely TATO, EPS, ROA, and DER on company share price volatility. This information provides a signal about the company's prospects to external parties, especially investors. The population used in this research includes companies in the energy, industrial, technology and infrastructure sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) with observation years 2020 to 2022. Sample selection used a purposive sampling technique. The total population is 215 companies with a total sample that meets the criteria of 169 companies. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis with a total of 165 data processed. The results of this research show that the TATO variable has a significant positive effect on stock price volatility, while the EPS, ROA and DER variables have no effect on stock price volatility. In general, this research provides consideration of factors that influence stock price volatility for investors in investing decisions
Effectiveness of Kopiko Candy Product Placement Strategy in Korean Drama Doctor Slump: The Role of Product Involvement, Placement Prominence and Celebrity Endorsement
No full textThe product placement strategy is increasingly favored in global marketing, especially through Korean drama streaming services, which are typically produced in series format. Kopiko candy leverages the popularity of Korean dramas by employing product placement in the Korean drama Doctor Slump. This study aims to examine the influence of product involvement, placement prominence, and celebrity endorsement on brand memory and brand attitude. The research involved 157 respondents who are fans of Korean dramas residing in Indonesia, aged 18 and above, who have watched the Doctor Slump series from episodes 1-16 and are aware of the presence of Kopiko candy in the scenes of the drama. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant relationship between the variables of product involvement, placement prominence, and celebrity endorsement on brand memory. Additionally, product involvement and celebrity endorsement also have a positive and significant effect on brand attitude

The data collection technique was carried out through distributing questionnaires and then the data was analyzed using the structural equation model partial least squares (SEM-PLS) with statistical tools in the form of SMART-PLS version 3. This research resulted in an overall picture related to instagrammability, memorable tourism experience and revisit intention. in Situ Bagendit after revitalization it is in the good category. Apart from that, it was found that there was a positive and significant influence of instagrammable and MTE on the intention to revisit Situ Bagendit after revitalization.
FORMULASI SEDIAAN TABLET EKSTRAK ETANOL DAUN SEMBUNG RAMBAT (Mikania micrantha) SEBAGAI ANTIDIARE SERTA PENGUJIAN KANDUNGAN FLAVONOID TOTAL
No full textPrevalensi diare di Indonesia menurut Riskesdas 2018 diperkirakan 9% pada usia kurang dari 1 tahun , 11,5% usia 1 sampai 4 tahun, 6,2% usia 5 sampai 14 tahun, dan 6,7% berusia 15 sampai 24 tahun. Flavonoid pada daun M.micrantha memiliki aktivitas antidiare dengan menghambat motilitas usus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan sifat fisik tablet EEDSR 96% dengan beberapa variasi komposisi bahan pengisi (laktosa, amilum, kalium fosfat) dan mengetahui perbedaan nilai kadar flavonoid total yang terkandung di dalamnya. Jenis penelitian ini eksperimental menggunakan metode spektrofotometri UV Vis. Evaluasi sifat fisik tablet ekstrak etanol daun sembung rambat (EEDSR) 96% meliputi keseragaman bobot tablet, keseragaman ukuran, kekerasan, kerapuhan dan waktu hancur tablet. Uji kadar flavonoid total menggunakan metode spektrofotometri UV-Vis pada sediaan tablet dan kuersetin sebagai pembanding. Hasil: Evaluasi sifat fisik tablet EEDSR 96% dari uji granul dan sifat fisik tablet memenuhi persyaratan. Kadar flavonoid total pada tablet EEDSR 96%, formula I, II dan III adalah 1,37±0,04 mgEQ/100mg, 1,61 ± 0,03 mgEQ/100mg, dan 1,58 ± 0,02 mgEQ/100mg. Kesimpulan: Tablet dengan variasi komposisi bahan pengisi memiliki sifat fisik yang berbeda bermakna pada parameter waktu hancur dan kadar total flavonoid total. Kadar flavonoid total pada masing-masing formula tablet EEDSR 96% diperoleh nilai rata-rata yang berbeda makna
ANTI-ACNE FACIAL WASH FORMULATION FROM RED BETEL LEAF EXTRACT (PIPER CROCATUM RUIZ & PAV)
No full textAcne can be caused by dust, sweat, and dirt that stick to the skin, forming blackheads. When blackheads become infected with bacteria, inflammation can occur. Therefore, it is essential to maintain good skin hygiene. One way to do this is by using natural ingredients with antibacterial properties. Red betel leaf is known to have antibacterial activity. This study aims to create a facial wash using red betel leaf extract that exhibits antibacterial properties against Propionibacterium acnes. The red betel leaf was extracted using the maceration method. Antibacterial testing was conducted against Propionibacterium acnes bacteria using the suitable diffusion method with a combination of red betel leaf extract at 10%, 15%, and 20%. The study found that facial wash products containing extract concentrations of 10%, 15%, and 20% demonstrated good physical stability, meeting the requirements of SNI-19-4380-1996 for pH, viscosity, specific gravity, and foam height. Additionally, the products showed potent antibacterial activity against Propionibacterium acnes bacteria, with inhibition zones of 29.0 mm, 32.6 mm, and 35.3 mm for the 10%, 15%, and 20% concentrations, respectively
