    Analisis framing pemberitaan media: dinamika pengesahan RUU PPRT menggunakan model Robert M. Entman

    Abstract The year 2024 will be the twentieth year of the blurry portrait of the ratification of the PPRT Bill (Domestic Worker Protection Bill). The increase in the number of cases of violence, reaching 3,308 from 2018 to 2024, is a sign that the ratification of the PPRT Bill is one of the propulsions and gives an impetus to the increase in cases of violence against domestic workers. This research explores how media news is being framed regarding the sharpening of the PPRT Bill. This study uses Robert M. Entman's framing analysis and focuses on problem definition, cause identification, moral assessment, and solution recommendations. A constructivist qualitative approach was chosen to analyze how the four media formed an understanding of the news of the PPRT Bill. This study's observation and analysis units are five news reports from the press: News, VOA Indonesia, Tempo, and Kompas. The result is that framing the four media consistently emphasized the importance of ratifying the PPRT Bill. Politicians, legislatures, and the House of Representatives are seen as having a great responsibility to complete the passage of this bill and protect domestic workers as a vulnerable group. In addition, there is an urgent need for the enforcement of the PPRT Bill to be seen as a crucial step to improve employment conditions and provide legal protection for domestic workers. Encouragement and participation from civil society, the public, and activists are essential factors in driving political change related to this issue. Entman model.   Abstrak Tahun 2024 menjadi tahun ke-duapuluh potret buram pengesahan RUU PPRT (Rancangan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Pekerja Rumah Tangga). Meningkatnya jumlah angka kasus kekerasan mencapai 3.308 dari tahun 2018 hingga tahun 2024 menjadi petanda bahwa pengesahan RUU PPRT menjadi salah satu problematika dan memberi dorongan meningkatnya kasus kekerasan terhadap PRT. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengeskplorasi bagaimana Framing pemberitaan media mengenai pengasahan RUU PPRT. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis framing Robert M. Entman dan berfokus pada pendefinisian masalah, identifikasi penyebab, penilaian moral, dan rekomendasi penyelesaian. Pendekatan kualitatif konstruktivis dipilih untuk menganalisis bagaimana keempat media membentuk pemahaman mengenai pemberitaan RUU PPRT. Unit amatan dan analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah lima pemberitaan dari media News, VOA Indonesia, Tempo dan Kompas. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah Framing keempat media secara  konsisten menekankan pentingnya pengesahan RUU PPRT. Politisi, legislatif, dan DPR dipandang memiliki tanggung jawab besar untuk menyelesaikan pengesahan RUU ini dan melindungi PRT sebagai kelompok yang rentan. Selain itu ada kebutuhan mendesak bahwa penegsahan RUU PPRT dilihat sebagai langkah krusial untuk memperbaiki kondisi ketenagakerjaan dan memberikan perlindungan hukum bagi PRT. Dorongan dan partisipasi dari masyarakat sipil, publik dan aktivis menjadi faktor penting dalam menggerakkan perubahan politik terkait isu ini.     Fenomena pernikahan jarak jauh semakin berkembang, baik di Indonesia maupun dunia, dengan banyak pasangan suami istri terpisah akibat tuntutan pekerjaan atau pendidikan. Hal ini menimbulkan tantangan dalam menjaga hubungan harmonis. Komunikasi efektif dan manajemen konflik yang tepat sangat penting untuk mencegah perceraian. Kota Samarinda mencatat angka perceraian tertinggi di Kalimantan Timur, menandakan adanya masalah serius dalam hubungan pernikahan, termasuk pernikahan jarak jauh. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan beberapa pasangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori penetrasi sosial sebagai kerangka teoritis. Teori ini menjelaskan bagaimana individu membangun kedekatan melalui proses pengungkapan diri yang bertahap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya variasi pola komunikasi antar pasangan. Beberapa pasangan menerapkan pola komunikasi persamaan, yang ditandai dengan komunikasi terbuka, jujur, dan mendalam, menciptakan keintiman emosional. Ada pula pasangan dengan pola komunikasi seimbang terpisah, di mana masing-masing memiliki kekuasaan dalam bidang berbeda. Sementara itu, beberapa pasangan menunjukkan pola komunikasi monopoli, di mana satu pihak mendominasi percakapan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pola komunikasi yang sehat dan seimbang berpengaruh besar terhadap kualitas hubungan dalam pernikahan jarak jauh, serta pentingnya pengungkapan diri untuk membangun keintiman dan saling pengertian.Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini akan memberi pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang tantangan yang dihadapi pasangan dalam pernikahan jarak jauh serta memberikan rekomendasi praktis untuk meningkatkan komunikasi dan pengelolaan konflik, yang pada akhirnya dapat mengurangi angka perceraian dan meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan pernikahan di masyarakat

    Penelitian ini menganalisis penerimaan khalayak terhadap nilai-nilai perjuangan ayah dalam lirik lagu Nina karya .Feast, dengan fokus pada fanbase Kelelawar yang merupakan anak rantau. Menggunakan teori resepsi Stuart Hall, penelitian ini mengkategorikan penerimaan pendengar ke dalam tiga kelompok, penerimaan dominan-hegemonik, penerimaan negosiasi, dan penerimaan oposisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pendengar memahami lagu ini sebagai representasi perjuangan seorang ayah yang bekerja keras untuk masa depan anaknya, sementara beberapa pendengar mengaitkannya dengan peran lain dalam keluarga, seperti kakak yang menjadi tulang punggung keluarga. Sebagian kecil pendengar menolak pemaknaan tunggal lagu ini dan menginterpretasikannya sebagai refleksi dari berbagai bentuk perpisahan dan pengorbanan dalam kehidupan. Selain itu, ditemukan tiga makna utama dalam lagu Nina, yaitu makna tentang pengorbanan, makna tentang harapan dan keberlanjutan hidup, serta makna tentang perpisahan dan kehilangan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa lagu dapat menjadi medium refleksi sosial dan emosional bagi pendengarnya, serta memperkuat teori bahwa makna sebuah teks bersifat dinamis dan dapat berubah sesuai dengan pengalaman dan perspektif audiensnya

    Analisis Usaha Unit Pengolahan Padi Pada Badan Usaha Milik Desa Harapan Makmur Desa Tebing Tinggi

    The rice processing business at BUMDes Harapan Makmur operates more actively during the harvest season, depending on the size of the rice harvest in Tebing Tinggi Village. The purpose of this research is to identify rice processing business activities, analyze the financial feasibility of the Heler Unit Business, and analyze the marketing results of the Perdagangan Beras Unit Business. This research method is a case study. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, financial feasibility analysis, and marketing analysis. The results of this research include the Heler Unit's business activities, namely preparation for filling diesel fuel and checking oil, traveling around, and grinding grain, while the Perdagangan Beras Unit Business activities include drying, milling, packaging and selling. Heler Unit Business at SOCC levels of 6% and 12% are feasible. Marketing analysis was carried out on the purchase of rice and grain with Sokan and PB42 rice varieties, the most efficient marketing channel was marketing channel I for Sokan variety rice at 8%. The Perdagangan Beras Unit Business purchased rice from farmers and marketed it directly to consumers.Usaha pengolahan padi pada BUMDes Harapan Makmur lebih aktif beroperasi pada musim panen, tergantung pada besarnya hasil panen padi di Desa Tebing Tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi kegiatan usaha pengolahan padi, menganalisis kelayakan finansial Usaha Unit Heler, dan menganalisis pemasaran hasil Usaha Unit Perdagangan Beras. Metode penelitian ini yaitu studi kasus. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis kelayakan finansial, dan analisis pemasaran. Hasil dari penelitian ini kegiatan Usaha Unit Heler yaitu persiapan pengisian solar dan pengecekan oli, berkeliling, dan melakukan penggilingan gabah sedangkan kegiatan Usaha Unit Perdagangan Beras yaitu penjemuran, penggilingan, pengemasan, dan penjualan. Usaha Unit Heler pada tingkat SOCC 6% dan 12% layak dijalankan. Analisis pemasaran dilakukan pada pembelian beras dan gabah dengan varietas beras Sokan dan PB42, saluran pemasaran yang paling efisien yaitu saluran pemasaran I beras varietas Sokan sebesar 8% Usaha Unit Perdagangan Beras melakukan pembelian beras dari petani dan memasarkan langsung ke konsumen

    Penerapan potensi lokal dalam Pembelajaran IPA di Sekolah Menengah Pertama

    This study aims to analyze the implementation of local potential as a contextual approach in science learning. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of literature reviews from various scientific sources and educational policies. The review results show that local potentials, such as school gardens, home industries, and the surrounding natural environment, are utilized to teach science concepts such as ecosystems, matter and its changes, energy, environmental pollution, and other science topics. Learning strategies that can be applied include project-based learning, field visits, and direct observation, which align with the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum and the scientific approach. This implementation increases student enthusiasm, active engagement, and stronger conceptual understanding. On the other hand, there are obstacles such as limited resources to support major science concepts, the unavailability of modules based on local potential, and the lack of teacher training on local potential. The teacher's role as a learning innovator is key in packaging local potential into relevant teaching materials. Positive impacts are also seen in the strengthening of Pancasila Student Profile values, such as mutual cooperation, environmental awareness, and appreciation of local culture. This study recommends strengthening teacher capacity, policy support, and the provision of contextual learning resources to optimize the integration of local potential in science learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa telaah pustaka terhadap berbagai sumber ilmiah dan kebijakan pendidikan. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa potensi lokal, seperti kebun sekolah, industri rumahan, dan lingkungan alam sekitar, dimanfaatkan untuk mengajarkan konsep-konsep IPA seperti ekosistem, zat dan perubahannya, energi, pencemaran lingkungan, dan juga materi IPA lainnya. Strategi pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan meliputi project-based learning, kunjungan lapangan, dan observasi langsung yang sejalan dengan prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka dan pendekatan saintifik. Penerapan ini meningkatkan antusiasme siswa, keterlibatan aktif, dan pemahaman konseptual yang lebih kuat. Di sisi lain, terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan sumber daya yang mendukung besar konsep IPA, belum tersedianya modul berbasis potensi lokal, dan kurangnya pelatihan guru mengenai potensi lokal. Peran guru sebagai inovator pembelajaran menjadi kunci dalam mengemas potensi lokal menjadi materi ajar yang relevan. Dampak positif juga terlihat dalam penguatan nilai-nilai Profil Pelajar Pancasila, seperti gotong royong, kepedulian lingkungan, dan penghargaan terhadap budaya lokal. Studi ini merekomendasikan penguatan kapasitas guru, dukungan kebijakan, serta penyediaan sumber belajar kontekstual untuk mengoptimalkan integrasi potensi lokal dalam pembelajaran IPA.     Implementasi Lembar Kerja Berbasis Proyek Melalui Pembuatan Permen Jelly Rendah Gula

    This study aims to describe the implementation and feasibility of project-based worksheets through a low-sugar jelly candy making project in the Additive and Addictive Chemistry course. The project-based learning model was employed to foster active student engagement, enhance understanding of food additive concepts, and connect learning to everyday health issues. The study involved 30 sixth-semester students from the Chemistry Education Program and adopted a quantitative descriptive approach. The instruments used included observation sheets, worksheet assessments, posters, and presentations. All instruments were validated by three expert lecturers based on presentation, construct, content, and question aspects, with an average feasibility score of 89%, indicating that the instruments were highly suitable for use. Data analysis was conducted by calculating average scores using a percentage formula, which were then interpreted into specific assessment categories. The result showed average scores of 89 for student activity, 89 for worksheet completion, 97 for poster quality, and 88 for presentations. Each stage of the learning process was implemented systematically and demonstrated active student participation–from problem analysis to product publication. The final product low-sugar jelly candy, exhibited good quality in terms of texture, sugar content, and acceptability. All learning aspects were rated in the “very good” category. These findings suggest that project-based worksheets can serve as an effective learning medium to support student engagement in conceptual understanding, laboratory application, and communicative presentation of scientific results in chemistry learning. Keywords: Project-Based Learning, Worksheet, Jelly CandyPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan dan keterlaksanaan lembar kerja berbasis proyek melalui kegiatan pembuatan permen jelly rendah gula pada mata kuliah Kimia Aditif dan Adiktif. Model pembelajaran berbasis proyek digunakan untuk mendorong keterlibatan aktif mahasiswa, mendukung pemahaman konsep bahan tambahan pangan, serta mengaitkan pembelajaran dengan isu kesehatan sehari-hari. Penelitian dilakukan pada 30 mahasiswa semester VI Program Studi Pendidikan Kimia dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi lembar observasi aktivitas, penilaian lembar kerja, poster, dan presentasi. Seluruh instrumen divalidasi oleh tiga dosen ahli melalui penilaian aspek penyajian, konstruk, isi, dan pertanyaan, dengan rata-rata kelayakan 89% yang menunjukkan bahwa instrumen sangat layak digunakan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menghitung rata-rata skor menggunakan rumus persentase, lalu diinterpretasikan ke dalam kategori penilaian tertentu. Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata nilai aktivitas mahasiswa sebesar 89, lembar kerja 89, poster 97, dan presentasi 88. Setiap tahapan pembelajaran  dijalankan secara sistematis dan menunjukkan keterlibatan aktif mahasiswa, dari analisis masalah hingga publikasi hasil. Produk akhir berupa permen jelly menunjukkan mutu yang baik berdasarkan tekstur, kadar gula, dan daya terima. Seluruh aspek pembelajaran berada dalam interpretasi sangat baik. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa lembar kerja berbasis proyek dapat menjadi alternatif media pembelajaran yang mendukung keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam memahami konsep, menerapkan praktikum, dan menyampaikan hasil ilmiah secara komunikatif dalam proses belajar kimia.     Penggunaan E-Modul Sains Berbasis QISI (Qur’an Integration-Interconnection and Spiritual Intelligence) untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Literasi Sains Digital

    This study seeks to enhance students' digital scientific literacy by utilizing science e-modules grounded in Qur’an-based Integration-Interconnection and Spiritual Intelligence (QISI). The participants consisted of 45 students from Luqmanul Hakim IT Junior High School, and the research employed a quantitative method with a pretest-posttest design and purposive sampling technique. The validity results show that the e-module is very valid (87.40%) and very practical (83.83%). N-gain analysis recorded a score of 0.71 (high category), which indicates a significant increase in students' scientific literacy. This e-module is not only effective in integrating spiritual values with science, but also supports higher order thinking skills (HOTS) and increases scientific literacy in the digital era. This study contributes not only to enhancing digital science literacy, but also to preparing Indonesian students to become intellectually competent, spiritually grounded, and well-equipped to face the global challenges of the 21st century. By integrating science and technology with Qur’anic values, the QISI-based e-module offers a relevant, contextual, and transformative learning model for the future of education in Indonesia. Penelitian melibatkan 45 siswa SMP IT Luqmanul Hakim dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan desain pretest-posttest melalui metode pemilihan sampel secara purposive. Hasil validitas menunjukkan e-modul sangat valid (87,40%) dan sangat praktis (83,83%). Analisis N-gain mencatat skor 0,71 (kategori tinggi), yang mengindikasikan peningkatan signifikan pada literasi sains siswa. E-modul ini tidak hanya efektif dalam mengintegrasikan nilai spiritual dengan sains, tetapi juga mendukung keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTS) serta meningkatkan literasi sains di era digital. Penelitian ini berkontribusi tidak hanya dalam peningkatan literasi sains digital, tetapi juga dalam menyiapkan siswa Indonesia yang cakap secara intelektual, bijak secara spiritual, dan siap bersaing dalam tantangan global abad ke-21.     The problem in this research is that the activities and learning outcomes were identified as problems from the results of observations made by the researcher. The researcher found that many students did not participate or were active in learning PJOK during class hours, during material or practice. This is the basis of the problem that will be carried out, because learning cannot be said to be successful if there are still students who lack participation or activeness of these students. The problem that will be used as research this time is how big the effect of implementing the game method is on student learning participation in physical education learning for students at SMKN 10 Garut. This research used a classroom action research method which was carried out in two cycles. The target of the research is to increase the activity and participation or liveliness of the learning outcomes of class X, XI students at SMKN 10 Garut, totaling 20 people. Data obtained through learning test results and game method practice. By showing the test results in cycle I, 7 students (35%) had not yet completed the results and 4 students (20%) had not yet completed the activeness of the students who had not yet achieved completeness. To maximize learning so that all students complete it, in this case the researcher used a cycle II program. From the test results in cycle II, it has shown a significant increase in the implementation of the game method towards student learning participation in physical education learning for students at SMKN 10 Garut. All students are able to follow and adapt to the learning activities that have been implemented.Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini merupakan aktivitas dan hasil belajar teridentifikasi masalah dari hasil Observasi yang dilakukan peneliti, peneliti menemukan banyak siswa yang tidak ikut berpartisipasi atau keaktipan siswa siswi dalam pembelajaran PJOK pada saat jam pelajaran , pada saat materi ataupun praktik. Hal ini menjadi dasar dari permasalahan yang akan di lakukan, karena pembelajaran tidak bisa dikatakan berhasil apabila masih terdapat siswa atau siswi yang kurang dalam partisipasi atau keaktipan siswa siswi tersebut. Permasalahan yang akan di jadikan penelitian kali ini yaitu seberapa beser efek dari Implementasi Metode Permainan Terhadap Partisipasi Belajar Siswa Dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Siswa/Siswi SMKN 10 Garut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan sebanyak II siklus. Sasaran dalam penelitian yaitu dalam meningkatkan aktivitas dan partisipasi atau keaktipan hasil belajar siswa kelas X , XI SMKN 10 Garut yang berjumlah 20 orang. Data yang diperoleh melalui hasil tes pembelajaran dan praktek metode permainan. Dengan memperlihatkan hasil tes pada siklus I siswa yang belum mencapai ketuntasan sebanyak 7 siswa (35%) belum tuntas dan keaktipan siswa yang belum mencapai ketuntasan sebanyak 4 siswa (20%) belum tuntas. Untuk memaksimalkan pembelajaran agar semua siswa tuntas, dalam hal ini peneliti menggunakan program siklus II. Dari hasil tes pada siklus II telah menunjukan peningkatan yang signifikan dari Implementasi Metode Permainan Terhadap Partisipasi Belajar Siswa Dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Siswa/Siswi SMKN 10 Garut Semua siswa sudah mampu mengikuti dan menyesuaikan diri dari kegiatan pembelajaran yang telah diterapka

    CONSTRUCTING A SCALE OF DUAL THINKING SOURCES FOR PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERS AND ITS RELATIONSHIP TO TIME MANAGEMENT IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION LESSONS IN IRAQ FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2025-2024

    The research aims to build a scale of sources of binary thinking for some physical education teachers and instructors in the Republic of Iraq and a scale of time management (prepared by the researcher) and to find the relationship between them. The descriptive approach was used with the sample method, and the exploratory study was applied to a sample of ( 29 ) male and female teachers, and the main study was applied to a sample of ( 300 ) male and female teachers and appropriate statistical treatments were used on ( 6 ) sources (anxiety, negative emotional response, professional pressures, decision-making, overgeneralization, selective abstraction) that represent the main sources of the binary thinking scale, which consists of ( 36 ) phrases divided among those sources, with ( 6 ) phrases for each source, and the time management scale, which consists of ( 30 ) phrases, for the purpose of finding the relationship between them. The researcher concluded that the sources can be used for the scale of binary thinking for physical education teachers and instructors, with the exception of the source of decision-making, as there a statistically significant relationship, and the source of selective abstraction, due to the presence of an inverse, non-significant relationship. We recommend that the following be used: By studying other sources related to dual thinking for physical education teachers and instructors, to determine the importance of these sources in identifying the level of thinking among teachers and instructors.     This study investigates the effect of the I.P.A.G.A. strategy in conjunction with the peer-guided application method on the development of essential football abilities in first-year intermediate students. The study aims to investigate how this modern teaching approach enhances the development of fundamental technical skills, such as dribbling and ball control. An experimental design employing two equivalent groups (experimental and control) with pre-test and post-test assessments was implemented, consistent with the study's objectives. The study population comprised 123 first-year students from Al-Shuhadaa Intermediate School for Boys during the 2023–2024 academic year. A fundamental random selection procedure was employed to pick 40 individuals, thereafter divided into two groups of 20 each. The experimental group received training through the I.P.A.G.A. methodology with peer guidance, while the control group was instructed using conventional methods. The SPSS statistical software was employed to analyze the data and identify significant differences between the groups. The results demonstrated that the experimental group showed a markedly superior improvement in essential football skills, particularly in dribbling and ball control, compared to the control group. The findings demonstrate that the integration of structured teaching methodologies with peer-supported learning environments significantly improves children's motor skills. The research indicates that the I.P.A.G.A. technique, in conjunction with peer-guided application, significantly enhances individuals' ability to learn football. The researcher advocates for the implementation of contemporary, student-focused pedagogical approaches, such as the I.P.A.G.A. strategy, to promote active learning, collaboration, and skill mastery in physical education environments
