Since 2012, research on urban storefront signage applications in China has significantly increased, according to the findings. However, the concept of urban sign design modernology has only recently been the subject of inquiry. A complete and systematic assessment of the design of urban storefront signage in China is still lacking. The objective of this study is to address this deficiency by enhancing comprehension of the available literature on urban storefront signage design. 58 Scopus- and CNKI-indexed articles have been evaluated. This study also discussed how urban signage design challenges have garnered increasing attention since 2018. In addition, the report contains proposals for future research and ideas for other types of analysis techniques
Seismic Interpretation Integrated with Rock Physics and Petrophysical Analysis for the Characterization of \u27JAY Field,\u27 Niger Delta
Reservoir Characterization involves a holistic approach of describing a reservoir by integrating geologic, geophysical, petrophysical and reservoir engineering using all available data for the characterization of the reservoir’s geometric features (including structural and stratigraphic controls) and Petrophysical properties (including porosity, permeability and fluid saturation). The focus is to understand and identify the flow units of the reservoir and predict the inter-well distributions of relevant reservoir properties. JAY field was characterized via Petrophysical analysis, seismic interpretation and modelling, and rock physics analysis. Porosity and permeability models were generated and combined with petrophysical analysis in characterizing the delineated reservoirs. The rock physics cross-plots were used to quality check the results from the seismic and Petrophysical analysis. The structural interpretation of the 3D seismic data of the field revealed anticlinal structures (four-way closure) which is fault assisted and can thus allow hydrocarbon accumulation. Four of the faults are major listric faults that trend in the Northeast Southwest direction. Amongst the remaining fourteen minor faults, five of them are synthetic faults whose sense of displacement is similar to its associated major faults while others are Antithetic faults. Four horizons were established which indicated the top and base of the two reservoirs. The Petrophysical analysis indicated that the reservoirs have good pore interconnectivity (Average
Spatiotemporal Video Quality Assessment Method via Multiple Feature Mappings
Progressed video quality assessment (VQA) methods aim to evaluate the perceptual quality of videos in many applications but often prompt to increase computational complexity. Problems derive from the complexity of the distorted videos that are of significant concern in the communication industry, as well as the spatial-temporal content of the two-fold (spatial and temporal) distortion. Therefore, the findings of the study indicate that the information in the spatiotemporal slice (STS) images are useful in measuring video distortion. This paper mainly focuses on developing on a full reference video quality assessment algorithm estimator that integrates several features of spatiotemporal slices (STSS) of frames to form a high-performance video quality. This research work aims to evaluate video quality by utilizing several VQA databases by the following steps: (1) we first arrange the reference and test video sequences into a spatiotemporal slice representation. A collection of spatiotemporal feature maps were computed on each reference-test video. These response features are then processed by using a Structural Similarity (SSIM) to form a local frame quality. (2) To further enhance the quality assessment, we combine the spatial feature maps with the spatiotemporal feature maps and propose the VQA model, named multiple map similarity feature deviation (MMSFD-STS). (3) We apply a sequential pooling strategy to assemble the quality indices of frames in the video quality scoring. (4) Extensive evaluations on video quality databases show that the proposed VQA algorithm achieves better/competitive performance as compared with other state- of- the- art methods

Clinicopathological Characteristics of Placenta Samples of Preeclampsia
Preeclampsia is a systemic syndrome in pregnancy that is characterized by decreased organ perfusion due to endothelial dysfunction and systemic inflammation. It caused by many proposed etiologies and multifactorial factors behind it, thus preeclampsia is known as the disease of theory. Preeclampsia can be divided into 2 categories based on the clinical presentation, which are: preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia. The aim of this study is to determine the clinicopathological characteristics of preeclampsia patients. A descriptive study using 56 samples of placenta from preeclampsia patients was conducted, and the following clinical characteristics were presented: age, gestational age, gravida, and hypertension history. Preeclampsia was found in 51.8% of the samples (29) and severe preeclampsia was found in 48.2% of the samples (27). Most samples (69.6%) had an age range of 20-35 years, 73.2% (41 samples) had 2-5 times of pregnancy (gravida), 76.8% (43 samples) had 37-42 weeks of pregnancy, and most samples (73.2%) had no hypertension history. The histopathological found calcification and syncytial knots in villi chorialis
Studies on biochemical characterization of salmonella and mixed infection cases with schistosomiasis in kwande lga, benue state, nigeria
Bacterial Salmonella infections and helminthic schistosomiasis are classified under Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTD). Biochemical characterization was carried out on Salmonella serovars in Kwande LGA, Benue State, Nigeria. The aim was to determine the prevalence of the infection and mixed cases of schistosomiasis. The best biochemical test for the detection of Salmonella was also targeted. A total of 180 subjects were randomly investigated from five different locations (Iange, Sati, Kyogyen, Ikov Sati and Adikpo). Two specimens (stool and urine) were collected from each subject. Preparation and culture of specimens followed standard practices. Salmonella cases were diagnosed on stool samples using six biochemical tests. Schistosoma haeamatobium and S.mansoni were diagnosed using urine and faecal specimens respectively. Average prevalence of Salmonella infection in Kwande LGA was 13.9% (8.3% female, 5.6% male) consisting of 44% S. typhi and 56% of other serovars. Infection was associated with location (?2 = 145.79, p=0.000). Ikov Sati had the highest cases (65%) followed by Adikpo (15%). No cases was recorded at Kyogyen. Infection was most common among farmers (8.3% prevalent), thus associated with occupation type (?2 =52.63, p=0.000). Among the five biochemical tests, catalase test was the best in the identification of Salmonella serovars followed by hydrogen sulphide and citrate. Among the 180 subjects studied, six mixed infection cases of Salmonella-Schistosomiasis were recorded with a prevalence of 3% unassociated age, sex and location. However, farmers and school children recorded 2 cases each while okada riders and civil servants had a single case each. Based on organism type, S.typhi-S.mansoni-S.haematobium mixed infection had only one case. Co-infection of S.typhi-S.mansoni also had a single case. Salmonella-S.haematobium co-infection cases were four (2.2% prevalent). From all indications, Salmonella cases in the study area were high. Farming practices are implicated. This may be due to unhygienic practices in the handling, washing, and consumption of fresh food crops. Both farmers and school children are more vulnerable to contact Salmonella-Shistosoma co-infections than other occupational status, probably due to water pollution factors. The information given in this report is crucial in the diagnosis and prevention of Salmonella infections known to be a major killer in rural areas most especially when combined with shistosomiasis. Urgent control measures should be put in place at the Ikov Sati community recording an alarming rate of Salmonella infection among farmers
An analysis of risk factors for juvenile delinquency: Case study the Republic of North Macedonia
Many countries in Europe and around the world are currently facing the problem of juvenile delinquency. In order to better understand the juvenile delinquency, as well as to explore main reasons and risk factors that contribute to the occurrence of delinquent and criminal behavior among juveniles, this paper is focused on an analysis of the data contained in the files of juveniles serving prison sentences in the Republic of North Macedonia. Having in mind that the research has been conducted in the Juvenile Prison in Ohrid and the fact that this prison is only for male juveniles, in the research, there is no data analysis for female juvenile delinquents. The results from this study show that the juvenile delinquency is a very complex phenomenon that occurs due to different factors and for the prevention and suppression of which, a coordinated and serious social action is needed. This analysis showed that juveniles serving prison sentences have not developed adequate social skills to deal with the problems and challenges they face in everyday life. Therefore, they manifest various forms of socially unacceptable behaviors, which is in conflict with existing moral and legal norms. The lack of social skills is one of the indicators which shows that the family, but also society, have misperceived the phenomenon and have negatively contributed in the process of building personalities of these young people with acceptable moral values and behaviors. To this end, the family and society have failed to exert adequate educational influence on these juveniles
Program Death Ligan-1 (PD-L1) Expression in Invasif Breast Carcinoma of No Special Type
Breast carcinoma is the most frequently cancer in women (24%) and the main cause of cancer death in women worldwide. Based on data from globocan 2018 shows the incidence of breast cancer is around 2.08 million (11.6%) which is the second rank of all cancers after lung cancer with a mortality rate of 626.6 thousand (6.6%). However, prognosis of the breast carcinoma is influenced by several factors, including tumor histology grade and Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocytes (TILs). PD-L1 expression has been investigated as a potential biomarker and immune checkpoint to assess the response of various types of cancer. This study aims to determine PD-L1 expression in Invasive Breast Carcinoma of No Special Type (IBC-NST) grades 1,2 and 3. This study used a sample of 80 cases of paraffin block for IBC-NST patients from 2017 to 2020. There were 17 samples (21.3%) with grade 1, 32 samples (40%) with grade 2, and 31 samples (38.8%) with grade 3. The number of samples with positive PD-L1 expression were 63 samples, and 17 samples of negative PDL-1 expression were obtained. In the PD-L1 negative group, from a total of 17 samples, 4 samples were grade 1, 10 samples were grade 2, and 3 samples were grade 3. In the PD-L1 positive group, from a total of 63 samples, 13 samples with grade 1, 22 with grade 2, and 28 samples with grade 3. Based on the Chi-square test, p value = 0.115 (p > 0.05). The proportion of PD-L1 expression was higher at higher grades. There was no significant difference in PD-L1 expression in IBC-NST grade 1, grade 2 and grade 3
