Sensitivity Analysis of the SVEIR Model on the Spread of Covid-19 Disease in Indonesia
The spread of Covid-19 is a serious global health problem, as well as in Indonesia. Mathematical modelling is one way to see how the spread of the Covid-19 disease is developing. Model used in this article is SVEIR models. In this article, we discuss the stability of the disease-free fixed point using the Routh Hurwitz criteria, while the stability of the endemic fixed point is examined using the Castillo-Chaves and Song theorems. It is confirmed that the disease-free fixed point is locally asymptotically stable if the basic reproduction number is less than one. In addition, the local asymptotically stable endemic fixed point if the basic reproduction number is more than one. Sensitivity analysis is performed to determine the parameters of the model that are most sensitive to the system. The results of numerical simulations show that the biggest influence on dynamics of spread of the disease is the contact rate of the spread of the disease
Drug Rehabilitation Program From the Lens of Surrenderees
The study was conducted to determine the factors influencing the use of illegal drugs among surrenderees to provide recommendations on what program(s) to implement for rehabilitation. Using a questionnaire, 101 surrenderees of Barangay Cabinuangan, New Bataan, Davao de Oro were surveyed and interviewed. Focus Group Discussion and Key Informant Interview were also employed. The method used was descriptive-exploratory. Frequencies and percentages were used to describe the socio-demographic profile of the respondents. Moreover, the mean was used to measure the level of perceptions of the surrenderees regarding the factors that influence them to use illegal drugs, such as family-related factors, psychological factors, and environmental factor. Thematic analysis was used for the FGD and KII. Results showed that most surrenderees were between the ages 19 to 25 years old, male, single, college level, and unemployed. Those employed surrenderees had an average monthly income of less than Php8,000. The majority started using illegal drugs between 19 to 25 years old and used it for more than a year. Methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu were commonly used. The surrenderees’ relationship with their parents and peers, curiosity, and defense mechanism to escape from their negative feelings like personal problems contributed to why they used illegal drugs. The “Pakikibahagi ng Pamilya (Family Involvement) Program” and “Kilos Pagbabago para sa Surrenderees (Bringing Change for the Surrenderers)” were the proposed program interventions for the surrenderees. A center-based programs that will be facilitated by experienced Social Workers, Nurses, and Pastors from the Municipal Spiritual Development and Values Restoration (MSDVR)
Study the Effect of Locally Produced Clostridium perfringens Enterotoxin on the MCF-7 and T47D Breast Cancer Cell Lines
Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women worldwide after skin cancer. It is also the second leading cause of cancer death in women after lung cancer .One in eight women in the United States (12%) will develop breast cancer in her lifetime and this percent is in a continuous increasing .Breast cancer treatment regimens differ widely based on the type of cancer, its stage, its sensitivity to hormones, the patient’s age and health, and other factors. Surgery and radiation therapy are mainstays of breast cancer treatment as well as chemotherapy. Despite of the remarkable development in cancer treatment and new drugs ,but the progress in recovery of cancer still weak so the need to new strategies of therapy and to new drugs remains very important . One of these strategies is the gene therapy by which such strange toxic molecules specifically are directed to the cancer cells ,one of these candidates that attracting attention are the bacterial toxins which revealed high activity in killing of the cancer cells in in vitro and in vivo studies . Our study paid attention to one of the bacterial toxins to screen on its activity in this respect . In more details, we screen the activity of locally isolated Clostridium Perfringens enterotoxin on the breast cancer cell lines as a first step and for the first time locally to detect on the effect of bacterial toxins isolated from our environments as well as there is no previous local study on CPE that extracted and purified from bacteria isolated from food poisoning patients in Mosul city

The population used in the study were indigenous people in the area
specific sampling according to the advice of community leaders and people in the study area of world heritage and nearby communities in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya in the number of 20 people by using. The tool used in the research were interview form, non-participatory observation form and assessment form of community-based learning process and the data were analyzed according to qualitative the research result as follows.
In Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, there were communities with unique culture consisting of 2 groups including 1. Indigenous people living in world heritage area, the historical Nakhon of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya has Indigenous people that tourists were very interested. They were important food and goods of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya such as boat noodles and Roti 2. Indigenous people in surrounding communities and adjacent areas of the historical Nakhon of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya had specific expertise according to the type of Indigenous people. They had experience passing on from generations to generations. They had public mind to allow outsiders to study closely such as fish weaving, carving, hammock weaving, peacock fan, Huntra candy, Mon brick, Lan leave hat, ancient pottery and boat noodles. These two Indigenous groups of people had the same objective which was to pass on to the next generation.

Androgens and Controlled Ovarian Stimulation Outcomes
Androgens play are an integral part in normal follicular development and in the pathogenesis of conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), decreased ovarian reserve and poor ovarian response. Besides indirectly mediating the growth of early phases of follicular development, through their actions on FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) and IGF1(insulin-like growth factor 1), androgens are also the source of estrogens. Hyperandrogenism in PCOS leads to excessive growth of preantral follicles and follicular arrest. Low levels of androgens are responsible for abnormal folliculogenesis and rapid depletion of the ovarian pool. The poor ovarian response is encountered in up to a third of patients undergoing controlled ovarian stimulation, and androgens have been used as a prediction tool and as a treatment intervention. Although the results are not unanimous, serum DHEAS (dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate) appears to anticipate the type of response encountered in controlled ovarian stimulation and the possibility of achieving a live birth after ART (assisted reproduction technique) treatment. Similarly, testosterone could help in the optimization of stimulation protocols. Whether systemically administered androgens could influence the intra-follicular environment is not certain. Still, treatment with both testosterone and DHEA appears to have beneficial effects on both surrogate endpoints, such as embryos quantity and quality, as well as definitive endpoints such as clinical pregnancy rate and live birth rate
Macrophages Activity and Capacity of Staphylococcus Aureus-induced Male Rattus Norvegicus, Sprague Dawley Strain Subsequent to Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Honey Mixture Administration
Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) and honey as immunomodulator. Non-specific immune system is the body initial defense for infection, where macrophages are one of its parts. Activated macrophages will move more actively. This study aims to analyze the effect of EVOO and honey mixture administration on the macrophages activity and capacity of Staphylococcus aureus induced male rats (Rattus norvegicus) Sprague Dawley strain. This experimental study was conducted during May to June 2019. The total rats examined was 80, divided into 5 groups that were treated orally for 1 to 4 weeks. The groups of rats were K1 (-) Aquades, K2 (+) Stimuno, E1 EVOO, E2 honey, and E3 EVOO and honey mixture. Staphylococcus aureus were induced intraperitonally into the rats. The macrophages were examined in Bacteriology and Immunology laboratory of FKH IPB University. Macrophages tests were conducted 1 hour subsequent to bacterial induction. The analysis of difference was done using one way anova and the analysis of group difference was carried out using Duncan test. The result shows that there are macrophage capacity (P= 0.000) differences on the first week but not on the macrophage activity (P=0.079), with highest mean value of macrophage activity (62.5±3.32) and capacity (2927.3±42.3) belong to E3 group. There are significant differences of both macrophage capacity and activity on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th week (P < 0.005)
The Relationship between Tribes, Duration of Contraceptive Use and Parity with the Incidence of Cervical Cancer at Dok II Jayapura Regional General Hospital in 2021
Background: Cervical cancer is the second most common cancer suffered by women in Indonesia, after breast cancer, from the incidence or case and death rate. Every year, about 14,000 women are diagnosed with cervical cancer and more than 7,000 die from the disease. This means that every hour, one woman dies from cervical cancer or uterine cancer, with a prevalence in five years of about 64.9 percent. Preliminary data of Dok II Jayapura Hospital, from 105 cancer patients analyzed, there were 11 cases (10.4%) of cervical cancer or the top 3. Objectives: This study aims to find out the relationship of tribes, long use of contraception and parity with cervical cancer in Dok II Jayapura Hospital in 2021. Methods: This type of research is a quantitative method with a Case Control design at the Regional General Hospital Dok II Jayapura. With a sample of 105 cases, 11 cases and 94 controls. Result: The results of this study indicate that tribe (p = 0.5) OR: 1.6 (0.4-5.6), parity (p = 0.20) OR: 0.87 (0.8-0.9), and duration of use of oral contraceptives (p = 0.19) OR: 0.28 (0.05-1.4), not significantly associated with the incidence of cervical cancer in women at Dok II Jayapura Regional General Hospital in 2021
Psychological Analysis of Moral Interpretations in the Field of Religiosity (Emphasis on Eric Berne\u27s Theory of Reciprocal Behavior Analysis)
The present article focuses on the psychological theory of Eric Berne\u27s analysis of the interaction of behavior and the triad of "child", parent, and adult’s ego in analyzing how moral interpretations emerge in the field of religiosity. In this regard, by identifying three types of parental religiosity (blame and support), child-centered (adaptive, natural, and intuitive), and "adult" has analyzed these readings. In reprehensible parental religiosity, morality finds imitative and irrational aspects, and in the moral interpretation of the religious text, "fear of the religious parent" plays a significant role, but in parental (supportive) religiosity, moral readings focus on calming and soothing the individual "child". In child-centered (adaptive) religiosity, the primary motivation for a person to make moral statements is primarily due to his desire to receive the promised rewards (such as heavenly blessings) in the holly book. In child-centered (natural) religiosity, we encounter a reductionist moral reading of religion that takes place in the direction of openly acknowledging and explicitly acknowledging one\u27s "now" Like the other two types of child-centered religiosity, moral reading in child-centered religiosity is central to "feeling", with the difference that the mentioned reading is justified by scientific language. The final form of religiosity is "adult" religiosity, in which the power of reason and the interpreter\u27s intellect form the focus of moral readings. "Wisdom" is the common denominator of "adult" religiosity and the ethical dimension of religion. Hence, it is only in this kind of religiosity that its believers, in their true sense, have a moral character and conduct
