Diversity Analysis of Several Indonesian Yam Bean (Pachyrhizus erosus) Accessions
Yam bean (Pachyrhizus erosus) is one of the introduced plants that thrives well in Indonesia. Yam Bean exhibits a considerable range of variability, contingent upon its cultivation region. The objective of this study is to analyze several Indonesian yam bean accessions in order to identify accessions yielding high harvest results and tuber inulin content. This research was conducted in Duku, Kasang, Batang Anai, Padang Pariaman. Observations and analyses were carried out in the Plant Physiology Laboratory, Instrumentation Laboratory, and Biology Laboratory of Andalas University, Padang, from January to December 2022. The experiment was arranged in a Completely Randomized Design, consisting of 11 yam bean genotypes from various yam bean production centers in Indonesia. The research results indicate that out of 22 observed traits, 8 traits show narrow variability, while 8 traits exhibit wide variability. One of the reasons for the narrow variability is due to yam bean flowers undergoing pollination before the blossoming of the flowers
Security Implications of Adopting a New Data Storage and Access Model in Big Data and Cloud Computing
This article examines the security implications of using cloud computing and Big Data. It employs a mixed methodology of qualitative and quantitative research and takes a critical realist epistemological approach. The objective is to identify the components of a theory for predicting and explaining [1, 4] the security implications associated with adopting the services provided by cloud computing and Big Data. The integration of various information sources and the widespread use of computing across diverse fields have resulted in a significant increase in data volume, scale, quantity, and diversity. Consequently, data management, storage, retrieval, and access have undergone significant changes. The latest developments in IT have brought forth novel technologies such as Cloud Computing and Big Data. Big Data comprises of technologies that rely on NoSQL (Not only SQL) databases, which enable the growth of data volumes, numbers, and types on a large scale. The new NoSQL systems are seen as solutions for meeting scalability requirements of large IT firms. Multiple open-source and pay-as-you-go NoSQL models are available for purchase

We have studied samples obtained from olive pits of different dimensions, determined the method for obtaining powder from olive pits, and also studied the best suitable time for collection. Crushed to a powder of powder and to particles of hard bones, they were placed in test tubes and filled with solvents. The solutions obtained by extraction with several solvents from the crushed powder of olive pits, collected in October 2021 in the Surakhani district of Baku, showed the best result. The resulting concentrates were studied and the optical density of the solutions was determined by UV spectroscopy; a method based on the Lambert–Bouguer–Beeroscopy law was applied
