The marine as a flagship project for the redevelopment of Smederevo waterfront
Get PDFСмедерево, као град са дугом дунавском обалом, има недовољно искоришћен потенцијал за развој наутике и наутичког туризма. Предмет истраживања се односи на допринос локалном развоју града кроз урбану регенерацију, туристички развој где се нагласак даје наутичком туризму. Овим радом би се комплекс марине сагледавао као потенцијал за нови центар и окосницу развоја приобаља града. Кроз рад се разматрају препознати проблеми недовољно искоришћеног потенцијала града за развој наутике, проблеми смештајних капацитета, уређење простора за одмор и рекреацију, али и могуће одржавање сезонских манифестација. Главни циљ овог рада је постављање препорука за развој савремене туристичке марине у Смедереву, у складу са међународним стандардима наутичког туризма. Методологија у оквиру овог рада спроведена је на основу теренског обиласка локације, разговора са стручњацима из градске управе Смедерева, анализе студија случаја и критичке анализе пројектне документације. Очекивани доприноси рада јесу: валоризација већ опредељене позиције марине Смедерева и испитивање њених потенцијала; смернице и валоризација садржаја комплекса марине који
би могли допринети локалном развоју града.Smederevo, as a city with a long Danube waterfront, has an underutilized potential for the nautical development
and nautical tourism. The subject of the research refers to the contribution to the local development of the city
through urban regeneration, tourist development where the emphasis is on nautical tourism. With this work, the
marina complex would be seen as a potential for a new center and the backbone of the development of the city's
coastline. Through the work, the recognized problems of underutilized potential of the city for the development of
nautical, problems of accommodation capacity, arrangement of space for rest and recreation, but also the possible
holding of seasonal manifestations are considered. The main goal of this paper is to set recommendations for the
development of a modern tourist marina in Smederevo, in accordance with international standards of nautical
tourism. The methodology within this work is based on a field visit to the location, interviews with experts from the
city administration of Smederevo, analysis of case studies аnd critical analysis of project documentation. The
expected contributions of the work are: valorization of the already determined position of the Smedereva marina
and examination of its potential; guidelines and valorization of the contents of the marina complex that could
contribute to the local development of the city

20. века и њене трансформације – у односу на изворно значење и деловање ове праксе – у
савремености, почетком 21. века. Истраживање примарно полази од следеће хипотезе:
деловање аутентичних архитектонских авангарди условљено је тоталитарним и репресивним
друштвеним устројством. Стога се радом указује на обрт који се десио у ери савремености, а
у коме се актуелне псеудо-авангардне архитектонске форме дозвољавају, очекују и подстичу. С тим у вези, такве праксе се не заснивају на прогресивистичком и еманципаторском карактеру, као што је то био случај са претходним архитектонским авангардним феноменима, већ понајвише на формалном обликовном деловању базираном искључиво на експериментисању унутар архитектонске форме и њеног језика, искључујући сваки шири критички и политички потенцијал ремећења друштвено-политичке констелације мултинационалног потрошачког капитализма. Истраживање се базира на критичко- теоријском захвату, анализи и интерпретацији архитектонске авангарде, са ближим фокусом
на експерименту, односно истраживању кроз архитектуру и уметност. Предмет рада су оне
експерименталне, радикалне, субверзивне и ексцесне архитектонске праксе које су имале за
циљ целокупну промену света, као и свакодневних облика живота у простору друштвености.
Конкретан фокус је на специфичним експерименталним и радикалним праксама које теже
естетским револуцијама – оним архитектонским револуцијама које значајно утичу не само на
чулну димензију појединца, већ укључују и све окружујуће друштвене и политичке
компоненте путем којих се свет разуме, опажа и доживљава. Циљ ове студије јесте да се
теоријски испита и успостави место авангарде у оквиру теорија архитектонских и
урбанистичких пракси, односно да се понуди одговор на питање на који начин радикална
авангардна архитектура провоцира и изазива, мења и реорганизује свакодневни живот људске заједнице. Тако се кроз три централна поглавља критички интерпретирају четири теоријске концепције авангарде у архитектури: историјске архитектонске авангарде, архитектонске неоавангарде, архитектонске поставангарде и феномен архитектонске авангарде у савремености. Задатак је да се расветли утицај радикалног, експерименталног и субверзивног израза својственог авангардном феномену на развој архитектонске мисли, идеја и пракси. У раду се успоставља нова теоријско-критичка подела на уметничко-архитектонске авангарде и естетско-архитектонске авангарде из чије перспективе су посматрани, обрађени и анализирани архитектонски објекти и пројекти који су настали између два светска рата (историјске авангарде), у првим деценијама након Другог светског рата (неоавангарде) и периодима постмодерне и савремености. На крају истраживања понуђена је систематизација аксиома авангардне архитектонске праксе у дијахронијском и синхронијском смислу

rural, and urban places in today’s global society, while recognizing local traditions as an essential
ingredient of the Global Village pot. The main issue of debate is whether a Global Village should
be classified as an idealistic paradise or a realistic prospect for the near future. Exhibition should
open debate on the benefits and drawbacks of each type of site, taking into account aspects like
population density, infrastructure, and accessibility to resources. It will further examine the cultural,
social, economic, and environmental implications of developing architectural, technological,
and urban design patterns of the Global Village concept. We should consider alternatives to
the present way of living such as sustainable communities, eco-villages, and self-sufficient
neighborhoods. We could further explore how these alternative living arrangements may address
challenges such as energy consumption, waste management, and food production in a more
effective and environmentally friendly manner by taking into account the requirements that have
been generated. In addition, investigating the cultural, social and economic consequences of
these alternations possible benefits and problems they may bring to people and society as a

Mathematical education of future architects – playing and learning with and in Iterated Function Systems
Get PDFThe principal methods of architectural design and construction have been inseparable from mathematics since time immemorial. Even nowadays, mathematical ability is an integral part of professional competence of any architect, and therefore, mathematical education is naturally very significant segment of architectural studies. At the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Architecture, the leading higher education institution for architecture and urbanism studies in the Western Balkans region, undergraduate students primarily meet with mathematics on the core course Mathematics in architecture. As the name suggests, this course covers the basics of analytic and fractal geometry, focusing on possibilities of applying. Namely, after understanding and adopting the theoretical foundations using standard teaching methodology, it often happens that students hardly recognize the connection between the acquired mathematical knowledge and their future professional activities. Therefore, after each thematic unit during the course, some experimental work or functional research is carried out. This paper briefly presents an active learning method implemented on Iterated Function Systems (IFS), as one of the units. No full textRešenje se bazira na grafičkoj interpretaciji prirode stvaralačkog čina kao imanentne odlike kojom se definiše savremena umetnost. Ovakav koncept je dočaran specifičnom geometrijom znaka, koja u svom frontalnom delu ima kubičan volumen, dok se u pozadini ocrtava obris valjkastog oblika; istovremeno, ako se apstrahuje volumetrijska priroda definisane forme, znak se može sagledavati i kao kvadratna površina koja ima kružnu senku. Upravo se kroz ovakve vizuelne transformacije, kao svojevrsne oblikovne nedoslednosti, akcentuje značaj nepredvidivih i neočekivanih situacija koje samom stvaralačkom činu daju autentičnost, pozicionirajući ga time u okvire savremene umjetnosti. Ovo rešenje je prvonagrađeni rad sa međunarodnog konkursa, realizovanog 2023. godine

Убрзани развој дигиталних технологија је изнедрио "доступност" сваког појединца, што нас је довело до трајног урушавања ауре наше приватности. Истовремено, такав амбијент погодује различитим механизмима надзирања и индокринације, и то до њихових хипнотичких размера. Илустрација је осмишљена и реализована као слојевити експонат, где су графики елементи директно штампани и распоређени на три слоја стакла, чиме је добијена просторност и додатна сугестивност самог концепта. Рад је добио прву награду у оквиру изложбе Минијатуре 8, која је одржана 2023. године у галерији Сингидунум у Београду

Годишњак је публикација прегледног карактера која на систематизован начин пружа увид у теме, приступе и одговоре на семестралне задатке.
