No full textIzvod iz teksta Sonje Belјić, istoričarke umetnosti: Kovačevi radovi, iako se vizuelno referišu na masovne medije, idejno su njihova istinska suprotnost. Jednostavnim, estetski dopadlјivim i svima prijemčivim crtežima, vedrim bojama i ironično-sarkastičnim nazivima dela, Vladimir se poigrava našom percepcijom. Akcentuje probleme koji su se toliko odomaćili u našoj svakodnevici, da ih gotovo više i ne primećujemo. Površnost, nefokusiranost, senzacionalizam, preterivanje u svakom pogledu, samo su neki od pojmova koje umetnik problematizuje na izložbi sugestivnog naziva Apsurdizmi. Istovremeno, u svojim radovima je posebnu pažnju posvetio pitanju emocija, usput izgublјenih u tom potrošačkom vrtlogu. Iako neprestano tragamo za njima, u iskonskoj želјi da ih spoznamo, na tom putu nas iznova zaslepi nešto šlјokičasto, šareno, što našu ionako krhku pozornost veoma lako omete. Religious Buildings, Restitution and Urban Planning
No full textU ovom radu analizira se odnos procedure izrade i sprovođenja urbanističkih planova i procesa restitucije imovine SPC vezan za vlasništvo nad građevinskim zemljištem. U fokusu su tri studije slučaja na Novom Beogradu: blok 67a, blok 45 i blok 32, u kojima je zemljište u javnoj svojini, važećim urbanističkim planovima određeno za konkretne namene i način korišćenja, postalo predmet restitucije i prenamene. Istraživanje se sprovodi u tri koraka: a) analizira se zakonski okvir restitucije imovine crkva i verskih zajednica i mogućnosti otuđenja zemljišta u javnoj svojini, potom b) način na koji se verski objekti i njihova namena tretiraju u savremenom urbanističkom planiranju Beograda i v) potencijalni uticaj ovakve privatizacije zemljišta na proceduru izmene urbanističkih planova i planskih rešenja i, konačno, faktičku izgradnju kroz analizu tri studije slučaja.This paper analyzes the relationship between the procedure for creating and implementing urban plans and the property restitution process of the Serbian Orthodox Church related to the ownership of building land. The focus is on three case studies in New Belgrade: block 67a, block 45 and block 32, in which land in public ownership, determined by valid urban plans for specific land use, became the subject of restitution and conversion. The research is carried out in three steps: a) the legal framework for the restitution of the property of churches and religious communities and the possibility of privatization of land in public ownership is analyzed, then b) the way in which religious buildings and their purpose are treated in contemporary urban planning of Belgrade and c) the potential impact of such land privatization on the urban planning procedures and planning solutions changes and, finally, actual construction, through the analysis of three case studies

Under its framework and through its main analytical methods and forms (network graphs and related operations), one of the urban subsystems—urban mobility and transportation system—has been represented and investigated. Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development Strategy of the City of Novi Pazar [32nd International Urban Planners’ Exhibition]
Get PDFThe EU program for local development - EU PRO Plus supported the development of the Sustainable and integrated territorial development strategy of the city of Novi Pazar urban area. The objectives of the Strategy are as follows: strengthening the urban identity and renewal of the urban area by supporting of sustainable and integral development; promoting the transition to clean and fair energy, green and blue investments, climate change adaptation and mitigation, risk prevention and management, and sustainable urban mobility; promoting innovative and smart economic transformation, circular and low-carbon economy and ICT integration; improvement of social welfare, and improvement of urban/territorial governance. The priority areas of intervention are defined by the strategy: smart specialization and social well-being, arrangement of riverbanks - green-blue tangent, as well as the design of open public central city spaces.Program Evropske unije za lokalni razvoj – EU PRO Plus je poržao izradu Strategije razvoja urbanog područja grada Novog Pazara. Ciljevi Strategije su: jačanje urbanog identiteta i obnova urbanog područja podsticanjem održivog i integralnog razvoja; promovisanje prelaska na čistu i pravednu energiju, zelenih i plavih ulaganja, prilagođavanja i ublažavanja klimatskih promena, prevencije i upravljanja rizicima, i održive urbane mobilnosti; promovisanje inovativne i pametne ekonomske transformacije, cirkularne i niskougljenične ekonomije i IKT integracija; unapređenje društvenog blagostanja, i unapređenje upravljanja urbanim razvojem. Shaping a better future: contextual learning and teaching of structural design in the process of architectural education [abstract]
Get PDFAn integrated building design requires the intensive early collaboration of architects with other disciplines in order to respond to sustainability requirements. Therefore, the education of architects should enable acquiring knowledge and skills essential to function effectively in an interdisciplinary team in practice. Integrating theoretical and practical knowledge within the course curriculum is one way to accomplish the above. Lecture-based courses in structural design within the Undergraduate Studies of Architecture at the University of Belgrade combine theoretical and practical knowledge within the traditional learning model by applying theoretical knowledge to individual non-contextual problem-solving. In the final year of the study, structural design learning is based on contextual problem-solving in teams in the studio, within which buildings and their structures are designed following sustainability requirements. This paper aims to present the applied approach of a combination of two models of learning, individual non-contextual and team contextual, and to assess, using surveys, the influence of applied learning method on the development of cognitive abilities, knowledge, skills, and motivation of architecture students, focusing the contribution of early project-based learning. A total of 230 final-year undergraduate architecture students participated in the survey. The analysis of the survey showed that the applied approach of early team contextual learning in the field of structural design contributes to the development of critical and creative thinking, understanding of the meaning of the subject matter, development of research and analysis, organizational, communication, independent learning and teamwork skills, and motivation to the acquisition of new knowledge and self-engagement. The above indicates the need for constant improvement of the architectural education methodologies and processes to respond to growing complex requirements in practice oriented towards sustainability
