Goethe Institut biblioteka [39. Salon arhitekture, 2017] [priznanje]
Get PDFProjekat rekonstrukcije biblioteke u prizemlju Goethe Instituta koncipiran je kroz podelu prostora na četiri zone: „infrastrukturu“, „nadgradnju“, „kulisu“ i „interfejs“. Svaka zona ima svoje funkcionalne i prostorne karakteristike, koje zajedno funkcionišu kao celina. Zona „nadgradnje“ je deo bibliotečkog prostora orijentisan ka Knez Mihailovoj ulici i predstavlja okosnicu projekta nudeći različite scenarije korišćenja. Primarna funkcija ovog prostora je čitaonica koja se lako može transformisati u prostor za predavanja, radionice, izložbe i različite događaje. Multifunkcionalnost je postignuta inovativnim rešenjima modularnih elemenata enterijera koji omogućavaju fleksibilnost i transformabilnost prostora kao i mogućnošću korišćenja različitih režima osvetljenja. Zona „infrastrukture“ obuhvata servisne prostorije, vertikalnu komunikaciju i police za smeštanje knjiga. Zona „kulise“ predstavlja linijski protor - granicu, između „infrastrukture“ i „nadgradnje“, koja obuhvata zid sa dva lučna prolaza i centralni stub. Glavni motiv ove zone predstavlja modularni zeleni zid koji obogaćuje prostor biblioteke. Zonu „interfejsa” čine prozorski otvori, odnosno izlozi orijentisani ka Knez Mihailovoj ulici i prolazu, koji komuniciraju prostor biblioteke sa prolaznicima.

No full textU svom današnjem ustrojstvu i prethodno, Srbija nije imala jasno definisanu politiku razvoja gradova i urbanih naselja. Gradovi i urbana naselja po svom značaju, međutim, daleko prevazilaze ovakav pristup, i predstavljaju jedan od ključnih činilaca u razvoju države i društva uopšte. Potreba za valjanom politikom urbanog razvoja u nas potencirana je višedecenijskim za- ostajanjem ili stagnacijom razvoja, kao i brojnim neprimerenim odgovorima na izazove tranzicije koji su ozbiljno ugrozili razvoj srpskih gradova i naselja, a naročito kvalitet življenja u njima. Na putu ka Evropskoj uniji, Srbija usklađuje svoje politike sa standardima Unije, ali i sa me- dunarodnim okvirima-inicijativama koji/e se kontinuirano unapređuju i dograđuju. U radu se ukazuje na strateške dokumente i druge činjenice koje bi trebalo da posluže kao polazišta pri definisanju i izradi dokumenta nove nacionalne politike održivog i integralnog urbanog razvo- ja Srbije (NPOIUR). Proces pripreme NPOIUR podrazumeva i širok konsultativni proces, koji treba da obezbedi uključivanje svih zainteresovanih strana i konsenzus društva o prioritetima i vrednostima nove NPOIUR.
Uz podršku GIZ projekta "Unapređenje upravljanja zemljištem na lokalnom nivou u Srbiji", Mi- nistarstvo građevinarstva, saobraćaja i infrastrukture je pripremilo Projektni zadatak za izradu NPOIUR, koji je orijentisan ka novoj razvojnoj viziji gradova i urbanih naselja u Srbiji, a na osno- vu koje će se dalje kreirati/formulisati nova NPOIUR i sprovoditi predstojeći proces konsultacija.Within both present and previous systems, Serbia did not have a clearly defined urban policy. Cities and urban areas, however, go far beyond this approach, and they repre- sent one of the key factors in the State and society development in general. The need for a valid urban policy has been emphasized for decades, despite of backwardness and stagna- tion of development, as well as a number of inappropriate responses to the challenges of transition that have seriously jeopardized the development of Serbian cities and towns, and especially the quality of life in them.
On the way to the European Union, Serbia harmonizes its policies with EU standards, but also with the international framework-initiatives that are continuously improved and upgra ded. This paper points out atthe strategic documents and other facts that should serve as a starting point in defining and drafting a new National Policy for Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development of Serbia (NPSIUD). The process of developing NPSIUD includes a wide consultative process, which should ensure the involvement of all stakeholders and society consensus on the priorities and values of the new NPSIUD.
With the support of GIZ/AMBERO 'Strengthening local land management in Serbia' project, the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure has prepared the Terms of refe rence for NPSIUD formulation. These are oriented towards a new vision of development of cities and urban settlements in Serbia, and represent a base forformulation and implemen- tation of consulation process within the new NPSTUD
TRANSGRESSING SCALE : Architecture and Nature: ECO Station, War Island, Belgrade
Get PDFThe aim of this paper is to investigate the potentials of utilizing the notion of scale as a methodological tool during a process of architectural design. This design method is exercised through a framework of Architecture and Nature design studio, within the program of undergraduate studies, Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade. The major architectural challenge was the issue of scale of a design (micro) in relation to the scale of the context (macro), proposing micro design as macro concept, the overall significance of concurrent perception of the whole and its parts. The proposed design method is based on simultaneous design procedures in opposing scales. In architectural design, scale is commonly perceived as a mere tool for optimizing and communicating the project.
During the course of design process, answers for each architectural question are searched for in the scale of the context (a network - topography), as well as in the scale of a detail (a dot – element). Within such a framework, students were expected to give a proposal for localized programmatic and spatial intervention that, as an impulse point, has the potential influence on and affects the ground of the overall context of the War Island

Монографија „Сачувај енергију“ има за циљ да пружи конкретне одговоре, показујући на одабраним примерима типичних стамбених зграда, који су модели обнове применљиви на стамбеном фонду Србије у овом тренутку. Користећи савремене научне методе, спроведено је комплексно истраживање које је у овој публикацији приказано тако да су резултати јасни и корисни не само стручној јавности, већ и широј публици. За све зграде извршена су термовизијска снимања, детектована и документована слаба места термичког омотача, анализиране различите опције енергетске санације и изложени препоручени пакети мера са проценом финансијских ефеката појединачних мера и предложених пакета у целини.The importance of energy efficiency in buildings and the strategic impact of improvements in this area have been the subject of years long cooperation between the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade, GIZ and Civic institutions - from Federal ministries to small municipalities. The monograph "Conserve Energy", as a showcase of typical residential buildings with refurbishment models applicable to the Serbian building stock in current conditions, provides direct answers to some open questions of energy upgrades. A complex research, involving contemporary scientific methods is presented in this publication in a way that results are visible and beneficial not only to experts but also to the general public. Thermographic imaging detection and documentation of underperforming elements of thermal envelope, analysis of energy refurbishment options and formulation of proposed packages with estimation of financial effects are provided for each building in this publication

No full textПо оцени тима известилаца, овај рад се може сматрати комплетним у смислу услова предвиђених расписом. Формалну испуњеност прати и суштинска, по оцени Жирија, како у погледу могућности разумевања начелних ставова аутора о предложеним интервенцијама и решењима, тако и са аспекта заокружености и јасне презентације њихових исходишта. Основна структура новог потеза произилази из геометрије градске матрице изведене из саобраћајног правца Савске магистрале, што се, по речима аутора, надовезује на урбану генетику околине. На другој страни, према ул. Милорада Јовановића, формира се нова матрица, представљајући везу и континуитет са суседним насељима. У северном делу локације, према насељу Чукаричка падина планаран је високи објекат, као карактеристични репер и симбол новог насеља, уз друге, одговарајуће елементе урбанистичке композиције, који формирају нове амбијенте и настављају потезе започете у окружењу.
Став аутора оријентисан је у правцу “...дефинисања реалних развојних могућности овог простора...”, као и оптималног зонирања “у складу са морфолошким, планским, амбијенталним и другим карактеристикама” конкурсног подручја, а са циљем да се “дефинисани елементи обликовања... могу преточити у правила грађења кроз наредну фазу имплементације дате урбанистичке концепције”
Beyond the passage: Analytical probe into the emancipatory potential of space
No full text“Around 1910”, writes Henri Lefebvre, “a certain space was shattered”, pointing to the series of shifts in the Western culture, crucial for the evolution of modern thinking. This was also the time when the first glass-roof covered passage was designed and constructed (1910-12) in Belgrade’s main shopping street. The country’s capital, in the field of influence of powerful empires, was eager to catch up with the modern world. Some thirty years later (1941), the radically new transposition of the same theme was conceived through the unrealized project for the Hall of Matica srpska in Novi Sad. These conceptions, created in different but correlative geographical and historical conditions, are taken up in this paper as the subject for an analysis that examines the hidden emancipatory potential of this hybrid typology and the peculiar expressions of its protean capacity that gives us hints about the contemporary comprehension of public space articulation

Projekat je tada bio artikulisan kao instalacija u prostoru, a sada se predstavlja fotografijama i crtežima kao 'mobilnim arhivom' koji sam sebe reprezentuje.
Projekat problematizuje Frojdov koncept Das Unheiliche ovde uspostavljen u vizuelnoj umetnosti, ali podjednako i u vizuelnom iskustvu uopšte. Ispituje se posebno njegov semantički koren (heim) i mogućnosti/nemogućnosti prevoda samog koncepta, ali i prevodi (prevođenja) dimenzija i njihovih skaliranja (1:12) primenjenih u projektu
