L’accessibilità urbana di una nuova casa di cura a Belgrado in Serbia
Get PDFThe share of elderly population has increased rapidly in Serbia in few last decades. In line with these trends, nursing home care has become important for both Serbian seniors and their families. This situation has caused the accelerated establishment of new nursing homes across country. The major concentration of them is in Serbian capital, Belgrade. The most of the new nursing homes are privately established and run, which has opened many debates about an adequate state system to control them.
The security and hygienic concerns of nursing homes are mainly in the spotlight of media, but there is almost no debate about the location of these institutions and their accessibility in urban areas, that is a critical element for the decent life of their elderly residents. It encompasses several kinds of accessibility – the accessibility of to public transport, public services, open public spaces, and urban centres. In such way, this, urban accessibility is permeated with several universal human rights.
Considering the previous facts, this paper is dedicated to exploring the urban accessibility of new private nursing homes. Belgrade urban area is a research polygon. The research is done by the comparing the location of the homes to the main transport corridors and centres, proposed by the operative general urban plan of the city. This approach enables to suggest the new actions how to improve the current urban planning, as well related legislation for the better life and socialisation of elderly citizens

Културна мрежа има за циљ да ојача регионални културни идентитет Подунавља и створи заједнички бренд кроз неговање прекограничне културне везе између насеља дуж Дунава и кроз истраживање неискоришћених или скривених ресурса културног и друштвеног капитала у намени бољег привредног и културног бољитка. Главни циљ пројекта је стварање свеобухватне просторно-културне мреже, „Дунавске културне променаде“, која би повезала све заједнице дуж реке, уједињујући их у једну туристичку дестинацију као бренд. Овим кратким приказом пројекта тежи се да обухвате кључне развојне могућности малих подунавских градова кроз заједничко умрежавање. Међутим, током двогодишњих истраживања и сарадње са локалним самоуправама дуж Дунава јасно уочено је да је ширина датих могућности већа, али и да постоје и бројни локални изазови повезани са економским и демографских опадањем већине ових градова. Циљ округлог стола је ђ да размотри питање општег опадања подунавских градова и њихове обнове у оквиру развоја културног туризма заснованог на јачању локалног и регионалног идентитета

The theoretical and practical aspects of the methodological units are analytically and synthetically explained, and they are accompanied by illustrations of selected student works from Design Studio 03b at the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade. Get PDFProjekat enterijera porodične kuće je izrađen 2018.godine. Objekat koji je tretiran, predstavlja deo kompleksa koji čini niz isto arhitektonsko tretiranih kuća. Intervencija je bila interesantan izazov zbog svoje kompleksnosti i želja koje beleže potrebe koje se javljaju u vremenu u kojem živimo. Zahtev je bio da se kuća uredi za nepoznetog korisnika, odnosno za izdavanje.
Kada se arhitekta suoči sa potrebama poznatog korisnika, njegova intervencija je ''obojena'' elementima koji se spoznaju tokom kontakta sa klijentom, pa se na taj način projekat i prostor prilagođavaju onome ko će boraviti u njemu. Međutim, nepoznate želje nepoznatog korisnika predstavljaju zagonetku koja jedino rešenje može pronaći u neutralnosti ponuđenog. Tada je arhitekta u poziciji onoga ko priprema platno za sliku koja nastaje. U tom slučaju, intervencija se završava onoga trenutka kada korisnik unese sebe u ponuđeno, a prostor postane slika koja je nastala u glavi ''slikara''.The interior design project of the family house was completed in 2018. The building in question is part of a complex consisting of a series of similarly architecturally treated houses. The intervention was an interesting challenge due to its complexity and the desires reflecting the needs that arise in the time we live in. The requirement was to prepare the house for an unknown user, specifically for renting.
When an architect deals with the needs of a known user, their intervention is "colored" by elements that become apparent during contact with the client, thus adapting the project and space to the person who will reside in it. However, the unknown desires of an unknown user represent an enigma that can only be solved through the neutrality of what is offered. In that case, the architect is in the position of someone preparing the canvas for the painting that is about to be created. Get PDFPredloženo konkursno rešenje se zasniva na izučavanju lokalnog arhitektonskog nasleđa i njegovih arhetipskih oblika arhitekture. Identifikovana su tri značajna elementa narodnog graditeljstva: dubok četvorovodan krov, koji istovremeno predstavlja i osnovnu oblikovno stilsku figuru kojom se gradi prepornatljiv karakter objekta tradicionalnog graditeljstva; spoljni zid, izrazito malih otvora, čije je oblikovanje delimično uslovljeno konstruktivnim sklopom, a delimično uticajem svakodnevnice na formiranje životnog prostora, što podrazumeva određeni nivo introvertnosti i očuvanje privatnosti u unutrašnjosti kuće; masivan postament, koji se čita i kao snažan konstruktivni noseći element, ali i kao baza koja tehnički snabdeva kuću i obezbeđuje nesmetan život u njoj. Koncept ovog rada se oslanja na savremenu interpretaciju uočenih elemenata kroz identifikovano raslojavanje arhitektonskog sklopa, gde se pomenuta tri elementa mogu istovremeno koristiti i kao elementi oblikovanja, namene i konstrukcije.saradnik:

It starts with a discussion on Regionalization and the wider definition of Region, explaining also the concept of City as a region. Then, the overview of the XXI century challenges related to Urban and Regional sustainability is systemized, followed by scholarly critical positions on reinventing Urban and Regional Planning for Global Sustainable Development achievement. It is emphasised that achieving integration in Urban and Regional Planning is essential for achieving sustainability, therefore conceptual shifts in the fields are necessary. In the end, the main contemporary concepts of urban and regional development were presented.Поглавље дефинише урбано и регионално планирање и објашњава њихову улогу у постизању територијалне одрживости. Почиње дискусијом о регионализацији и широј дефиницији региона, објашњавајући и концепт града као региона. Затим се систематизује преглед изазова КСКСИ века у вези са урбаном и регионалном одрживошћу, а затим следе научни критичке позиције о поновном проналажењу достигнућа урбаног и регионалног планирања за глобални одрживи развој. Истиче се да је постизање интеграције у урбанистичком и регионалном планирању од суштинског значаја за постизање одрживости, те су стога неопходни концептуални помаци у областима. Augmented Experience [41. salon arhitekture, 2019]
Get PDFRadionica Augmented Experience održana je u okviru godišnjeg dvonedeljnog skupa Evropske asicijacije studenata arhitekture EASA 2018, u periodu od 21.07. do 04.08. u Rijeci (Hrvatska). Radionica, pod mentorstvom arh. Hristine Stojanović i arh. Nikole Milanovića (URED studio) brojala je 10 polaznika iz različitih zemalja Evrope.
Osnovna ideja radionice jeste ispitivanje metodologije kombinovanja analognih (ručnih) tehnika crtanja i digitalne prezentacije u procesu transkripcije prostora. Korišćenjem virtuelnih naočara (VR headsets) cilj radionice bio je da svim polaznicima, kao i stanovnicima grada Rijeke, ponudi novu augmentovanu perspektivu različitih gradskih prostora
