Efisiensi Pengiriman Produk ke Warehouse melalui Identifikasi Faktor Keterlambatan Produksi pada PT. Miss Clean Indonesia
This study analyzes the factors causing delays in product delivery from PT. Miss Clean Indonesia to four main warehouses, which resulted in stock shortages and reduced customer satisfaction. Delivery delays reached 35% in June 2025. The research aims to identify the root causes of these delays and propose improvement strategies using the Fishbone Diagram and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The Fishbone analysis shows that the primary cause is the misalignment between production scheduling and delivery schedules, while additional issues include limited daily production capacity, machine downtime, and weak coordination between divisions. The FMEA results confirm this finding, with the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) of 315 assigned to production scheduling failures. To address these problems, a Master Production Schedule (MPS) was developed to synchronize production with warehouse demand. Formulasi Strategi Bisnis Model Kemitraan Mobile Selling pada UMKM: Pendekatan Matriks Internal-External (Studi: PT Tumbuh Bersama Soyanara)
This study analyzes the development strategy of PT Tumbuh Bersama Soyanara, a fresh soy milk distributor operating through a mobile partnership model, using SWOT analysis integrated with IFE-EFE-IE matrices. A qualitative single case study approach was employed, involving in-depth interviews with the CEO/Founder, three-day participatory observation of five partners’ operations, and internal document analysis. The findings reveal that the company is positioned in Cell V (Hold and Maintain) of the IE Matrix (IFE score 2.34; EFE score 2.43), indicating that internal weaknesses—manual recording systems, weak FIFO enforcement causing 8–12% waste, managerial response delays, and service quality inconsistencies—have not been adequately offset by institutional strengths. In response, a three-phase strategic framework is proposed: (1) operational excellence through digital transformation (months 0–6), (2) intensive market penetration via B2B partnerships and product portfolio optimization (months 6–12), and (3) customer intelligence leveraging habit-based personalization and payday-optimized bundling (months 12–24). Digital infrastructure functions as a governance mechanism that reduces information asymmetry and agency costs, thereby transforming operational weaknesses into sustainable competitive advantages.
Evaluasi Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah pada Salah Satu Rumah Sakit di Wilayah Kota Surabaya
Hospital wastewater has different characteristics from industrial wastewater and other wastewater. This hospital utilizes a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) that operates through chemical, physical, and biological processes. This study aimed to evaluate the performance of the WWTP installed at a hospital in Surabaya. The study used both quantitative and qualitative approaches to analyze the hospital’s treatment system. The evaluation included data on clean water usage and waste effluent, as well as data on wastewater parameters. The WWTP units installed at this hospital include a chemical processing tank, grease trap, aerobic biofilter tank, anaerobic biofilter tank, sedimentation tank, and sump pit. Laboratory testing data over the past few months indicates that the WWTP is not performing optimally
Minimasi Defect pada Proses Loading-Unloading Galon Menggunakan Pendekatan Lean Manufacturing dan Value Stream Mapping
Logistics processes, particularly in the loading and unloading area, pose a critical challenge for the Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) industry, as they have the potential to reduce profitability due to waste. This study aims to eliminate non-productive activities in the distribution line of PT XYZ using a Lean Manufacturing approach. By integrating Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to map process flows and the Waste Assessment Model (WAM) to weight operational issues, this study examines the company’s operational problems. The identification results indicate that defect is the most dominant form of waste, contributing 24.37% of the total waste variability, which significantly hampers distribution flow. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) highlights employee discipline and operational work instructions as the primary factors causing these defects. As a mitigation strategy, this study formulates improvement recommendations based on restructuring work instructions and strengthening employee discipline standards to reduce defect rates and accelerate service lead time.
Analisis Perbandingan Estimasi Cadangan Hidrokarbon Berdasarkan Simulasi Reservoir CMG dan Decline Curve Analysis
Hydrocarbon reserve estimation is a fundamental aspect in oil and gas field development planning and project economic evaluation. This study compares two reserve estimation approaches: reservoir simulation using Computer Modelling Group (CMG) and Decline Curve Analysis (DCA) with Microsoft Excel. CMG simulation uses IMEX module to model conventional reservoir with Original Oil in Place (OOIP) of 1.9735 × 10⁷ STB. DCA method analyzes three production decline models with initial production rate parameter of 1,065 BOPD and decline rate of 50% per year. Results show different 36-month cumulative production predictions: Exponential decline yields 172 MBO, Hyperbolic decline 212 MBO, and Harmonic decline 241 MBO with difference reaching 40%. Hyperbolic decline method provides optimal balance for heterogeneous reservoir characteristics. Combination of both approaches provides strong cross-validation for more accurate reserve estimation in supporting field development decision making.

UD Tiga Berlian is a company engaged in the food industry.Based on sales data, the Decomposition method is the best forecasting method because it has the lowest MAPE, MAD and MSD values. Therefore, researchers can conclude that sales for the last 12 months, namely January to December 2025, were 12723, 10006, 11703, 10708, 13219, 12723, 10006, 11703,10708, 13219, 12723,10006 kg. The final process to obtain raw material requirement data is to create an MRP report using the EOQ technique. In 2025, namely in brown sugar material, a total of 48,583 kg is needed, sago flour requires 53,823 kg, wheat flour requires 27,049 kg, salt 693 kg, shrimp 2,786 kg, fish 6,819 kg. Penerapan VSM dan WAM dalam Meningkatkan Efisiensi Operasional Produksi di CV Tahu Bandung NN
The objective of this research was to identify the most dominant waste, calculate the average cycle time per unit at each work station, and provide suggestions for improving the production process. The approach used was Lean Manufacturing with the tools of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Waste Assessment Model (WAM). VSM was used to map the process flow and identify non-value-added activities, while WAM was used to assess the dominance of waste using the Waste Relationship Matrix (WRM) and Waste Assessment Questionnaire (WAQ). The analysis results showed that defects were the most significant waste, contributing 14.57%. The main causes were inconsistencies in boiling temperatures and printing errors. In addition, imbalances in cycle times between work stations were found. Proposed improvements focused on the Future State VSM, in the form of process standardization, temperature control, and rearrangement of work areas. Excel Solver dengan Evolutionary Algorithm sebagai alternatif penyelesaian Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP)
The Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) is one of the most popular variants of VRP. In CVRP, only the mass of objects to be transported is considered, typically assuming they are of the same type. Evolutionary Algorithm (EA) is a metaheuristic that can be applied to various optimization problems, including CVRP. Solver is an Excel Add-In that is capable of running EA. With the ability of Evolutionary Algorithm to tackle CVRP and the Solver which is capable of running EA, it can be concluded that solving CVRP can be done using the Solver. For instance A-n32-k5, the solution generated by Solver with EA is 824 or 5.1% longer than the Best Known Solution
Evaluasi Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah (IPAL) Domestik dengan Perhitungan Beban Pencemar di Industri Manufaktur PT. X
The increase in domestic activities within industrial operations can lead to higher wastewater generation, which may degrade aquatic environmental quality if not managed properly. Evaluating the performance of domestic Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs) is therefore essential to ensure treatment effectiveness and compliance with applicable effluent standards. This study aims to assess the performance of a domestic WWTP based on effluent quality and pollutant load calculations. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach, with wastewater samples collected at the WWTP outlet using the grab sampling method. The analyzed parameters included pH, biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), chemical oxygen demand (COD), total suspended solids (TSS), oil and grease, ammonia, total coliform, and temperature. The results indicate that all effluent parameters met the domestic wastewater quality standards stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia Number 68 of 2016
Asuhan akupunktur kasus hemorrhoid di Praktek Mandiri dr. Tjhia Bandung
Hemorrhoid merupakan kondisi patologis pada anorektal yang sering terjadi dan meskipun tergolong jinak tetapi memiliki dampak sosial yang tinggi sehingga perlu mendapat perhatian baik dari perspektif diagnostik maupun terapeutik. Hemorrhoid ditandai dengan hiperplasia vaskular dan respon mediator inflamasi (Ramnayan et al., 2025). Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manfaat asuhan akupunktur hemorrhoid di Praktik Mandiri dr. Tjhia Bandung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Studi kasus dipilih pada penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengeksplorasi suatu masalah/fenomena dengan batasan terperinci, pengambilan data dapat lebih mendalam dan menyertakan berbagai sumber informasi. Hasil dengan berubahnya data pada sesi terapi ke-1 dengan sesi terapi ke-2, sampai sesi terapi ke-10 yang terakhir, menghasilkan perubahan membaik, maka rumusan diagnosis akupunktur yang diterapkan tetap mengikuti sindrom sesuai kondisi saat itu dan juga tidak langsung diubah sindromnya walaupun ada perubahan pada pemeriksaan. Simpulan asuhan akupunktur memberikan perbaikan pada kasus hemorrhoid di praktek mandiri dr. Tjhia Bandung
