Analisis Waktu Standar untuk Menentukan Jumlah Tenaga Kerja dalam Memenuhi Permintaan Produksi Kerupuk Puli di UD. XYZ
UD. XYZ in Sidoarjo encountered difficulties in meeting market demand due to an uneven imbalance of workers production stations, leading to process delays and reduced efficiency. This research aims to establish the standard time and determine the optimal workforce allocation to enhance the cracker (kerupuk puli) production process. Stopwatch time study and workload analysis were used to assess data collected through direct observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed a total standard time of 1464.55 seconds or approximately 24.41 minutes to produce one 5 kg package of crackers. Based on the analysis, workforce adjustments were required: mixing and grinding increased from 1 to 2 workers, boiling decreased from 3 to 2, cooling and cutting each remained at 1, while drying and packaging were reduced from 4 to 2 workers. These changes are expected to improve efficiency and ensure production targets are consistently met
Penerapan Metode EOQ, POQ dan Analisis ABC dalam pengendalian persediaan bahan baku Coffee Shop
This study aims to analyze inventory control for raw materials at Lini Kopi Surabaya by applying the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Period Order Quantity (POQ), and ABC Analysis methods. The study uses historical purchasing and usage data from May 2024 to April 2025. The research process includes data collection, material classification using ABC analysis, and calculation of economic order quantities, safety stock, reorder points, order frequency, and total inventory costs using EOQ and POQ methods. Results show that several materials fall into Category A and require stricter control. EOQ and POQ methods provide more efficient inventory costs compared to the company's current method. This study recommends the best method to reduce stockout risks and improve overall cost efficiency
Penerapan Metode Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) dan Total Closeness Rating (TCR) untuk Evaluasi Tata Letak Fasilitas di PT Lembur Hejo
Facility layout efficiency is pivotal for the operational performance of PT Lembur Hejo’s hydroponic agribusiness. This study evaluates the effectiveness of the existing layout to identify workflow inefficiencies using a descriptive quantitative approach. Utilizing the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Total Closeness Rating (TCR), functional relationships were mapped and prioritized. The results stratified facilities into three clusters: core production (TCR 176) as the highest priority, followed by employee support (TCR 80), and administrative facilities. While the analysis validated the efficiency of the production zone, it revealed a significant spatial dissonance regarding support facilities (office, dormitory, restrooms), which are currently misaligned with their functional priorities. Conclusively, this study demonstrates the efficacy of ARC/TCR in detecting latent inefficiencies beyond the core production area
Pengembangan Alat Pencetak Arang Briket dengan Pendekatan Antropometri dan Analisis Kelayakan Investasi untuk Efisiensi Produksi Briket
Research on charcoal briquette MSMEs in Gedangan District, Sidoarjo Regency, still faces production efficiency issues due to approximately 30% of raw materials being wasted, limited molding capacity, less uniform briquette results, and less ergonomic and safe tool design. This study aims to develop a charcoal briquette molding tool based on an anthropometric approach and investment feasibility analysis. The anthropometric approach is used to improve operator comfort, safety, and work efficiency, while the investment analysis assesses the economic feasibility of the tool. The development results are expected to increase productivity, reduce waste, reduce production costs, and increase the competitiveness of MSMEs through the application of appropriate biomass-based technology
Analisis Beban Kerja dan Efesiensi Waktu Kerja pada Proses Produksi Tahu (Studi Kasus: Ud. Asal Lancar)
This study analyzes physical workload and work-time efficiency in the tofu production process at UD Asal Lancar, where operations are still performed manually. A total of 12 production workers were included as research samples. Physical workload was measured using the Cardiovascular Load (CVL) method, work-time efficiency was evaluated through the Work Sampling method, and the optimal number of workers was determined using Work Load Analysis (WLA). The results show that the highest workload occurred in Worker 7, who recorded a CVL value of 53%, categorized as a heavy workload, while other workers fell into light to moderate categories. Work-time efficiency was found to be 84%, lower than the standard due to reduced effective working time caused by unproductive activities. The study recommends task redistribution, implementation of regular micro-breaks, and additional manpower in certain stages to balance workloads and improve work efficiency
A Continuity of Care In Post–Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (Cabg) Patients: A Literature Review
Latar belakang: Penyakit kardiovaskular, terutama morbiditas dan mortalitas global. Operasi Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG) dilakukan untuk memulihkan aliran darah miokardium dan fungsi jantung, namun pasien pasca-CABG akan menghadapi keterbatasan mobilitas, kelelahan, nyeri, dan masalah psikososial, sehingga memerlukan Continuity of Care (CoC) setelah pulang dari Rumah Sakit. Tujuan: Memetakan penerapan CoC pasca-CABG, menilai dampaknya terhadap hasil kesehatan dan praktik keperawatan, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitasnya. Metode: Literature review mengikuti pedoman PRISMA 2020. Pencarian literatur di PubMed, ScienceDirect, ProQuest, dan Google Scholar (2015–2025) menghasilkan 6.429 artikel, dari mana 7 artikel penelitian asli disertakan. Data diekstraksi mencakup karakteristik studi, bentuk intervensi CoC, dan hasil utama. Analisis tematik digunakan, sementara kualitas studi dinilai dengan Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Tools. Hasil: Tiga tema utama muncul: 1) Ragam bentuk implementasi CoC (rujukan otomatis, rehabilitasi rawat jalan, tele-rehabilitasi, discharge planning, yoga-based), 2) Dampak terhadap pemulihan klinis, kualitas hidup, dan kemandirian pasien, serta 3) Faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitas (usia, komorbiditas, kesiapan fisik, dukungan keluarga, akses teknologi). Kesimpulan: CoC pasca-CABG efektif mendukung pemulihan klinis, kualitas hidup, dan kemandirian pasien melalui pendekatan multidisiplin, edukasi, dukungan sosial, dan pemanfaatan teknologi
Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan dengan Kepatuhan Menjalankan Diet Pada Penderita Diabetes Melitus Di Puskesmas Pajang
Diabetes Melitus adalah penyakit metabolisme kronis yang ditandai oleh tingginya kadar gula darah dan gangguan metabolisme karbohidrat, lemak, serta protein akibat masalah fungsi insulin. Asupan makanan memiliki hubungan sangat erat dengan diabetes melitus. diabetes ditandai dengan meningkatnya kadar glukosa darah dengan hasil ≥ 200 mg/dl. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan diet pada penderita diabetes melitus di Puskesmas Pajang. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif korelatif dan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 51 responden penderita diabetes melitus di Puskesmas Pajang, peneliti menggukan tekhnik sampling Simple Random Sampling dalam pengambilan data dengan menggunkan kuesioner. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisa univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan diet pada penderita diabetes melitus di puskesmas pajanh dengan p-value=0,001. Dengan diadakan penelitian ini dapat menjadi panduan perawat, pasien dan rumah sakit serta dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan pada pasien.

Digital Transformation in Archival Management: A Case Study of the PQX Study Program
The PQX Study Program is part of a State University in Indonesia, faces significant challenges in managing academic and administrative archives. Based on internal data until October, 2025, more than 6000 physical records are still managed manually or stored through online media such as Google Drive, without an integrated archiving system or adequate security mechanisms. This condition has resulted in delays in data retrieval, limited storage capacity, and increased operational costs due to the maintenance of physical archives. To address these issues, this study applies a software engineering approach using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model to design a web-based archival information system prototype. The purpose of this research is to develop an integrated archival information system within the PQX Study Program. The research stages include user needs analysis, system design using a user-centered design approach, and prototype implementation. Data were collected through observation, and analysis of internal archival documents. The resulting digital archiving system design is expected to enhance document access efficiency, strengthen data security, and support the digital transformation of academic administration within the PQX Study Program
Simulasi Sistem Antrian Inbound Outbound Truk Kontainer untuk Meminimasi Waktu Pelayanan
The increasing activity of container handling in depots requires improvements in service efficiency, particularly in inbound and outbound processes that often experience long truck queues. PT Seacon Bintang Sejahtera Surabaya faces delays that exceed its Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of 35 minutes. This study aims to analyze the performance of the queueing system and propose improvements to minimize service time using Arena simulation software. Primary data were obtained through direct observation, including truck arrival times, service start times, and service durations. The simulation model was validated to match real operational conditions, followed by testing several improvement scenarios such as additional servers and optimized service flow. The simulation results indicate that the proposed scenarios significantly reduce waiting times compared to the existing system, providing a basis for improving operational performance in container depot service
Relayout Gudang Kayu Menggunakan Metode Shared Storage Location Untuk Mengurangi Jarak Perpindahan Material
PT ABC is a company operating in the manufacturing sector, specifically in the production of semi-finished processed wood, implementing a make-to-order production system. Currently, the company faces several challenges in warehouse management, where the storage area for finished goods is still mixed with raw materials and production areas. This situation is further exacerbated by the stacking arrangement of materials not meeting standards, resulting in inefficient use of space and difficulties in the retrieval process. This study aims to redesign the layout of PT ABC's warehouse using the Shared Storage Location method. This method is designed to allocate storage space flexibly to more effectively separate raw material and finished goods storage areas. The main focus of this design is to optimize storage capacity and minimize material handling distances.With the implementation of the new layout, it is expected that the company can reduce operational time
