Analisis Efisiensi Rantai Pasok Menggunakan Metode SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) di CV Kopi Biji Palembang
This study aims to analyze the supply chain efficiency of CV Kopi Biji Palembang using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model. The research is motivated by the challenges faced by local coffee companies in managing inventory, distribution, and resource utilization effectively. This is a quantitative descriptive study, with data collected through field observation, Likert-scale questionnaires, interviews, and literature review. The analysis focuses on the five core SCOR processes: Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Return, supported by the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine performance weighting. The findings indicate that the main weaknesses lie in distribution and inventory management, while production planning is relatively efficient. Recommendations include optimizing distribution flow, implementing data-driven inventory control, and strengthening supplier collaboration to enhance overall supply chain efficiency
Desain dan Implementasi Model Strategi Pemasaran Berdasarkan Boston Matrix (Studi Kasus: Home Industry Flora Store Lamongan)
This study aims to analyse the sales performance of two e-commerce platforms, Shopee and TikTok Shop, using sales data from Flora Store, a home-based perfume business located in Lamongan, East Java. In the face of increasingly fierce competition between digital markets, businesses such as Flora Store are utilising online platforms to reach a wider consumer base and increase sales. Sales data from April 2024 to March 2025 were analysed using Tableau software. The results of the analysis show that Shopee occupies the cash cow position due to its stable and dominant sales performance, while TikTok Shop is in the question mark position, as it has high growth rates but unstable sales. This study provides a strategic overview of the use of digital platforms in developing home industries and suggests the need for a more aggressive content marketing approach
Optimasi Pendinginan Mold terhadap Fenomena Solidifikasi dan Filling pada Pengecoran Aluminium AA356
The casting of aluminum alloy AA356 plays a strategic role in the manufacturing industry due to its lightweight, high strength, and corrosion resistance; however, the quality of the casting is highly influenced by the mold cooling mechanism, which governs the phenomena of solidification and filling. This study aims to analyze the effect of mold cooling variations on solidification time, molten metal flow patterns, and the tendency of casting defects, in order to determine the optimal cooling configuration that enhances product quality. The research employed a quantitative approach based on numerical simulation using casting analysis software, combined with a Taguchi experimental design to evaluate mold temperature, coolant flow rate, and cooling channel distance. The simulation results were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) to identify the most significant parameters, followed by a confirmation test under the optimal conditions. The findings indicate that cooling variations significantly affect filling time, temperature distribution, and porosity levels, with certain cooling configurations capable of reducing solidification defects by more than 20% compared to the standard condition
Analisis Sistem Pengelolaan Air Asam Tambang Berbasis Fitoremediasi Tanaman Lokal dalam Green Supply Chain Management
Acid Mine Drainage (AMD) is one of the most serious environmental impacts of mining activities, especially coal mining. It is characterized by low pH and high concentrations of heavy metals such as Fe, Mn, and Cr. This study aims to analyze a phytoremediation-based AMD management system using local plants. The research methods include a literature review and system modeling using the IDEF0 approach to illustrate the AMD management flow. A SWOT analysis was also conducted. The results show that phytoremediation can reduce heavy metal content by more than 90% and raise the pH of the acidic water from below 4 to near neutral (pH 6–7) within a certain period. From an industrial engineering perspective, this system is efficient because it utilizes local resources, reduces operational costs compared to chemical methods, and supports Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) based on circular economy principles. The integration of phytoremediation into the mining green supply chain provides added value in terms of environmental sustainability, regulatory compliance, and corporate image enhancement
Assessment of Mental Workload among Consumer Packaging Operators in Palm Oil Mills using NASA-TLX
The palm oil industry plays a vital role in the national economy through palm oil mills (POMs) that process fresh fruit bunches into crude palm oil and packaged products. The Consumer Packaging (CPC) department ensures product quality, yet its tasks requiring high accuracy, speed, and consistency may cause mental workload. This study assesses and analyzes the mental workload of Consumer Packaging (CPC) operators in a palm oil mill using the NASA-TLX method, involving eight respondents from the forklift, Samarpan machine, packing, and stuffing units. The results indicate an average NASA-TLX score of 82% (very high category), with effort identified as the dominant dimension (26%). Simulation of additional workers reduced workload to 59.6%. These findings highlight the importance of task redistribution, workplace improvements, and temporary contract workers to maintain productivity and operational sustainability
Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Berbasis Web untuk Mengevaluasi Indeks Keandalan Loss of Load Probability (LOLP) Pembangkit Listrik
Electrical energy is a vital need that continues to increase every year, thus the reliability of its supply needs to be monitored so that electricity distribution is in accordance with the established standards. The calculation of the reliability of power plants in supplying electricity is called the reliability index. This study aims to evaluate the reliability index of power plants using a web-based information system designed and built by the author. The evaluation of the reliability index was carried out using the LOLP (Loss of Load Probability) method based on the PLN 2016-2025 RUPTL standard. The accuracy of the information system performance was assessed using the MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) method by comparing the results of the information system calculations to three reference studies. The calculation results showed a MAPE value of the information system of 2.4233%, which is classified as "Excellent" in the MAPE results classification.
Usulan Perbaikan Waktu Kerja untuk Peningkatan Kapasitas Produksi pada Perusahaan Pakan Ternak
Manufacturer of cattle and goat feed, faces challenges in meeting increasing market demand. To increase production capacity, the company can implement several industrial engineering-based strategies. First, time and motion analysis can be conducted to identify and reduce non-productive activities, thereby improving work efficiency. Second, production line balancing is important to ensure equitable workload distribution, reduce waiting time between processes, and maximize output. Third, the implementation of lean manufacturing can help eliminate waste in the production process, such as overproduction and excessive waiting time. In addition, the use of automation technology in the feed processing process can accelerate production and reduce human error. The implementation of these proposed improvements is expected to significantly increase the production capacity
Peran Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Regresi Linear Berganda pada Perusahaan Bedak Obat Tradisional di Surabaya)
This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance at a traditional medicinal powder company in Surabaya. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method with a Likert-scale questionnaire. The sample was determined using Slovin’s formula, involving 71 randomly selected respondents. Data were analyzed through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation also shows a positive and significant effect, and it is identified as the most dominant factor in improving performance. Simultaneously, organizational culture and work motivation contribute 75.9% to variations in employee performance, while the remaining 24.1% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. This study emphasizes the importance of strengthening organizational culture and enhancing work motivation to sustain employee performance in the traditional cosmetics industry
Penerapan Metode Failure Mode And Effect Analysis (FMEA) dalam Evaluasi Produk Retur Galon di PT. XYZ: Fokus pada Supplier dan Bagian Yang Paling Rentan
PT. XYZ is a leading bottled water company that has been operating for a long time. The distribution and recycling process of drinking water gallons is a crucial factor for the sustainability of the production process, requiring strict quality control to ensure that the produced products meet standards and consumer needs. The Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method is used to analyze the potential damage to returned (retur) gallons from various suppliers. From the analysis of 500 returned gallon samples, it was found that supplier F contributed the most damage, with the most dominant type of damage being cracks at the bottom of the gallon, which can cause leaks and a decrease in quality during the distribution process. The damage is prioritized for repair due to its high frequency and impact on the company's operations. The FMEA analysis shows that the main factors causing the damage originate from the suboptimal quality of raw materials, the production process by the supplier, and the handling methods during distribution
Rekomendasi Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan di Terminal XYZ dengan Menggunakan Metode Servqual dan PGCV
Terminal XYZ is a terminal located in Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan. Based on historical data from the Kubu Raya Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), there has been a decline in the number of passengers from 2022 to 2024, particularly on intercity routes within the province (AKDP). In addition, there have been several complaints regarding poorly maintained facilities, such as the condition of the toilets, lighting, waiting area, and others. This study aims to assess passenger satisfaction with the services at Terminal XYZ and to provide recommendations for improving service quality using the Service Quality (SERVQUAL) and Potential Gain Customer Value (PGCV) methods. The results of the study indicate that out of 21 attributes, there are three attributes with the highest potential for increasing satisfaction: clean and odor-free toilets with a PGCV value of 8.705, adequate lighting conditions with a PGCV value of 7.803, and the availability of official, safe, and reliable partner taxi services with a PGCV value of 7.188
