The aim of the study was to study the main etiological factors of hypoglycemia in newborn piglets, to establish criteria for a comprehensive diagnosis of the disease, as well as to develop an optimal treatment regimen. The materials obtained in the course of the study are of great importance for the clinical assessment of piglets\u27 health. On the other hand, it expands knowledge in understanding this pathology and allows for effective therapeutic and preventive work in industrial pig breeding complexes. In the studied group of animals, a significant decrease in blood glucose was recorded to 3.49±0.03 mmol/l on the second day of life and to 2.75±0.03 on the 4th day, when the piglets were in a coma. The indicators of erythrocytes, hemoglobin and iron, which were also reduced by 35%, 57.9% and 57.1%, respectively, indicate that the young have signs of alimentary anemia. As a therapeutic technique, it is effective to use a 15% glucose solution and plant piglets under healthy sows. Due to this, on the 10th day, the blood glucose level of piglets rose to 5.25± 0.04 mmol/l. Of the 90 sick piglets on the farm, 78 recovered, the percentage of young animals was 84.6%. The greatest effect is observed with the intraperitoneal method of administration of a 15% solution in a dose of 5-10 ml, which increases the percentage of recovery to 92%. For the highest results, it is recommended to use ferran preparations in a dose of 2 ml and nitamine 0.4 ml per 10 kg of weight as additional therapy, as well as warming piglets with infrared lamps

It has been a century since the expedition led by Russian scholar P.K. Kozlov first investigated the large tombs of the Xiongnu aristocratic at the Noyon Uul monument in Mongolia. Throughout this period, excavations have not been conducted at three of the fourteen sites associated with the large tombs of the Xiongnu aristocratic, namely at Bor Bulgiin am, Hyalgant, and Ovoono Khar, while comprehensive archaeological investigations have been carried out at the other eleven. Currently, archeological excavation and research on a total of 29 large tombs of the aristocratic have been conducted in Mongolia, ZaBaikal, and Tuva. Additionally, ongoing research activities are being conducted at three sites: Duurlig Nars, Gol Mod-II, and Yamaan Us. This article includes the use of items from the excavated tombs of the Xiongnu aristocratic up to the present, encompassing artifacts that illustrate the manufacturing dates derived from the tombs, bronze mirrors, and engraved silk, which help determine related time periods based on comparative studies, and results of radiocarbon dating of samples that establish the chronological context for the tombs. Based on these findings, the article discusses the time period and conditions in which the large square-shaped tombs characteristic of the Xiongnu nobility were established. Based on this foundation, the article discusses the time period and conditions in which the large square-shaped tombs characteristic of the Xiongnu elite were established. Additionally, based on the artifacts from the newly investigated Chikhertiin Zoo memorial site, this research addresses the issues of transformation and change in the large tombs associated with the Xiongnu’s upper echelons. It examines how the tombs evolved from circular to square shapes, and suggests that, based on the accumulated artifacts, it is possible to divide their development into three stages. Get PDF
In recent years, air pollution caused by coal combustion in Ulaanbaatar city is becoming a priority health concern for the city residents and many researchers are investigating its ingredient and impact on people\u27s health. This study aims to map Carbon Monoxide (CO) dispersion from remote sensing data during the winter season and evaluate it with the Land Use Regression (LUR) model result and fixed station measurements. Fixed station data from the National Agency for Meteorological and Environmental Monitoring (NAMEM) were utilized as a reference point for remote sensing data, a dependent variable for LUR model. Sentinel 5P TROPOMI CO data was correlated moderately-positive with fixed station measurements (R=0.56). And LUR model performance was relatively higher compared to Sentinel data or its determination coefficient R2=0.71, Adjusted R2=0.53, Root Mean Square Error (RMSE)=0.84 mg/m3 and Mean Absolute Error (MAE)=0.7 mg/m3. These statistical evaluation coefficients are relatively lower than other similar studies, and authors have adduced it to a lack of reference data and satellite data spatial resolution. Finally, these two result maps were compared, which have shown lower correlation-positive or R=0.44. Even though these two map results are not exactly the same, Pearson’s correlation coefficient shows that both image results move in the same direction or they are moderately showing the same results

Our aim was to identify nucleotide polymorphisms, assess their distribution in haplotype diversity, and construct a phylogenetic tree by analyzing mtDNA markers of the Mongolian Tree Pipits(Anthus trivialis). We conducted this study using partial gene sequencesof mitochondrial marker genes, such as COI, Cyt-b, D-loop, andND2,to determine the genetic diversity of Mongolian Tree Pipits. We successfully amplified 2307 bp of the mitochondrial DNA fragments, including 469bp of COI, 435bp of Cyt-b, 554bp of D-loop and 846bp of ND2 from total 27 individuals of Mongolian (21) and Hungarian (6) populations of Anthus trivialis. The Hd value wasthe highest for ND2 (0.96) as compared with the other gene fragments in all populations, whileit was 0.94 in the Mongolian population. Moreover, the nucleotide diversity (Pi) ranged from 0.00234 to 0.004 in all population, it was observed that the Pi was between 0.00183 and 0.00376 in the Mongolian population. The phylogenetic tree based on combined mtDNA sequences revealed two mean clades. The probability value of the node supporting the posterior between these clades is 0.65,which suggests an indicative support in relationship between the two clades. Furthermore, phylogenetic analysis showed that Mongolian Tree Pipits do share common genetic characteristics with other populations and do not form distinct clusters. A unified approach to the construction of higher-order derivative-free iterative methods for solving systems of nonlinear equations

    Get PDF
In this article, we introduce a unified approach to constructing a higher-order derivative-free scheme based on the approximations of F\u27(zk)-1. A family of order  p=6,7 derivative-free method is proposed and compared to some well-known methods. The necessary and sufficient condition for p-th order of convergence are given in terms of parameter matrices τ(k) and α(k) . Some good choices of  and  are offered. Numerical experiments were carried out to confirm the theoretical results

Current status of the Food Security system in Mongolia new policies, and expected outcomes

    Get PDF
The national food security system in our country is not established well and continues to remain weak. Failures within the system have caused malfunctions and distortions in government policy implementation, leading to unexpected policy shifts. These faults are the main causes of time loss, inter-agency misunderstandings, lack of coordination, information flow deficiencies, and a shortage of skilled human resources. These issues can have a negative impact on food security in Mongolia, resulting in the shortfall of government policy implementation. Coordination of food security activities among government organizations in Mongolia has been unsatisfactory due to the weak system. Government services have not adequately reached organizations at the middle and primary levels in the Mongolian rural provinces. This research paper aims to evaluate the national food security situation based on policies in Mongolia\u27s food sector over the past decade, their implementation, encountered problems, and involved stakeholders. The research findings show that our country\u27s food security system is not well-established, leading to compromised food security, highlighting the urgent need for developing necessary legal and policy documents to effectively implement state food security policy

    Get PDF
In this work we investigated, through discriminant analysis, the spatial variability and pollution sources of potential toxic elements in Ulaanbaatar surface soil. The total concentration of potential toxic elements in urban surface soil samples, collected depending on pollution sources, were determined by using a rational scheme of chemical analysis of urban soils for ecological monitoring. It was found that the average concentration of B, Cr, Pb, Sn, Zn, Cu, Bi, Ag and Sb were all higher than their background values, while average concentration of Li, Ni, Co, V and Cd were comparatively lower. Urban surface soil samples had varying concentration levels of Ag, B, Bi, Cd, Cr, Cu, F, Ge, Mo, Pb, Sb, Sn and Tl, and identical levels of concentration of As, Co, Ni, Zn, Li, V and Mn. As per the results of the Kruskal–Wallis rank test, the surface soil in the ger (traditional round felt dwelling) area (A) and the main road (B) is highly polluted with Pb, Cu, Zn, Cr, MO, Sn, Bi, Ag and Sb. A stepwise selection of the spatial discriminant analysis shows that, Cr, Cu, Ge, Mo, Pb, Sb, Tl and V are most significant variables. These selected variables clearly discriminates the soil groups of the ger area (A) such as Khailaast, Chingeltei and Bayanzurkh, the main road (B) namely, along the central transport routes and in the vicinity of the bus stations and around the power plant and industrial area (C) with 71 per cent total success rate of classification

Inner-Mongolian Autonomous Region of the People’s Republic of China (Inner-Mongolia) has established an industrial structure focused on the heavy industry by taking the advantage of having vast natural resource reserves located within the region. This has become a vital base to the country for the development of energy, coal and chemicals, ferrous metals, equipment and green agriculture productions. However, Inner-Mongolia has been facing inevitable challenges of embarking on industrial reforms and developing its competitive advantages largely because of the weakened primary industrial factors and the reinforced green development requirements. First part of this paper, by taking the theory of industrial factor, briefly explains how to create a competitive advantage within the industry sector, while the second part refers the current conditions of the Inner-Mongolian industrial development, the challenges encountered, and the ways being used to resolve such challenges. Finally, the paper outlines some issues for the industrial development of Mongolia.
