Solar Geometry Factor in the Traditional Banjar “Bubungan Tinggi” House
The Banjar tribe in South Kalimantan has a traditional Bubungan Tinggi house, which is intended for nobles. This house is made of wood, in the form of a stilt with one roof angled upwards. This paper examines the solar geometry factor on the high ridge house, which is found on the pointed roof having a small geometric factor, so that the solar energy absorbed on the taper roof is small. This proves the local wisdom of the community in getting thermal comfort in their homes
Pull-up Counter Device Using Arduino Uno for Fitness Purposes
A pull-up is a type of upper-body exercise that involves the use of both hands. It works by raising the body's head and shoulders and bending the elbows, and extending the shoulders. It can be performed anywhere and is a great way to tone and expand various muscle groups. This study aims to design a device that can count and track the number of pull-up exercises. Pull-Up Counter Device was developed using the Rapid Prototyping model. The product was evaluated by 30 respondents. The result shows that 83.33% of the users strongly agree that the device can display the correct pull-up record on the LCD, and 50% strongly agree that the device can detect pull-up position correctly
Flood Detection and Prevention System
Flood is the most damaging natural disaster that happens everywhere in the world. The government would spend billions of ringgits to tackle it by creating public info flood website. The website could only be accessed by the user with an internet connection. To tackle this the researcher, develop a Flood Detection and Prevention System to sends a flood SMS alert directly to the user without the use of an internet connection. FDAP hardware consists of one microcontroller to process input and output, three sensors to detect rain, water level, and temperatures, and One GSM module to send SMS to the user directly to their phone. Development of the system will use Rapid Prototyping that focused on creating multiple prototypes until a finished product is developed. The product then will be analyzed for its usage on flood detection and prevention of flooding. A fully functional system will be developed including an SMS feature and a Web Server. Test involved functionality and acceptance test which uses a simulation environment that is created using a physical model and replica of flood phenomenon. FDAP system developed will be useful to rural villages to detect flood earlier and prevent it from harming live or properties. The finding of this study is expected to gain informative data for future flood analysis and study
The Effectiveness of the Assessment of the Sedation Scale in Adult Critical Patiets with Ventilators: Literature Review
Critical patient is a condition that may have reversible dysfunction of one of the organs that threaten life and requires treatment in the Intensive Care Unit. WHO reports that deaths from critical illnesses increased by 1.1-7.4 million people and 9.8-24.6 critically ill patients admitted to the ICU. The patient will experience a decrease in physical and cognitive function so that the use of a ventilator is important to help the breathing apparatus, but if it is prolonged it will have a negative impact so that the use of sedation is also important to be given. Nurses need to determine the sedation scale in order to determine whether or not the use of sedation is effective in these patients. This study aims to know the effectiveness of the assessment of the sedation scale in adult critically ill patients who are on a ventilator. Literature review research design was employed. Journal criteria are filtered based on literature titles, abstracts and keywords or keywords that have been determined and sourced from PubMed, Biomed Central, DOAJ, Google and Google Scholar identified through the Population, Interventions, Comparison, Outcomes and Study Design (PICOS) system approach. The number of articles used is 10 journals. Based on the results of the literature that has been reviewed by researchers from 10 journals, it is stated that the effective sedation scale ranges are RASS 63.5%, RSS 3,6% and SAS 30.4%. Therefore, the use of RASS is more effective in assessing the patient's sedation status, because RASS has accuracy and clarity in distinguishing measuring sedation status from evaluating consciousness and assessing simple reactions

Abstract: In accordance with the ideals of the Indonesian people as referred to in Pancasila and the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia that health is a human right and one of the elements of welfare that the state must realize. The government as the holder of the highest power has the authority to achieve the highest possible health status for the community by carrying out comprehensive integrated health efforts. The results showed that Law Number 36 Year 2009 concerning Health has not fully provided legal protection for traditional health service business actors, namely traditional health workers and for traditional health service consumers, namely patients / clients. The hope is that the government should does special legislation regulating traditional health services specifically because traditional health services are currently increasingly diverse in treatment techniques and the more trusted by the Indonesian people.

Use and Perceptions of Electronic Cigarettes among Young Chinese Generation: Expanding the Theory of Planned Behaviour
The Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) is recognized as powerful predictive model to explain consumer purchase behaviour. However, there have been relatively few studies that determine the role of TPB’s constructs in e-cigarettes decision-making process. Moreover, the TPB ignores the impulsive motivation (i.e., hedonism) and unconscious motivation (i.e., habit) and perceived knowledge in the literature. This study adopted a quantitative method based on a survey with 293 young respondents using e-cigarettes. The proposed hypotheses were empirically tested with SPPS and AMOS. This study revealed that perceived knowledge positively influenced attitude, subjective norm (SN), and perceived behavioural control (PBC) respectively. The results showed a positive relationship between attitude, SN, PBC and intention, and intention positively influenced actual e-cigarettes use behaviour. The results also demonstrated how consumers’ hedonic motivation and habit influence intention. Lastly, the theoretical and practical implications and limitations were discussed
