The said questionnaire has undergone pilot testing α =.975 and .946, which confirms that the instrument can be utilized. Descriptive analyses were used to describe the effects of dance and its different forms on mental health. Independent T-Test Analysis, Mann-Whitney U, and Kruskal-Wallis H analyses were utilized to determine the difference between groups in the cognitive effect of the dance and its genre regarding gender and year level. After data were obtained from 83 students, the results showed that dance positively affects their mental health. On the other hand, there was no significant difference between groups regarding gender and year level regarding the mental effect of the dance and its genres. Results found that most BPeA students answered that dance has a good impact and benefits them, especially in their mental health. From the results obtained, this study suggests providing different seminars and exposures for the students to gain knowledge about the benefits of dance based on various dance forms to students' mental health. These findings provide new information to students and professionals interested in researching dance and mental health. Further investigation is also recommended to support this research study

The Covid-19 pandemic is an infectious disease that affects the performance of various sectors, one of which is the education sector. To deal with this, learning is made using the Study From Home method, namely an online learning system. This learning method has adaptations that are quite difficult to practice for adolescents, this is due to Study From Home having many obstacles in its implementation. This study uses a literature review study approach using sources based on predetermined criteria. The results of the journal, found the impact of Study From Home on adolescent mental health such as spending more time locking themselves in the room (psychosocial), adolescents who are stressed due to difficulty meeting their peers, changing lifestyle patterns of adolescents. So from these factors it can cause adolescents to experience a decrease in both interest in learning and achievement

Determination of Total Flavonoid Content of the n-Hexane Fraction of Gelinggang Leaf Extract by UV-Vis Spectrophotometric Method Abstract: Indonesia has abundant natural resources, which are used as traditional medicine for the community. Gelinggang leaf (Senna alata L) have antifungal activity based on secondary metabolites in the form of flavonoids, saponins, steroid tannins, and alkaloids which are expected to be other alternatives in antifungal treatment. The research objective is to analyze the total flavonoid content of the Gelinggang Leaf fraction using the UV-Vis spectrophotometry method. This study used qualitative analysis to identify flavonoid compounds and quantitative analysis to determine flavonoid levels using UV-Vis spectrophotometry. The absorbance value obtained is entered into the linear regression equation, namely y = bx + a from the comparison calibration curve and the results are expressed in units of mg/gram and percent. The results of the identification of the Shinoda color test on Gelinggang leaf extract were positive for moss-green flavonoids and the determination of the total flavonoid content of Gelinggang leaf was 2.563%. From this study, it can be concluded that the n-hexane fraction has a flavonoid content of 2.563%.
