    Correlation Between Post Natal Care and Premature Baby Health in the RSKD Ibu & Anak Siti Fatimah Makassar

    Premature babies are babies born alive before the 37th week of gestational age which is calculated from the first day of the last menstruation. Baby care in an incubator is a method of caring for infants by putting the baby in a device that serves to help create adequate ambient temperatures with normal temperatures. Providing optimal nutrition is important in the management of premature and very low weight babies. Prevention of infection is the most important part of every newborn component. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between post natal care and premature baby health at the Siti Fatimah Makassar Hospital. This study is a cross sectional study, the population in this study were all babies born at gestational age less than 37 weeks and who were temporarily undergoing treatment at Siti Fatimah Hospital Makassar. Sampling using purposive sampling, obtained 30 samples according to inclusion criteria. Data collection is done in a primary way with direct observation techniques. The collected data is then processed and analyzed using Microsoft Excel computer programs and statistical programs (SPSS) version 6.0. Data analysis includes univariate analysis by looking for frequency distribution, bivariate analysis with chi-square test (x <0.05), to determine the relationship between variables. The results of the bivariate analysis found a relationship between postnatal care with premature infant health (p = 0.033). So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between post natal care with premature baby health at the Siti Fatimah Makassar Hospital. Therefore, paramedics should make efforts to continuously improve health services and carry out care of premature babies properly and apply optimal care facilities. For further research, researchers can conduct studies on other treatments provided to premature babies

    Gejala Membuli dalam Kalangan Pelajar Sekolah

    Masalah displin dalam kalangan pelajar sering dikaitkan dengan aktiviti buli. Perbuatan buli ini boleh dikategorikan kepada dua iaitu buli secara fizikal dan buli secara mental. Jumlah peningkatan kes buli dalam kalangan pelajar ini adalah disebabkan juga oleh faktor kefahaman dan pengetahuan guru dan pelajar yang salah mengenai tingkah laku. Tujuan kajian ini dijalankan adalah untuk mengenalpasti serta menganalisis sejauh manakah kegiatan buli dalam kalangan pelajar di sekolah menengah berlaku di dalam kawasan sekolah yang melibatkan para pelajar sekolah menengah harian dan asrama. Objektif khusus kajian ini iaitu untuk mengenalpasti punca-punca pelajar melakukan aktiviti membuli, mengkaji peringkat umur pelajar yang lebih cenderung untuk membuli dan dibuli, dan mengenalpasti langkah-langkah yang boleh diambil untuk mencegah aktivitibuli dalam kalangan pelajar. Dalam kajian ini, terdapat dua metod yang digunakan iaitu melibatkan metod kualitatif untuk mendapatkan data dan maklumat untuk dianalisis. Metod kualitatif dilaksanakan dengan kaedah temubual semi struktur dan kaedah perpustakaan. Kesimpulanya, dapat dinyatakan bahawa terdapat banyak gejala buli dalam kalangan pelajar yang berkaitan dengan emosi dan fizikal. Ibu bapa dan guru seharusnya memainkan peranan dalam menangani emosi mereka untuk mengurangkan serta menghapuskan budaya buli dalam kalangan pelajar sama ada di sekolah harian ataupun asrama. Bullying Problems among School Students Abstract: Discipline among students is often associated with bullying. This act of bullying can be categorized into two that are physical bullying and mentally bullying. The increasing number of bullying cases among these students is also due to factors in teachers 'and students' misunderstandings and misconceptions about their behavior. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the extent to which bullying among high school students occurred within the school district involving daily high school and boarding students. The specific objectives of this study were to identify the causes of student bullying, to examine the age group of students who are more likely to be bullied and bullied, and to identify measures that can be taken to prevent bullying among students. In this study, there are two methods used that involve qualitative methods for data and information to be analyzed. Qualitative methods are implemented using semi-structured interviews and library methods. In conclusion, it can be said that there are many symptoms of bullying among students related to emotional and physical. Parents and teachers should play a role in addressing their emotions to reduce and eradicate bullying culture among students in the day-to-day or boarding school.     Implementasi Arsitektur Client-Server dan Model-View-Controller untuk Membangun Aplikasi Administrasi di SMK Averus Jakarta

    SMK Averus Jakarta yang terletak di Pondok Pinang, Jakarta Selatan merupakan salah satu institusi pendidikan yang belum menggunakan teknologi informasi karena data administrasinya sebagian dicatat dan diolah secara manual, walaupun sudah ada yang dicatat dan diolah menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Hal ini menyebabkan beberapa masalah seperti, banyak terjadi duplikasi data dan pembuatan laporan-laporan dari data-data administrasi cenderung lambat. Salah satu solusi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut yaitu pembuatan aplikasi administrasi sekolah menggunakan arsitektur Client Server dan Model View Controller (MVC). Arsitektur Client-Server membagi aplikasi dalam dua bagian yaitu server yang berhubungan dengan pengelolaan basis data dan client yang berhubungan dengan antarmuka user. Sedangkan arsitektur MVC dapat mempermudah pengembangan aplikasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan di masa depan dan dapat mengurangi jumlah source code. Setelah pembangunan aplikasi selesai, disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat mengurangi duplikasi data, memperbaiki organisasi data/dokumen, mempercepat pembuatan laporan yang diperlukan, dan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas pengembangan aplikasi. Averus Jakarta Vocational Administration Application Using Client-Server Architecture and Model-View-Controller Abstract: Averus Jakarta Vocational School, located in Pondok Pinang, South Jakarta is one of the educational institutions that has not used information technology because its administrative data is partially recorded and processed manually, although some have been recorded and processed using Microsoft Excel. This causes several problems such as, a lot of data duplication and making reports from administrative data tend to be slow. One solution to solve this problem is the creation of a school administration application using Client Server architecture and Model View Controller (MVC). Client-Server Architecture divides the application into two parts, namely the server that is associated with database management and the client that is related to the user interface. While the MVC architecture can facilitate the development of applications according to future needs and can reduce the amount of source code. After the application development is completed, it is concluded that this application can reduce data duplication, improve data / document organization, speed up the reporting required, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of application development.     The Concept of Atonement in the Old Testament, Greco-Roman World and the New Testament

    The Concept of Atonement has been an old concept in the biblical world. The Old Testament speaks of it using mainly the Hebrew word כפר (kphr), with its attendant various implications. This concept wasn’t alien in the Greco-Roman world which formed part of the New Testament background. The New Testament writers pushed the concept of atonement beyond the level of animal sacrifice in the Old Testament, and the gods allowing themselves to be reconciled to sinful humanity in the Greco-Roman religious context, to the point of Jesus Christ being viewed as the Lamb of God, i.e. both the sacrificial lamb and the priest that offers the sacrifice. In this way, Christ is presented both as the offering and the offeror. The New Testament uses two main Greek words καταλλαγή/ (katallage) and ἱλασμός (hilasmos) in driving home this important concept which stems from God’s love towards the creation and results in forgiveness, restoration of estranged relationship, maintenance of divine justice and expression of divine mercy. The work used content analysis method of research and comparative theory in the study of religion in dealing with the subject of atonement in the Old Testament, Greco-Roman Context and the New Testament. Significantly, the work draws a thread of thought from Old Testament through Greco-Roman thought on atonement to that of the New Testament. It therefore also serves a point of comparative religious study of this thought among these three world views

Sebagai tambahan kepada teknik pembelajaran yang sesuai, infrastruktur juga telah disediakan untuk memudahkan proses pembelajaran pelajar pendidikan khas ini. Infrastruktur adalah kemudahan yang disediakan untuk tujuan pembangunan. Objektif kajian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kemudahan pendidikan khas untuk murid berkeperluan khas, untuk mengenal pasti prasarana pengajaran dan pembelajaran yang mencukupi dan terkini untuk pelajar berkeperluan khas di SK Kuala Kubu Bharu, untuk mengenal pasti pembiayaan yang sesuai dan relevan untuk pelajar berkeperluan khas untuk tujuan pendidikan dan infrastruktur mereka, dan memahami pelaksanaan PPKI SK Kuala Kubu Bharu mengenai infrastruktur dan pembiayaan untuk murid berkeperluan khas. Kaedah kajian ini adalah temu bual separa berstruktur. Pelajar di sekolah pendidikan khas yang dikaji menghadapi masalah dengan infrastruktur yang mencukupi dan bertambah. Lagipun, infrastruktur adalah keadaan atau persekitaran yang perlu dipenuhi oleh setiap sekolah agar para pelajarnya dapat menggunakan kemudahan tersebut, terutamanya pelajar yang bersekolah itu adalah pelajar kurang upaya atau kurang upaya. Learning Problem for the Special Education Students: Funds and Infrastructure Abstract: Special Education is a program designed specifically to meet the diverse needs of special students. For special education students who are placed separately, appropriate techniques have been used in the learning and teaching process. In addition to appropriate learning techniques, infrastructure has also been provided to facilitate the learning process of these special education students. Infrastructure is a facility provided for development purposes. The objectives of this study were to analyze special education facilities for students with special needs, to identify sufficient and current teaching and learning infrastructure for special needs students at SK Kuala Kubu Bharu, to identify appropriate and relevant funding for students with special needs for educational purposes and their infrastructure, and understand the implementation of SK Kuala Kubu Bharu's PPKI on infrastructure and funding for special needs students. The method of this study is semi-structured interviews. Students in the special education school studied are having problems with sufficient and increasing infrastructure. After all, infrastructure is a condition or environment that every school needs to meet in order for its students to be able to use the facilities, especially those students who attend the school are students with disabilities or disabilities.     Persaingan dalam dunia perbankan di era perkembangan teknologi seperti sekarang ini semakin ketat. Setiap bank sudah mempergunakan sistem informasi yang sudah terkomputerisasi dalam proses kerjanya. Salah satu sistem informasi ialah sistem informasi kartu kredit. Pada sistem kartu kredit Bank Panin Kantor Kas Permata Taman Palem masih menggunakan sistem informasi manual, dari proses promosi sampai proses pendaftaran dan juga informasi tagihan kartu kredit. Dari sistem kartu kredit yang masih manual ini banyak menimbulkan berbagai masalah diantaranya kurang efektif dan efisien pada proses promosi kartu kredit, proses pendafataran kartu kredit. Proses penginputan data registrasi yang masih manual juga sering menimbulkan kesalahan penginputan. Untuk proses informasi kartu kredit dan tagihan juga kurang bisa diakses dengan mudah oleh nasabah. Dari permasalahan diatas perlu dibuat suatu sistem informasi berbasis web yang bisa memberikan kemudahan dan solusi permasalan. Sistem informasi kartu kredit yang berbasis web nantinya bisa diganakan untuk promosi, pendaftaran kartu kredit online, memasukkan informasi kartu kredit dan tagihan serta akses informasi bagi nasabah tentang tagihan dan informasi kartu kredit itu sendiri. Abstract: Competition in the banking world in the era of technological developments such as this is increasingly stringent. Each bank has used a computerized information system in its work process. One information system is a credit card information system. In the Bank Panin Kantor Kas Permata Taman Palem still uses a manual information system, from the promotion process to the registration process and also credit card billing information. From the credit card system that is still manual, there are many problems, including ineffective and inefficient processes in the promotion of credit cards, the process of registering credit cards. The process of inputting registration data that is still manual also often leads to input errors. To process credit card and billing information, it is also less easily accessible by customers. From the problems above it is necessary to make a web-based information system that can provide solutions and solutions. A web-based credit card information system can later be used for promotions, online credit card registrations, entering credit card and billing information and accessing information for customers about the bills and credit card information itself.     POCKET MALAYSIA: Learning About States in Malaysia Using Augmented Reality

    In era 4.0, teaching and learning are still in traditional method, which is using textbook. Hence, students become bored and easily to fall asleep during class. Therefore, researcher wish to develop an attractive and friendly-user augmented reality application as a learning aid for students. Pocket Malaysia uses AR system to learn about states in Malaysia. Student can learn in fun way through multimedia usage. There are several objectives to implement this research. Those are to identify which topic in Form One Geography Textbook is suitable to be implement in augmented reality concept, develop an augmented reality application that can help students recognize the name of states in Malaysia, location of states in Malaysia map and other details regarding each state in Malaysia through an interactive way and, evaluate usability of the application. This research uses quantitative method. The research approach is survey. About 15 students that are studying Geography subject in Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) are involve as sample through quota sampling. Overall, Pocket Malaysia is a good starting point for Geography subject in secondary school. This is because not many AR applications today are focusing on Geography subject. Based on the survey, many agree that it is easy to use although there is unclear instruction in scan section. The GUI also is quite pleasant along with the font size and colour selection. In general, it is successfully developed as it gave out the expected outcome. The weakness of this application should be improved in the future

    Law Enforcement of Criminal Forests and Land Fire in Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Province of Riau

    Forest and land fires are not a rare phenomenon in Indonesia, especially in Riau Province. This research aims to explain the law enforcement of forest and land fire crimes in District of Indragiri Hilir, Riau Province. The method used in this research is socio-legal research. Based on Article 50 Paragraph (3) Letter d of Law Number 41 of 1999 it is stated that everyone is prohibited from burning forests. In line with that, based on Article 69 Paragraph (1) Letter h of Law Number 32 of 2009 it is stated that everyone is prohibited from clearing land by burning. However, in 2019 there will still be forest and land fires in District of Indragiri Hilir, Riau Province covering an area of approximately 827 hectares. The implementation of Law Number 41 of 1999 and Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning forest and land fires in District of Indragiri Hilir hasn’t run as expected. Burning forests and land is a crime. Law enforcement against forest and land fires in District of Indragiri Hilir based on Article 78 Paragraph (3) of Law Number 41 of 1999 states that anyone who intentionally burns a forest can be threatened with a maximum of 15 years imprisonment and a maximum fine IDR 5,000,000,000. Pursuant to Article 108 of Law Number 32 of 2009 it is also emphasized that every person who burns a land shall be sentenced to a minimum imprisonment of 3 years and a maximum of 10 years, and a fine of at least IDR 3,000,000,000 and a maximum of IDR 10,000,000,000

    This study develops a Smart Delivery Agent that made by using the Arduino. The smart car can be used to help worker in warehouse, especially on the busy season. By using the smart car, the unloading and movement of the item in postal warehouse or the company can be more organize and faster. The purpose of the project is to modernize Pos Laju work with more organize, fast and to achieve the same level with the other courier service on other countries. The limit of range to control the smart car using smartphone Bluetooth is for 10 metres. The user is able to use the auto mode and set up mode to let the smart car work without the users have to go to in the range to control the smart car. However, the smart car can only carry certain items on top of the car as long as the item is not over 400 grams. The design of the smart car can be redesign so that it can carry big item/parcel without any problem
