    Bimbingan dan Konseling Mahasiswa yang Berbasis Sistem Pakar dengan Menggunakan Metode Faktor Kepastian

    Setiap kampus atau perguruan tinggi memiliki satu layanan yang disebut bimbingan dan konseling. Peran ini dipegang oleh dosen penasehat akademik. Beban kerja dosen penasehat akademik menjadi tinggi ketika rasio jumlah dosen dan mahasiswa rendah. Untuk meringankan beban kerja dosen penasehat akademik maka dibuat sebuah sistem pakar yang dapat memudahkan mahasiswa dan dosen penasehat akademik dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang ada. Pembangunan sitem pakar ini menggunakan metode pengembangan Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC). Aplikasi yang dibangunkan kemudian diujikan kepada mahasiswa Teknik Informatika di Universitas Ibnu Sina. Pengujian meliputi uji Black Box. Dari evaluasi pengguna diperoleh hasil bahwa sistem pakar yang dibangunkan dapat digunakan untuk menangani masalah-masalah seperti yang telah disimpan dalam daftar data masalah dan solusi. Tampilan estetika sistem harus diperbaiki agar pengguna tertarik untuk menggunakannya. Beberapa pengguna mengusulkan elemen multimedia dimasukkan dalam tampilan sistem pakar yang dibangunkan agar tampilannya lebih menarik. Student Guidance and Counseling based on Expert System Using Certainty Factor Method Abstract: Every campus or college has one service called guidance and counseling. This role is held by the academic advisory lecturer. The workload of academic advisory lecturers becomes high when the ratio of the number of lecturers to students is low. To ease the workload of academic advisory lecturers, an expert system is made that can facilitate students and academic advisory lecturers in overcoming existing problems. The development of this expert system uses the Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC) development method. The application that was developed was then tested on Informatics Engineering students at Ibn Sina University. Tests include the Black Box tests. From the evaluation of the user obtained the results that the developed expert system can be used to deal with problems such as those that have been stored in the list of problem data and solutions. The aesthetic appearance of the system must be improved in order for users to be interested in using it.     Kerja Sambilan Mempengaruhi Ketidakhadiran Pelajar Tingkatan 3

    Gejala ponteng sekolah semakin hari semakin menular dalam kalangan pelajar di sekolah. Walaupun kita sudah mencapai era globalisasi, namun gejala ponteng ini amat sukar untuk diatasi. Oleh sebab yang demikian, satu kajian telah dijalankan terhadap masalah ponteng yang berlaku di sebuah Sekolah Menengah sekitar Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti faktor kerja sambilan dan faktor lain punca pelajar ponteng sekolah. Selain itu, kajian ini juga dijalankan bertujuan untuk menghuraikan kesan-kesan gejala ponteng kepada pelajar dan sekolah serta menjelaskan langkah-langkah yang boleh diambil untuk mengurangkan gejala ponteng dan mengenalpasti tindakan yang diambil oleh pihak sekolah terhadap pelajar yang terlibat dalam gejala ponteng sekolah. Penyelidik menggunakan kaedah kajian temubual semi struktur bersama seorang responden yang merupakan guru disiplin di sekolah tersebut. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa peringkat umur pelajar yang kerap ponteng adalah pelajar dari tingkatan 3. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan faktor utama pelajar ponteng ialah faktor kerja sambilan dan faktor sikap pelajar, faktor latar belakang, serta faktor rakan. Dapatan kajian juga menunjukkan bahawa peranan ibubapa, peranan sekolah serta peranan media massa merupakan langkah yang boleh diambil bagi mengatasi masalah tingkah laku ponteng sekolah. Part -Time Work Affects Absenteeism the Student Form 3 Abstract: Symptoms of skipping school are becoming more and more contagious among students at school. Although we have reached the era of globalization, but this symptom of skipping is very difficult to overcome. For this reason, a study was conducted on the problem of skipping that occurred in a Secondary School around Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. This study aims to identify the factors of part -time work and other factors that cause students to skip school. In addition, this study was also conducted to describe the effects of truancy symptoms to students and schools and explain the steps that can be taken to reduce truancy symptoms and identify actions taken by the school against students involved in truancy symptoms. The researcher used a semi -structured interview research method with a respondent who is a discipline teacher in the school. The results showed that the age group of students who often skipped were students from Form 3. The findings showed that the main factors of students skipping were part -time work factors and student attitude factors, background factors, as well as peer factors. The findings also show that the role of parents, the role of the school and the role of the mass media are steps that can be taken to overcome the problem of skipping school behavior.     Strengths and Challenges of Distance Learning Modalities in the New Normal: Basis for Intervention Program

    The study was conducted to identify the strengths and challenges of distance learning modalities as a basis for intervention programs from a memorial high school in a schools’ division in Bulacan, Philippines. The researcher used a descriptive survey type of study. For the sample of the study, it employed eight (8) teachers and 39 learners from a junior high school chosen randomly. A self-made checklist survey questionnaire was created by the researcher which was validated by a panel of experts. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the collected data with the help of a Microsoft Excel sheet. Results revealed that teachers and learners have a variety of strengths in distance learning modalities. In addition, teachers and learners also stressed the different challenges they encountered for distance learning modalities. Based on these findings of the study, the researcher used them for a possible formulation of an intervention program that aimed to providing solutions for the challenges of distance learning and also enhancing the strengths for both the teachers and learners

    Ukiran patung kayu merupakan satu simbol kekuatan dalam masyarakat suku kaum Jah Hut. Suku kaum Jah Hut menjadikan ukiran patung kayu ini sebagai bahan perantaraan bagi menjalankan upacara ritual dalam kehidupan mereka suatu ketika dahulu. Kajian ini dijalankan untuk mengetahui fungsi ukiran patung kayu dalam kehidupan masyarakat Orang Asli suku kaum Jah Hut di Kg Kol, Ulu Cheka Jerantut. Manakala, objektif kajian pula adalah untuk mengenal pasti sejauh mana penghasilan ukiran patung kayu dapat direalisasikan dalam kehidupan mereka sehingga ke hari ini. Pendekatan kualitatif melalui kajian kes telah digunakan bagi menerangkan secara deskriptif budaya masyarakat Orang Asli suku kaum Jah Hut. Temu bual tidak berstruktur, pemerhatian, analisis dokumen dan rakaman visual merupakan kaedah yang telah digunakan. Berdasarkan maklumat yang diperoleh semasa kerja di lapangan, dapatan kajian mendapati corak hidup suku kaum Jah Hut adalah berpegang kepada kepercayaan, adat dan warisan. Pada masa kini masyarakat Orang Asli telah mula mengecapi arus pemodenan dalam kehidupan mereka. Seiring dengan arus pemodenan, warisan tinggalan nenek moyang mereka seharusnya tidak dilupakan. Penulisan ini adalah bertujuan untuk berkongsi pengalaman dan pengetahuan pengkaji tentang khazanah yang semakin lenyap bagi seni ukiran patung kayu kaum Jah Hut Disappearing Hidden Treasures: The Carving of Wooden Sculptures of the Jah Hut Tribe Abstract: The wooden sculpture carving is a symbol of strength in the Jah Hut tribal society. The Jah Hut tribe used this wooden sculpture as an intermediate material to carry out ritual ceremonies in the past. This study was conducted to find out the function of wooden sculpture carving in the life of Orang Asli community of the Jah Hut tribe in Kg Kol, Ulu Cheka Jerantut. Meanwhile, the objective of the study is to identify how far the production of wooden sculptures can be realized in their lives to this day. A qualitative approach through case studies has been used to describe descriptively the culture of the Orang Asli community of the Jah Hut tribe. Unstructured interviews, observations, document analysis and visual recordings are the methods that have been used. Based on the information obtained during the work in the field, the findings of the study found that the lifestyle of the Jah Hut tribe is adhering to beliefs, customs and heritage. Nowadays, the Orang Asli community has begun to enjoy the current of modernization in their lives. Along with the currents of modernization, the legacy of their ancestors should not be forgotten.     Effect of Core Stabilization Exercise for Non-Specific Low Back Pain among Athletes

    This study aimed to analyze the effect of core stabilization exercise compared to general exercise for non-specific low back pain among athletes. There were 16 athletes with non-specific low back pain participated in this study. They were divided randomly into two groups after the screening process: core stabilization exercise group (CSG) and general exercise group (GEG). They were required to finish three sessions per week for six weeks. The pre-test and post-test were recorded using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) and Oswestry Low Back Pain Disability Questionnaire (ODQ). The study revealed that the core stabilization exercise group is influential and has significant pain relief (p=0.000) and disability reduced (p=0.001) compared to the general exercise group after six weeks of intervention. This study demonstrated that core stabilization exercise is effective in reducing pain relief and reduce functional disability. Thus, prescribing core stabilization exercise may be beneficial to be used as therapeutic exercises for patients who suffer low back pain as it relieves pain and reduces functional disability. &nbsp

These diseases mostly include common cold and cough, headache, abdominal pains etc. Whereas, chat-bots in healthcare are highly in demand, which functioning can offer various services from symptom checking and appointment scheduling. Therefore, the purpose of the research aims to design, develop and evaluate a health-assistant Chat-bot Application entitled “MR.Dr.” that helps users to ask any personal query related to healthcare without physically available to the hospital. MR.Dr. is evaluated in term of usability. 30 respondents attended the survey of usability evaluation. In the system usability scale MR.Dr. achieved 87.6 % rating which means Grade A (excellent). User's feedback level was pretty satisfying where 24/7 service is the highest one

    The creation of an attendance management system based on biometrics is proposed in this research. Keeping track of student attendance during lecture periods has proven to be a difficult task. Because human calculating creates errors and wastes a lot of time, the capacity to compute the attendance percentage becomes a key challenge. For this reason, a biometric-based attendance management system is being developed. This system uses a fingerprint device to take attendance electronically, and the attendance records are kept in a database. Following student identification, attendance is recorded. Artificial intelligence is also proposed as a component of the system. The system will aid in the reduction of errors and the more effective compilation of attendance data

    Pandemi Covid-19 telah menjadi perhatian di seluruh dunia. Kebijakan dalam rangka pencegahan penyebaran virus seperti pembelajaran online juga diberlakukan pada mahasiswa. Mahasiswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran online mayoritas mengalami keluhan musculoskeletal pada bagian tubuh seperti leher, bahu, punggung dan pinggang. Metode penelitian ini adalah literatur review dengan menghasilkan 14 artikel penelitian. Keluhan musculoskeletal apabila tidak ditindaklanjuti maka akan berdampak jangka panjang seperti gangguan tidur dan kecacatan.   Musculoskeletal Disorders in Students During Covid-19 Pandemic: Literature Review Abstract: COVID-19 pandemic has become an international concern. Policies to prevent the spread of disease, such as learning from home, are applied to university students. The majority of students who take online learning experience musculoskeletal complaints in body parts such as the neck, shoulders, back and waist. This research method is literature review by producing 14 research articles. Musculoskeletal complaints if not followed up will have long-term impacts such as sleep disturbances and disability.     Taksonomi adalah klasifikasi benda mengikut ciri-ciri tertentu. Taksonomi dalam bidang pendidikan digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan tujuan pendidikan, penyusunan penilaian dan kurikulum. Bloom telah mengkategorikan tiga ranah dalam pembelajaran, yaitu; ranah kognitif, ranah afektif dan ranah psikomotor. Taksonomi Bloom fokus pada terminologi (1) pengetahuan; (2) pemahaman; (3) penerapan; (4) analisis; (5) sintesis; dan (6) evaluasi. Sedangkan terminolginya berubah dengan adanya Taksonomi Revisi pada tahun 2001 oleh Anderson & Krathwohl dengan terminologi (1) mengingat; (2) memahami; (3) mengaplikasikan; (4) menganalisis; (5) menilai; dan (6) mencipta. Terminologi ini berubah dengan mempertimbangkan keperluan holistik agar lebih mudah dalam penerapannya oleh guru di sekolah. Fokus utama makalah ini adalah membahas ranah kognitif Revisi Anderson & Krathwohl 2001 dan penerapannya dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran pantun di sekolah dasar.   Anderson & Krahthwohl Cognitive Applications in Teaching and Learning Pantun in Elementary Schools Abstract: Taxonomy is the classification of things according to certain characteristics. Taxonomy in education is used to classify educational objectives, assessment and curriculum preparation. Bloom has categorized three domains in learning, namely; cognitive domain, affective domain and psychomotor domain. Bloom’s taxonomy focuses on the terminology of (1) knowledge; (2) understanding; (3) application; (4) analysis; (5) synthesis; and (6) evaluation. While the terminology changed with the introduction of the Revised Taxonomy in 2001 by Anderson & Krathwohl with the terminology (1) recalling; (2) understand; (3) apply; (4) analyze; (5) evaluate; and (6) create. This terminology changes by considering the holistic need to make it more relevant in its application by teachers at the school level. The main focus of this paper is a discussion on the cognitive domain of the 2001 Anderson & Krathwohl Revision and its application in the teaching and learning of verse in primary schools.     The generation of power from the reduction of fossil fuels is the biggest challenge for the next half century. The idea of converting solar energy into electrical energy using photovoltaic panels holds its place in the front row compared to other renewable sources. But the continuous change in the relative angle of the sun with reference to the earth reduces the watts delivered by solar panel. Conventional solar panel, fixed with a certain angle, limits their area of exposure from the sun due to rotation of the earth. Output of the solar cells depends on the intensity of the sun and the angle of incidence. To solve this problem, an automatic solar cell is needed, where the Solar Tracker will track the motion of the sun across the sky to ensure that the maximum amount of sunlight strikes the panels throughout the day. By using Light Dependent Resistors, it will navigate the solar panel to get the best angle of exposure of light from the sun
