—— Royal mandate outlining instructions for the collection of tribute from Black and Indigenous people. First, mayors and corregidores must list towns under their jurisdiction, determine taxes owed by Indigenous tributaries and Encomenderos, and report any irregularities. They must also list and collect taxes from 'mulattos' and free Blacks above eighteen years of age, with different rates based on marital status and occupation. Lastly, they must list Indigenous laborers working for Spaniards and collect taxes from those not already registered in/paying through other towns. The document emphasizes the importance of strict adherence to these instructions, stating that failure to comply will result in officials not being confirmed in their posts or receiving their salaries. The document is a printed template form Don José Luis de los Ríos issued to Don Diego Vicente de Ceballos, the Mayor of the Zumpango de la Laguna District and Commissioner of the Royal Treasury, on November 27, 1727. 2 f. Steady-State Numerical Model, Hamilton Pool Segment of the Middle Trinity Aquifer, Western Travis County, Texas
Dataverse contains a PDF report that documents the development and results of the steady-state numerical groundwater flow model for the Hamilton Pool study area, western Travis and northern Hays Counties. The data sets include numerical groundwater flow files for scenarios using MODFLOW (Groundwater Vistas)

The Epidemic of Mental Health Amongst Young Adults
What is the correlation between mental health and the demographics of young adults (18-25), and is there a change in mental health diagnoses of that age group, over time
Environmental Flows Recommendation Report. Final Submission to the Environmental Flows Advisory Group Nueces River and Corpus Christi and Baffin Bays Basin and Bay Area Stakeholder Committee, and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality
The Environmental Flows Recommendations Report of the Nueces BBEST is comprised of eight major sections, plus supporting appendices. These eight major sections may be categorized into four broad subject areas described as follows. Sections 1 and 2 provide general overviews of the SB3 environmental flows process and the characteristics of the Nueces River Basin, the Nueces – Rio Grande Coastal Basin, and the associated bay systems. Environmental flow analyses performed by the Nueces BBEST in general accordance with SAC guidance are summarized in Sections 3, 4, and 5, focusing successively on instream habitats, estuarine habitats, and the integration of these analyses. Environmental flow regime recommendations of the Nueces BBEST are provided in Section 6. Finally, research, data collection, and monitoring activities identified as priorities by the Nueces BBEST for adaptive management are summarized in Section 7.
Readers simply seeking the environmental flow regime recommendations of the Nueces BBEST may proceed directly to Section 6. Readers seeking a deeper understanding of the scientific bases for the environmental flow regime recommendations, however, are encouraged to consider summary information in Sections 2, 3, 4, and 5, alphabetically listed references in Section 8, and comprehensive appendices. All appendices are available in electronic format on a compact disc included with this report

TexCot22
The TexCot22 dataset is a set of cotton crop video sequences for training and testing multi-object tracking methods. Each tracking sequence is 10 to 20 seconds in length. The dataset contains of a total of 30 sequences of which 17 are for training and the remaining 13 are for testing. Among the training sequences, 2 of them consist of roughly 5,000 annotated images, which can be used to train a cotton boll detection model.
The video sequences were captured at 4K resolution and at distinct frame rates (e.g., 10, 15, 30). There are typically 2 to 10 cotton bolls per cluster. The average width and height of an annotated bounding box is approximately 230 x 210 pixels.
To make the dataset robust to environmental conditions, we recorded the field videos at separate times of day to account for varying lighting conditions. In total, there are roughly 30 x 300 frames with 150,000 labeled instances. On average there are 70 unique cotton bolls in each sequence
