    Cells-In-Wells

    No full text
Cells-In-Wells (CIW) contains images, videos, binary masks, bounding boxes, morphology labels, cell tracking data, and other metrics of red blood cells (RBCs) in microfluidic wells undergoing washing in human serum albumin, saline, or autologous storage medium. RBC units are from six different donors, which have been leukoreduced and stored in a blood bank refrigerator (2°C to 6°C) for 4, 5, or 6 weeks: donors 1 & 2 are four weeks old, donors 3 & 5 are five weeks old, and donors 4 & 6 are six weeks old. Images were acquired at 40 X magnification and at a rate of 1 frame per second. We derived all other data by applying an in-house image analysis pipeline. This dataset shows the impact that washing has on RBC shape recovery, and we recommend its employment for the training & testing of machine learning models. Also, one could apply their own analysis to gain new biologically relevant knowledge of RBC washing

Topographic and bathymetric lidar, orthophotos, sonar, and GPR data of and along the Devils River from Juno to Lake Amistad, Texas (Imagery 08 of 16)

    No full text
Data collected in and along the Devils River from Juno to Lake Amistad, Texas include: Topographic and bathymetric lidar data in both 1m raster (BIL) and point (LAS) formats; Orthophotos in geoTiff format; and an index map (SHP) depicting data extents. For an area of more detailed study--a pool two kilometers long from Finnegan Springs to Dolan Falls--we're providing Sonar and GPR point (LAS) data and a 1m composite (lidar + GPR) raster (BIL) dataset. 0README.txt provides additional information
