The code in this repository was used to develop a computer vision model to identify e-cigarette content in TikTok videos. Specifically, object detection techniques were used to detect e-cigarette-specific images by analyzing screenshots captured from videos with e-cigarette-related hashtags. Image annotation data was created using bounding boxes to indicate the presence of e-cigarettes, whether alone, in use, or accompanied by smoke or vapor. The YoloV7 model was employed for object detection, to classify e-cigarette content (including vape devices and challenging entities such as vapor clouds and individuals using e-cigarettes)

San Bernard River - Gulf Intracoastal Waterway Intersection Flow Measurements
No full textThis dataset facilitates replication for data presented in: Intended vs unintended consequences of modifying coastal river channels.
These data show observed directions and magnitudes of water flux at the intersection between the San Bernard and GIWW during calm-weather conditions. The GIWW was shown to the main conduit for flow of the system during sampling. Thus, the San Bernard River contributes discharge to GIWW flow, leading to reduced velocities in the terminal limb of the channel downstream of the intersection.
Furthermore, historical aerial images are included in chronological order with their data source and year indicated in the filename. These images are sorted into three categories: a) the evolution of the coupled Brazos-San Bernard coastal river system, b) the evolution of the San Bernard River mouth after the 2010 dredging project, and c) the San Bernard River mouth dynamics after Hurricane Harvey. Associated shapefiles of the San Bernard channel pathways, river mouth positions, and Brazos River delta features are also included.

While many of these investigations have been conducted in non-recreational angling contexts, their items can be adapted to align with the specific style of angling participation. The scales identified below are listed not because they are necessarily the “gold standard”. Rather, beyond displaying acceptable validity and reliability, they exemplify some of the heterogeneity that exists for measuring like constructs. This heterogeneity emerges from the heterogeneity in theoretical orientations. All fall within the cognitive hierarchy (Fulton et al., 1996; Kyle & Landon, 2023) which provides some insight on their relationship to one another and their influence on human behavior
