Analysis of Sharia Compliance and Islamic Corporate Identity Impact on Financial Performance: Evidence from Indonesian Islamic Banks (2019-2022)
This study examines the relationship between Sharia compliance measures, Islamic corporate identity, and financial performance in Indonesian Islamic banks. Using panel data from seven Islamic commercial banks over the 2019-2022 period, the study employs three Sharia compliance indicators: Islamic Income Ratio (IsIR), Profit Sharing Ratio (PSR), and Islamic Investment Ratio (IIR), along with Islamic Corporate Identity (ICI) as independent variables. Financial performance is measured through Return on Assets (ROA). The research utilizes panel data regression analysis with a fixed effect model validated through Chow and Hausman tests. Results indicate that PSR and ICI have significant negative effects on financial performance, while IIR demonstrates a significant positive influence. Interestingly, IsIR shows no significant impact on financial performance. The model explains 85.55% of the variation in financial performance, suggesting strong explanatory power. These findings provide valuable insights for Islamic banking regulators and practitioners in understanding the complex relationship between Sharia compliance, corporate identity, and financial performance in the Islamic banking sector
Strategies of Islamic Education Teachers in Overcoming Students Difficulties in Reading the Qur'an at SMA Negeri 5 Kendari
This research aims to determine the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in overcoming difficulties in reading the Koran for students at SMA Negeri 5 Kendari. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. The research location is SMA Negeri 5 Kendari, Jl. Brigadier General Katamso, Baruga, District. Baruga, Kendari City. The data and data sources consist of primary and secondary data. As well as data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The technical data analysis is through data collection, data reduction and data presentation. The triangulation used is source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this research are the strategies used by Islamic Religious Education teachers in overcoming students' difficulties in reading the Koran at SMA Negeri 5 Kendari, including the teacher using the strategy (Sorogan) of reading the Koran one by one at the beginning of learning orintroduction. memorization tasks, and Rohis strategies.The methods used are the Qira'ati method, iqro method,peer tutoring method, and joint tadarus. The factorscausing students' difficulty in reading the Koran at SMANegeri 5 Kendari are internal factors, namely students'laziness in learning, and external factors, namely family factors and friendship environment
Transforming Scholastic Performance Through Spiritual Engagement in Islamic Education at Leading Rural Schools
This study aims to explore the transformation of Scholastic Performance through Islamic Spiritual Engagement in a leading rural school. Using a quantitative method with a survey approach, this study involved 213 students as samples, which were taken through a simple random sampling technique. The results showed that religious activities, such as recitation, joining tahsin classes, joining the Qur'an tahfizh program, praying together, have a positive impact on learning motivation and can shape student character, which can contribute to improving students' Scholastic Performance. The findings suggest that there is a significant relationship between Spiritual Engagement and Scholastic Performance of students in excellent rural schools. The research shows that students who participate in religious activities tend to have better attitudes, including discipline, responsibility, and cooperation, all of which contribute to improving their Scholastic Performance
Optimalisasi Literasi Siswa Sekolah Dasar melalui Metode Project Based Learning: Kajian Literatur Sistematis
The literacy level of primary school students in Indonesia remains relatively low, as reflected in international reports such as PISA. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) method in enhancing literacy skills among primary school students. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach based on the PRISMA guidelines, the study analyzed 09 selected articles out of 89 identified publications. These articles were selected through strict inclusion and exclusion criteria and analyzed using thematic synthesis. The findings indicate that PjBL is effective in improving basic literacy skills in lower grades through simple, child-relevant projects such as creating miniatures or storytelling with pictures. In upper grades, PjBL has been shown to foster higher-order thinking skills, digital literacy, and student creativity through more complex and collaborative projects. The main challenges in implementing this method include limited facilities, lack of accessible reading materials, and teacher preparedness in designing and facilitating project-based learning. Thus, PjBL is an innovative, relevant, and adaptive approach for enhancing the literacy quality of primary school students. To ensure optimal effectiveness, educational infrastructure support, teacher training, and the development of flexible and contextual curricula are required.Keywords: Literacy, project-based learning, primary school students, critical thinking, creativity
PENGARUH ROA, EPS DAN DER TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM SYARIAH YANG LISTING DI INDEKS SAHAM SYARIAH INDONESIA (ISSI) (Periode 2021-2023): PENGARUH ROA, EPS DAN DER TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM SYARIAH YANG LISTING DI INDEKS SAHAM SYARIAH INDONESIA (ISSI) (Periode 2021-2023)
This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Asset (ROA), Earning per Share (EPS), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on the Return of Sharia Stocks Listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) in 2021-2023 both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 61 infrastructure sector companies. The sample of this study used purposive sampling with 19 companies that met the criteria and 57 samples were obtained using panel data. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that: ROA has a significant effect on stock returns, this shows that the higher the ROA value, the greater the stock returns generated, because ROA indicates how efficient the company is in utilizing its assets to generate profits. EPS has a significant negative effect on stock returns, which means that when EPS increases, its stock returns actually decrease. DER does not have a significant effect on stock returns, this is because DER which reflects the company's capital structure does not always reflect stock market performance directly. And ROA, EPS and DER together affect stock returns. Which means that if viewed simultaneously, the three variables can explain or influence the rise and fall of stock returns
Efektifitas Penggunaan Media Gambar dalam Pembelajaran Mufrodat pada Siswa Kelas VIII MTsN 1 Wakatobi
The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the use of media images in mufrodat learning in class VIII MTs N 1 Wakatobi. In this study the authors used a quantitative approach with this type of experimental research. Data collection was carried out using test, observation and documentation methods. For accuracy, this sample was grouped into one class which could participate in the teaching and learning process. The researcher carried out the pre-test and post-test with a total of around 26 students. The researcher determined the number of students by random method for the entire eighth grade of MTsN 1 Wakatobi. As for the results of the data obtained in this paper, it is processed using data analysis with the t test. The results of this study indicate that the use of picture media in mufrodat learning is effective for increasing student learning outcomes and it can be seen from the average difference, the two test results are 50.80 for the pre-test results and 50.80 for the pre-test results. 82, 22 for post-test results. After looking at the results of the analysis with SPSS it is known that student learning outcomes (2-tailed) are 0.000 less than 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is an increase in student learning outcomes from pre-test to post-test
Penerapan Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) Melalui Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia Berkelanjutan: Studi Bibliometrik dan Literatur Review
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Green Human Resources (GHRM) melalui pengelolaan sumber daya manusia berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Review (PRISMA) sebagai instrumen dalam pencarian data penelitian dan Analisa Bibliometrik sebagai pengolah data yang dianalisis menggunakan software VOS-Viewer. Teknik analisis VOS-Viewer digunakan untuk menganalisis artikel yang telah dihimpun dalam ScienceDirect, MDPI, Springer, dan Sage, Semantic scholar, Google Scholar yang diambil sebagai rujukan peneliti. Temuan artikel mulai tahun 2015-2024 dengan jumlah artikel 164 jurnal selanjutnya dilakukan reduksi data sesuai kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi sehingga diperoleh 45 jurnal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan GHRM tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi sumber daya, tetapi mendorong perilaku ramah lingkungan di kalangan karyawan, yang berkontribusi pada pengurangan jejak karbon organisasi. Temuan ini memberikan kebaharuan bahwa variabel mediasi seperti perilaku hijau, dan motivasi hijau memainkan peran penting dalam hubungan antara praktik GHRM dan hasil keberlanjutanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Green Human Resources (GHRM) melalui pengelolaan sumber daya manusia berkelanjutan. Utilizing DeepL Aplication Of 6C Based To Enhance Insya’ Learning For Students Of University
The constraints of maharah kitabah in Arabic language learning are aspects of grammatical identification and word arrangement in insya', the 6C base is the ability that students have including critical thinking, creativity, communication, character, citizenship and collaboration. This study aims to find out how utilizing DeepL aplication of 6C based to enhance insya’ learning in student of university. This research uses field research to directly review the insya’ learning process with the utilization of the DeepL application with the type of case study research, data collection methods using observation, interview, documentation, questionnaires and T-test. the location and place of research in the Arabic language education study program were chosen purposively, the object of this research is second semester students in insya'1, data sources are primary and secondary. The findings of this study show that the use of DeepL in learning insya’ makes it easier for students to learn paragraph writing well and train kitabah competence. DeepL Aplication in translating the original language into Arabic with grammatically correct, so that it can make it easier to understand the form of writing the structure. The advantages of DeepL are minimizing mufrodat and grammatical errors, providing many conveniences in composing sentences in insya' consistently. the value of spss is = 5.674 < = 2.093. Based on hypothesis testing for the number of pretest and posttest. resulted in the utilizing deepl apliction of 6C based to enhance insya' learning for students of university
Analysis of Cambridge Curriculum Implementation in Mathematics Learning in Indonesia: A Systematic Literature Review
This study systematically reviews research on implementing the Cambridge curriculum in Indonesian institutions, focusing on mathematics learning. Using a systematic literature review (SLR) of 18 articles, results highlight qualitative methods, predominantly descriptive and evaluative approaches, with case studies comprising 28%. Data collection frequently involves observations, interviews, documentation, and Google Form questionnaires. Participants mainly include educators, students, guardians, and principals. Most research targets junior high schools, with less attention to elementary and senior levels. The Cambridge curriculum promotes active learning, critical thinking, and global perspectives, often integrated with Indonesia's national curriculum. Benefits include enhanced English proficiency, global awareness, and modern teaching methods. However, challenges arise from language barriers and limited English-speaking environments. The review identifies key trends and gaps, providing recommendations for future research and practical application
TINJAUAN SEMANTIK TERHADAP LAFAZ NAZALA DAN HABAṬA DALAM AL-QUR’AN
Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan relevansi makna kata nazala dan habaṭa dalam konteks kajian semantik Al-Qur’an, serta mengkaji penggunaan kata-kata tersebut dalam konteks ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode analisis tematik (maudhu‘i) dan semantik. Data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an yang berkaitan dengan kata nazala dan habaṭa, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari kitab tafsir, jurnal, kamus, dan literatur relevan lainnya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan, dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis isi deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat sinonim murni dalam Al-Qur’an. Meskipun nazala dan habaṭa memiliki makna dasar yang sama, yaitu “turun”, keduanya memiliki perbedaan dalam penggunaan serta membawa nuansa makna yang khas sesuai dengan konteks ayat.
