Thai EFL Pre-service Teachers’ Challenges in Teaching English in Indonesian Classrooms
No full textThe purpose of this qualitative study is to explore the challenges Thai EFL pre-service teachers faced during their field teaching practice at some schools. This study used a reflective journal as the instrument to collect the data gathered data was analyzed thematic. The findings showed that there were several challenges Thai EFL fac in their field of teaching practice in Indonesian classrooms. First, they are not confident to speak English while teaching English in an Indonesian classroom. Second, some of the Indonesian students did not focus to study English while the Thai pre-service teachers were teaching in the classroom. Last, some Thai pre-service teachers encountered problems with managing limited time in classroom management. This study implies that EFL student teachers may understand the sources cause challenges. No full textPenelitian ini mendeskripsikan peran kepemimpinan kepala madrasah MA Al-Muhajirin Pondidaha dalam meningkatkan mutu kompetensi lulusan, kompetensi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dan sarana prasarana pendidikan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa dalam meningkatkan mutu kompetensi lulusan, kepala MA Al-Muhajirin Pondidaha membuat program yang inovatif yang diantaranya adalah program ekstrakulikuler seperti lomba pidato bahasa inggris dan bahasa arab guna meningkatkan mutu kompetensi bahasa asing para siswa, dan juga menerapkan budaya positif seperti tidak membuang sampah sembarangan, shalat dhuha, menghafal Al-Qur’an minimal 1 juz, dan rutinitas tadarus Al-Qur’an setiap hari jumat. Dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, kepala madrasah mengikutkan para guru pada kegiatan program pelatihan guna peningkatan kompetensi serta melaksanakan supervisi sebagai pengawasan kinerja guru. Dalam upaya peningkatkan mutu sarana dan prasarana, kepala madrasah melakukan inventarisasi terhadap sarana prasarana sekolah dan juga melakukan analisis serta evaluasi untuk mengatahui kekurangan dan kebutuhan yang masih terlihat agar sarana dan prasarana di madrasah ini bisa secara optimal menunjang segala proses pembelajaran agar dapat berjalan dengan baik

No full textThis article was written against the background of the fact that on a YouTube channel, there are various meanings that can be captured, including meanings related to learning methods and comedy. In this case, there are facts related to interesting fiqh lessons as conveyed by the Lost Youth channel. This channel gives a different impression when conveying Islamic religious learning. This channel then combines comedy and fiqh learning methods so that it becomes a special attraction for the general public. Thus, this article will review what learning methods are available on the Lost Youth channel, as well as what types of comedy are available on the Lost Youth channel. Writing this article uses a type of research with a semiotic and qualitative approach with the research object of the Lost Youth YouTube channel. The data collection technique used is by using documentation data collection techniques because the focus of the research is a document in the form of a video. From the results of the study, it was found that there is an illustration of the use of learning and comedy methods on the Lost Youth channel. In every video on this channel, several use different methods and the questions are always answered in a light, comedic way but still has weight by Habib Husein Ja'far Al-Hadar.. It is this different presentation that attracts viewers to study religion, especially subjects fiqh, because studying religion on this channel is not judged even though the questions the viewers ask are strange. The Influence Of Management Accounting Information System Quality And Work Discipline On Employee Performance From An Islamic Economic Perspective (Study at the Department of Cooperatives, MSMEs and Industry, North Lampung)
No full textPerformance is an individual thing, because each employee has a different level of ability in carrying out their duties. Performance depends on a combination of ability, effort and opportunities obtained. Performance is the result or output of a process. Then every employee can complete all workloads effectively and efficiently so that problems that occur in the organization can be resolved properly. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample used in this research was 49 employees.Meanwhile, the data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Data were processed using SPSS version 25. The independent variables in this research were the quality of the management accounting information system and work discipline and employee performance as the dependent variables. The research results based on the t- test showed that the quality of the management accounting information system has a significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. The research results based on the F test showed that the quality of the management accounting information system and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of statistical testing show that there is an influence on the quality of the management accounting information system and employee work discipline from an Islamic economic perspective (study at the North Lampung Cooperatives, UMKM and Industrial Service)

Get PDFfokus penelitian ini adalah QS At-tahrim 66:8. untuk memahami makna tersebut diperlukan penafsiran para ahli tafsir. dalam menganalisis ayat tersebut terdapar beberapa perbedaan penafsiran tentang taubat Nasuha pada tafsir al-misbah dan tafsir at-thabari. berwal dari latar belakang tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk(mengetahui bagaimana pendapat ulama dalaam menafsirkan taubat nasuha dalam kitab tafsir al- misbah dan at-thabari. teknik mengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kepustakaan. sumber data primer merupakan kitab tafsir al- misbah dan kitab tafsir at=thabari. teknik analisis data denfan menggunakan komparatif ( perbandingan). pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan tafsir. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa:1berikut beberapa penafsiran Ahli tafsir tentang taubat nasuha(1) tafsir jalalain taubat yang semurni- murninya, (2) tafsir Al-Quran taubat dengan sungguh-sungguh, (3) tafsir al-misbah taubat yang menasehati,(4) tafsir ibnu katsir memiliki hati yang benung dalam hal ini iya mengemukakan 23 pendapa, (5) tafsir at-thabari taubat yang sesungguhnya yang tidak akan kembali lagi pada perbuatan dosa sebelumnya, (6)tafsir al- munir taubat yang sejujur-jujurnya menyesali yang telah lalu dan yidak akan mengulanginya. 2, persamaan tafsir ayat tersebut, ayat itu ditujukan untuk orang-orang yang beriman, dalam menafsirkan keduanya melakukan tarjih ( pertimbangan) jika ada perbedaan pendapat pada makna kata tertentu, dana menguatkan pendapat salah satunya. sedangkan perbedaannya tafsir al- misbah menafsirkan kata taubat nasuha lebih luas maknanya yaitu di artikan sebagai" nasehat" karna menurutnya manusia merupakan mahluk yang sering khilaf maka harus terus di ingatkan dengan cara menasehati
The Impact of Islamic Work Ethics and Motivation on Employee Performance: A Case Study of BMT Ar-Rahmah Jaya Mulia, Central Lampung
No full textThis research aims to determine the influence of Islamic work ethics and work motivation on employee performance, in this study quantitative methods. The population used is all employees at BMT Ar-Rahmah Jaya Mulia Central Lampung, totalling 35 employees. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique, where the entire population is sampled in the study so that a research sample of 35 employees is obtained. At the same time, the data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires. Data is processed using SmartPLS version 4.0. The results show that Islamic work ethics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
Determinant Analysis of MSE Owners' Interest in Islamic Banking Financing in Kenagarian Kinari: A Confirmatory Factor Analysis Approach
No full textThis study examines the factors influencing Micro and Small Enterprise (MSE) owners' interest in accessing Islamic banking financing in Kenagarian Kinari. Using a quantitative approach and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), the research involved 89 MSE owners who had not yet accessed Islamic bank financing. The analysis identified ten key factors influencing MSE owners' interest: social factors (27.393%), location (8.879%), marketing mix (7.033%), promotion (5.868%), cultural (5.018%), product (4.473%), procedural (3.930%), personal (3.490%), belief (3.232%), and psychological factors (3.053%). Notably, social factors, encompassing group recommendations, family encouragement, and work environment influence, emerged as the most dominant determinant with the highest loading factor. This research provides significant contributions to developing Islamic banking strategies in reaching the MSE segment and enhancing Islamic financial inclusion at the village level
Analysis of the Learning Motivation of Biology Education Students in the Implementation of Field Trip Activities for Plant Taxonomy Courses
No full textThis study aims to evaluate the effect of field trip activities on students' learning motivation in the plant taxonomy course. It uses a survey method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The present study was conducted at IAIN Kerinci with a sample of fourth-semester students of the Biology Education Study Program in 2024 who took the plant taxonomy course. The data collection technique was a questionnaire based on learning motivation indicators, according to Uno (2008). The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to determine the percentage of motivation for each indicator. The results showed that 41.67% of students really agree and 53% agree that field trip activities significantly increased their learning motivation. Analysis per indicator showed that motivation was driven by the desire to succeed (45.56% really agree), demands and need in learning (37.00%), future hopes and aspirations (36.67% really agree), being appreciated in learning (47.78% really agree), and a conducive learning environment (40% really agree). However, a small number of students (5.17%) stated that this activity was less advantageous due to lack of preparation or unsupportive field conditions, so it can be concluded that the field trip method is an effective learning method to increase students' motivation and understanding, especially in practice-based courses such as plant taxonomy. However, more thorough planning is needed to optimize the benefits of this activity
Internalization of Entrepreneurial Character in Biology Learning through Environmental Approach
No full textThis research aims to explore various approaches that have been applied in teaching biology with an environmental approach to develop students' entrepreneurial character. This article uses a systematic review method based on several references from books, articles, and online scientific publications. In conclusion, this literature review shows that environmental-based projects, collaboration with environmental organisations, and comprehensive curriculum integration can improve students' entrepreneurial skills. However, there are challenges in implementing these methods, especially regarding long-term impact evaluation and appropriate teaching strategies. Thus, this study provides insights into the importance of entrepreneurship integration in biology education to shape sustainable entrepreneurial character, and offers recommendations for further research in curriculum development that is adaptive to the needs of the times
PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER RELIGIUS SISWA MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DI SDN 62 KENDARI
No full textAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji potret karakter religius siswa dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa di sekolah. Studi ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 62 Kendari. Informan penelitian adalah Kepala sekolah, guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan dua siswa kelas IV. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi lapangan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu data reduksi, data display dan data konklusion/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potret karakter religius siswa yang ada di SD Negeri 62 Kendari yakni siswa mengucap salam sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran, membaca doa sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran, mencium tangan guru. Selanjutnya upaya dalam membentuk karakter religius yang dilakukan yakni pertama, baca tulis Al-Qur’an serta hafalan surah-surah pendek hal ini dilakukan sebelum jam pulang sekolah atau setelah jam pembelajaran telah selesai. Kedua, menunaikan sholat Dhuha setiap hari Jumat di sekolah pada pagi hari sebelum jam pembelajaran pertama dimulai. Penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa perlu adanya penguatan dan pembiasaan kegiatan keagamaan kepada peserta didik sehingga mampu membentuk siswa yang berkarakter religius, beriman dan bertakwa kepada Allah SWT.
