Group Cohesiveness and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Oil Companies in Nigeria
The study seek to establish an empirical relationship between Group cohesiveness and organizational citizenship behavior of Oil companies in Nigeria, the cross-sectional survey design was used for the research, the population includes 663 employees of the studied oil companies with a sample size of 249, the findings reveals a significant correlation between the empirical referents of group cohesiveness and organizational citizenship behaviour. From the findings we therefore, concludes that the success and achievement of improved organizational citizenship behaviour can be achieved through the effective management of various formal or informal social networking and group processes. And based on the findings the following recommendations are made; that Organisational policies on the management of group activities and cohesiveness should be structured to enable member’s growth, support and recognition and Groups and other networking activities within the organization should be structured in such a way that appreciates and recognizes employees for their efforts, contributions as well as prevailing differences both at the individual, group and at the organizational level.Keywords: Group Cohesiveness, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Altruism, Civic VirtueHow to cite this article:Johnson UU, Akopunwanne EU. A Study on Portrayal of Children in Tamil Television Serials
Television plays a vital role in the form of communication for children’s. From the beginning Back from the days of media reports on how media has successfully presented and caricatured the children. In this paper we have primarily focussed on the television soaps and serials of Tamil and attempt to analyse how exactly do they present children and how successful are they in their presentation of reality? Or is this reality an imaginative one? Therein begins my analysis. The nation which claims to be in the process of “globalisation” or “modernisation” still portrays the children in meaningless masses of the group. When Children of India are progressing to be a doctor or an engineer, all these contemporary “slice-of-life” soaps are still entangled in household plots and schemes. Even with some attempts to actually portray reality, Tamil serials have not evolved beyond the monochromatic dimensions and a tricky vamp. The Study has incorporated the Content Analysis method. And we did content analysis of one popular serial from the popular Tamil television channels

The Impact of university curricula on financial education of Millennials
The objective of this research is to analyze the financial literacy knowledge of the Millennials generation. The research method is qualitative-quantitative of correlational type since it consists of identifying the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The general hypothesis is that limited financial education in curricula affects the financial education of the Millennials. Through the information gathered and the surveys applied it is evident that Millennials generation has no financial knowledge and university curricula’s have limited information on financial education.

The commodities that are being produced by cottage industries are basically consumable ones and are produced through the utilization of the traditional techniques. This industry helps the economy by absorbing a huge amount of surplus labour of the rural economy. Another glaring feature of Cottage Industry is that it is not a mass producer of commodities. The main risk that is being faced by this industry is from the factory based medium or large industries which are again capital intensive in nature. This is because of the fact that these large industries utilize all sorts of cost effective technologies which enable them to supply the products at low price. On the other hand, The Cottage Industry is basically labour intensive and utilizes traditional techniques in production process which are generally not cost effective in nature. The products supplied by the Cottage Industry face risk of extinction if they don’t receive enough financial or other form of support from the government
Battle on Fake News: WhatsApp Among the College Students in Chennai
WhatsApp has become a suitable victim for everything its wrong in India right now. Another move to stem the spread of fake news and misinformation through its instant messaging app, which marks “unusual” links sent on chats as “suspicious”. The Students are forward more text, photos, and videos than any other country. This study examined college students’ use of WhatsApp for spearing fake news among their circles. The study was conducted from various college Students in and around Chennai are St. Peter’s College of Engineering and Technology, DG Vaishnav College and St. Thomas College of Arts and Science. Survey method is adopted in order to analyse the usages of WhatsApp for battle on fake news among the College students in Chennai. The purpose study to know the impact of fake news changing the learning style, aggressive nature, conflict, reliability, breaking relationships, Socioeconomic status, etc
