Effect of Work Nature and Leave Breaks on Job Satisfaction in Employees: Examining Through Mathematical Modelling
In this study the issue of leaves/ breaks between work days and its effect on mental health and productivity output has been explored from subjective perspective. Loss of productivity is often substantial, especially absenteeism which may be caused by mental health problems due to prolonged workings and ultimately prove towards negative benefits of organizations. Data from this survey analysis proves that when employees are provided with short leaves, it increases job satisfaction and motivation in the employees. Thus based on this study it is proved that successful employment programmesare more effective when provided with small or frequentjob breaks to the employees of an organization
Involving Individuals in Health and Fitness Practices through Social Media
With the influencing nature of the social media, individuals are motivated to understand the importance of health and fitness within their daily routine lifestyle. How to be fit? Social media platform Twitter is used to challenge and motivate individuals to make efforts for their own health and wellbeing within their daily activities. The paper will present the active participation of individuals from all walks of life to show how they display their communication in understanding the importance of health and fitness. The formation of influencer sets and the cascading effect of spreading social health information will be analyzed in the case study. Fit India Campaign, a successful campaign, initiated by the Hon’ble Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs, Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs, Government of India has been chosen for the case study. The campaign was disseminated effectively online though the social networking platform Twitter to make every individual’s active participation in accepting fitness challenges and posting their response workout videos and health ideas. The paper will also focus on how the celebrities and fitness expert’s influence through social media to engage citizen in participating in the government initiative to create health and fitness awareness. The paper will submit a heterogeneous social network approach in propagating the social message to connect individuals about fitness and health practices.
Influence of Liberalisation & Globalisation on Indian Cinema - A study of Indian cinema and it’s diasporic consciousness
The look of Bollywood film has changed with globalization, Hindi films moved away from mass narrations to more class, initially film producers and directors attracted with item songs, bare skin dances, or story that relate to the poor or frontbenchers, the stories like, angry young man, the village hero, fight against the feudal lord, upper cast, wealthy lords. It changed the 1990s onwards; one of the reasons was that these kinds of movies, attracting, the mass people, from the village and other places and they only go for front rows, this cannot be helpful for producers. What changed here was, the economic liberalisation in India has influenced the Indian cinema and its narratives. The liberalisation influenced the Indian consuming habits considerably. Indians witnessed western culture and lifestyle through the Televisions channels like MTV, CNN. Watching MTV from the living room, and accessing the brands like Nike, or Coca-Cola, influenced the middle and elite class of Indians. The desire to adopt the western culture and lifestyle, the middle class, started mimicking it. Indian movie makers are also imitating and inspiring the west kind of filmmaking in narratives and adopting new techniques for storytelling. Apart from that, the ‘open sky policies’ encouraged, Indian movie producers to reach diaspora with the content, which can connect the diaspora. Global Profit Optimization in Multiple Production Systems of Time-Sensitive Production Cycle
In business, it is common to find multiple production systems which employ their own resources along with some coupling resources cutting across all systems. Of these production systems there are some systems which are not subject to variation in production time, i.e. less sensitive to time. These systems have been mathematically formulated and solved by Dantzig-Wolfe Decomposition Principle. Some other systems, which are subject to variation in production time, i.e. sensitive to time, have not been solved yet despite their high importance. This research is to announce the existence of a solution methodology that best solve the problem of such systems. A decision support system applying this methodology in trade is brought for the researchers to follow in other businesses

Digital Illustrations in Journalism
Since 1970’s artists were attracted towards computers and with the aid of Illustrators and Photoshop, illustrators were able to explore digital motifs and patterns. In the late 1980’s, illustrators blended the tools of drawing, painting, photography and software which resulted in perfect digital illustration. Later it is widely seen in print media and digital media around the globe. Positive and Negative Impact of TV programs on children
The TV programs have positive and negative impact on children. They see many types of the programme on Idiot box and type of impact is depends on the type of the programs seen by the children. Therefore it is mandatory that parents should note that the which kind of the programs children are watching. What type of visualization and the level of language used in them. At the same time, parents also have to understand how TV programs affect children emotionally. Especially in such TV shows, programme, serials that have the involvement of magic, violence is maximized. Such programs have negative impact on children. As well as watching these types of programs, the children start trying to adopt the views or things shown in these programs. They do not even know what type of risk they are facing. Like seeing a “shaktiman” serial, some children had jumped from top floor of the house and even died. Some times some positive programme create positive impact on children.
