The Implementation of Disaster Resilient Tourism Development Policy in the Padang City
Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the implementation of the disaster-resilient tourism development policy in the City of Padang. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques employed are data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The research results conclude that, overall, disaster-resilient tourism development in the City of Padang has been implemented but is not yet optimal. The absence of regulations and derivative documents that can serve as guidelines for stakeholders and the community has led to hesitation and passivity in executing the policy. In terms of resources, the limited funding available to the subdistricts and districts involved has caused the policy implementation to stagnate in these areas. Furthermore, regarding communication and coordination between organizations, although socialization efforts have been made, the subdistricts and districts involved still lack clarity on the standards and benchmarks of the policy. Poor communication and coordination between the city-level policy implementers and the district- and subdistrict-level stakeholders have resulted in relationships that do not align with the initial plans. Regarding the attitudes of policy implementers, it was found that stakeholders responded positively; however, this positive response was not accompanied by a commitment from stakeholders at the district and subdistrict levels. Finally, the social, economic, and political environments, which are not conducive, have a direct impact on the performance of the policy that has been implemented

Sementara moral adalah suatu sikap yang ditunjukkan oleh individu, tidak hanya yang baik namun juga yang buruk, yang kemudian diyakini dan diterima oleh orang lain. Dalam hal ini, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa budaya dan kehidupan sosial dari suatu masyarakat dapat direpresentasikan melalui berbagai hal, salah satunya melalui karya sastra, contohnya dialog dari sebuah film. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan representasi nilai moral tokoh dalam film "مسامير الفيلم" dengan menggunakan kajian sosiologi sastra. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif berbasis data kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah dialog-dialog dari para tokoh pada film "مسامير الفيلم" yang berkaitan dengan representasi nilai moral menggunakan kajian sosiologi sastra. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini ialah film "مسامير الفيلم" yang berdurasi 1 jam 50 menit. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode simak dan catat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam film ini terdapat berbagai nilai moral yaitu nilai moral cinta damai, bertanggung jawab, kreatif, menghargai prestasi para pahlawan, toleransi, dan religius
STRATEGI BISNIS WARUNG MAKAN LE ARJAN DALAM MEMPERKUAT DAYA SAING DAN PROFITABILITAS PADA PASAR KULINER YANG KOMPETITIF DI KOTA GORONTALO
Get PDFThe research objectives are to: 1) identify factors that influence the competitiveness of restaurants in the competitive culinary market, 2) To evaluate strategies that can increase the competitiveness of restaurants in the culinary market, 3) To analyze the factors that influence sales of products and services in restaurants, and 4) To formulate strategies that can increase sales of products and services in restaurants. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that Warung Makan Le Arjan faces challenges in food business development and competitiveness. In identifying the right strategy, SWOT analysis is used to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that influence it. The analysis results show that Warung Makan Le Arjan has strengths in product quality, positive reputation, and accessibility, but faces weaknesses in dependence on certain raw materials and lack of technology adoption. There are opportunities in increasing public interest in spicy food and word of mouth promotion, but also threats from intense business competition and fluctuations in raw material prices. Based on the results of the analysis, suggestions were given to Warung Makan Le Arjan, including focusing on improving product quality, diversifying raw material supplies, and encouraging technology adoption. Collaboration with external parties and infrastructure development are also recommended

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh standar akuntansi pemerintahan, sumber daya manusia, sistem pengendalian internal, dan teknologi informasi terhadap kualitas informasi laporan keuangan pada BLUD RSUD dr. M.M. Dunda Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 51 orang yang terdiri dari Direksi, Kepala Bagian, Kepala Sub Bagian dan Staf Pengelola Keuangan. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan (SAP) dan Teknologi Informasi (TI) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Informasi Laporan Keuangan. Sementara untuk Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan Sistem Pengendalian Internal (SPI) tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kualitas Informasi Laporan Keuangan pada RSUD dr. M.M. Dunda Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo

This research is a qualitative study with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research are Attraction in Bajo Village in the form of beautiful natural scenery and there are several small islands and can see natural panoramas (sunset) and there are also photo spots. Amenity there are villas that can support tourist activities staying in Bajo Village, there are food stalls owned by the bajo community and mosques. Accessibility is good because there is an easy way to reach Bajo Village, this can be seen from the paved highway and there are direction boards to Bajo Village. Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji studi perbandingan agama dalam membangun toleransi antarumat beragama. Fokus penelitian ini adalah membandingkan prinsip-prinsip agama-agama besar, seperti Islam, Kristen, Hindu, dan Buddha, dalam mengajarkan nilai-nilai toleransi dan saling menghormati. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan perbandingan teks-teks suci dari berbagai agama dan wawancara dengan tokoh agama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ada perbedaan doktrinal, agama-agama tersebut memiliki ajaran serupa terkait pentingnya toleransi, perdamaian, dan hidup berdampingan secara harmonis. Get PDFTujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji peran agama Islam dan Kristen dalam pendidikan karakter, dengan membandingkan nilai-nilai moral yang diajarkan oleh kedua agama dan bagaimana penerapannya dalam konteks pendidikan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi perbandingan, yang melibatkan wawancara dengan pendidik, kepala sekolah, dan pengelola pendidikan, serta kajian literatur terkait ajaran agama. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua agama memiliki nilai-nilai moral yang serupa, seperti kejujuran, kasih sayang, dan disiplin, namun dengan penekanan yang berbeda; Islam menekankan pada tanggung jawab sosial dan keadilan, sementara Kristen lebih menekankan pada kasih dan pengampunan. Penerapan nilai-nilai ini dalam pendidikan karakter sangat penting dalam membentuk individu yang beretika dan peduli terhadap masyarakat

No full textThis study aims to identify the style of Arabic literary criticism due to the influence of the Qur'an, by knowing the phenomena of criticism that existed in the early days of Islam, it will be known how the frogter of Arabic literary criticism at that time. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection techniques used are reading and recording techniques, as well as collecting data related to the phenomenon of literary criticism in the early days of Islam. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of Arabic literary criticism in the early days of Islam, along with aspects related to it. From the results of this study it was found that literary criticism in the early days of Islam was generally in the form of meaning criticism, namely criticism that judged the good and bad of literature in terms of meaning, this is because Arabic literary criticism was strongly influenced by the Quran, literary criticism at that time aimed to make literature in accordance with Islamic values, especially ethics. The critics in the early days of Islam were Prophet Muhammad and Omar bin Khattab. This research is expected to increase the reader's insight, and add insight to today's writers in order to know the traces of writers in the early days of IslamPenelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi corak kritik sastra Arab akibat pengaruh al-Qur`an, dengan mengetahui fenomena-fenomena kritik yang ada pada masa permulaan Islam, maka akan diketahui bagaimana katakter dari kritik sastra Arab pada masa tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik baca dan catat, serta mengumpulkan data yang berkaitan dengan fenomena kritik sastra pada saat permulaan Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik kritik sastra Arab pada masa permulaan Islam, beserta aspek yang berkaitan denganya. dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa kritik sastra pada masa permulaan islam umumnya berbentuk kritik makna, yaitu kritik yang menilai baik buruknya sastra dari segi makna, hal tersebut dikarenakan kritik sastra Arab sangat terpengaruh oleh Al-Quran, kritik sastra pada masa tersebut bertujuan agar sastra sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam, khususnya budi pekerti. In fact, humor can defuse difficult situations and reduce a person's stress levels. There are various ways that can be employed to cultivate humor, and one of them is through speech. This research aims to illustrate how humor situations are created in the animated video 'Green Burger' on the Egyptoon YouTube channel by violating the principles of cooperation in the speech found in the video, using Grice's cooperative principle theory through Juan Manser's theory of humor.
