To know and analyze the Regional Expansion Implementation Mechanism according to Law Number 23 of 2014. The method used by researchers in this study is normative juridical. No full textInisiasi menyusui dini (IMD) merupakan intervensi sederhana yang mampu meningkatkan neonatal outcame secara signifikan yaitu mengurangi resiko kematian neonatal, sangat membantu dalam keberlangsungan pemberian ASI ekslusif dan periode lamanya menyusui. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling dengan jumlah 30sampel.jenis yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling merupakan tekhnik penentuan sampel berdasarkan pertimbangan atau kriteria – kriteria tertentu. Populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu bersalin dengan sectio caesarea, penelitian berlangsung pada bulan Agustus sampai September 2023 di RSIA Sitti Khadijah Kota Gorontalo. Dari Hasil penelitian di peroleh sebanyak 73,3% yang melakukan IMD dengan benar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa di RSIA Sitti Khadijah Kota Gorontalo sebagian besar telah melakukan IMD dengan benar

No full textPelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat yang berfokus pada partisipasi masyarakat dalam pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) melalui peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik adalah upaya holistik yang bertujuan mengoptimalkan dampak pembangunan berkelanjutan. Dalam konteks ini, interaksi aktif antara pemerintah dan masyarakat menjadi landasan bagi pembentukan kebijakan dan program yang lebih responsif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan lokal. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, kegiatan ini memperkuat ikatan sosial dan saling ketergantungan antara pemerintah dan masyarakat, menciptakan kemitraan yang berkelanjutan dalam pembangunan. Lebih lanjut, partisipasi masyarakat diintegrasikan dalam perumusan kebijakan dan evaluasi pelayanan publik, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan transparansi. The impact is not only felt by those working in technology, but also affects the lifestyles of people from all walks of life. The emergence of online marketing is one of the impacts of these technological advances. As time goes by, many companies are forced to lay off their employees for reasons of age, especially those who are married and have children, even though basically these employees are still very productive in their fields. Agent Anywhere is a strategy of using online platforms to communicate messages about business image, as well as promote products or services to potential consumers. The online platforms used are very diverse, ranging from websites, search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, pay per click (PPC) advertising, marketing via email (email marketing), to social networks, in designing applications as promotional and information media. Online Marketing consists of two pages, the admin page and the Agent page. Agents can access and log in first. In this application, agents can send promotional messages directly by creating a campaign/activity first and preparing Leads data as a Whatsapp telephone number database. This application is designed using the programming languages PHP, CodeLignter, XAMPP, Node.js, and MySql as the database

No full textArtikel ini mengkaji terkait penerapan blockchain sebagai fitur pelindung data di Pustipada UINSU. Hal ini, menjadi fokus kajian terhadap pemanfaatan blockchain untuk menjaga integritas data civitas akademik kampus Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara. Sehingga, blockchain memiliki potensi dalam menjagaan data untuk menghindari aktivitas peretesan maupun kebocoran data. Dalam kajian ini menggunakan Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan pendekatan studi kasus untuk mengkaji implementasi teknologi blockchain dalam keamanan data di PUSTIPADA UINSU secara komprehensif. Dengan teori kriptografi sebagai dasar, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan: 1. faktor teknis, 2. sosial, 3. Infrastruktur. Dalam mempengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi. Hasilnya adalah teknologi blockchain, yang berbasis pada kriptografi, menawarkan prospek signifikan untuk diadopsi di beragam sektor, termasuk pendidikan. Dalam konteks spesifik database kampus atau PUSTPADA UINSU, penerapan teknologi blockchain dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan proteksi dan integritas data. Beberapa aspek penting yang perlu dipertimbangkan. A). Infrastruktur teknologi informasi yang ada harus mampu mendukung implementasi blockchain. B). Pertimbangan hukum dan regulasi yang berlaku juga harus diperhatikan. C). Pemahaman yang memadai tentang teknologi blockchain di antara pengguna dan pihak yang terlibat sangatlah penting. Oleh karena itu, meskipun teknologi blockchain menunjukkan potensi yang besar, penerapannya harus dipertimbangkan secara hati-hati dan melibatkan berbagai pihak yang relevan. Adopsi teknologi baru seperti ini bukanlah proses yang sederhana, namun memerlukan pemikiran dan perencanaan yang matang. Kata Kunci : Blockchain, Kriptografi, Keamanan Data, Pustipada UINSU

No full textIMPLEMENTATION OF THE USE OF STEAM-BASED MEDIA IN CHILDREN AS A RESPONSE TO STIMULATING SPEAKING ABILITYSTEAM-based learning has been widely used in educational units. STEAM as a cluster of fields of knowledge which is a unified whole is often associated with the identity of 21st century learning. Preparing students in the 21st century needs to use a variety of interesting strategies so that every ability that will be given stimulation can develop properly. Media as an important instrument in a learning process becomes a tool that must exist. In creating interesting learning media, it is necessary to have maximum effort from the teacher so that the resulting media can be the right media. The use of STEAM-based media can be an alternative for teachers in creating fun learning for children. This study aims to assist teachers in improving children's speaking skills through the use of STEAM-based media. The research was conducted at Harapan Ibu Lima Kaum Kindergarten, Tanah Datar District. The study used a qualitative approach with a sample of 12 children with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The criteria for the children sampled were children aged 5-6 years. KONTRIBUSI HUKUM ADMINISTRASI DALAM REFORMASI PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI ERA DIGITAL
No full textThis study aims to analyse the contribution of administrative law in public ser-vice reform in the digital era. Advances in information and communication tech-nology have brought significant changes in how governments provide public ser-vices. Still, they have also created new challenges related to regulation, data security, and inclusivity. Through case studies and community satisfaction sur-veys, this study found that digitising public services can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the administrative process and community satisfaction. However, the research also reveals key challenges, such as unequal access to technology in different regions, data security issues, and resistance to change from state apparatus. Stronger regulations and more effective implementation are needed to address this problem. In addition, collaboration between the gov-ernment, the private sector, and the community is the key to success in sup-porting the digitisation of public services. This study concludes that public ser-vice reform through digitalisation has great potential to provide significant ben-efits. Still, it requires a supportive administrative and legal framework, strong data protection, training programs for state apparatus, and good collaboration between all stakeholders. With an inclusive and comprehensive approach, dig-itising public services can provide optimal benefits for the entire community
ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN PERJANJIAN PENGELOLAAN TANAH ULAYAT ANTARA PT DUTA PALMA NUSANTARA DAN MASYARAKAT ADAT DI SIBERAKUN
Get PDFThe implementation of the customary land management agreement between PT Duta Palma and Indigenous Peoples in Siberakun Regency is regulated in an agreement agreement in 1998 which states that PT Duta Palma will build oil palm plantations with the KKPA pattern and further regulated in Law number 39 of 2014 concerning Plantations. Articles 58, 59, and 60 state that palm oil companies are required to provide 20 percent of the total land area of business use rights for facilitating the development of community gardens. However, in fact PT Duta Palma did not fulfill either an agreement with indigenous peoples or did not implement Law Number 39 of 2014 concerning Plantations. This is due to several things, including the unavailability of land for the development of the community land in question so that this obstacle is the strongest reason for PT Duta Palma Nusantara not to obey the services made. Therefore, it is necessary to study the first stimulant, the implementation of the customary land management agreement between PT Duta Palma Nusantara and the Indigenous Peoples of Siberakun Regency, Second, efforts that can be made so that the customary land management agreement between PT Duta Palma Nusantara and the Indigenous Peoples of siberakun Regency can be implemented. This research is a socio legal research, because it is based on field research, namely by collecting data from interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies that have a relationship with the problem to be studied assisted by primary, secondary and tertiary data. This research uses qualitative data analysis and produces descriptive data. From the results of the study, it was concluded that, First, the implementation of the agreement between PT Duta Palma Nusantara and indigenous peoples in Siberakun Regency was not fully implemented. Second, the lack of communication between indigenous peoples and pt Duta Palma Nusantara and the local government or related agencies. Third, the future effort is to take the non-litigation or litigation stage so that this problem finds a solution and does not drag on. The author's suggestion is, first, to ask PT Duta Palma Nusantara with humility to remain obedient to the agreement that has been made secondly, local indigenous peoples continue to maintain conduciveness by taking litigation and non-litigation steps, third, if PT Duta Palma still does not fulfill the agreement then the HGU should be reviewed where it is handed back to indigenous peoples if the land Ulayat is included in the HGU of PT Duta Palma Nusantara
